The usage status of trousers as school uniform for girl's middle and high school students in Seoul and the perception on trousers as school uniform were analyzed. Students who wore 'skirts only' were the greatest and students who wore 'trousers only' were higher in the case of winter uniform than in summer uniform. The most popular reason to wear skirts was 'because most of their fellow students wore skirts' in both winter and summer. The main reason for wearing trousers was 'because it was easy to cope with changes in temperature' in winter and 'because it allowed more comfortable movements' in summer. Students who wore trousers were generally satisfied with wearing trousers as school uniforms. However, they showed a low degree of satisfaction about design and color of trousers. The students preferred slim and straight trousers, and black col or with beige and blue being the next color. Students in general had low level of recognition for the need to wear trousers. Students perceived trousers as being cold-proof and comfortable for physical activities. But they also perceived that trousers were not suitable for improving their appearances and expressing their characteristics. Especially, the students who wore trousers tended to think that trousers reduced their cares for their personal attire and that trousers were good for wearing after school, but the students who did not wear trousers were found to think contrary.
This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Hericium erinaceum (HE) powder and extract on the quality characteristics of noodles. The water binding capacity of the HE powder was higher than that of pure wheat flour. Gelatinization temperature of HE powder-wheat flours gradually were increased and initial viscosity at $95^{\circ}C$, viscosity at $95^{\circ}C$ after 15 min and maximum viscosity of those composites were decreased, as measured by a amylograph. The noodles showed decreased L values and increased a and b values with increasing HE powder in the wheat flour composite. The mechanical properties of the control cooked noodles showed the highest hardness, which decreased with the addition of HE powder. Springiness, cohesiveness, and gumminess decreased with increasing amounts of added HE powder. While the higher adhesiveness of noodles increased with more preferred than the control, and considerably the greatest overall acceptability of noodles was for those containing 2% HE powder.
$YMnO_3$thin films are deposited on Si(100) and $Y_2O_3/Si(100)$ substrate by radio frequency sputtering. The deposition condition of oxygen partial pressure and annealing temperature have significant influences on the preferred orientation of $YMnO_3$film and the size of memory window. The results of x-ray diffraction show that the film deposited in the oxygen partial pressure of 0% is highly oriented along c-axis after annealing at $870^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr in oxygen ambient. However, the films deposited on Si and $Y_2O_3/Si$ in the oxygen partial pressures of 20% show $Y_2O_3$ peak, the excess $Y_2O_3$ in the $YMnO_3$film suppresses the c-axis oriented crystallization. Especially memory windows of the $Pt/YMnO_3/Y_2O_3/Si$ capacitor are 0.67~3.65 V at applied voltage of 2~12 V, which is 3 times higher than that of the film deposited on $Y_2O_3/Si$ in 20% oxygen (0.19~1.21 V) at the same gate voltage because the film deposited in 0% oxygen is well crystallized along c-axis.
We have carried out copper MOCVD(metalorganic chemical vapor deposition) onto the reactive sputtered PVD-TiN and rapid thermal converted RTP-TiN substrates using direct liquid injection for effective delivery of the (hfac)Cu(vtmos) [$C_{10}H_{13}O_{5}CuF_{6}$Si: 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoro-2,4- pentadionato (vinyltrimethoxysilane) copper (I)] precursor. Especially, the influences of deposition conditions and the substrate type on growth rate, crystal structure, microstructure, and electrical resistivity of copper deposits have been discussed. It is found that the film growth with 0.2ccm precursor flow rate become mass-transfer controlled up to Ar flow rate of 200sccm and pick-up rate controlled at a vaporizer above 1.0Torr reactor pressure. The surface-reaction controlled region from 155 to 225$^{\circ}C$ at 0.6Torr reactor pressure results in the apparent activation energies of 12.7~14.1kcal/mol, and above 224$^{\circ}C$ the growth rate with $H_2$ addition could be improved compared to the pure Ar carrier. The Cu/RTP-TiN structures which have high copper nucleation density in initial stage of growth show more pronounced (111) preferred orientations and lower electrical resistivities than those on PVD-TiN. The variation of electrical resistivity with substrate temperature reflects the three types of film microstructure changes, showing the lowest value for the deposit at 165$^{\circ}C$ with small grains of good contacts.
The embryos of Pinus taeda, P. rigida, and P. taeda ${\times}$ rigida were cultured for adventitious shoot regeneration in vitro. Culture media were modified from Gresshoff and Doy (MGD), Murashige and Skoog (MMS), Lloyd and McCown (MLM), and Schenk and Hildebrandt (MSH). NAA was added to initiation media at a concentration of 0.1 or 0.01 mg/l. BAP was used at the concentrations of 0.1. 0.5, 1, 2, or 5mg/l. Each explant was induced for 3-4 weeks on solid medium. All explants were cultured up to 16 weeks. Illumination was about $1506{\pm}540lux$ at the level of the tissues in the growth room with a temperature of $25{\pm}2^{\circ}C$. A 16-hour photoperiod per 24 hours was used. Half-strength medium was used for all the subcultures. For shoot production by loblolly pine, MMS, MLM, or MSH is preferred with 5 mg/l BAP with either 0.1 or 0.01 mg/l NAA. For shoot production by pitch pine, MMS, MLM, or MSH is recommended with 2 or 5 mg/l BAP with 0.1 mg/l NAA. For shoot production by the hybrid pine, MMS or MLM is more effective with 1, 2 or 5 mg/l BAP with 0.1 mg/l NAA. There were no differences recognized among the species tried in the patterns of bud formation and shoot development. Different composition of media, in major and minor salts or possibly in vitamins, should be tested for the two developmental stages of adventitious shoots ; the induction of shoot buds and the elongation of them into shoots.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the preference of bathroom environment for stroke patients. Methods : The subjects of this study were 97 who have experience in rehabilitation therapy at hospitals in Busan. A questionnaire was distributed and collected from February 24th to March 13th, 2014. Results : First, the subjects demand for improvement that non-slip tile and safety handle on bathtub. Second, they preferred the sliding door, sliding door handle, shower booth of convenient facility, non-slip tile, built-in cabinet, L-shaped safety handle, natural ventilating window, floor heating, easier bathtub to enter, bathtub with handle, tilted sink, water temperature index, toilet with safety handle, and bath chair. Conclusion : This study would contribute to bathroom environment for safety and ease in use.
In this research, to modernize traditional food and to make functional bokryung-byung, bokryung-byungwas made with Poriacocos Wolf powder added. During its storage, its moisture content ranged from 42.89 to 44.85%. The control group had the highes tmoisture content (44.85%), and it was reduced significantly as the Poriacocos Wolf powder in creased. The longer the storage period was, the lower the pH and the higher the acidity was. The total bacterial count increased from 2.70 to 3.00 Log CFU/g right after the manufacture and increased rapidly on the fourth day of the storage with more than 7.00 Log CFU/g. There was no difference between the control group and the bokryung-byung, though. The Hunter's color value after the manufacture, with the increase in the added Poriacocos Wolf powder, showed a significantly reduced brightness, but significantly increased redness and yellowness. Their chromaticity did not change, how ever, during their storageat a temperature of $20^{\circ}C$. The hardness, solidity, gumminess, and cohesiveness of the bokryung-byung increased, unlike in the control group, and its brittleness increased. In terms of the overall preference, the preference for the control group was high, but was higher when 5 % Poria cocos Wolf powder was added during the manufacture of the bokryung-byung. As a result of these correlations, it is believed that elastic and chewy dduks are preferred and bokryung-byungs could be developed as functional dduks.

Recently, in relation to climate change, many studies have been conducted to predict the potential habitat area and distribution range of tilapia and the suitability of habitat for each species. Most tilapia are tropical fish that cannot survive at water temperatures below 10 to 12℃, although some tilapia can survive at 6 to 8℃. This study predicted habitable areas and the possibility of spreading of habitat ranges of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus and Oreochromis aureus) known to inhabit domestic streams. Due to climate change, it was found that habitats in the Geum River, Mangyeong River, Dongjin River, Seomjin River, Taehwa River, Hyeongsan River, and the flowing in East Sea were possible by 2050. In addition, it was confirmed that tilapia could inhabit the preferred lentic ecosystem such as Tamjin Lake, Naju Lake, Juam Lake, Sangsa Lake, Jinyang Lake, Junam Reservoir, and Hoedong Reservoir. In particular, in the case of tilapia, which lives in tributaries of the Geumho River, Dalseo Stream, and the Nakdong River, its range of habitat is expected to expand to the middle and lower of the Nakdong River system. Therefore, it is judged that it is necessary to prepare physical and institutional management measures to prevent the spread of the local population where tilapia currently inhabits and to prevent introduction to new habitats.
Recently, it is continuously rising to concern about the health risk being induced by microorganisms in food such as Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Listeria monocytogenes. Various organizations and regulatory agencies including U.S.FPA, U.S.DA and FAO/WHO are preparing the methodology building to apply microbial quantitative risk assessment to risk-based food safety program. Microbial risks are primarily the result of single exposure and its health impacts are immediate and serious. Therefore, the methodology of risk assessment differs from that of chemical risk assessment. Microbial quantitative risk assessment consists of tow steps; hazard identification, exposure assessment, dose-response assessment and risk characterization. Hazard identification is accomplished by observing and defining the types of adverse health effects in humans associated with exposure to foodborne agents. Epidemiological evidence which links the various disease with the particular exposure route is an important component of this identification. Exposure assessment includes the quantification of microbial exposure regarding the dynamics of microbial growth in food processing, transport, packaging and specific time-temperature conditions at various points from animal production to consumption. Dose-response assessment is the process characterizing dose-response correlation between microbial exposure and disease incidence. Unlike chemical carcinogens, the dose-response assessment for microbial pathogens has not focused on animal models for extrapolation to humans. Risk characterization links the exposure assessment and dose-response assessment and involve uncertainty analysis. The methodology of microbial dose-response assessment is classified as nonthreshold and thresh-old approach. The nonthreshold model have assumption that one organism is capable of producing an infection if it arrives at an appropriate site and organism have independence. Recently, the Exponential, Beta-poission, Gompertz, and Gamma-weibull models are using as nonthreshold model. The Log-normal and Log-logistic models are using as threshold model. The threshold has the assumption that a toxicant is produce by interaction of organisms. In this study, it was reviewed detailed process including risk value using model parameter and microbial exposure dose. Also this study suggested model application methodology in field of exposure assessment using assumed food microbial data(NaCl, water activity, temperature, pH, etc.) and the commercially used Food MicroModel. We recognized that human volunteer data to the healthy man are preferred rather than epidemiological data fur obtaining exact dose-response data. But, the foreign agencies are studying the characterization of correlation between human and animal. For the comparison of differences to the population sensitivity: it must be executed domestic study such as the establishment of dose-response data to the Korean volunteer by each microbial and microbial exposure assessment in food.

The consumption of waxy corn is steadily increasing in Korea. Waxy corn is harvested before it reaches full maturity and consumed immediately or follwing cold storage. Glutinous and sweet kernels are preferred due to their high palatability. The kernel properties can change rapidly following harvest, and, therefore, optimal conditions to maintain the kernel quality of corn should be identified. In addition, the timing of harvest of waxy corn ear should be also determined for optimal marketable corn production. From 10 days after silking (DAS) to25 DAS. fresh ear weight and single kernel weight rapidly increased from 78.3 g and 1.13 g, respectively, to 224.9 and 3.61 g, respectively. However, by 30 DAS both fresh and single kernel weight decreased by 10.6% and 6.1%, respectively. Kernel hardness significantly increased up to 25 DAS, and a further slight increase in kernel hardness was observed at 30 DAS. Total sugar content in kernel decreased from 12.5% at 10 DAS to 3.5% at 35 DAS, which was the result of the conversion of sugars to starch during ear development. Crude protein content in kernel did not vary significantly in comparison to kernel hardness. During storage of ear, kernel hardness increased from $726g\;cm^{-2}$ at harvest to $1894g\;cm^{-2}$ following 28 days of storage at a low temperature ($0^{\circ}C$). Kernel hardness increased 2.5 fold from 15 DAS to 30 DAS. Soluble protein level in kernel increased until 10 DAS, following which a slight decrease was observed. The soluble protein content decreased from 1.85% at 5 DAS to 1.45% at 35 DAS. Total sugar content in kernel decreased regardless of storage temperature; however, the rate of reduction was lower at $0^{\circ}C$ than that observed following storage at $4^{\circ}C$ and $10^{\circ}C$. The rate of reduction in kernel moisture content was also lower at $0^{\circ}C$ than that observed at $4^{\circ}C$ and $10^{\circ}C$.
