  • 최근 전 세계적으로 비트코인을 필두로 다양한 가상화폐의 관심도가 증가함에 따라 가상화폐에 대한 투자 및 거래가 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 가상화폐는 가격이 불안정하여 금액 변동률 폭이 매우 크기 때문에 잦은 금액 확인이 요구되어 가상화폐 투자자들은 자주 가상화폐 거래소를 확인을 해야 하는 문제점이 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가상화폐 가격 정보 데이터를 수집하여 RGB로 표현하는 가격정보 안내 시스템을 사용함으로서 거래소에서 낭비되는 시간을 크게 줄이고 사용자만이 데이터 표현을 이해할 수 있어 기밀성을 지원할 것으로 기대한다.

전력시장 적용을 위한 쿠르노 모델에서의 역수요함수 추정 방법 제안 (The Method for Estimating the Inverse Demand Curve of Cournot Model in Electricity Market)

  • At present Cournot model is one of the most commonly used theories to analyze the gaming situation in oligopoly market. But there exist several problems to apply this model to electricity market. The representative one is to obtain the inverse demand curve able to be induced from the relationship between market price and demand response. In Cournot model, each player offers their generation quantity to accomplish maximum profit, which is accomplished by reducing their quantity compared with available total capacity. As stated above, to obtain the probable Cournot equilibrium to reflect real market situation, we have to induce the correct demand function first of all. Usually the correlation between price and demand appears on the long-term basis through the statistical data analysis (for example, regression analysis) or by investigating consumer utility functions of several consumer groups classified as residential, industrial, and commercial. However, the elasticity has a tendency to change continuously according to the total market demand size or the level of market price. Therefore it should be updated as trading period passes by. In this paper we propose a method for inducing and updating this price elasticity of demand function for more realistic market equilibrium.

RSS를 이용한 실시간 상품정보 수집시스템의 설계 (System Design for Collecting Real-Time Product Information Using RSS)

  • It is well known that internet shoppers are very sensitive to sale prices. They visit the various shopping malls and collect the product information including purchase conditions for goods purchase decision-making. Recently the necessity of information support is increasing because of increase of information amount which is necessary and complexity of goods purchase decision-making process. The comparison shopping agent systems have provided price comparison information which is collected from various shopping malls to satisfy internet shoppers information craving. But the frequent price change caused by keen price competition is becoming the primary reason of information quality decline among price comparison sites. RSS which is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated is applied even in on-line shopping malls. This paper develops a RSS product information collection system to get real-time product information. The proposed product information system consists of (1) web crawler module for searching RSS feed shopping malls automatically, (2) RSS reader module for parsing product information from RSS feed file, (3) product DB and (4) product searching module. Performance of the proposed system is higher than the comparison shopping agent systems when it is defined with the volume of collecting product information per unit time.

수도권과 지방 주택매매가격의 동조화 변화 분석 (A Co-movement Analysis of Housing Purchase Price of Capital and Non-Capital Area)

  • This study examined the dynamic change in the co-movement between the house price rates with the network methods of Mantegna (1999). First, Capital area and non-capital area form independent clusters which have the heterogeneous co-movement pattern. In other words, Capital and non-capital areas have low connectivity in the housing market. Also, if the co-movement between capital areas have been strengthened, the co-movement between non-capital areas have been weakened. The results of the dynamic analysis show that the degree of the co-movement in the housing market is continuously increased. The members of the co-movement group in the capital area are strongly steadied by all periods. However, the members in the non-capital area have been changed according to the period. Accordingly, it is necessary to establish policies based on various information for the housing market of the non-capital area rather than policies targeting the capital area. In addition, Apartments in Korea are more likely to be used as investment or speculative assets than other types of houses. It has been confirmed that this is Gangbuk, which is locatied in the northern part of Seoul, appears to be a region where the Spillover Effects of price fluctuation can be triggered in the housing and apartment market. However, the housing market in Gangnam, which is locatied in the southern part of Seoul, was divided into low systematic risk.

바이오매스 발전소 연료한계단가 분석 - 중국 바이오매스 발전소를 중심으로 - (Analysis of Fuel Marginal Price for Biomass Power Plant - On the Basis of China Biomass Power Plant -)

  • 본 논문은 바이오매스 발전소 연료 단가에 대하여 중국 바이오매스 발전소를 중심으로 경제성 분석을 통해 연료 한계 단가를 연구하였다. 연료 단가 범위는 150~300위안으로 하였으며, 150위안부터 10위안 차이로 증가시켜 내부 수익률, 순현재가치, 부채상환계수, 적정 운전 시간을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 내부 수익률 민감도는 평균 1.35%로 일정하게 수익성이 감소되었으며, 순현재가치민감도는 연료 단가가 260위안과 270위안에서 20%로 가장 큰 차이를 발생하였다. 또한 타인 자본에 대한 부채상환계수는 연료 단가가 242위안일 경우 1.0으로 나타났으며, 이 이상의 단가에서는 타인 자본에 대한 안정적인 원금과 이자 상환이 어려울 것으로 평가되었다. 그리고 발전소 가동 시간은 기준 가동 시간 대비 약 88%의 가동율을 확보해야 부채상환계수 1.0 이상을 유지할 수 있다. 따라서 발전소 건설 및 운영시 연료 단가가 미치는 영향을 우선적으로 고려하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

제조비용 증가에 대한 대응 전략으로서 제품 크기 축소와 가격 인상의 비교 연구 (Downsizing and Price Increases in Response to Increasing Input Cost)

  • We analyze a duopoly competition when two firms face input cost increases. The objective of this study is to determine the firms' optimal strategy between a price increase and downsizing under conditions of a spatially differentiated market and consumers' diminishing utility on the product size. We develop a theoretical model of two competing firms offering homogenous products using the standard Hotelling model to determine how firms' optimal strategies change when facing input cost increases. In this paper, there are two types of duopoly competitions: symmetric and asymmetric. In the symmetric case, the two firms have the same marginal cost and are producing and selling identical products. In the asymmetric case, the two firms have different marginal costs. The results show that the optimal strategy decision depends on the size of the input cost increase and the cost differences between the two firms. We find that when two firms are asymmetric (i.e., they have different marginal costs), the two firms might choose asymmetric pairs of strategies in equilibrium under certain conditions. When the cost differences between the two firms are sufficiently large and the cost increase is sufficiently small, the cost leader chooses price increase, and the cost-disadvantaged firm chooses downsizing in equilibrium. This asymmetric strategy reduces price competition between two firms, and consumers are better off. When the cost differences between the two firms are sufficiently large, downsizing is the dominant strategy for the cost-disadvantaged firm. The cost-disadvantaged firm finds it more profitable to reduce the product size than to increase its price to reduce price competition, because consumers prefer downsizing to price increases. This paper might be a good starting point for further analytical research in this area.

현행 건설공사 물가변동 제도의 문제점 분석을 통한 계약금액조정 개선방안 (An Improvement Plan of Contract Price Adjustment through the Problem Analysis of the Current Price Escalation Regulation in Construction Projects)

  • 본 연구는 건설공사 불가변동으로 인한 계약금액조정을 함에 있어 산출과정에 있어서의 문제점과 물가변동 조정 후 설계변경이 수반될 때 물가상승액이 변경되면서 일어나는 비합리적인 정산방식과 법적인 문제점에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 계약관리자를 대상으로 한 설문조사와 건설공사사례를 분석하였고 그 결과로 물가변동제도의 대한 문제점을 분석하였다. 위와 같은 과정을 통해 계약금액조정에 판한 개선방안 및 산식을 제안하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 수행된 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 계약금액조정에 대한 개선방안으로는 합계단가로 비목군편성, 물가변동 조정 후 설계변경 수반시 증가된 물량 또는 신규품목에 대하여 설계변경당시 시점으로 물가변동 산출 등을 제시하였다. 2) 물가변동으로 인한 계약금액조정 후 설계변경이 수반될 경우 발생하는 기존물량 삭제 또는 물가변동제외금액 이하로 수량이 변경되는 경우와 수량 변경이 없는 경우에 대한 물가상승액 정산산식을 제안하였다.

유가변동의 제조업별 파급 효과 (The Impact of Oil Price Change on the Korean Manufacturing Sector)

  • 우리나라와 같이 수출주도형 산업구조를 가진 국가에서는 해외시장과의 밀접한 연계로 인하여 해외시장이 국내 경제활동에 충격을 전달하는 경로가 될 가능성이 높다. 본고에서는 우리나라에서 유가의 변동이 국내시장과 수출시장을 통하여 어떻게 전달되는지를 설명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 4개의 거시경제변수와 개별 제조업의 산업생산, 국내생산자가격, 수출가격을 포함하여 유가상승에 따른 개별 산업활동의 충격반응함수를 구조적 VAR모형을 이용하여 추정하였다. 이로부터 에너지다소비업종을 제외한 대부분의 제조업에서는 유가상승 후 생산감소와 가격하락이 나타났고, 비금속광물제품(26), 컴퓨터 사무용기기(30), 전자부품 영상 음향 통신장비(32)를 제외하고는 유가상승에 대하여 수출가격이 상승하는 것으로 추정되었다. 이는 국내시장에서 유가상승이 수요충격의 경로로 확산되고 있으나, 수출시장에서는 공급충격의 경로가 존재하고 있어, 대체로 우리나라 제조업은 유가상승에 대하여 이중적 부담을 안고 있는 것으로 설명할 수 있다.

신문광고에 나타난 아파트 계획요소의 변화에 관한 연구 - 분양가 자율화 전.후의 비교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Changes of Planning Factors of Apartment Houses in Newspaper Advertisements - Focused on the comparison in times of deregulation of the price ceiling -)

  • This study focused on the fact that changes of policies have influence on housing culture of Korea and analyzed changes in apartment houses planning since the deregulation of the price ceiling through newspaper advertisement. The research compared and analyzed advertisements of apartment houses sales appeared in the 'Gwangju Il-Bo' daily newspaper from 1990 to 2003 by planning factors. : The results are as follows. Reliability and economy were important factors in deciding apartment before the deregulation of the price ceiling policy, but as apartment houses were merchandised after the deregulation of the price ceiling policy, brand of enterprise and image of apartment houses were highlighted more. In the environment of apartment complex, the concerns of location after the deregulation of the price ceiling policy were more increased than before its policy and it means emphasis on living environment for better life. The apartment housing unit and building showed change of the apartment housing unit plan considering residents, high quality of interior design and high-tech and differentiation of equipment since the deregulation of the price ceiling policy. The ground space has been parked or afforested and the underground space is used for parking lot as a part of environment-friendly in the apartment complex planning. The deregulation of the price ceiling policy made brand, image, high-grade and differentiation, and got many changes in the planning side of the apartment sales advertisement.
