가격, 인적서비스, 분위기, 메뉴품질이 고객의 재방문의도에 미치는 메뉴가치연구 (The Effects of Menu Price, Human Service, Amenity, Menu Quality on Menu Value and Revisit Intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how comparative menu price, human service, amenity, and menu quality affected menu value, and how menu value influenced revisit intention. The model was tested in a family restaurant setting using a sample of customers visiting and enjoying menu in Daegu metropolitan city. Empirical results confirmed that not only do human service, amenity and menu quality increase menu value but that comparative menu price reduces menu value. Menu value was also found to be a significant antecedent of revisit intention. The results obtained have major implications for family restaurant marketers as well as for future research. First, family restaurant marketers should pay attention to menu pricing, as menu price decreased menu value. Second, family restaurant marketers should try to increase menu value through training of human service. Third, family restaurant marketers should try to add menu value by way of recruiting high-skilled cook. Fourth, family restaurant marketers should make efforts to attract customers through interior design.

중국 미술품 가격 형성 요인 실증분석 -컨템퍼러리 미술 작가 중심으로- (Factors of China Art Price Formation -Focusing on contemporary artists-)

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 미술시장에서 주목 받고 있는 중국 컨템퍼러리 미술품 가격을 형성하는 요인을 분류하고, 중국 미술품만이 가지고 있는 가격형성 특징에 대해 고찰해 본다. 중국 컨템퍼러리 미술품의 급격한 성장에는 일반적인 미술품의 가격 형성요인과 차별화되는 중국만의 특수한 요인들이 영향을 미쳤을 것으로 판단하여 기존 선행 연구에서 사용되었던 가격형성요인에 중국의 작가 및 사회적 특징을 반영한 요인을 추가하였다. 미술품이 가지고 있는 다양한 특성들을 개별요인함수로 두고 실거래 가격을 종속변수로 하는 헤도닉 가격모형을 적용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 그 결과로 중국 컨템퍼러리 미술품은 경매도시, 경매회사, 경매 월 등의 판매요인보다는 출신지역, 주 활동지역, 최종학력소재지 등의 작가적 요인이 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 최근 제작된 작품일수록 가격이 높게 책정되었고, 중국 컨템퍼러리 미술의 특징인 '인물의 유무' 요인에서는 작품 속 인물이 존재할수록 가격이 높게 책정된 것을 알 수 있었다. 사회적 요인인 중국 GDP가 중국 컨템퍼러리 미술품 가격과 동반 상승하였다는 점에도 주목할 만하다. 중국 컨템퍼러리 미술에 대한 관심과 수요가 높은 시점에서 본 연구의 결과는 중국 컨템퍼러리 미술품에 대한 이해도를 높이고, 컬렉터들에게 설득력 있는 구매방향을 제시해 줄 것이라 생각한다.

  • The objective of this was to improve a transportation cost relation between Central Distribution Centers(CDCs) and Regional Distribution Centers(RDCs), to control inventory cost concerning safety stock for each service level, by reviewing distribution steps connecting CDCs and RDCs under the price discount. It was also to examine and compare operating costs for the following two alternative suggestions for setting the service standard as a counter measure for a stock-out of the distribution network system management. First, provision by dispersing the safety stock to the CDCs and RDCs; and second, exclusive provision of the safety stock only to the RDCs. The cost comparison analysis was made for each category of purchase costs, regular transportation costs, express transportation costs, and inventory holding costs.

On eBay's Fee Structure from a Channel Coordination Perspective

  • Can eBay.com's fee structure coordinate the channel? It's a critical strategic problem in e-commerce operations and an interesting research hypothesis as well. eBay's fees include three parts: monthly subscription fee, insertion fee, and final value fee (i.e., a revenue sharing portion), which represent a generic form of revenue sharing fee structure between the retailer and the vendor in a supply chain. This research deals with such a channel consisting of a price-setting vendor who sells products through eBay's marketplace exclusively to the end customers. The up- and down-stream channel relationship is consignment-based revenue sharing. We use a game-theoretic approach with assumption of the retailer (i.e., eBay.com) being a Stackelberg-leader and the vendor being a follower. The Stackelberg-leader decides on the terms of revenue sharing contract (i.e., fee structure), and the follower (vendor) decides on how many units to sell and the items' selling price. This study formulates several profit-maximization models by considering the effects of the retail price on the demand function. Under such settings, we show that eBay's fee structure can improve the channel efficiency; yet it cannot coordinate the channel optimally.

산업연관분석에 의한 수도산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석 (I-O Analysis for the Economic Impact of Water Industry)

  • Until now, we recognize that water supply is a public sector rather than business sector in Korea. In spite of the general recognition, water supply sector has an important role within the national economy as an industry. This study try to analyze the current status of water supply sector as a industry with input-output analysis. As we expected, water supply sector is still minor as an industry sector. However, this is not because water supply sector is not important as a industry, but because the price of water too low or free. With regard to the water price impacts, our results show that the 10% increasing water price has only increased 0.01% of the general price level, which is neglectable. To have a competitiveness as a industry, water sector should be reevaluated based on its socioeconomic value. Government policy for water supply sector should achieve two purposes; the one is for as a public service, the other is for the setting new paradigm as an industry.

  • This study aims to analyze how students' design work functions affect consumer attitudes and purchase intentions toward clothes designed by students, while exploring the moderating effect of price sensitivity in such a relationship. Data was acquired from 351 responses of an online questionnaire (www.sojump.com). A two-step approach was employed to analyze our hypotheses using structural equation modeling (SEM) in SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical packages. First, significant empirical evidence was secured regarding the effects of design functions (assurance, fashion, camouflage, individuality, and comfort) on consumer attitudes toward clothes, which can lead to purchasing intention. Fashion, individuality, and comfort functions can enhance consumer attitude significantly, but assurance and camouflage have no significant influence. Among the functions, comfort has the greatest effect on consumer attitudes, indicating that when students market works as commodities, comfort should be highlighted in their designs. In this way, such products can draw the interest of many consumers. Second, empirical evidence showed that price sensitivity negatively moderates the association between attitude and purchase intention. Thus, design courses should be careful when setting student works' prices given consumer sensitivity. The optimization of the student works' cost structure can help minimize price sensitivity. Overall, the findings and their implications can serve as a basis for the commercial application of design curriculum works and provide feasible support for developing student design curriculum in the future.

치과기공물(齒科技工物) 원가계산(原價計算)에 관(關)한 실증적(實證的) 연구(硏究) (An Empirical Study on the Cost Finding of Dental Laboratory Products in a University Hospital)

  • Under the fee for service schedule of Korean health insurance system, rational fee for dental laboratory products based on the cost is required to be formulated. The purpose of this study was to find actual cost of dental laboratory products in case of a University Hospital. Materials of this study were used as follows : 1. Balance sheet at Dec. 31, 1992 and profit and loss report of the year 1992 of the sample hospital 2. Performance report of dental laboratory department. 3. Purchasing and other accounting bills of dental laboratory materials. The following methods were used. 1. Actual cost finding of dental laboratory department was performed. 2. Work sampling methods were used for measuring standard working time by the process of working. 3. To porcelain fused to metal crown(non-precious), Relative value of the cost of dental laboratory products was calculated as 1.00. 4. Fee and cost of those products were compared on the basis of Relative values. The results of the study can be summarized as follow : 1. Overall, it took longs time than other items. to product denture-related items. 2. When several teeth are made in a time, average production time is much sorter than when one tooth is made in a time. 3. The relative price cost of Dicor cast crown and denture related items are higher than the criterion items. 4. The material cost occupies average 11% out of the total price cost, proportion of personnel expenses is average as 60.0%. 5. Some of the components consisting of the price cost are not reflected adequately in setting the level of the reimbursement price. 6. Relative values of dental laboratory products price cost are varied in the range from 0.05 to 2.83, overall, the reimbursement price of dental products appears not to reflect adequately the price cost. On the basis of this study results, the following ideas would be suggested : 1. Fee Schedule of dental laboratory products should be renovated in order to reflect their costs. 2. Dental laboratory product manufacturers should be enlarged for the economy of scale which may be useful for cost- containment. 3. Dental laboratory producters themselves are required to be standardiqed according to the categories of skill.

Prediction Model of Real Estate Transaction Price with the LSTM Model based on AI and Bigdata

  • Korea is facing a number difficulties arising from rising housing prices. As 'housing' takes the lion's share in personal assets, many difficulties are expected to arise from fluctuating housing prices. The purpose of this study is creating housing price prediction model to prevent such risks and induce reasonable real estate purchases. This study made many attempts for understanding real estate instability and creating appropriate housing price prediction model. This study predicted and validated housing prices by using the LSTM technique - a type of Artificial Intelligence deep learning technology. LSTM is a network in which cell state and hidden state are recursively calculated in a structure which added cell state, which is conveyor belt role, to the existing RNN's hidden state. The real sale prices of apartments in autonomous districts ranging from January 2006 to December 2019 were collected through the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's real sale price open system and basic apartment and commercial district information were collected through the Public Data Portal and the Seoul Metropolitan City Data. The collected real sale price data were scaled based on monthly average sale price and a total of 168 data were organized by preprocessing respective data based on address. In order to predict prices, the LSTM implementation process was conducted by setting training period as 29 months (April 2015 to August 2017), validation period as 13 months (September 2017 to September 2018), and test period as 13 months (December 2018 to December 2019) according to time series data set. As a result of this study for predicting 'prices', there have been the following results. Firstly, this study obtained 76 percent of prediction similarity. We tried to design a prediction model of real estate transaction price with the LSTM Model based on AI and Bigdata. The final prediction model was created by collecting time series data, which identified the fact that 76 percent model can be made. This validated that predicting rate of return through the LSTM method can gain reliability.

중국 핸드폰시장의 색상에 따른 가격탄력성 차이에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Difference in Price Elasticity by Colors in the Chinese Mobile Phone Market)

  • 본 연구는 중국 핸드폰 시장에서 특정 제품사양 중 색상변화와 그 제품의 수요변화와의 관계를 가격탄력성으로 실증 분석한 것이다. 기존 가격탄력성 연구의 분석단위는 제품 카테고리이거나 제품카테고리 내 SBU 를 주로 측정한 반면, 이 연구의 가격탄력성 분석단위는 체험마케팅, 미학마케팅, 인지심리학의 연구 대상인 색상에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구의 데이터는 중국 최대 B2C 사이트에 입점한 대리상이 다국적 기업의 핸드폰을 판매한 실적자료를 바탕으로 하였다. 연구결과를 보면, 첫째, 6 개 색상의 가격탄력성이 모두 절대 값 1 보다 커서 가격 변화에 수요가 탄력적으로 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 색상 간 가격 탄력성의 차이가 발생하였다. 동일한 가격인하 폭 속에서 가장 적은 판매량 증가를 보인 색은 아로마화이트인 반면에, 가장 많은 판매량 증가를 보인 색은 다이아몬드색이였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해, 중국에서 핸드폰 판매 시 가격 할인인하 폭이나 인상폭을 색상에 따라 다르게 하거나, 기업에서 핸드폰 생산량을 색상에 따라 다르게 준비하여 판매하는 것이 더 많은 이익을 창출할 수 있게 됨을 알 수 있었다. 학술적으로는 중국의 핸드폰 제품 카테고리에 색상에 따른 선호 차이와 색상에 따른 가격탄력성이 다름을 파악함으로써 가격탄력성의 분석 단위의 미시화 및 개념 확장이라는 학술적 공헌이 있었다.

원예치료 기반 직업재활 프로그램이 정신장애인의 정서 및 뇌파에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotion and EEG of People with Mental Illness by Vocational Rehabilitation Program Based on Horticultural Therapy)

  • 본 연구는 원예치료 기반 직업재활 프로그램이 정신장애인의 정서 및 뇌파에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구는 경상북도 G시 보건소의 직업재활반 정신장애인 회원 3명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 연구 결과 대상자 모두 정적 정서는 증가, 부적 정서는 감소되었다. 뇌파 검사 결과 대상자 A는 세타파가 사전 17.27%, 사후 21.39%, 알파파가 사전 39.66%, 사후 49.02%, SMR파가 사전 13.53%, 사후 18.49%, 중간베타파가 사전 39.72%, 사후 41.53%로 증가, 베타파가 사전 27.53%, 사후 17.54%, 고베타파가 사전 46.75%, 사후 39.98%로 감소하였다. 대상자 B는 알파파가 29.70%, 사후 31.82%, 중간베타파가 사전 44.24%, 사후 65.76%로 증가, 고베타파가 사전 29.04%, 사후 9.09%로 감소하였다. 대상자 C는 알파파가 26.30%, 사후 49.42%, SMR파가 사전 19.86%, 사후 20.59%로 증가, 베타파가 사전 29.85%, 사후 16.13%로 감소하였다. 아이디어, 창조적 사고가 발생하는 세타파와 안정 상태, 집중, 학습에 몰두할 때 나타나는 알파파, SMR파, 중간베타파는 증가, 스트레스, 긴장, 불안 시 발생하는 베타파, 고베타파는 감소하였다. 수익금 분석 결과 대상자 A는 101,700원, 대상자 B는 81,000원, 대상자 C는 56,200원의 수익을 얻었다.
