In Side of Supply and Demand of Fisheries Products, The Aquacultural Industry stayed in subsidized situation for the whole fishery industry of korea when it's dawned. But nowaday, the Aquacultural Industry has been developed to unique industry itself, and it could be said the Hoe - korean style Sashimi or Sushi culture of korea can't exist without its aquacultural industry. So it could be said that the Aquacultural industry is not only a part of the fishery industry but also inevitable unique industry. The main objective of this paper is to analysis the present situation for production of Flatfish, distribution of Flatfish, and consumption structure of Flatfish. Especially, the production for aquacultural Flatfish in 2005 has been raised over 38 times against the production in 1990, and it takes the status as the major fish which leads the domestic aqua cultural industry compare with others. The distribution of Flatfish can be divided to the domestic and export mainly. In field of its domestic distribution, Flatfish is the major item with Rockfish, and the deal of its over 90% happens in Similarity Fishery Wholesale Markets such as In-chon, Ha-nam, and Bu-san Fishery Wholesale Market not in the common distribution process of the fishery products. At present, the exporting of Flatfish take 13.9% among the whole Aquacultural Industry of korea, and Flatfish mainly export to Japan. Also, through the development of chinese economy, Hoe consumption culture is expanded gradually. And the future of exporting Flatfish is very bright because of developing of the U.S. market. The brief introduction of the consumption style of live fish is as belows. According to the research, generally the most of korean consumers prefer individual item as their food to combination style in korean Hoe consumption culture and the favorite item of korean consumers are Flatfish and Rockfish.

LED is much brighter than the traditional incandescent, and low power consumption. Development and commercialization of LED fluorescent lamp is made in order to improve efficient fluorescent lamps with this existing and environmental problems. Because, unlike fluorescent lamps, it is not possible to directly use AC power to the unidirectional element having a polarity, LED requires a power supply. The power supply function is lowered as compared with the fluorescent lamp common in terms of maintenance costs because of the high price large. In this study, we constructed a circuit that can be controlled with a constant current in order to eliminate a phenomenon that brightness of the light which rectifies the AC power supply easy to place in the power supply due to the current change due to the voltage fluctuation is changed, in maintenance, I would like to propose how to develop a device which can be easily replaced less expensive composed of interchangeable modules of Plug in / out method to distinguish the LED module this.

In case of long time progressive construction work, we need contract sum adjustment due to escalation for a period of works and the process of applying, consistent and obvious criterion is required. In this study, it were attempted to figure out problem and study this rational improvement by giving examples based on core activities of escalation adjustment. Based on literature study and legal system analysis, we classified processes of contract sum adjustment for escalation and defined 20 core activities for each process. From this measured variable, we carried out case study by giving 37 examples of escalation. As a result of case study, problems of each process was found and we suggested rational improvement. As this study, providers will be able to waste budget and the other will be given smooth escalation adjustment.

This paper analyzes retailers' purchasing patterns of fruits and vegetables and the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets. While large-scale retailers purchase fruits and vegetables from various sources, medium and small-scale retailers and food service companies buy them mostly from agricultural product wholesale markets. The retailers point out the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets as a lack of quality uniformity, not sufficient cooling storage facilities, not sufficient space for shipping area, high distribution cost, unnecessary price fluctuation, and etc. In order to enhance the linkage with retailers, agricultural product wholesale markets, first of all, have to adopt more flexible trading methods such as private treaty besides auctions which are exclusively legitimate trading methods in the market. Necessary are enlargement of jobbers' operating scale, securing shipping space for retailers, adoption of inspection service, introduction of methods to stabilize auction prices, saving of loading and unloading costs, implementation of marketing strategies.

This case study investigates the KIKO currency option that has been a social issue in recent years among developing countries, especially Korea, where the financial derivatives market is in a state of rapid growth. The forward transaction which becomes a basis of derivatives is intended to hedge risks that may be caused by a future change in asset prices. Although it originates from a simple form of agricultural transactions, there currently exists a variety of derivatives in more sophisticated forms. In the Korean agricultural industry, the need to use such derivatives is great, as there is a huge risk of price fluctuation in agricultural products due to frequent adverse weather. In addition, many developing countries with export-led industrial structures similar to Korea's, of necessity must resort to currency hedging as a method of reducing relevant risk. However, in most cases, the lack of understanding about financial derivatives results in an inappropriate application of these derivatives. The KIKO in this study represents such cases. Since 2007, KIKO has been sold in Korea to many small- and medium-sized export companies for the purpose of currency hedging when the exchange rate between the Korean won and the U.S. dollar was in a downward spiral. The main focus of this study is a case which is most representative of KIKO. As inflation rapidly increased during the financial crisis in the U.S. at the end of 2007, derivatives became a hot issue in the courts rather than in the financial markets. This case study investigates what KIKO and the fierce legal debates over it imply, from the perspective of the option of value evaluation in order to suggest not only a direction in which companies can utilize financial derivatives, but also a roadmap for the future derivatives market.

Current status on consumption and packaging of sweet persimmons in USA was surveyed by visiting the market, and three sea shipments were conducted as model export trial from Korean to USA with measurement in ship container temperature and fruit quality. Strategy to promote the export of Korean persimmons was derived. There have been gradual decrease in the price of persimmons due to their increases production, but there seems potential growth in consumption of the fruits from Asian, Hispanic and American people. Compared to the fruits from other countries, Korean persimmons are desired to have higher soluble solid content with stronger red color, but too large sizes are not favored in American market. There has often been temperature fluctuation in shipment container during the sea transport to USA, resulting in surface blackening, skin black spotting and flesh softening. Plastic bag packages with inappropriate unitizing crimping were found to sometimes build up unproper modified atmosphere (high $O_2$ and low $CO_2$) giving high rate of physiological injury.

Recently construction projects become more bigger. So construction companies have being performed cost and schedule management task by using PMIS. In engineering and construction phase, progress management which occur the most frequent information I/O(input and output) should be managed effectively by PMIS. Although most information by PMIS manage efficiently, cost-schedule information for progress management is difficult to be managed due to recurrent information input. thus when changed by price fluctuation and change order, progress management could not connnect cost information with schedule information. So it caused inaccuracy of progress measurement and data increase in PMIS. To solve this problem, This study suggests improved module for progress management through integration of cost-schedule using quantity take-offs as progress measurement method.

The research focuses on the method to improve the Logistics considering investigating the present state of the fast growing social commerce. The improving Logistics is the jointed transport system, which proposes the concept of the packaged delivery for customers in same area and the condition-specific benefits as the transport cost and delay period. Customers in this system will obtain the advantage as the decrease of transport cost and social commerce companies will make the effect about growing the number of customer and the sales by the lowest price in the online markets. There are 7 scenarios for simulation. The performance assessment of the results from simulation is carried out by total number of orders, finished number of orders, sales, delivery times, delivery cost, earlier rate of delivery, and fluctuation of number of wrong delivery. The results of the research show that the total number of orders, finished number of orders and sales are increased, while the times and cost of delivery are decreased.

The ionizer module used in this air cleaner supplies high voltages of 3.5KV / -4KV to the discharge electrode HV+ / HV- using a winding transformer to generate positive and negative ions by electric field radiation of carbon fiber brush. The ionizer module circuit using the existing MCU has the disadvantage of large PCB size and expensive price, and the gate driver chip using the existing ring oscillator has oscillation period sensitive to PVT (Process-Voltage-Temperature) fluctuation and there is risk of fire or electric shock because there is no fault detection function by short circuit of HV+ and GND as well as HV- and GND. Therefore, in this paper, even though PVT fluctuates, by using 7-bit binary up counter, HV+ voltage reaches the target voltage by adjusting oscillation period. And an HV+ short fault detection circuit for detecting a short circuit between HV+ and GND, an HV- short fault detection circuit for detecting a short circuit between HV- and GND, and an OVP (Over-Voltage Protection) for detecting that HV+ rises above an overvoltage are newly proposed.

The bankruptcy possibility of construction firms have been higher by the environment of current construction industry. Thus, converting management environment for growth into that for value or profit is required. Nowadays, funds of construction firms is almost provided by financial institutions. As the firms' size grow, they have a form of fund provision through the securities market; however, fair distribution for returns is not practiced by opening company. Especially, construction firms lost trust of Investor by lack of awareness to firm clearness, and then a vicious cycle of no effectiveness in fund provision through securities market is continued again. On this study correlation between stock quotations and primary financial factors of firms in order to grasp actual management condition in construction firms was analyzed. By this, the correlation between stock quotations and the result of firm management was provided. Also, necessity of firm's capital provision was explained, thus ways to ensure firm clearness was searched.
