The Arctic transportation offers big opportunities as shorter transport distances, less fuel consumption, less carbon emissions, faster deliveries of goods, and more profits. The present study is aimed to investigate a future flow to deal with policy in arctic transportation using Big data analysis.

The aim of this study is to present preliminary results from an ongoing large-scale study of English-language future goal orientations held by Japanese university students. The work here involves an investigation of learners in multiple disciplines, from five universities, both public and private, in the Kanto-region of Japan, and their perspective on their future use of English. The results summarize written essays on L2-goal orientations. Preliminary results indicate Japanese learners (n = 629) as a whole have disparate L2-learning goals; however, these can be summarized into four broad categories: career, personal life, study, and general; and early findings indicate that most learners (63.56%) are oriented to career or personal goal orientations, while others are oriented to study and general. These early results help us to gain a better understanding of the future goals of Japanese university learners and their views of English usage in the future.

With rapid development of various information and communication technologies, to forecast future became important for coping with new environment. Experts in each field of study are forecasting future society, and considerable life scenarios are derived in the process. Life scenarios help people to approach and understand future circumstances easily. Therefore, to study future housing with life scenarios as materials will be helpful to establish the direction to the development of current housing. The purpose of this research is to examine what characterizes the housing functions and life behaviors of future house and what is changing from the housing functions and life behaviors of past and present. Content analysis was used as research method. The subject was 10 future forecasting books which reflects daily life in the house, and 1 episode relating residential space as 1 analysis unit, the total of 213 episodes were analyzed as materials. As a result, most of the life behaviors in the house are expected to be performed by robots instead of humans in the future. On the other hand, partial life behaviors are already being performed mostly by computer system, and another partial life behaviors show that the role-performance of them are not being totally by robots but partially with human.

At the threshold of the 21st century People have been exploring the future of each field. Accordingly In the area of housing the increase in income level and high-technology development facilitated full scale research on the future housing. The purpose of this research is to try to set up a systematic theory on the future housing by investigating theoretical backgrounds of the future housing and development of the future housing planning concept, A document research method was used to analyze the development of the future housing planning concept of three periods from its origin in the 19th century to present : the burgeoning period growing period and maturing period. The purpose of this study was to find how hybrid fashion and make-up responses to multiculturalism condition and how expression of hybrid. Today, every culture has taken on the compromise form by means of the cultural difference, variety, and pluralism according to the internationalization and the advance. The research was carried out by posing a questionnaire, making middle and high schoolstudents 549 in Taehu an object of this research, in order to grasp the residential outlook of juveniles.1. The first order of reason why they have resided in present their houses was by a school group and their parents' choice and work place and second order of reason was by their parents' choice, life convenience in present house add traffice convenience And there was littledifference in the first and second residential reasons according to sew.2. In compareson with past and present house type, past and present house type shewed same tendency and future wanted house type was separate house absolutely.3. Points to be considered in selectong future were in the order of facilities, traffice,, surrounding, educational, social and economical circumstances. There was little difference in almost items to be considered in choosing accordant to sew. But in case of schoolgirls, they consisered more items in selecting houses than in schoolboys.4. As a result of researching ideal house of juvenile, happy family was most Preferred and the desire to possess house was expressed strongly.5. The first value on house was health of family, the stability, the stabi]ity and the residential convenience. And schoolboys attacged more importance to the gealth of family, ghe stability and the education fer children than in case of school-girls but on the other hand school girls attached more importance to economical value house and happy and harmonious family.

Digital technology enhanced the improvement of technological aspects in the both broadcasting and telecommunications industries. The infrastructures of each industry converged to one, which impacts not only on technology but also on the broadcasting service. The current broadcasting service is characterized by one-way service, but it'll changed to be customized, or two-way service that reflects the interest of customers. This change requires a new standard to categorize and analyze the future broadcasting service converged and market structure, differing from the present standard based on the transmission channels. This study aims at forecasting the demand of interactive TV service as a representative broadcasting service in the near future, and analyzing the market structure of the broadcasting services. We assume that the present broadcasting and information and telecommunications services such as terrestrial, cable TV, satellite, digital TV services and high-speed broadband service have strong relationship with interactive TV service. First we use Bass diffusion method to predict the diffusion curve of the present five services. Then we analyze the relationship between the present services and interactive TV service by Delphi method. Finally we estimate the potential subscription number of interactive TV service based on the relationship among the services and diffusion parameters.
