포천시 초등학생의 주관적 구강건강인식 및 구강보건 행태와 우식경험영구치지수와의 관련성 (An analysis of the associated factors which influence DMFT index of the primary school children's in Pocheon city)

  • Objectives : We supposed that identifying the influencing factors on DMFT index in the primary school children in Pocheon be indispensible for the primary school children's oral health program establishment in Pocheon. So, to prepare the basic materials for the primary school children's oral health program establishment in Pocheon, we analyzed the associated factors which could have an influence on the primary school children's DMFT index in Pocheon. Methods : We selected 3,676 primary school children in Pocheon, whose age were from 6 to 11, and surveyed those children by a questionnaire and the oral examination based on WHO's oral health survey method. Data were analyzed with a $x^2$-test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS $15.0^{(R)}$. Results : The results of oral survey in the primary school children in Pocheon revealed as follows: DMFT index, National Health Oral health survey of 2006 people nationwide in the results when compared to younger grade children and older grade in the low and the higher. Subjective oral health awareness, high of viscosity junk food snacks, fruit, gender, dental visits and humidity, oral health education classes, including the variable of attitude was 6(p<0.05). Their higher awareness of dental health, oral health education classes ever the more positive attitude to DMFT index was statistically significant(p<0.05). Solid in the habit of eating junk food snacks to the students of a liquid relative to student intake was higher DMFT index indices(p<0.05). Conclusions : We could reason that one's oral health recognition and behavior should have a relationship with his(her) DMFT index.

STAXI-K를 이용한 원발성 월경통 양상과 분노 감정 표현 정도와의 상관성 고찰 (Comparative Study of Primary Dysmenorrhea and Anger Expression by STAXI-K)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: Intensity of dysmenorrhea was evaluated by scoring system of Andersch and Milsom. Anger state, trait, expression of the patients suffering from dysmenorrhea was measured by STAXI-K. And each value was analyzed by ANOVA testm as to intensity of dysmenorrhea, student t test as to existence of dysmenorrhea. Results: The numerical value of anger expression in the primary dysmenorrhea existent group was significantly higher than that in the primary dysmenorrhea non-existent group. There were significant differences among the numerical value of anger expression in the groups classified as intensity of primary dysmenorrhea, the value of three positive group() was significantly higher than that of negative group(-). Conclusion: This study showed the relationship between anger expression and primary dysmenorrhea. But there was no clue to find out their causal relationship, because this study was cross-sectional. So further study will be needed to prove the causality between them. And more precise scale has to been developed to evaluate various type of anger accurately.

매복된 제 2유구치와 제 2소구치 치배의 전위에 관한 증례 보고 (TRANSPOSITION OF THE IMPACTED PRIMARY SECOND MOLAR AND THE TOOTH GERM OF SECOND PREMOLAR)

  • 치아가 정상적으로 맹출해야 하는 시기를 지나서도 골조직 내에서 맹출하지 않을 수 있으며, 이러한 치아를 매복치라 한다. 유치의 매복은 드물게 나타나며, 더구나 과거의 문헌 고찰에 의하면 현재까지 보고된 계승 영구치 하방에 매복된 유치는 극히 드물다. 대부분의 경우 매복된 유치는 제 2 유구치이다. 유치의 매복에 대한 병인은 유치 치배의 비정상적인 발달로 인해 조기에 유착이 일어나는 것으로 추측되어지고 있으나, 아직까지 정확하게 밝혀진 바는 없다. 전위는 동일한 사분악 내의 인접한 두 개 치아의 위치가 서로 바뀐 것을 말하며, 영구 상악 견치와 제 1소구치 사이에 가장 많이 발생한다. 그 빈도는 1% 내외로 낮으며, 특히 유치열의 전위는 거의 발표된 바가 없다. 본 증례는 양악 양측 제 2유구치의 매복을 주소로 본과에 의뢰된 환자의 구강 및 방사선 검사 결과 매복된 제 2유구치와 후속 제 2소구치 사이의 수직 전위가 관찰되었기에 보고하는 바이다.

  • This study analyzed the standard school's energy usage and patterns as the zero-energy goal of primary school building, and proposed the energy reduction process of school building using energy analysis computing simulation tool. As a analysis simulation tool, Visual DOE 4.0 is used. For analysis of actual energy usage, selected primary school that is standard in the nation's energy consumption. Standard of the school's energy consumption analysis were devided into electric and gas energy. Input parameters of the simulation program based on the literature material and field survey material. after, but it was calibrated to comparison with the standard school's energy consumption. Finally, its energy usage analyzed by component and made the priority order of energy saving. Applied energy saving technologies are envelopment insulation, high efficiency lighting, high performance HAVC system and used active equipment system of solar collector and photovoltaic generation for additional savings.

학교 교실의 용도별 색채분포 및 색채계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Color Examination and Color Planning in the Different Type of Classroom)

  • The purpose of this study is examine the color planning in the different type of classroom to establish interior color planning. This study also uses environmental planning and practical use of basic data for color planning to future school facilities. The summary of this study is as followed. The primary school and middle school classrooms as well as the open space classrooms floor color recommended of brown and the primary school wall color is light yellow, middle school wall color is light yellow and brown. The high school classroom color is recommended brown and wall color to light yellow and green system. The recommended floor color of primary school which includes in computer room and language study room, library of the multi-purpose of media room recommended are gray, brown and pink. The recommended wall color in primary school is light gray. The middle school floor color propose gray and light brown and wall recommended color is light brown, gray, ivory with the high school the computer room, language study room and library. The floor color is recommended gray, green and the wall propose blue. Moreover, recognize that importance of color effectiveness in school interior facilities considering with Interior covering material in class room.

초ㆍ중학생의 과학에 대한 이해 (The Primary and middle school students understanding on science.)

  • The purpose of this study was to seek desirable direction of science teaching and to present meaningful ideas for implementing the science curriculum and teaching materials by measuring the degree of the students' understandings on science and comparing it with those of American students. The researcher comprised 790 primary and middle school students for the study and administered them questionnaires developed by Trowbridge, Bybee, and Sund. The questionnaires were analyzed along with three categories such as science method, science theory, and the achievement of scientists. The researcher used t-test and ANOVA in order to compare the difference of their understandings in accordance with grades and gender, and later compared Korean students' understandings with those of similar aged American students administered by the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) The research loathed to the overall conclusions as follows; Both primary and middle school students' understandings on science revealed positive and appeared no significant difference in gender. And it is thought that science education was being carried out hopefully to enhancing Korean students' scientific literacy, therefore, science teaching like what is implemented to the classrooms currently should be kept on in future. On the other hand, it is necessary to change primary school children's understandings on attitude and value of scientists while to change middle school students' understandings on scientific processes by experiment. Also primary school children need to understand that scientists are willing to change their ideas when new information becomes known.

초등수학과 수행평가도구 개발 -1, 2학년 포트폴리오를 중심으로- (A Study on Development of Performance Assessment Tools for Mathematics in the Primary School)

  • This study aims to develop performance assessment tools for mathematics in the primary school. In order to achieve this aim, it reviews the tics in the primary school. In order to achieve this aim, it reviews the meaning and the purpose of mathematics performance assessment, and the characteristics of performance assessment tasks. Then the framework for portfolio developed in this study is introduced. This portfolio is called 'mathematical thinking and applying'. It aims at balanced assessment for improvement of mathematics instruction. It is composed of journal writhing, problem by the student, constructed task, work samples, written test, self assessment, teacher's comment and parents' comment. The criteria of performance tasks is categorized in impact, reasoning, accuracy and communication. The procedures of development of these tasks are as follows: the analysis of mathematics curriculum for the primary school, the design of performance tasks with considering teaching unit goals, designing rubrics, discussing these tasks with teachers in primary school, modifying them when is needed, observing the process of children's task performing, interviewing with teachers and final modifying. After performance assessment tasks are implemented, the answers by the students is analyzed using rubrics. Then anchor papers are selected. Also, the errors of children are analyzed. Through the process, teachers can obtain the information of children for improvement of mathematics instruction. Finally in order to generalize this study, I suggest that we need to cooperate with the field of education and to establish expert assessment groups.

Characterization and Genetic Profiling of the Primary Cells and Tissues from Mandible of Mouse Fetus and Neonate

  • The stem cell research is emerging as a cutting edge topic for a new treatment for many chronic diseases. Recently, dental stem cell would be possible for regeneration of tooth itself as well as periodontal tissue. However, the study of the cell characterization is scarce. Therefore, we performed the genetic profiling and the characterization of mouse fetus/neonate derived dental tissue and cell to find the identification during dental development. We separated dental arch from mandibles of 14.5 d fetal mice and neonate 0 d under the stereoscope, and isolated dental cells primarily from the tissues. Then, we examined morphology and the gene expression profiles of the primary cells and dental tissues from fetus/neonate and adult with RT-PCR. Primary dental cells showed heterogeneous but the majority was shown as fibroblast-like morphology. The change of population doubling time levels (PDLs) showed that the primary dental cells have growth potential and could be expanded under our culture conditions without reduction of growth rate. Immunocytochemical and flow cytometric analyses were performed to characterize the primary dental cell populations from both of fetus (E14.5) and neonate. Alpha smooth muscle actin (${\alpha}-SMA$), vimentin, and von Willebrand factor showed strong expression, but desmin positive cells were not detected in the primary dental cells. Most of the markers were not uniformly expressed, but found in subsets of cells, indicating that the primary dental cell population is heterogeneous, and characteristics of the populations were changed during culture period. And mesenchymal stem cell markers were highly expressed. Gene expression profile showed Wnt family and its related signaling molecules, growth factors, transcription factors and tooth specific molecules were expressed both fetal and neonatal tissue. The tooth specific genes (enamelin, amelogenin, and DSPP) only expressed in neonate and adult stage. These expression patterns appeared same as primary fetal and neonatal cells. In this study we isolated primary cells from whole mandible of fetal and neonatal mice. And we investigated the characteristics of the primary cells and the profile of gene expressions, which are involved in epithelial-mesenchymal interactions during tooth development. Taken together, the primary dental cells in early passages or fetal and neonatal mandibles could be useful stem cell resources.

균형 있는 초등수학과 수행평가 과제 개발에 대한 연구 - 1, 2단계를 중심으로 - (A Study on Development of Balanced Performance Assessment Tasks for Primary School Mathematics -Focused on 1, 2 Stage in the Primary School-)

  • The study aims to develop balanced performance assessment tasks for primary school mathematics which can be implemented in the primary school easily. In order to these purposes, I suggest the types of performance assessment tasks and the framework of assessment standards for the balanced performance assessment with describing the procedures of developing tasks and rubrics. The types of task are journal writing, problem posing, constructed task, and descriptive task. In the framework of assessment standards, I suggest holistic scoring which are classified as four levels according to the degree of excellence which students perform totally concerning about the criterion of implication, reasoning, accuracy, and communication. Also I analyse the responses of children to the task “make a beautiful pattern” and suggest its assessment rubric and anchor papers for each level for illustrating the process of developing a rubric in holistic scoring. In order to reflect the viewpoints of children and their Parents concerning about the tasks, the responses in self assessment and parent assessment are analysed. Finally, methods of implementing the assessment tasks and considerations are discussed.

초등학교 건축의 노인시설 복합화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mixed-use Directions for Elderly People in Primary School Facilities)

  • New buildings are to be needed for an aging society. But, there may be a solution on the multi-purpose & mixed-use existing facilities. Therefore this study is focused on verification of mixed-use school facilities's potentialities. If possible, I want to suggest some directions of renewal primary school planning. The results of this study are as follows : 1) It is important to make a policy for improving the educational environment, 2) Future buildings must be planned by the principles based on the lifelong learning, 3) Mixed-use building blocks need to be laid out by the concept of accessibility, 4) We can use existing primary school's areas as a elderly welfare facilities without any renovation and increasing areas.
