Human resources play a key role in developing and enhancing the manner in which an organization change. In fact, the role of human resource-related quality management has contributed greatly to the growth of the organization in both the short and long term. The purpose of the current study is to identify factors that influence human resource retention in Hanoi in the backdrop of growing economic performance of Hanoi in Vietnam's economy. Primary data was collected through questionnaires of 280 respondents from the four districts in Hanoi, including 25.2% of respondents working in Cau Giay district, 21.2% in Dong Da district, 34.2% in Ha Dong district, and 19.4% in Thanh Xuan district. After applying Cronbach's Alpha and Explore Factor Analysis (EFA) analysis, Durbin-Watson test, empirical results demonstrate that relationship among co-workers has a significant and positive contribution on the maintenance of human resources in the organization. Additionally, higher welfare facilities for an employee are more likely to impact the maintenance of human resources in the organization. Factors such as working environment, job placement, and leadership relationship have no adverse effect on the maintenance of human resources, although a positive impact could be established in all cases.

This study aimed to answer the question through a systematic review: Can carbamide peroxide be as effective as hydrogen peroxide and cause less in-office bleaching sensitivity? A literature survey was performed in PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, Scopus, ISI Web of Science, and gray literature. Primary clinical trials that compared the efficacy or the in-office bleaching sensitivity between carbamide and hydrogen peroxides were included. The risk of bias was evaluated using the RoB2. The certainty of the evidence was assessed using the GRADE approach. DPI training significantly improved the mean scores of the dental undergraduates from 7.53 in the pre-DPI-training test to 9.01 in the post-DPI-training test (p < 0.001). After 6 weeks, the mean scores decreased marginally to 8.87 in the retention test (p = 0.563). DPI training increased their confidence level from 5.68 pre-DPI training to 7.09 post-DPI training. The limited evidence suggests that the 37% carbamide peroxide may be similarly effective to the 35% hydrogen peroxide for bleaching teeth in-office and causes less bleaching sensitivity. However, more well-designed split-mouth clinical trials are necessary to strengthen the evidence.

Ni-rich cathode materials have been developed as the most promising candidates for next-generation cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries because of their high capacity and energy density. In particular, the electrochemical performance of lithium-ion batteries could be enhanced by increasing the contents of nickel ion. However, there are still limitations, such as low structural stability, cation mixing, low capacity retention and poor rate capability. Herein, we have successfully developed the nanorod-type Ni-rich cathode materials by using co-precipitation method. Particularly, the nanorod-type primary particles of LiNi0.7Co0.15Mn0.15O2 could facilitate the electron transfer because of their longitudinal morphology. Moreover, there were holes at the center of secondary particles, resulting in high permeability of the electrolyte. Lithium-ion batteries using the prepared nanorod-type LiNi0.7Co0.15Mn0.15O2 achieved highly improved electrochemical performance with a superior rate capability during battery cycling.
Garlic powder (GP) was supplemented in the diet to assess the growth efficiency, nutritional retention, and fecal score of growing pigs. In total, 80 growing pigs ([Yorkshire × Landrace] × Duroc) were arbitrarily allotted (22.04 ± 0.56 kg primary average body weight) to two different trial groups with eight repetitions (three males and two females) in each pen for the 42-day trial. The dietary treatment consisted of control (CON, basal diet), which included 0.2% GP (TRT1). Growing pigs fed the GP diet exhibited an increase (p < 0.05) in body weight on day 42 and a lower (p < 0.05) overall feed conversion ratio compared to the CON pigs; however, the average daily gain and feed intake showed no difference (p > 0.05). Additionally, nutrient utilization of dry matter was greater (p < 0.05) in the GP-supplemented diet group than in the CON group. The feeding methods did not adversely affect the nitrogen and energy utilization and the fecal score significantly (p > 0.05). In summary, growing pigs fed the GP diet showed increased growth and nutritional utilization, and no adverse impact on the fecal score; thus, it could be utilized as a stimulant for improved growth performance.

Gingival fibromatosis is a rare oral condition that is characterized by proliferative fibrous overgrowth of the attached gingiva, the marginal gingiva, and the interdental papilla, typically presenting in the growth period. A case of a 27-month-old girl with a generalized severe gingival overgrowth is described herein. The patient had no known systemic disease, but enlarged gingival tissue had gradually covered her teeth. The excess gingival tissue was removed by conventional gingivectomy, which involved extraction of the retentive primary teeth under general anesthesia when she was 5 years old. Post surgical follow-up at 18 months after the surgery demonstrated no recurrence. Resectional surgery of the enlarged gingival tissue is the treatment choice for gingival fibromatosis, although there is a high risk of recurrence. More frequent professional follow-ups and oral hygiene instruction might be required. A delay in the surgical treatment may have significant consequences for the patient, such as primary dentition retention and consequent delay in the eruption of the permanent teeth, difficulties in mastication and phonation, malpositioning of the teeth, and psychological problems. Early surgical treatment should be performed according to the severity of enlargement.

Ectopic eruption should be understood as a change in the course of the normal eruption path of a dental bud at any moment its origin. An example of this alteration is the dental transposition, a rare and more specific dental anomaly that may be defined as a change of position between two teeth. This case shows ectopic eruption of transposed mandibular lateral incisor beneath primary first molar at the first transitional period of the mixed dentition The crown of the lateral incisor has tipped distally, compelling root resorption and exfoliation of the adjacent primary cuspid and primary first molar. The reason for such eruption is not clearly understood, but it may involve; (1)trauma history, (2)prolonged retention of the deciduous teeth, (3)premature exfoliation of the deciduous teeth, and (4)genetic factor. Treatment is divided into interceptive and definitive treatment. Ectopically erupting mandibular incisor tends to become transposed with the adjacent cuspid and thus seems to warrant early orthodontic intervention. Early treatment may obviate later extraction or transposition of the incisor and canine in the permanent dentition. Timing is an important factor to be considered regarding in the correction of the lateral incisor transposition. This case advocates treatment with an active orthodontic therapy at the early stage of the mixed dentiton, before the eruption of the permanent cuspid.
Purpose: This research is based on experiments practiced with 6th grade students in primary school as subjects. They were trained in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation theory and received actual training in CPR. Methods: The subjects were randomly sorted into two classes of the 6th grade students. The experimental group was composed of 35 students. The control group was composed of 32. The experimental group received basic CPR theoretical and practical education once and received a practical evaluation three times, with 4 weeks in between evaluations. The control group received CPR theoretical education before the study. The data was analyzed by ${\chi}^2$-test and t-test using the SPSS/WIN 12.0 program. Results: Hypothesis 1 was that the basic CPR knowledge score would begin to decrease right after the education and continue to decrease as time passed. The experimental group's knowledge score continued to increase 12 weeks after education, but there was no decrease in the control group's knowledge score (F=5.870, p=.000). Hypothesis 2 was that the basic CPR attitude score would decrease right after the education and continue as time passed. There was no significant difference in the experimental group's score after education, nor was there any change in the control group's score on this measure (F=3.986, p=.004). Hypothesis 3 was that the subjects' confidence in practicing CPR would decrease right after education and continue as time passed. There was a significant decrease in the experimental group's score, but no significant change in the control group's score on this measure (F=75.574, p=.000). Hypothesis 4 was that the practical accomplishment evaluation score of CPR would decrease as time passed. There was a significant decrease in the experimental group's score on this measure right after education (F=38.368, p=000). Conclusion: Retraining for basic CPR education will be needed in all aspects of the education/training at least every 4 weeks, to preserve the students' retention of learned material/training. This is because students' scores fell significantly four weeks after education/training.

Statement of problem: A casting connection technique is widely used for repair, correction and addition to base metal framework. However, a casting connection technique may increase the risk of failure in clinical situations when high stresses exist. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mechanical retentive groove design comparatively to increase the joint strength by using the three-dimensional finite element analysis model of a 3-unit fixed partial denture. Material and methods: Ten finite element models were constructed. (Model A: One retentive groove, Model B: Two retentive grooves, Model C: Three retentive grooves, Model D: Four retentive grooves, Model E: One horizontal groove and two vertical grooves, Model F: Two horizontal grooves and one vertical groove, Model G: One groove with the enlarged dimension, Model H: Two grooves with the enlarged dimension, Model I: One groove with the increased height, Model J: One groove with the increased width of base). The vertical force was applied to the mesial and the distal fossa to the casting connection of mandibular first molar. Results: The main factors, affecting joint strength of casting connection were both the retention between the primary cast and the secondary cast and the thickness of the primary cast remaining after preparing retentive groove. The increase of retentive force, according to the numbers and the dimension of retentive groove had an effect on distributing stress. However, in some cases, the increase of retentive force resulted in the increase of stress by reducing thickness of the primary cast in the connection area. Conclusion: The design of retentive groove that limits number of retentive groove for metal thickness and increases the depth of retentive groove for retention is highly recommended.

Removable appliance has many utilities in pediatric dentistry in the fields of space maintainance or occlusal guidance. In contrast to maxilla, many problems have occurred with mandible in using removable appliance such as deteriorated retention, inconvenience and patient's unwillingness to wear. It is probably due to adapting several retentive clasps at buccal side of the tooth, where there is actually little or no undercut especially in young children having the erupting teeth Moreover, acrylic base plate of conventional removable appliance is located at lingual parts, which leads to the conflict with alveolar crest undercut and sublingual soft tissues. Moreover, young children frequently do not follow the dentist's direction to elevate tongue properly during the impression taking process. Throughout this study, the position of clasps and acrylic baseplate was changed opposite to the traditional Hawley acrylic appliance in order to make a buccal acrylic appliance with buccal base plate and lingual clasp into primary dentition and early mixed dentition. This study was performed for the purpose of evaluating the buccal acrylic appliance in regards of patient compliance, retention and efficiency compared with traditional lingual acrylic appliance along with its merits and demerits. Buccal and lingual acrylic appliance were applied to 5 cases respectively which required space maintaining and tooth movement, and drew a comparison in relevance to patients' compliance, combination with the tongue's function and clinical effectiveness. According to this study, in every case buccal appliance was proved superior to lingual appliance in terms of retention and patients' compliance. Moreover, buccal appliance has shown to be similar to lingual appliance with respect to clinical effectiveness. Throughout this study, it was thought that, if removable appliance is to be applied to mandible, several drawbacks related to conventional lingual appliance shall be resolved. Conclusively, the buccal acrylic appliance is thought to be a good alternative in designing a mandibular appliance in young children and recommended to clinical applications.

The water clarification efficiency was examined in a shallow wetland where dense vegetation was formed naturally in an abandoned paddy field. And, also two enclosure experiments were carried out to measure the effects of materials exchange between sediment and the overlying water with the existence of vegetation and accumulated litter. The hydraulic retention time of wetland was regulated in 1.2 day. The removal rates of SS (56%) and $NO_3-N$ (61%) were high, considering its short retention time. However, removal efficiencies of VSS (28%), COD (14%), DOC (1%),and TP (0.2%) were relatively lower. This low removal efficiencies were thought to be due to the release of dissolved form of organic matter and phosphorus from the sediment. Most of constituents except nitrate were higher in the enclosure at the beginning of enclosure installation than that of the outflowing water from wetland. And then, it has fluctuated and decreased with time. The wetland was in equilibrium state of settling, accumulation of organic debris, and regeneration of dissolved material from sediment. So ultimately high primary production by dense vegetation in the wetland may be the reason of unfavorable or low treatment efficiency of wetland after many years of operation for wastewater treatment. However, the water quality of effluent from the wetland showed smaller variation and better condition than that of inflow, especially during storm events. It can be concluded that this wetland is suitable for the improvement of water quality from nonpoint sources.
