초소형 휴대폰 광학계의 금형 정밀도가 광학성능에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Mold Precision in Micromini Cellphone Optical Systems)

  • In cellphone optical systems, a tiny difference of manufacturing has a strong influence on camera lenses. This study aims to find out the worst result by tolerances come from all parts in optical performance. First, 3D Measure Instrument, Roundness Measure Instrument, and Wavelength Measure Instrument were used for greater precision by making and measuring the parts to see how different from the drawings. It was confirmed that even narrow tolerances could result in defects by assembling. Tolerances in assembly should be concerned as those in parts through the research.

한국 정밀기기부품의 중국시장 경쟁력 분석 (A Competitiveness Analysis on the Korean Precision Instrument Parts in the Chinese Market)

  • 본 연구는 한 중 교역이 향후 지속적으로 증가할 것이며, 중국경제의 발전 속도 등을 감안할 때 부품산업이 양국간 교역에서 매우 중요한 위치를 점할 것으로 판단하여, 한국산 부품산업 중 정밀기기부품군의 품목들이 중국시장에서 가지는 경쟁력의 정도를 분석하였다. 연구 목적의 달성을 위해 정밀기기 12개 품목에 대한 2006년-2013년까지의 수출입통계를 수집하였고, MCA지수를 활용하여 동 품목이 중국시장 내에서 가지는 경쟁력의 정도를 조사하였다. 분석결과, 경쟁력 지수 및 추이를 볼 때, 광섬유 및 광학요소, 속도계 및 적산계기는 중국시장에서의 경쟁력이 거의 확보된 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 기타정형외과용기기 및 부품은 중국시장에서의 경쟁력이 최근 급상승하고 있는 것으로 나타나 향후 한국산 정밀기기부품 중 대 중국 수출전략 품목으로 성장할 가능성이 매우 큰 품목으로 조사되었다.

  • This paper proposes an Molding error compensation method that improves accuracy with geometry information of injected parts using three-dimensional measuring instrument. a traditional mold design has been conducted by an experience-based trial and error, whereby generally the mold designer would decide the gate location and processing conditions. as a natural consequence, almost all creats inferior goods. It's just a process of trial and error and caught in a vicious circle. Due to this reason, this paper uses a three-dimensional measuring instrument, a commercial analysis package of injection molding(Moldflow, MPI) to analysis a state of flux.   • This study proposes a non-contact inspective technology based robot vision system for Faulty Inspection of welding States and Parts Shape. The maine focus is real time implementation of the machining parts' automatic inspection by the robotic moving. For this purpose, the automatic test instrument inspects the precision components designator the vision system. pattern Recognition Technologies and Precision Components for vision inspection technology and precision machining of precision parts including the status and appearance distinguish between good and bad. To perform a realization of a real-time automation integration system for the precision parts of manufacturing process, it is designed a robot vision system for the integrated system controller and verified the reliability through experiments. The main contents of this paper, the robot vision technology for noncontact inspection of precision components and machinery parts is useful technology for FA.

  • The needs of ultra precision machined parts is increase every days. But the experimental data of nonferrous metal is insufficient. The cutting behavior in micro cutting area is different from that of traditional cutting because of the size effect. Al6061 is widely used as optical parts such as LASER reflector's mirror or multimedia instrument. Al6061 opper is machined by ultra precision machine with natural diamond tool. From the experiment and discussion on the cutting force and worked surface roughness as the variable spindle speed, feed rate and depth of cut. As a result, the cutting force increases as the increasing depth of cut, but the worked surface roughness does not increase so much. The surface roughness is good when spindle sped is above 1200rpm, and feed rate is small. The influence of depth of cut is very small.

  • Straodown intertial navigation system(SDINS) is a navigational instrument necessary to guide and control a free vehicle. Dynamically Tuned Gyroscope(DTG) which is widely applied to SDINS convers a wide dynamic range and is simple and small. In study, the analysis of mechanical parts or sensor parts and research of balancing is performed for manufacturing a DTG. In error analysis the criterion considered during designing and manufacturing is established by quantitatively anayzing the effect of DTG performance by tolerance. And the theory of dynamic balancing is derived and unbalance is reduced through experiment. And the stiffness of flexure is verified by tuning experiment.

초정밀가공기를 이용한 무산소동 절삭특성 (Cutting Characteristics of Oxygen-Free Using the Ultra Precision Machining)

  • The needs of ultra-precisely machined parts are increasing more and more. But the experimental data required to ultra precision machining of nonferrous metal is insufficient. The behavior of cutting in micro cutting area is different from that of traditional cutting because of the size effect. Copper is widely used as optical parts such as LASER reflector's mirror and multimedia instrument. In experimental, after oxygen-free copper is machined by ultra precision machine with natural mono crystal diamond tool (NCD) and synthetic poly crystal diamond tool (PCD), we compared chip formation and tool's wear according to used tool. Also, we researched optimized cutting condition with the results measured according to cutting condition such as spindle speed, feed rate and depth of cut. As a result, the optimal working condition that makes good surface roughness is obtained. The surface roughness is good when spindle speed is above 80 m/min, and feed rate is small and depth of cut is above 0.5 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. In cutting of klystron anode and cavity 3.2 nmRa of surface roughness is obtained.

  • As the industrial civilization develops, humankind can expect to receive the convenience and richness. But the various by-product which it leaves as the pollution threatens the natural environment. Especially, noise and vibration of these pollutions are causative of the mental instability and hard of hearing. In addition, they cause the performance degradation of the precision instrument and the early rising fatigue fracture of parts of precision instrument from the industry side. So recently interest in the damping technology and damping alloy is increasing. Therefore, in order to grasp the advanced technology of the damping alloy, we analyzed global techniques and patents information in this paper.

  • Diamond turning machines have, been used for the processing of surface like a mirror with the control scheme of minimizing shape error, Ultra-precision diamond fuming is applied to produce highly precision optical components required not only a high machining accuracy but also a good surface roughness. Al-6061 is widely used as optical parts such as laser reflector's mirror or multimedia instrument. In this study, thermal-imaged Al flat mirrors are fabricated by SPDT. The surface roughness 3.472 nm Ra, power 2 fringe(at 632.8 nm) and irregularity 1 fringe(at 632.8 nm) for form waviness of thermal-imaged Al flat mirror are very satisfied to the required specification in industry.

  • This paper deals with mirror grinding of a small-sized aspherical lens by a resin bonded diamond spherical wheel. Up to now, a spherical lens has been used for the lens of the optical communication optical part. However, recently, aspherical optical parts are mainly used in order to attempt the improvement in image quality and miniaturization of the optical device. It is possible to manufacture the aspherical lens which is presently being used in optical instrument through ultra-precision machining technology. Also, to realize compactness, efforts are being made to produce a micro aspherical lens, fur which the development of a high-precision, micro molding die is inevitable. Therefore, extensive research is being done on methods of producing a micro aspherical surface by high-precision grinding. In this paper, the spherical wheel was trued by cup-shaped truer and tool path was calculated by the radius of curvature of the wheel after truing and dressing. Then in the aspherical grinding experiment, WC material which is used as a melding die for the small-sized aspherical lens was ground. The results showed that a form accuracy of 0.1918 $\mu\textrm{m}$ P-V and a surface roughness of 0.064 $\mu\textrm{m}$ Rmax could be achieved.
