예비유아교사의 인성이 유아권리인식에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers' Personality on Their Perception of Children's Rights)

  • 본 연구는 서울과 경기도 지역 3개 대학의 4년제 유아교육학과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사를 대상으로 인성이 유아권리 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 예비유아교사 253부의 설문지를 분석한 내용을 토대로 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 인성은 유아권리인식에 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 인성이 유아권리인식에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 인성의 요인 중 사회관계 요인이 유아권리인식을 예측하는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실증분석을 통해 예비유아교사의 인성이 유아의 권리 보장을 위한 기초가 되는 유아권리인식에 중요한 역할을 하는 요인임을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 감사성향과 창의적 인성이 교사전문성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 연구대상으로는 예비유아교사 421명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 뒤, 384명을 연구대상으로 Window용 PASW 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 예비유아교사의 감사성향과 창의적 인성이 교사전문성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 기술통계 및 Pearson 적률 상관분석, 중다회귀분석, Sobel Test를 이용한 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 예비유아교사의 감사성향, 창의적 인성, 교사전문성의 인식 수준은 보통 보다 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 감사성향, 창의적 인성, 교사전문성 간에는 정적상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 감사성향이 창의적 인성을 매개로 교사전문성에 미치는 상대적 영향을 살펴본 결과, 창의적 인성 중 집요성이 가장 강력한 예측변인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 교사전문성 향상을 위한 다양한 접근방법에서 감사성향과 창의적 인성이 효과적임을 규명하였고, 예비유아교사가 지녀야 할 교사전문성 함양을 위한 교육적 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

인삼 추출물 처리에 의한 천연 염색 면직물의 기능성 연구 (A Study on Dyeability of Cotton Fabrics using Ginseng Extracts)

  • This study was accomplished for the purpose of developing a textile processing ingredient that is harmless to the human body and environment. The research method consists of dyeing cotton textiles by extracting the dye solution from ginseng. Then, chrominance, after treatment, antibacterial ratio and deodorization ratio of cotton fabrics dyed with ginseng extracts were tested and results were examined. The research procedure involved first extracting the dye solution from the ginseng's by-product (fine roots) and then dyeing was effectuated differently according to the test samples temperature and dyeing time requirements. Brightness in all dye substances was lower in pre-mordanting. Beige color could be extracted from pre-mordanted samples. And dark orange from postmordanted samples. Color-festness was high in all samples. Most of samples show a big antibacterial ratio and deodorization ratio. Through this research it has been discovered that, when applied to textiles, Korea's ginseng extract possessed reproducibility features as a natural dye and a possibility to be used in cutting which plays a crucial role in hygienic processing. In addition, by using ginseng's by-product for dyeing processing as the dye solution, efficient application of resources and occurrences of no water waste damages were demonstrated and thus, proved to be environmentally-friendly. Specifically, through this experiment, it was found that saponin, ginseng's special characteristics, possessed excellent antibacterial odor repelling functions to clothing as well as the capability to prevent skin disease.

잿물 동시매염에 의한 소목의 염색에서 잿물의 pH 변화와 키토산 첨가가 염색성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the pH Change of Ash Solution and the Addition of Chitosan on the Caesalpinia sappan Dyeing in the Simultaneous Mordanting with the Addition of Ash Solution)

  • In this study, simultaneous mordanting method of dyeing in the Caesalpinia sappan dye liquor mixed with the rice straw ash solution was employed. The dyeing effects were compared and reviewed according to the changes of dyeing mechanisms of pre-mordanting and simultaneous mordanting using ash solutions. By the direct addition of the ash solution, the pH of the liquor was abruptly changed. In the case of maintaining the pH value of the ash solution at about 7 or 8, compared to the pre-mordanting, $a^{*}$ values increased and $b^{*}$ values decreased. As a result, it is highly desirable in terms of selective emphasis on the reddish hue. The color development, differentiated from that obtainable by the dyeing of chitosan pre-treated fabric, was obtained due to the effect of the water soluble chitosan component on the dyeing mechanism.

Study on the Satisfaction Factors of College Selection for International Students and Pre-educated Local Education Center Students

  • As the attracting foreign student has become a very important strategy, detailed researches on their college selection and their satisfaction with college life are needed. Especially it is necessary to distinguish ordinary international students and those who take classes in Local Education Centers (LEC) before coming to Korea. The central purpose of this study is to identify how the two types of students differ in their perception of college selection factors and what factors affect their satisfaction with college life. A total of 186 international students participated in the study. It was found that the most important college selection factor of the pre-educated LEC students was 'obtaining academic ability through online classes and transfer of credit hours'. Second, these students reported that the two influential factors for their satisfaction with college life were 'quality of education' and 'cultural experience program'. Third, it was found that the major college selection factors influencing ordinary international students' college life satisfaction were 'expertise of faculty', 'transfer of credit through curriculum links', and 'recommendation from teachers at home country'. Fourth, the major factors affecting the pre-educated LEC students' satisfaction with college life were 'KSL classes at LE's', 'expertise of faculty', and 'financial aid system'.

Chlorella protothecoides의 밀킹 전후 연속 배양 시스템을 통한 유용물질 분석 (Analysis of High-Value Materials through Continuous Cultivation System from Pre-and Post-Milking of Chlorella protothecoides)

  • Chlorella are source of valuable compounds as lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, bioactive compounds. To continuous obtain the high-value materials of Chlorella protothecoides, we performed continuous cultivation after applying milking techniques to C. protothecoides grown with culture for 7 days in optical panel bioreactor (OPBR) system. Fatty acid and lutein in extracts from pre- and post-milking of C. protothecoides were analyzed using gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography, respectively. C. protothecoides were rich in unsaturated fatty acids with a high content of oleic acid(C18:1), which is suitable as a biofuel feedstock. The fatty acid content in pre- and post-milking of C. protothecoides was decreased from 126.424mg/g d.w. to 119.341mg/g d.w, and the lutein content decreased from 0.258mg/g d.w. to 0.178mg/g d.w. The results of this study demonstrate the feasibility of milking C. protothecoides for production of lipids for biofuels production. It was confirmed that microalgae can continuously obtain lutein present in a trace amount through a continuous culture from milking.

Comparison of Three Different Methods for Campylobacter Isolation from Porcine Intestines

  • Using 200 porcine colon tissues, the efficiencies of three isolation methods of Campylobacter from porcine intestines were compared: Method 1, direct streaking of colon mucosa; Method 2, direct inoculation of intestinal contents with a swab; Method 3, inoculation of pre-enriched medium. A total of 460 Campylobacter isolates were obtained from 178 samples (89%) by direct streaking of colon mucosa, 142 samples (71%) by direct streaking of a swab, and 94 samples (47%) by pre-enrichment of intestinal contents in Preston broth. Direct streaking of colon mucosa was superior to the other two isolation methods, in terms of rapidity and higher efficiency. When isolates were identified with various biochemical tests and PCRs specific to 16s rRNA, mapA, and ceuE, C. coli was the predominant species (87%) in porcine, whereas the rest of the isolates were identified as C. lanienae.

  • A hazard analysis which included watching operations, measuring temperatures of foods throughout preparation and display, and sampling and testing for microorganisms of total plate counts and coliform bacteria was conducted in various phases of product flow of Naeng-myeun (Cold noodles) and Pi-bim bab (mixed rice) prepared at Korean restaurants. Large numbers of total plate counts were counted from the cooked foods after handling and holding. Ingestion of these foods must be considered high risk. Critical control points identified were, pre-preparation, food handling after cooking, and holding on display in product flow of Nang-Meon and pre-preparation, preparation, and holding on display in product flow of Pi-bim bab. It need for effective quality control of Nang-Meon and Pi-bim bab that training program consist of surveillance, education of the staff, standard operation procedures, forbidding dangerous processes and control of critical points.

해양자원을 활용한 직물염색-다시마- (Fabric dyeing with Laminaria japonica as a marine resources)

  • This study focuses on the effects of dyeing conditions and mordanting conditions, changes of colorfastness, antibacterial properties and UV protective of silk fabric dyed with Laminaria japonica extracts. A natural colorant was extracted from Laminaria japonica using distilled water as extractants. According to the results, maximum dye uptake (K/S) were obtained at 100% V/V colorant concentration, $80^{\circ}C$, 60 min and pH 2. Silk fabric was dyed with Laminaria japonica extract at $80^{\circ}C$ for 60 min with pre-treatment or post-treatment of various metal salts as mordants. The Laminaria japonica extracts produced yellow hue on silk fabric in pre-mordanting and manifested green yellow hue mordanted with $CuSO_4$ in post-mordanting method. Mordant $CuSO_4$ for silk fabric was found to give good light fastness (rating 4). UV protection property did not increase significantly upon mordanting.
