A Study on the Customer's Satisfaction of the Tableware on Foodstyling using Fuzzy cognitive Maps (퍼지인식도를 이용한 음식이 담겨진 그릇, 음식, 테이블보가 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study, where the subjects are people with the job related to cooking or are culinary expert, is to investigate factors that influence consumer's satisfaction on the tableware seen on broadcast, magazine, food service industry and/or other media. First, this study demonstrates three factors that influence on consumer's satisfaction : first factors of the shape, the color, the size of the tableware, second factors of the shape, the color, the quality of the food, third factors of the design, the color, and the quality of the tablecloth.Lastly, this study shows satisfaction that can be affected between the tableware and the food, between the food and the tablecloth, and between the tablecloth and the tableware.In conclusion, the primary factors that influence on consumer's satisfaction are the color of the food, tableware, and tablecloth, that reflects that visual role plays an important role in the food service industry. From now on. more study that will go into details is expected.

  • The ultimate purpose of this study is as follows: The current primary concern in the defense sector revolves around how to strategically utilize Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies in combat. The Fourth Industrial Revolution denotes a shift towards an environment where automation and connectivity are maximized, driven by technologies such as artificial intelligence. Coined by Klaus Schwab in the 2015 Davos Forum, this term highlights the significant role of machine learning and artificial intelligence. Particularly, the military application of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies is expected to be actively researched and implemented. Combat involves military actions between units, typically conducted as part of a larger war, with units striving to achieve one or more objectives. The concept of combat refers to the fundamental ideas of how units should engage with the enemy, both presently and in future scenarios, to achieve assigned objectives.

  • In the course of our screening for neuroprotective agents, a new compound (1) was isolated together with a known compound, caruilignan C (2), from the fruiting body of Daldinia concentrica. Their structures were determined on the basis of various spectral studies. Both compounds exhibited neuroprotective effect against iron-induced neurodegeneration in a primary culture of mouse cortical neurons.

  • Three Pseudomonas spp. and one Zoogloea sp. which could docompose the furfural were isolated from the enriched undefined cultures of soil. In the decompositioin of furfural thyey demonstrated protocooperation and synergism, utilizing 2-furoic acid a certain sudstance fural was subject to complete oxidation, which resulted in decolorization by mutural interactions. The decomposition was more efficient in mixed cultures than in a single culture.

  • Optimizing protein production in recombinant E. coli strains involves manipulation of genetic and environmental factors. In designing a production system, attention must be paid to gene expression efficiency, culture conditions and bioreactor configuration. Although not much emphasis was given to the physiology of host strains in this review, an understanding of the relationship between the physiology of host cell growth and the overproduction of a cloned gene protein is of primary importance to the improvement of the recombinant fermentation processes. Sometimes it is desirable to make use of gene fusion systems, e.g. protein A, polypeptide, gutathione-S-transferase, or pneumococcal murein hydrolase fusion, to facilitate protein purification.

  • Indisputably school is the main institution that socialises migrant children into the culture of their new country. Through school they learn the new language and customs, which will enable them to become cultural brokers between the new cultural world and their families. During this process migrant children often transit a liminal terrain where their roles and identity become at the same time diverse and ambivalent. Despite the challenges involved these children often become experts in juggling different cultures, environments and expectations. This study explores the experiences of Latin American children and their families as they start primary school in Australia.

  • Several types of IFNs were tested for their ability to suppress TCDD-inducible P-450 dependent mixed function oxidase (MFO) system in mouse primary hepatocytes. Mouse IFN-gamma (IFN-G) markedly suppressed EROD activity when added at the same time as TCDD (10 nM). The antagonism of EROD activity by IFN-G exhibited both a dose-(10-100 U/ml) and time-depedence. In contrast, mouse IFN-A/B was only moderately suppressive and only at high concentrations (500 U/ml). Rat IFN-G was even more selective than mouse, wherase human IFN-G had no activity.
