Emergency preparedness plan(EPP) is the systematic management of activities that involve a material degree of risk of loss or other damage to the surroundings(people, property and environment), and the boundary of accident recovery plan(ARP). The main purpose of the program is to provide a safety management system to each facility in order to enable to prevent accident and to control accident immediately. The EPP includes not only typical safety-related documentations such as material safety data sheet(MSDS), standard operation procedure(SOP), emergency response plan(ERP). EPP is established basis of the preliminary safety analysis involving risk identification, assessment and prevention plans. The program is also helpful for government or related agencies to control a number of accidents in small-scale companies in the whole country.

This paper concerns with the decision maker has the job of forecasting capital investments and operating expenses to aid the decision making in choosing and evaluating present annual and future alternatives. The cost estimating function eventually analysis, evaluates and choose the alternatives. And also, the marginal analysis performed originally from a preliminary design of some sort, and eventually plans are made to investigate investment possibilities. This paper provide the discounted net cash flows and the present, annual and future worth methods. In despite of any choice for an analytical methods, there remains the problems of predicting and assessments certain future events. Therefore, these models dealing with the optimal plant sizing, equipments replacement, and lease or buy will be discussed.
This study aims to draw a Housing development scheme of elderly housing, including the urban, suburban and resort type according to location type, which is based on a Demanding Characteristics of preliminary elderly for elderly housing. In addition, The comprehensive implication tells that the preliminary elderly who wants the urban elderly housing type have a more personal characteristics than other types. So it should be considered according to personal characteristics. Next, when we choose the suburban elderly housing type and predict the demand for housing development, it should not only considers factors such as the Unmarried children, Health status, Current housing size and Plans for economic activity in old age but also considers factors such as the Accessibility, Convenience, Investment and Environment characteristics of elderly housing preference. Next, when we choose the resort elderly housing type which based on the fact that a few detailed parameters of current housing characteristics exist, it should be based on the current housing characteristics of preliminary elderly. In addition, it should consider a pre-investigation for elderly housing preference in order to select the housing type. Because a comprehensive preference such as the comfort, convenience, safety, investment, environmental characteristics is considered as major determinants factors.

This study aims to reveal what is necessary for pre-service science teachers to make good use of online formative assessment in the context of online classes. For 22 pre-service physics teachers, first, the preliminary perception of online classes, online formative assessment, and formative assessment was investigated; second, the practice process of online formative assessment was examined. Then the differences between perception and practice were compared and analyzed. Data were collected in preliminary surveys, lesson plans, online formative assessment items, and interview data. As a result of the study, an interaction was mentioned as the difficulty of online classes in the preliminary perception, and pre-service teachers mentioned the use of technology, feedback, and adjustment as advantages of online formative assessment. In most cases of practice, the automated feedback was used using the platform's technology, but it did not lead to adjustment and interaction. In addition, the use of items in online formative assessment was not suitable for formative functions. The reason why the interaction using formative feedback did not occur seems to be because the understanding of formative assessment was insufficient. Pre-service teachers need to be prepared for the 'formative' function through the feedback of online formative assessment so that can lead to interaction in online classes. The shift to online classes is creating difficulties, especially in interaction. It is necessary to prepare and educate pre-service teachers on fundamental aspects that can overcome these difficulties.

Purpose In the adult emergency department of a university hospital, we investigated the frequency of major discrepancies between the preliminary reports by radiology residents and the final reports by certified radiologists. Materials and Methods Based on CT and MRI scans obtained between December 2016 and November 2019, we selected cases with diagnoses or treatment plans that could be changed due to discrepancies between preliminary and final reports and classified them by the type of discrepancy. We also examined the distributions of the major discrepancies and stratified them by residents' working time zone, experience, and subspecialty. Results Based on the 72137 preliminary reports evaluated, 1348 tests (1.9%) showed major discrepancies. Most of the major discrepancies were false negatives (72.0%), followed by misdiagnosis (26.3%) and false positives (1.7%). Acute findings (87.2%) were more common than non-acute findings (12.8%). The major discrepancy rate increased toward the second half of the 24-hour shift, with the highest rate of 2.9% occurring between 2 am and 4 am. The major discrepancy rate did not vary with experience, and it varied from 0.6% to 4.5% for each subspecialty. Conclusion The major discrepancy rate was less than 2%, and it increased with longer working hours during a 24-hour shift.

This study examined the obstacles of important factors involved in the start-up decision process for prospective entrepreneurs and plans after graduation while attending hair and beauty colleges and analyzed them in a phenomenological way to establish countermeasures. The subjects of the study agreed to collect data from 10 prospective entrepreneur doctors and plans after graduation while attending hair and beauty college located in G, and were in-depth from December 15 to December 30, 2022. The collected data were analyzed using the Colaizzi method. The results of this study were extracted with 13 topics and two subject collections that represent the characteristics of the experience in the preliminary start-up process of the participants. Based on the results of this study, it is meaningful to examine the obstacles of the factors that are importantly involved in the start-up decision process and establish countermeasures accordingly. In conclusion, at a time when the market for start-ups is expanding and government support is increasing, the factors affecting the will of college students, who are potential professional managers in the future, and effective implications for enhancing the university's start-up infrastructure, start-up difficulties, and start-up motivation were obtained. Therefore, it is urgent to develop efficient performance counseling research or program counseling that can promote and support mental and environmental growth through career development required for the difficulties of the decision process of prospective entrepreneur hair college students and the situations they face. It is necessary to develop various measurement tools in consideration of the level of career development and development of a start-up decision-making process model that can fully grasp the status of start-ups of prospective start-ups.

Dwelling environments that can help elderly farmers to live more safely, independently, and conveniently are becoming more and more important. Many rural houses are built without any particular architectural or energy-related criteria, so most of them have poor insulation. The construction technology used is also not precise, which increases the loads for heating and cooling. Therefore, rural houses need to be improved. Also, there is more and more need for plans to realize eco-friendly dwellings, so the principle of nature-oriented plans related to the direction, insulation, or landscaping of a house is being emphasized. Insulation is one of the most effective ways to save energy for heating and cooling. This preliminary study to improve the insulation of rural houses examined three regions in South Korea: the central region, the southern region, and the Jeju Island. A field investigation was conducted on a total of 18 houses, including six from each town in the selected regions. The information was used to figure out the current status of rural houses and the characteristics of the buildings. The main living spaces are the living room for the central region and the main room in the southern region and Jeju Island. The southern regions are plane shapes surrounded by rooms, and all ventilation is accomplished by windows. The studied houses were mostly masonry structures with slate rooftops. Additions and improvements included room expansions and bathroom interior installations.

The Internet has brought us a new paradigm called WEB 2.0 which inherently represents the openness, participation, sharing, and cooperation. The WEB 2.0 has rendered people to actively participate in the creation of information and to dynamically interact with others to build mutual knowledge-bases, introducing a whole new web environment. One of the most representative techniques demonstrating the value of the WEB 2.0 is the WIKI which is essentially based on the 'Collective Intelligence' and the 'Wisdom of Crowds'. So far, the WIKI has drawn lots of attention for its potential as an educational tool. In this research, we explored the educational potential of the WIKI by investigating various programs and web-based tools offering WIKI services, and then, analyzing the usage model and characteristics of its users. Based on the analysis, we developed a WIKI-based instructional model and also proposed concrete lesson plans adopting this model. Besides, we introduced preliminary methodologies on the active use of the WIKI in the Edunet and the Cyber Home Learning System as well.

In Japan, apartment housing occupies a great proportion of residence due to high population density like Korea. Although Korea and Japan are similar in big proportions of apartment housing, and apartment housing management systems and utilization behaviors, there are considerable differences. This paper examined Japanese public facilities and the status of public facility management and utilization, which differ from those in Korea. In order to analyze the status of public facilities from a perspective of management companies, a preliminary survey was conducted targeting apartment management companies in the top 100 and a field study on public facilities was conducted targeting chief directors and managers of individual housing facilities to look into public facility utilization methods, problems with public facility management, demands of residents, and utilization situations. Also, the present state of facility utilization and utilization promotion plans were investigated, based on the drawings of facilities collected. As the result, results were found in three respects; 'elements, related to building plans', 'elements, related to utilization promotion', and 'elements, related to facility remodeling, including changes of uses'. In relation to the use of public facilities in the future, a more active communication between managers and users would be needed for planning. Also, there would be a need to provide public facilities for visitors when there are events for both occupants and visitors in order to promote the use of facilities and management companies would have to share information of excellent facility models.
Floods represent extreme hydrological phenomena that affect populations, environment, social, political, and ecological systems. After the catastrophic floods that have hit Europe and the World in recent decades, the flood problem has become more current. At the EU level, a legal framework has been put in place with the entry into force of Directive 2007/60/EC on Flood Risk Assessment and Management (Flood Directive). Two years after the entry into force of the Floods Directive, Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H), has adopted a Regulation on the types and content of water protection plans, which takes key steps and activities under the Floods Directive. The "Methodology for developing flood hazard and risk maps" (Methodology) was developed for the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, following the methodology used in the majority of EU member states, but with certain modifications to the country's characteristics. Accordingly, activities for the preparation of the Preliminary Flood Risk Assessment for each river basin district were completed in 2015 for the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Activities on the production of hazard maps and flood risk maps are in progress. The results of probable climate change impact model forecasts should be included in the preparation of the Flood Risk Management Plans, which is the subsequent phase of implementing the Flood Directive. By the foregoing, the paper will give an example of the development of the hydrodynamic model of the Zujevina River, as well as the development of hazard and risk maps. Hazard and risk maps have been prepared for medium probability floods of 1/100 as well as for high probability floods of 1/20. The results of LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) recording were used to create a digital terrain model (DMR). It was noticed that there are big differences between the flood maps obtained by recording LiDAR techniques in relation to the previous flood maps obtained using georeferenced topographic maps. Particular attention is given to explaining the Methodology applied in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
