음성/데이터 통합 이동통신시스템에서의 서비스 품질을 고려한 가격결정모델 (Pricing Decisions to Control Quality-of-Service in Integrated Voice/Data Mobile Communication System)

  • 본 연구논문에서는 소비자의 서비스 품질에 따른 지불의사를 고려하여 음성/데이터 통합 이동통신서비스 제공업자의 수익을 극대화시키는 최적 가격을 결정하는 모델을 제시한다. 특히 고려되는 음성서비스 및 데이터서비스의 가격방식은 현재 우리나라 이동통신서비스의 회선요금제와 패킷요금제를 각각 적용한다. 이 모델은 소비자들이 핸드오프도중 발생하는 통화단절에 매우 민감하게 반응한다는 가정하에, 기지국이 무선채널을 할당함에 있어서 핸드오프 트래픽만이 독점사용할 수 있는 가드채널을 할당하는 방안을 고려하며, 더불어 서비스제공업자가 통화단절율의 서비스 품질을 소비자군에게 보장하는 경우를 고려한다. 궁극적으로 이 모델은 단기적으로 가격전략 및 무선채널 할당정책에 의존하여 서비스 품질을 개선$.$보장할 수 있는 방안을 제시하며, 그 결과 시스템자원의 확충없이는 수익과 서비스 품질의 개선$.$보장간에 상충관계가 존재함을 보여준다.

소프트웨어 운영 대가산정 방식에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Pricing Model for Software Operation)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the calculation method of the software operation pricing proposed by the software business price calculation guide from 'input manpower method' to 'rate calculation method'. The software operation pricing of the input manpower method is not objectively calculated in the domestic IT outsourcing situation where the statistical data based on the activity based estimating is insufficient and it is decided by agreement between the owner and the client. In addition, there was no standard for adjusting the productivity according to the characteristics of the operation service. In order to improve this, an operational correction factor item that can affect the software operation productivity was selected based on foreign and domestic standards, and it was confirmed through the first questionnaire to IT operation managers. In order to determine the level of difficulty of the fixed operational correction factors, the operational correction factor using AHP technique was confirmed through a second questionnaire for pairwise comparison. The operational difficulty calculation table was developed with reference to COCOMO and ITIL standards. Finally, we propose a new pricing scheme that reflects the operating rate. Regression analysis was carried out by collecting the data of the domestic public institutions on the estimated cost and the actual cost calculated from the new rate method software operation pricing. The results of the regression analysis show that the estimated cost and the actual cost are related to each other. Mean magnitude of relative error(MMRE) and PRED[25] analysis were added for accuracy analysis. MMRE and PRED also showed satisfactory results, confirming the possibility of replacing the rate method software operation pricing.

  • Optimal pricing research in general has been focused on profit maximizing strategy under the given product life-time T. Here we have tried to study the effect of uncertain product life-time on dynamic optimal pricing strategy. In reality, the life-time of product is more likely to be uncertain and not known as well. In terms of approximating the model to the concerned reality, so-called model validity, it seems to be more desirable to consider the uncertainty of product life-time into the optimal pricing strategy model, For this purpose, we tried two different approaches. One is to consider diverse product life-time probability functions under fixed life-time T. In this case, we might have the same product life-time as the previous study, but the process could be different in the expectation of product's discontinuity. The other is that life-time itself is not determined and thus it is the situation in which we can only decide optimal price on incremental basis. The former is the situation in which although we got some strong guess on life-time of a certain product, the pattern of expected life-time probability could be different. The question is what could be optimal pricing strategies on such different product life-time situations. But since in the latter, we don't assume any idea on the life-time of product. proper optimal pricing could be derived only from the past prices and diffusion information. While the latter seems to be safer in the aspect of model assumption, the former could be more realistic because we might have more or less a prior knowledge on the product life-time itself.

고속도로 혼잡 완화를 위한 구간별 차등요금 부과전략 (Segment-based Differentiated Pricing Strategy for Reducing Congestion of Expressways)

  • 본 연구는 고속도로의 혼잡 완화를 위해 차선통행료 방식에 근거한 고속도로 구간별 차등요금 부과전략을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 상위단계의 교통혼잡 최소화를 위한 각 구간의 주행요금을 산정하는 문제와 하위단계의 가변수요 통행배정문제로 구성된 바이레벨 형태의 모형을 제시하였다. 상위단계 문제의 최적 해를 찾기 위해 민감도 분석 기반의 알고리즘을 이용하였으며, 제안된 모형의 검증을 위해 수정된 Sioux-Falls 네트워크에 적용하였다. 적용 결과 차등요금 부과전략 적용 시 균일한 요금을 징수한 경우보다 교통혼잡이 개선된 것으로 나타났으며 이는 고속도로 구간의 혼잡 완화로 인한 것임을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 고속도로 특정 구간의 과도한 혼잡으로 인해 발생하는 비효용을 절감하기 위한 수요관리 방안으로 적용될 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 지가산정을 위한 방법론으로 서포트 벡터 회귀분석(SVR)을 이용하여 입지특성에 근거한 산업시설용지의 차등적 가격산정모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 기업의 생산활동을 위한 산업시설용지의 공급가격은 용지부담금, 조성비, 판매 및 관리비, 자본비용 등으로 구성된 조성원가를 바탕으로 책정된다. 그러나 현행 산업시설용지 공급가격 산정방식은 개별적인 용지의 입지여건을 고려하지 않은 채 동일한 가격을 단지 내 모든 용지에 획일적으로 적용하는 불합리성을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이를 지양하기 위한 방안으로 산업시설용지의 차등적 가격산정모형을 제시하고, 모형의 적정성 및 실무적인 적용가능성을 평가하는 과정으로 이루어진다.

  • In this study, assume that the stock price obeys the stochastic differential equation driven by mixed fractional Brownian motion, and the short rate follows the Vasicek model. Then, the Black-Scholes partial differential equation is held by using fractional Ito formula. Finally, the pricing formulae of the barrier option are obtained by partial differential equation theory. The results of Black-Scholes model are generalized.

  • Pricing information services, where congestion can threaten the efficient operation of information systems, has been studied in economics and information systems literature, Recent explosion of the Internet ana proliferation of multimedia content over the Internet have rekindled the research interest in designing pricing schedules for differentiated information services, In order for the information system to effectively serve users having heterogeneous needs, pricing rules for discriminated services should be considered. At the same time, when individual users' interest does not align with that of the organization that individual users belong to, organization-wide pricing policy should be devised to improve the value of the services rendered by the system. This paper, using a priority queuing model, addresses the need for such on incentive-compatible pricing for different information services.

A Value-Based Real Time Pricing Under Imperfect Information on Consumer Behavior

  • One of the major challenges confronting a multiservice electric utility is the establishment of the right prices for its services. The key objectives of particular pricing schemes are reasonableness of company earnings, economic efficiency, the responsiveness of supply and of the allocation of sources to the desires of consumers, and maintenance of some degree of competition. This paper proposes a value-based pricing mechanism amenable to the current deregulation situation in electricity market allowing service differentiation. The proposed pricing mechanism can be implemented in a nodal auction model, and can also be applied to direct load control.

항공사 이산형 동적가격 결정 및 좌석통제 문제 (Discrete Choice Dynamic Pricing and Seat Control Problem in Airlines)

  • Revenue management problems originated in the 1970's in the context of the airline industry have been successfully introduced in airline industries. It has started on the capacity control by booking classes for available seats, and has been recognized as a powerful tool to maximize the total revenue. Changing customer behavior and airline market environments, however, has required a new mechanism for improving the revenue. Dynamic pricing is one of innovative tools which is to adjust prices according to the market status. In this paper, we consider a dynamic pricing and seat control problem for discrete time horizon. The problem can be modeled as a stochastic programming problem. Applying the linear approximation technique and given the price set for each time, we suggest a mixed Integer Programming model to solve our problem efficiently. From the simulation results, we can find our model makes good performance and can be expanded to other comprehensive problems.
