The importance of the NCS(National Competitiveness Standards) is growing as the job market shrinks and more institutions require hiring based on NCS. Of the ten domains of NCS', the most relevant one with the performance of all tasks is basic capability group. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of college students' basic capability group(communication capability, mathematical capability) on their career preparation behavior. In this study, we set up a process model to comprehend the effect of college students' basic capability group on career preparation behavior based on social cognitive career theory. For research model testing, 561 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis through structural equations modeling. Empirical analysis showed that communication capability positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. But, mathematical capability don't influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. Next, career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation each positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. Also, interest in the major positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. The academic implications are as follows: Career self-efficacy and interest in the major were important factors in the communication capability. The process of communication capability affecting career preparation behavior and interest in the major was explained through social cognitive career theory and self-efficacy. The practical implications are as follows: Administrative assistance should be provided to improve the career self-efficacy of college students.

Purpose: In this logistics disturbance period, this study conducts research of distribution and logistics firms in Korea. The purpose of this exploratory research is to analyze global competitive capability influence on business performance. And give managerial implications and contribute to academics. Research design, data, and methodology: This research empirically analyzes the relationship between global competitive capability and business performance. As for business performance this research considered non-financial performance and measured with business performance fulfillment. As for antecedent variables, this research measured three global competitive capability constructs; preparation, utilization, intensive capability. And each construct includes two capability concepts. This study used 2,316 executing direct export distribution and logistics industry firmsfrom KOTRA's GCL data. This research used frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and step-wise regression analysis by SPSS26. Results: The result shows that all the variables except export infra showed statistically significant. As results show, mid/long strategy & global mind of preparation capability, both communication and marketing of utilization capability and market strategy and product/goods/service of intensive capability give a positive influence on business performance fulfillment. Conclusions: Based on the results, this research provide implication for practical management, contribution to academic, and suggestion for feature research.

본 연구의 목적은 먼저 전문대학 학생의 NCS 업무처리능력군(문제해결능력, 정보능력, 기술능력, 자원관리능력, 조직이해능력)과 진로효능감 간의 영향 관계를 실증분석하기 위함에 있다. 그리고 이 진로효능감과 진로결과기대 및 진로준비행동 간의 영향관계에 대해 실증분석하기 위함이다. 사회인지진로이론 및 자기효능감 관련 기존의 선행연구를 바탕으로 한 실증분석의 결과를 요약 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문대학 학생의 진로결과기대와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 선행 영향요인으로 진로효능감 요인을 확인하였다. 둘째, 업무처리능력군 중 문제해결능력, 정보능력, 자원관리능력, 조직이해능력은 진로효능감에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 업무처리능력군 중 기술능력은 진로효능감에 유의한 영향관계가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 전문대학 학생의 진로효능감을 향상 시킬 수 있는 학과 차원의 행정지원과 교수자의 상담 및 멘토링 지원이 이루어질 수 있도록 비교과과목의 개설과 교수평가 지표 항목의 개발 등의 정책적 제안이 가능함을 확인한 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 더불어 본 연구에서는 조직이해능력, 정보능력, 자원관리능력, 그리고 문제해결능력이 진로효능감에 미치고 이는 다시 진로결과기대와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었기에 해당 능력과 관련된 비교과목의 개설 및 특화 및 특강 프로그램을 위한 준비와 진행의 정책적 제안이 가능함을 확인한 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계를 제시하였다.

Purpose As job market squeezes and more institutions have been requiring NCS(National Competency Standards) based recruitments, the importance of NCS has been growing. Among the 10 domains of NCS, the most relevant one with MIS(Management Information Systems) field is 'information ability', which is becoming more important with the advent of the fourth industrial revolution era. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of college students' information ability on their career preparation behavior. Design/methodology/approach In this study, we set up a process model to comprehend the effect of college students' information ability on career preparation behavior based on social cognitive career theory. For research model testing, 561 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis through structural equations modeling. Findings Empirical analysis showed that information ability positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. In addition, this study presented a process model explaining the effect of information capability on career preparation behavior. In order to strengthen the information ability of college students, not only university-level efforts, but also MIS discipline efforts should be accompanied. Other academic and practical implications are discussed.

In present, advanced countries in the world are seen concentring on Military Transformation to create new military capability as there is a shift in Warfare Paradigm. Rapid development of technology enables military system, operational concept and organization innovated. As a result, Revolution in Military Affairs(RMA) that dramatically increased warfighting capability is pursued. Especially, advanced information technology constructs system of systems with abilities of battle visualization, information sharing in battlefield, long-range strike capability that are interoperable and combined. Corresponding to this, engagement methods and organizations are being progressively developed. The purpose of this thesis is overview of newly developing Warfare Paradigm and analysis of tendency of Military Transformation that advanced countries are pursuing preparation to this. Above all, specific aspects and contents of the Warfare Paradigm which emerged by information age were summarized. Subsequently, Military Transformation which provides the basic concepts and principles to the advanced countries in the world for the creation of new military capability was discussed. In conclusion, the tendency of Military Transformation by U.S.A, Japan, China, and Russia surround the Korean peninsular as the major power in military was carefully observed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the preparation of medical institutions for medical tourism and its effects. The sample of this study were 99 case which were selected from Korea Health Industry Development Institute list. Data were collected through the mail questionnaire survey from Sept. 15 to Oct. 30 in 2010. The collected data were analyzed using Chisquare test, t-test. The main findings of study are as follows: Using Chisquare test, we found statistically significant differences in resources prepared for medical tourism between hospitals and clinics. In general, hospitals were well prepared in human resources(e.g., proportion of employees with foreign language capability) and physical resources(e.g., helpdesk, brochures) compared to clinics.

본 연구는 대학생들이 기업에 필요한 직무능력을 향상시키는 것이 성공적인 취업을 위해 매우 중요하다는 관점에서 직무능력향상교육이 진로목표설정, 진로준비행동 및 직장만족도에 미치는 직 간접적인 영향력을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 대졸자직업이동경로조사(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey: GOMS)의 2013GOMS를 바탕으로 5,044명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 직무능력향상교육은 진로목표설정에 긍정적으로 작용할 뿐만 아니라 진로준비행동을 촉진하는 요인임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 진로준비행동은 첫직장 만족도 향상에 기여한다는 것을 다시 한 번 확인하였다. 셋째, 직무능력향상교육과 진로목표설정은 진로준비행동을 통하여 간접적으로 직장만족도를 향상에 기여한다는 것을 규명하였다. 결론적으로 직무능력향상은 자신의 진로에 대하여 명확한 목표를 설정하고 이를 위한 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 줌으로써 자신이 희망하는 일자리 획득의 가능성을 높여준다는 것을 규명하고 있다. 따라서 대학생들은 자신의 적성을 고려하여 직무능력향상에 노력해야하며, 이를 위해 대학교와 정부에서는 대학생들이 자신의 적성을 조기에 파악하여 이에 부합되는 직무능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위한 체계적인 교육프로그램을 개발이 필요하다.

연구목적: 본 연구는 주민참여형 안전개선사업이 주민방재역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 그에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법:독립표본 t-검증을 활용하여 사업 전·후의 주민방재역량차이를 비교분석하였다. 연구결과: 분석결과, 주민참여형 안전개선사업은 사업 전·후로 주민방재역량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그중에서도 피난대비정도, 조직방재역량과 관련된 부분이 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 도출되었다. 결론: 주민참여형 안전개선사업을 추진할 때, 주민 및 지역의 방재역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 방법을 모색하고 고민해야 한다.

북한의 사이버 전력은 대부분 사회기반과 첨단무기체계 운용시스템이 네트워크로 구축되어 있는 한국에게는 심각한 안보적 위협이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 대북 사이버 안보역량 강화를 위해 한국정부가 무엇을 해야 하는지를 고찰하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 북한의 대남 사이버 공격 사례를 위협 유형과 목적으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 적극적인 사이버 방호 및 공격능력을 갖추어야 한다. 둘째, 국가차원에서 총괄할 수 있는 통합적 사이버 안보 컨트롤타워를 구축하는 것이다. 셋째, 국내 사이버 관련 법제정이 필요하다. 넷째, 다자간 지역 내 사이버협력 체제를 구축하는 것이다. 이런 연구결과의 시사점은 북한의 사이버 위협으로부터 평시 피해를 최소화하고 유사시 완전한 전쟁수행을 위해 한국은 사이버 안보역량을 강화할 필요가 있다는 것이다.
