Purpose: This study tried to present basic data for establishment of facility guidelines and facility certification standards for the comprehensive prevention of infectious diseases in buildings. Methods: This study examines the concept of architectural countermeasures for the prevention of infectious diseases through literature reviews, and then classifies and organizes the countermeasures by viewing the infectious diseases hospitals as the top-level facility in terms of responding to infectious diseases. Results: At first, this study categorized and organized infection prevention countermeasures of infectious disease hospitals, which are the highest level facilities in terms of response to infectious diseases. And by presenting the concept of step-by-step setting of countermeasures for general buildings such as welfare facilities and multi-use facilities, which are lower-level facilities in the aspect of prevention of infectious diseases, this study tried to present basic data for establishing facility guidelines and facility certification standards for comprehensive prevention of infectious diseases in buildings. Implications: In the future, it is expected that spatial changes for the prevention of infectious diseases will spread to general constructions such as public buildings, private buildings, and multi-use facilities, and comprehensive infection prevention facility guidelines are needed.

The half of injuries by carrying-unloading machinery was injuries due to crane. The purpose of this study was to analyze present condition of injuries by the crane, to investigate hazard management model, injury prevention technique, and to suggest safety countermeasures of crane working. The hazard management model is composed of 5 rules and 10 methods. The rules are to remove, separate, protect, make up and correspond. Prior to this crane countermeasures, general protection for head, foot and hand are needed. Hazard prevention affects on industrial management economically and psychologically. The preparation of safety countermeasures are very important for the prevention of industrial injuries. The countermeasures are setting-up of safety culture, active and rationale safety education. As the industrial safety and health system should be performed for the employees' health and life, the industrial competitive power and productivity would be improved.

본 연구에서는 양양산불에 의한 낙산사의 소실이후 전통사찰 문화재의 방재대책에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 전통사찰의 현황과 관련 법규를 검토하였고, 양양산불의 발생에 따른 화재특성과 낙산사의 피해현황에 대해 정리하였다. 또한 낙산사 소실로 본 전통사찰의 화재피해사례와 관련 소방법규를 검토하여 문제점을 제시하였고, 낙산사의 소실에 따른 방재대책에 대해 설문조사결과를 제시하여 향후 전통사찰문화재에 대한 화재예방안전대책을 제시하고자 한다.

Recent industrial accident prevention measures suggested by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. So Results are expected to reduce the casualties and economic losses by the Industrial Accident Prevention. However, goals will not easy. Because the problem that requires the participation of government departments solve the underlying problems is not considered. Therefore, the active participation of the government and society as a whole is needed.

Inundation of substation and ground power equipment breaks out every summer season in low-lying downtown and low-tying shore by heavy rain, typhoon and tidal wave. In case inundation excluding the exchanging cost of equipment, it occurs a great economic and social loss owing to recovery time and events of electric shock occur by inundation electrical equipment (Pad-mounted Transformer and Switch). So we research the flooding prevention countermeasures of electrical facility and Transformer Vault on Foreign. We conform the site facility and related regulation for flooding prevention on Foreign.

Since terrorist attacks on the United States in 9/11, the aviation terror has been rapidly reduced while having an enormous amount of expenses invested in the aviation terror prevention. The aviation terror indicates itself the problem, and by the same token, the aviation terror prevention requires a huge investment. However, the available resources are limited, which raises concern over the effective use of the limited resources. Therefore, in order to contribute to the establishment of effective aviation security measures, this study examines and analyses the aviation terror types and changes, with the forecast of the aviation terror types with high occurrence potentiality, and suggests the countermeasures for the aviation terror prevention.

Most of chemical plant are using toxic and dangerous materials, inflammable and poisonous. There are many accidental dangers by escaping of fire, explosive and poisonous materials in case of high temperature and pressure. The accidents lead to taking employer's and local people's life and environmental contamination. Therefore, 27 small-medium chemical plant, which size is 30∼200 employees out of safety management agent in the area of A was selected in this study. The problems of safety management and several countermeasures at the chemical plants was indicated through the analyzed data. Prior to this analysis, top managers' concerns, equipment maintenance for the safety management are needed. For the future, calamity prevention countermeasures by industrial disaster analysis are needed and active safety management programs are investigated for the industrial disaster prevention and productivity enhancement at the chemical plant.
