발달성협응장애 아동의 인지기반 작업수행(Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance; CO-OP) 중재에 대한 체계적 고찰 (A Systematic Review of Cognitive Orientation to Daily Occupational Performance for Children with Developmental Coordination Disorder)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 발달성협응장애 아동을 대상으로 인지기반 작업수행 중재의 목표 활동, 중재 방법 및 중재 효과, 평가도구에 관한 정보를 수집하고 분석하여 중재 효과에 대한 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2012년 1월부터 2022년 10월까지 게재된 논문을 대상으로, PubMed, Embase, ScienceDirect, Cochrance Library 데이터베이스를 이용하여 검색하였다. 검색어는 ('developmental coordination disorder' OR 'DCD') AND ('Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance' OR 'Cognitive Orientation to Occupational Performance' OR 'CO-OP')이었다. 검색된 211편 중 선정기준과 배제기준에 따라 총 7편의 논문을 선정하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 : 대상 문헌은 무작위 대조군 연구가 2편, 비무작위 두 집단 연구가 1편, 비무작위 한 집단 연구가 3편, 단일 대상 연구가 1편으로 전반적으로 근거 수준이 높게 나타났다. 중재의 목표 활동은 놀이, 교육, 일상생활활동 영역 순으로 선호도가 높았다. 인지기반 작업수행 중재는 대부분 한 회기에 1시간씩, 10회기로 진행하였으며, 작업수행과 운동기술에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 중재의 효과는 주로 Canadian Occupational Performance Measure(COPM)과 Performance Quality Rating Scale(PQRS)을 이용하여 작업수행 향상을, Movement Assessment Battery for Children(MABC)를 이용하여 운동 기술 향상을 평가하였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 발달성협응장애 아동의 인지기반 작업수행 중재 적용에 있어 임상적 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

직교배열법을 이용한 차량 음향 시스템의 음질평가 (An Assessment on the Sound Quality of the Car Audio System Using the Orthogonal Designs)

  • 음향 튜닝 과정을 통하여 카오디오의 음질은 개선되며 완성차의 품질 또한 향상된다. 하지만 소비자를 대상으로 한 선호도 조사 없이 소비자가 만족하도록 카오디오를 튜닝하는 것은 쉽지 않은 일이다. 소비자의 기호를 조사하기 위하여 주파수 특성, 밸런스, 공간감 등과 같은 매우 다양한 음향특성을 조사해야 하지만, 조사할 음향특성 항목이 많아질수록 비교 청취해야 하는 음원의 수가 급격히 증가하므로 여러 가지 문제점이 발행한다. 평가자의 피로도 증가로 인하여 실험이 어려워질 뿐 아니라, 개개의 음향특성과 전체의 음질의 연관성을 파악하는 것 또한 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 음질 선호도를 조사할 때에 비교 청취되는 음원의 수를 크게 줄일 수 있도록 통계적 직교배열법을 사용하였으며, 분산분석법을 이용하여 청취실험 자료를 분석하였다. 특히, 직교배열법을 사용하여 여덟 가지 음향특성들의 256 가지 조합으로 이루어진 음향 환경을 16가지 비교음원을 사용하여 재생하였다. 분산분석 결과, 팝 음원의 경우에는 Treble이 일반적으로 재생된 음향의 음질 선호도에 가장 유의한 영향을 미치는 음향특성임을 밝혔다. 그 밖에도 Deep Bass와 SAD 및 Treble과 SAD의 교호작용 등이 유의한 음향특성으로 나타났다. 클래식 음원의 경우에는 SAD가 유일하게 유의하게 나타났다.

A study on the Characteristics in Lifestyle, Eating Habits and Food Preferences of Overweight and Obese Children in Pocheon Area

  • This study was undertaken with 542 fifth-grade elementary school children to investigate the characteristics in lifestyle, eating habits, food preferences of overweight and obese children in the Pocheon area of Korea. Anthropometry was conducted to determine obesity, and data was obtained on lifestyle, eating habits and food preferences by using questionnaires. The prevalence rate of obesity was 19.5% for boys and 8.5% for girls, and 14.3% of boys and 14.4% of girls were overweight. No significant differences was found in the body size and education years of parents, family income and the empolymental status of mother. Boys did not show any significant difference between subgroups in lifestyle, eating habits and food preferences. Obese girls watched TV longer and liked physical education less than normal and overweight groups, suggesting that an inactive lifestyle can be related to girls' obesity in this study. Overweight girls answered that they had significantly lower preferences for empty-calorie foods such as candies/caramels and cookies as well as high-fat foods such as samgyupsal(pork belly) than normal weight girls, implicating the fear of obesity for overweight girls, although more studies should be done including an assessment of actual intake of these foods. The preferences of obese girls for these foods were not higher than those of normal-weight girls, suggesting that the preference for certain foods may not be the characteristic of obese girls in this study. A special program for nutritional education with a different focus should be developed to combat the problems of each subgroup depending on gender and obesity status to improve the physical fitness of the children in this area.

대구지역 초등학생의 이소플라본 섭취량 및 대두식품 기호도 (Isoflavones Intake and Preference for Soybean Foods in Elementary School Students Living in the Daegu Region)

  • This study investigated elementary school students' perception and recognition of soybean foods and assessed their intake levels of isoflavones. A survey was administered to 300 sixth grade students in Daegu. The amount of isoflavones consumed by students was estimated by food intake frequency and the 24-hour recall method based on their general dietary habits and perception of soybean foods. Subjects' mean height was 152.2 cm, mean weight was 45.2 kg, and body mass index was $19.4kg/m^2$. All subjects had knowledge of soybeans and most preferred bean-paste pot stew of all soybean-based foods. Students typically ingested isoflavones two or three times per week in the forms of tofu, bean-paste pot stew, and bean sprouts. The average amount of isoflavones consumed from soy foods was 26.43 mg/day (daidzein 9.27 mg/day and genistein 17.16 mg/day) as assessed by food frequency questionnaire and 30.83 mg/day (daidzein 13.63 mg/day and genistein 16.40 mg/day) by the 24-hour recall method, showing that the 24-hour recall method assessment amount was 4.4 mg higher than that of the food frequency questionnaire. The major food sources of isoflavones were soybean paste and soybeans. Those who were especially knowledgeable about soybean foods expressed the view that these sources were a good or affordable enriched source of isoflavones.

Correlates of Digit Bias in Self-reporting of Cigarette per Day (CPD) Frequency: Results from Global Adult Tobacco Survey (GATS), India and its Implications

  • Background: Cigarette per day (CPD) use is a key smoking behaviour indicator. It reflects smoking intensity which is directly proportional to the occurrence of tobacco induced cancers. Self reported CPD assessment in surveys may suffer from digit bias and under reporting. Estimates from such surveys could influence the policy decision for tobacco control efforts. In this context, this study aimed at identifying underlying factors of digit bias and its implications for Global Adult Tobacco Surveillance. Materials or Methods: Daily manufactured cigarette users CPD frequencies from Global Adult Tobacco Survey (GATS) - India data were analyzed. Adapted Whipple Index was estimated to assess digit bias and data quality of reported CPD frequency. Digit bias was quantified by considering reporting of '0' or '5' as the terminal digits in the CPD frequency. The factors influencing it were identified by bivariate and logistic regression analysis. Results: The mean and mode of CPD frequency was 6.7 and 10 respectively. Around 14.5%, 15.1% and 15.2% of daily smokers had reported their CPD frequency as 2, 5 and 10 respectively. Modified Whipple index was estimated to be 226.3 indicating poor data quality. Digit bias was observed in 38% of the daily smokers. Heavy smoking, urban residence, North, South, North- East region of India, less than primary, secondary or higher educated and fourth asset index quintile group were significantly associated with digit bias. Discussion: The present study highlighted poor quality of CPD frequency data in the GATS-India survey and need for its improvement. Modeling of digit preference and smoothing of the CPD frequency data is required to improve quality of data. Marketing of 10 cigarette sticks per pack may influence CPD frequency reporting, but this needs further examination. Exploring alternative methods to reduce digit bias in cross sectional surveys should be given priority.

컴퓨팅 사고력 기반 융합인재교육 프로그램의 효과성 분석 연구 (Analytic Study on the Effectiveness of Computational Thinking based STEAM Program)

  • SW 역량은 미래 사회에서 필요로 하는 핵심 역량으로, 컴퓨팅 사고력을 기반으로 하고 있다. 하지만 교육 현장에 컴퓨팅 사고력의 도입은 교사와 학생의 인식과 적절한 교육 프로그램의 부족으로 도입이 어려운 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 현장에 친숙한 융합인재교육을 이용해서 개발된 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반 융합인재교육의 현장 적용을 통해 현장 적용 가능성을 제시하고, 그 효과성을 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 49명으로 실험집단 23명, 통제집단 26명으로 선정하였으며, 실험집단에 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반 융합인재교육 프로그램을 실시한 후 사전-사후 융합적 사고력 검사, 컴퓨팅 사고력 검사를 통해 프로그램 효과성 분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 실험집단의 경우 융합적 사고력의 하위 요인인 과학선호도와 자기 주도적 학습능력이 유의하게 향상되었다. 또한, 컴퓨팅 사고력 점수도 실험집단에서 유의한 향상을 보여 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반 융합인재교육(CT-STEAM) 프로그램의 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 향후, 다양한 컴퓨팅 툴을 활용한 융합인재교육 프로그램의 개발을 기대해 본다.

가자미 구이 저작·연하 용이 노인식 개발 (Development of Easily Chewable and Swallowable Pan-fried Flat Fish for Elderly)

  • This study was conducted to develop food for the elderly, which are well-shaped and easy to chew and swallow. The amounts of water and gelatin were adjusted to facilitate breaking down of the food with the tongue. In the aging society, it is necessary to support the development of a variety of products that can ease the intake functions of swallowing and chewing, while complementing with the essential nutrients supplements; such products can be actively commercialized in the elderly industry. Various types of food, for elderly with difficulties in chewing and swallowing, were used for sensory assessment. Sensory panel consisted of 10 dietitians (10 women) in nursing care facilities. The sensory optimal composite recipes were determined by central composite design (CCD). The sensory measurements were significantly different in the appearance (p<0.01), saltiness (p<0.01) and overall quality (p<0.01). The optimum formulation of pan fried flat fish, calculated by numerical and graphical method, was 8.54 g of salt and 6.34 g of olive oil. Moisture content, hardness, and adhesiveness of pan fried flat fish were 84.77%, 250, and -1.20, respectively. The result showed that easily chewable and swallowable pan fried flat fish for the elderly will have sufficient competitiveness, considering its safety, taste, and preference. This study may provide the basic materials for the development of easily chewable and swallowable foods for elderly.

청국장${\cdot}$양파 첨가 피자제조 : 2. 피자토핑재료 배합비 개발 및 피자의 영양적${\cdot}$관능적 품질평가 (2. The Development of Pizza Prepared with Chungkukjang and Onion : Formulation and Assessments of Nutrients and Sensory Quality for Chungkukjang${\cdot}$ onion Pizza)

  • This study was conducted to develop a topping formula for pizza containing Chungkukjang and onion as the main ingredients. The maximum amount of onion was limited to 10.5%, since the pizza crust and toppings would separate if too much water dispelled from the onion tissue during baking. The Chungkukjang was substituted for Bulgoggi, a meat topping. The sensory acceptability scores for the pizza topping decreased as the amount of Chungkukjang increased from 3.6% to 7.3%, due to its unpleasant odor, but scores increased when 1.6% Kimchi powder was added to the Chungkukjang without a significant difference from the control. Thus favorable sensory quality was obtained with a topping formula containing 8.7% Chungkukjang, 10.5% onion, and 1.6% Kimchi powder. The nutrient values of the final pizza products were assessed as follows. By adding the Chungkukjang and onion, crude protein, crude lipid, crude ash, and total dietary fiber contents increased. Moreover, the calorie level of the Chungkukjang-onion pizza was 3.8% higher than that of the control pizza. The amounts of compound amino acids including lysine increased. The free amino acids also increased from 143.3 to 188.6 mg/100 g. The ratio of saturated fatty acids to unsaturated fatty acids changed from 1:0.71 to 1:0.81. For the consumer test, the age groups of the participants were classified as 15-29 years old, 30-39 years old, and 40-62 years old. A positive result on acceptability of the developed pizza was obtained from most of the panelists in all age groups. Over 93% of the 119 responding subjects had purchasing intentions. An, especially, strong purchaging intention was shown in the younger age group of 15-29 year-olds, even though they had a lower preference for the Chungkukjang. Finally, an attribute of satisfaction was induced based on 'health' (79.5%) and 'flavor' (15.7%).

국내 일부 지역주민의 혈액과 요중 중금속 농도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Concentrations of Heavy Metal in Blood and Urine of Local Area in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to assess the effects of heavy metal concentrations in the blood and urine of the general population. This research had been conducted from April to December 2008, studying 545 residents of Daejeon and Chungcheong Province. Through the concentrations of heavy metals(Pb, Cd, Hg, As, Mn) in the biota samples and questionnaires, the residents heavy metal exposure level and the influential factors according to personal characteristics or lifestyle were evaluated. As to the heavy metal concentration in the blood and urine of the comparing region, were As and Mn statistically significant(p<0.01, p<0.05). Blood lead and urinary mercury concentrations were higher in males than females. The heavy metal concentration for each age group increased blood mercury. The concentration of all heavy metals were higher in the drinkers than in the non-drinkers. Blood lead and mercury concentrations were higher in the smokers than in the non-smokers, but the urinary cadmium, arsenic and blood manganese was higher in the non-smokers than in the smokers. As to the blood lead and urinary cadmium concentration according to the food preference fish showed high concentration. To clarify the factors affecting the heavy metal concentration in biota among subjects multiple regression analysis was conducted. As a results, it turned out that as to lead content in blood, sex, age and smoking have influence on the subjects with explanatory adequacy of 14.0 %. These results demonstrated that the factors affected the concentrations of heavy metals in blood and urine. The results of this study could be used as the foundational data for setting the health risk assessment.

Measurements of 50 Non-polar Organic Compounds Including Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, n-Alkanes and Phthalate Esters in Fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5) in an Industrial Area of Chiba Prefecture, Japan

  • Quantitative data of 50 non-polar organic compounds constituting $PM_{2.5}$ were continuously collected and analyzed from June 2016 to October 2017 (approximately 17 months) at Ichihara, one of the largest industrial areas in Japan. Target non-polar organic compounds including 21 species of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), 24 species of n-alkanes and 5 species of phthalate esters(PAEs) were simultaneously measured by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Basically, the average concentrations of the total PAHs, n-alkanes and PAEs in each season remained nearly level, and seasonal variations were little throughout the study period. These results suggest that the emission sources, which are not influenced by the seasons, are the dominant inputs for the target organic compounds. Diagnostic ratios of PAHs, assessment of n-alkane homologue distributions, carbon preference index, and the contribution of wax n-alkanes from plants were used to estimate source apportionments. These results indicate that anthropogenic sources were the main contributor for most PAHs and n-alkanes throughout the study period. The concentrations of PAEs selected in this study were low because emission amounts of these chemicals were little within the source areas of the sampling site. To our knowledge, this study is the first attempt to simultaneously measure a high number of non-polar organic compounds in $PM_{2.5}$ collected from the ambient air of Japan, and the resultant data will provide valuable data and information for environmental researchers.
