  • Let ${\Gamma}$ be a nonzero commutative cancellative monoid (written additively), $R={\bigoplus}_{{\alpha}{\in}{\Gamma}}$ $R_{\alpha}$ be a ${\Gamma}$-graded integral domain with $R_{\alpha}{\neq}\{0\}$ for all ${\alpha}{\in}{\Gamma}$, and $S(H)=\{f{\in}R{\mid}C(f)=R\}$. In this paper, we study homogeneously divisorial domains which are graded integral domains whose nonzero homogeneous ideals are divisorial. Among other things, we show that if R is integrally closed, then R is a homogeneously divisorial domain if and only if $R_{S(H)}$ is an h-local $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domain whose maximal ideals are invertible, if and only if R satisfies the following four conditions: (i) R is a graded-$Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domain, (ii) every homogeneous maximal ideal of R is invertible, (iii) each nonzero homogeneous prime ideal of R is contained in a unique homogeneous maximal ideal, and (iv) each homogeneous ideal of R has only finitely many minimal prime ideals. We also show that if R is a graded-Noetherian domain, then R is a homogeneously divisorial domain if and only if $R_{S(H)}$ is a divisorial domain of (Krull) dimension one.

  • This note we give a construction of a quotient ring $R/{\mu}$ induced via a fuzzy ideal ${\mu}$ in a ring R. The Fuzzy First, Second and Third Isomorphism Theorems are established. For some applications of this construction of quotient rings, we show that if ${\mu}$ is a fuzzy ideal of a commutative ring R, then $\mu$ is prime (resp. $R/{\mu}$ is a field, every zero divisor in $R/{\mu}$ is nilpotent). Moreover we give a simpler characterization of fuzzy maximal ideal of a ring.

  • We will introduce the notion of fuzzy multiplication ring using fuzzy ideal. In this paper we will show that a fuzzy ideal I is primary if radI is prime. And we will investigate some properties related the theorem.

  • Posner's first theorem states that if R is a prime ring of characteristic different from two, $d_1$ and $d_2$ are derivations on R such that the iterate $d_1d_2$ is also a derivation of R, then at least one of $d_1$, $d_2$ is zero. In the present paper we extend this result to *-prime rings of characteristic different from two.

  • The purpose of this paper is to prove the following results; (1) Let R be a prime ring of char $(R)\neq 2$ and I a nonzero left ideal of R. The existence of a nonzero symmetric bi-derivation D : $R\timesR\;\longrightarrow\;$ such that d is sew-commuting on I where d is the trace of D forces R to be commutative (2) Let m and n be integers with $m\;\neq\;0.\;or\;n\neq\;0$. Let R be a noncommutative prime ring of char$ (R))\neq \; 2-1\; p_1 \;n_1$ where p is a prime number which is a divisor of m, and I a nonzero two-sided ideal of R. Let $D_1$ ; $R\;\times\;R\;\longrightarrow\;and\;$ $D_2\;:\;R\;\times\;R\;longrightarrow\;R$ be symmetric bi-derivations. Suppose further that there exists a symmetric bi-additive mapping B ; $R\;\times\;R\;\longrightarrow\;and\;$ such that $md_1(\chi)\chi + n\chi d_2(\chi)=f(\chi$) holds for all $\chi$$\in$I, where $d_1 \;and\; d_2$ are the traces of $D_1 \;and\; D_2$ respectively and f is the trace of B. Then we have $D_1=0 \;and\; D_2=0$.

  • In this paper, we introduce and study the intuitionistic fuzzy prime (semi-prime) ${\Gamma}$-ideals of ${\Gamma}$-LA-semigroups and some interesting properties are investigated. The main result of the paper is: if $A={\langle}{\mu}_A,{\gamma}_A{\rangle}$ is an IFS in ${\Gamma}$-LA-semigroup S, then $A={\langle}{\mu}_A,{\gamma}_A{\rangle}$ is an intuitionistic fuzzy prime (semi-prime) ${\Gamma}$-ideal of S if and only if for any $s,t{\in}[0,1]$, the sets $U({\mu}_A,s)=\{x{\in}S:{\mu}_A(x){\geq}s\}$ and $L({\gamma}_A,t)=\{x{\in}S:{\gamma}_A(x){\leq}t\}$ are prime (semi-prime) ${\Gamma}$-ideals of S.

  • Let D be an integral domain, ${\ast}$ a star-operation on D, and S a (not necessarily saturated) multiplicative subset of D. In this article, we prove the Cohen type theorem for $S-{\ast}_{\omega}$-principal ideal domains, which states that D is an $S-{\ast}_{\omega}$-principal ideal domain if and only if every nonzero prime ideal of D (disjoint from S) is $S-{\ast}_{\omega}$-principal.

  • We study the structure of rings whose principal right ideals contain a sort of two-sided ideals, introducing right ${\pi}$-duo as a generalization of (weakly) right duo rings. Abelian ${\pi}$-regular rings are ${\pi}$-duo, which is compared with the fact that Abelian regular rings are duo. For a right ${\pi}$-duo ring R, it is shown that every prime ideal of R is maximal if and only if R is a (strongly) ${\pi}$-regular ring with $J(R)=N_*(R)$. This result may be helpful to develop several well-known results related to pm rings (i.e., rings whose prime ideals are maximal). We also extend the right ${\pi}$-duo property to several kinds of ring which have roles in ring theory.

  • Let R be a 2-torsion free prime ring and J be a nonzero Jordan ideal of R. Let F and G be two generalized derivations with associated derivations f and g, respectively. Our main result in this paper shows that if F(x)x - xG(x) = 0 for all $x{\in}J$, then R is commutative and F = G or G is a left multiplier and F = G + f. This result with its consequences generalize some recent results due to El-Soufi and Aboubakr in which they assumed that the Jordan ideal J is also a subring of R.
