  • Speed control without speed sensor is expected strongly to progress reliability, simplicity and cost performance of I.M and to expand its application part. This paper investigates a novel speed estimation method of I.M considering the secondary resistance identification based on the transientless torque control technique. Especially, this paper aimed at the identification of the secondary resistance simultaneously with speed estimation. For this, the secondary flux with some frequency is controlled independently on torque. The proposed speed estimation method is derived from a motor circuit equation theoretically and also it can be conducted easily by detecting primary motor currents and primary voltage commands at every sampling time. Some numerical simulations with the assumption of using a pulse width modulation(PWM) voltage source inverter and experimental results are performed to verify the proposed method.

  • This study is to investigate the status and problems in the anual physical examination in elementary & secondary schools. The study helps the introduction of health assessment. Two hundreds and forty nurse teachers of elementary & seconcary school in Seoul received in-service traomong fpr 20 daus frp, September 7 to September 27, 1992. Questionnaires were given to the 240 teachers and the number of collected questionnaire is 112. The result of the questionnaire analysis is like the following. First, the answered teachers aged 35~39, 36.6%; experience 6~10 years 37.5%; the number of class 31~40, 28.6%. Among the answered of the school doctors is practicioners. The doctors major subjects are 26.8% of internal medicine and 35.7% of surgery. Second, in elementary & secondary school nurse teachers received in-service training for the primary health assessment. And then 37.5% of schools practiced the health assessment. The term of the health assessment is largely a-year-length, occurately its rate of schools have practiced the assessment reaches 81.0%. The number of health assessment are consist of eyes, nose, ear, throat, skin, spine, heart and other abnormal regions and diseases all over the body. And 83.3% of the rate of the health assessment includes all these contents. The period of the health assessment is 7 to 28 days. Third, the physical examination conducted by school doctors is 91.0%. The method is various; one is 56.6% of the students who checked first by he nurse teacher. The number of 15.1% of the schools is directly checked by the school doctor. The invited medical doctors are divided into two categories. The number of general physician is 61.9%. Contrary to that school doctors are 38.1%. The contents of the medical examination is all the items printed on the medical examination sheet. To follow the medical examination sheet the number of school is 59.6%. Eyes, throat, skin and heart etc. partly medical examination is 40.4%. The rate of schools that used only stethoscope, tongue pressor as the medical instruments reaches 53.4% and 87.1% of elementary & secondary school give the invited doctors the allowance a nurse teachers conference decided. The number of 8.9% schools pay the doctors independent allowance. The medical examomatopm allowance is 200 to 250 won per capita. The rate is 56.1%. Forth, after the medical examination 72.1% of school sends letter to the parents to notice the result of the examination. The number of response from parent is 12.5%. The observation record in secondary school is 70.6% for junior, and 80.0% for senior respectively, and 65.5% is for the elementary school children. To conclude the regular physical examination in elementary & secondary school is very important. Because the students are in the stage of rapid growth and development. Early finding of the students diseases can help to cure with ease. In the light of public health the management of health program in the elementary & secondary school is of consequence.

  • Science-related attitudes, perceptions of science classroom environments, and their relationships were investigated for a sample of 535 primary and secondary school students. Two scales of the Test of Science-Related Attitudes and five scales of the Classroom Environment Scale(CES) were administered. Students' perceptions of preferred science classroom environments were also investigated using the same scales of the CES and compared with those of actual classroom environments. The results indicated the primary school students had the most positive attitudes on Enjoyment of Science Lesson and Career Interest in Science. They also had the highest scores on perceptions of actual classroom environments, while the high school students had the lowest scores. Regarding the relationships between science-related attitudes and perceptions of classroom environments, multiple correlations for the five scales of the CES were found to be significant(p<01). The scores of four scales-Involvement, Teacher Support, Order and Organization, Rule Clarity-are significantly correlated with the scores of Enjoyment of Science Lesson. Students' perceptions of preferred classroom environments on the four scales of the CES are significantly higher than those in actual environments. However, students' perceptions of actual environments on Task Orientation are similar to those of preferred environments, and are not significantly correlated with Enjoyment of Science Lesson. Educational implications are discussed.

  • Esophageal cancer is one of the top leading causes of cancer-related deaths in Malaysia. To date, neither the prevalence nor incidence of esophageal cancer nationally have been recorded. Esophageal cancer remains a major and lethal health problem even if it is not common in Malaysia. The late presentation of esophageal cancer makes it a difficult and challenging medical problem. Therefore, more governmental and non-governmental organizations of Malaysia should emphasize primary and secondary prevention strategies.

  • Classroom of latest primary school and secondary school is taking advantage of web activity in instruction. Must use web browser compulsorily to take advantage of web, classroom of our country is using Internet Explorer web browser that offer in Microsoft mostly. This web browser can say that necessary function is very lacking in primary school and secondary school classroom instruction by thing for ordinary people. Thus, to solved lacking, this study presented inconvenient of Internet Explorer web browser that use in existing. And searched improvement plan in reply. Also, embodied web browser that actuality practical use is possible reflecting this in design. Web browser that embody confirmed that satisfaction which is excellent through spot application is. To be more efficient and utilizes as class effectively, this web browser may be beaconed to primary school and secondary school teacher and students of our country.

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analysis differences of heart rate variability (HRV), body composition, digital infrared thermal imaging (DITI), and electro pulse graph by whether there are some causes of dysmenorrhea or not. Methods: We studied 89 patients who took at least one test among HRV, Body composition, DITI, and electro pulse graph visiting Kyung Hee University Hospital at Gangdong from March 1, 2014 to May 7, 2019. Results: There were statistically significant differences in Low frequency (LF), LF norm and High frequency norm (HF norm) of HRV between primary dysmenorrhea patients and secondary dysmenorrhea patients. There were statistically significant differences in Body Mass Index (BMI) and body fat percentage of Body composition between two groups. But both BMI were included in normal range. There were no statistically significant difference in DITI results. And there was significant difference of Estimated circulation resistance (ECR) between two groups. Conclusions: The results suggest that hormone imbalance of secondary dysmenorrhea patients can affect HRV results. And because of high ECR, phlegm pathology can be more considered in secondary dysmenorrhea patients. Further study should be conducted to confirm the results of body composition and DITI differences.

  • The Coanda effect has been used extensively in various aerodynamic applications to improve the system performance. The primary flow in Coanda ejectors is attached to the ejector wall and is expanded inducing a secondary flow. This will probably lead to the mixing of both primary and secondary flows at a down stream section. Very few works have been reported based on the optimization on such devices. The main objective of the present study is to numerically investigate the flow field on a typical Coanda ejector and validate the results with the available experimental data. Many configurations of the Coanda ejector have been analyzed. The effect of various geometric parameters of the device on the expanding mixing layer has also been obtained. The computed data agree fairly well with the experimental data available.

  • This article considers a model of cooperative spectrum sharing between primary and secondary systems in which transmission occurs in two phases. In this scheme, we introduce that a single secondary transmitter, ST, employs a quadrature-phase-based signal to present the secondary message, while the primary message is presented by an in-phase-based signal. This allows simultaneous spectrum sharing without mutual interference. Therefore, an interference constraint is not necessary to protect primary operating performance from being degraded by the secondary user operations. Theoretical analysis and Simulations are then provided to confirm the superiority of the proposed scheme over the the current conventional methods.
