임상 실습을 중심으로한 치기공(학)과 교육 실태조사 (A Study on the education status in department of Dental Technology (Focusing on the Dental Laboratory practice education))

  • Purpose: This study set out to propose plans for more efficient and effective clinical practice by investigating the current state of clinical practice in the field of dental technology and thus provide basic data to develop pre- and post-education programs for clinical practice. Methods: The subjects include dental technicians at dental technical laboratories that were appointed as the place of clinical practice by the Department of Dental Technology of G University. The survey period spanned from December 22, 2014 to January 20, 2015. Total 250 questionnaires were distributed to them, and 190(76.0%) were returned. After excluding 23 whose answers were uncertain or seemed to lack reliability, total 167(66.8%) were used in final analysis. Results: 1. The most frequent practice the student did during clinical practice was articulator attachment, which was followed by pin operation or model making, one's own task and practice, sand and crow sculpturing, burying, casting, and grinding. 2. In case of going through the entire process, porcelain had the most students at 39(23.4%), being followed by crown & bridge at 28(16.8%), clinical model at 23(13.8%), full denture at 17(10.2%), and partial denture at 17(10.2%) in the order. 3. Of the students, 59.8%(30.5% for reinforced basic practice; 29.3% for intensive practice education) said that intensive practice education should be reinforced in school; and 22.3% said that intensive theory and practice education was needed, which indicates that 82.6% voiced their opinion of reinforcing education around practice. 4. The students felt that they lacked diligence, passion, and theoretical knowledge somewhat and were relatively good at clinical adaptation and operational skills. Conclusion: The findings show that the students felt an absolute lack of practice education as the school education was focused on theory and national exams in the field of dental technology, thus raising a need to reinforce practice education. Of all the respondents, 62.9% said there was a need to improve the current education with a focus on jobs. In future, education of dental technology should work to bring up able dental technicians that can perform in clinical dental technology right after graduation by reinforcing job-based practice education.

멘토링을 통한 코티칭이 초임 과학영재교육 담당교사들의 교과교육학지식에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Coteaching through Mentoring upon Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Beginning Science-Gifted Education Teachers)

  • 이 연구에서는 사례연구를 통해 멘토링을 통한 코티칭이 초임 과학영재교육 담당교사의 수업 전문성에 미치는 영향을 PCK 측면에서 심층적으로 조사했다. 초임 중등 과학영재교육 담당교사 2인이 총 4차에 걸쳐 12차시의 과학영재수업을 공동으로 계획, 진행, 평가했으며, 2~4차 수업에서는 수업 전, 중, 후에 멘토링을 실시했다. 두 교사의 수업 계획 과정에 대한 다양한 자료를 수집했고, 모든 수업을 촬영하고 관찰노트를 작성했으며, 모든 면담 내용과 멘토링의 전 과정을 녹음하여 지속적 비교 방법을 통해 분석했다. 연구 결과, 멘토링을 통한 코티칭 과학영재수업 경험이 초임 교사들의 PCK 향상에 효과적이었다. 또한, 코티칭과 멘토링의 결합이 각 전략의 단점을 보완함으로써 긍정적인 상승효과를 일으킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교사들은 과학영재학생의 다양한 인지적 정의적 특성 계발에 중점을 둔 심화학습을 중심으로 교육과정을 구성하는 것에 대한 확고한 실천적 지식을 갖게 되었으며, 과학영재학생의 다양한 특성과 그에 적합한 교수전략에 관한 지식이 심화되었다. 또한, 과학영재 교육 평가의 영역과 방법에 관한 실천적 지식에 향상이 있었으며, 효과적인 탐구학습 지도를 위해 필요한 과학내용지식 측면에도 실질적인 향상이 있었다.

개심술을 받은 심기형 환아모의 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 조사연구 (Descriptive Study on the Development of Educational Program for Mothers with Children who have had Open Heart Surgery in Congenital Heart Disease)

  • The aims of this study were to identify the mothers educational needs when they have children who have had open heart surgery in congenital heart disease, to identify the children's characteristics with this problem, and also to provide the basic information on the development of the educational program for the mothers. The subjects of the study were 101 mothers of children and their children hospitalized with congenital heart disease in pediatric wards of G. University Hospital in Inchon and S. Hospital in Puch on from June to November 2000. The study used a Likert-type questionnaire with 39 questions which was based on a previous questionnaire developed by Lee Mi-ryun(1989) for adult open heart surgery patients. The reliability of the questionnaire was Cronbach' ${\alpha}$=.9375. The data were collected directly from mothers of the patients in wards. The t-test, ANOVA was adopted for the data analysis. The key results of the study are as follows : 1) The average age of the children was 32.90 months. The majority of the children are male and weighted 3.0-3.5Kg at birth. Most of the children had VSD(29.7%), and 10.9% of children had a family history of heart disease. 2) An average score of 4.62 out of a maximum of 5.00 was recorded for the educational needs of the children's mother. The highest score of 4.69 was for home care after discharge followed by a score of 4.67 for diagnosis and prognosis on congenital heart disease. And pre-post operation care scored 4.51. The mean scores of single-question items of educational need were, in order, 4.81 for immunization after operation, 4.80 for recovery process, and 4.77 for prognosis of the disease. The score of 4.18 for measurement of intake and output was the lowest. 3) The analysis on the children's mothers educational needs by social-demographic characteristics such as sex, age of patient and mother, economical status, educational status, number of child, hospitalization times, and hospitalization cause showed no significant difference statistically, but there was a significant difference between mothers with jobs and with out jobs.

GIS와 WASP5 수질모델의 유기적 통합에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Systematic Integration of WASP5 Water Quality Model with a GIS)

  • 오늘날 환경공학분야에서는 지표상의 유체와 오염물질 흐름에 대한 화학적·생물학적 프로세스를 보다 정확하고 효과적으로 파악하기 위하여 GIS 기법을 적용하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 공간적으로 표현되는 지표오염부하와 호수·하천 프로세스 간의 연계는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 연속성의 부재로 인하여 공간적인 오염원 특성과 수질모델의 연계 방안이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 GIS 소프트웨어인 Arcview와 USEPA의 수질 모델인 WASP5를 양방향으로 연계하여 오염부하와 수질모델의 입·출력 관계를 구현하는 것이다. 연구의 범위는 연구 동향 및 사례 분석, GIS를 이용한 점오염부하 및 비점오염부하 산출, WASP5 모델링, GIS와 모델의 연계 등을 포함한다. 본 연구는 GIS를 이용한 전처리(수질모델 입력 자료 생성), WASP5 수질 모델링, GIS를 이용한 후처리(수질 모델링 결과 출력)의 절차로 수행되었다. 전처리 단계에서는 소유역별 오염부하량을 산정한 후, 격자 분석 등을 통하여 모델링의 기본 단위가되는 세그먼트를 분할하고 각 세그먼트로 유입되는 경계농도를 산출하였다. 그리고 WASP5 수질 모델링 단계에서는 실측치를 이용하여 모델을 보정하고 모델링 결과를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 후처리 단계에서는 모델 결과를 GIS 형태의 자료로 변환하고, 이를 그래프나 주제도 형태로 표현하였다. 본 연구에서 구현된 인터페이스는 수질 관리를 위한 기본적인 환경을 제공하기 때문에 수질 정책 수립이나 의사 결정에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 모바일 기기의 발달은 삶의 여유를 가지도록 만들었지만 그 반대편에서는 이를 금융범죄의 대상으로 간주하고 공격하는 세력들이 나타나게 되었다. 스마트폰을 대상으로 하는 범죄 중에서 금융관련 범죄는 스미싱, 피싱, 파밍, 보이스 피싱 등이 있으며, 특히 모바일의 특성상 문자메시지를 이용한 스미싱이 많이 증가되고 있는 현상이다. 스미싱은 스마트폰 사용자가 급증해 짐으로 인하여 발생하는 신종범죄로서, 그들의 범죄방식도 기존의 사기행위에서 벗어나 악성 앱을 제작하는 등 그 수법이 고도화되어가고 있으며, 특히 관련법의 허점을 이용하기 때문에 외국서버를 이용하는 등의 방법을 통하여 발생시키고 있다. 스미싱 공격으로부터 안전하게 개인과 기업 및 국가의 자산이 보호되기 위해서는 사후적인 대응보다는 사전적인 예진이 더욱 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 스미싱 공격을 사전에 감지하고 차단할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고 배포하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 배포되고 있는 차단앱의 종류와 차단과정을 조사하고 감지설정을 적용한 차단앱의 평가방법을 제시한다.

율동적 동작 훈련이 젊은 여성의 Wellness에 미치는 영향 (A Study of Dance Movement Training on the Wellness of young Women)

  • Exercises are achievement oriented, the process is frequently perceived as hard and difficult Participants drop out from exercise programs in the middle of the training period. Dance movement, which is the deliberate and systematic use of movement, is enjoyable during the movement and provides opportunities for persons to express them-selves. Regular long term dance movement may in-duce a training effect with a decreased drop out rate. Dance movement could be one way to attain wellness, however, there have been few studies to evaluate both physiological and psychological aspects of dance movement. This study focused on evaluating the effects of dance movement training on body weight, resting blood pressure and heart rate, limb circumference and strength, stress response and subjective feelings. This quasi-experimental study was designed as a nonequivalent control group pre test -post test study. Ten healthy fe-male subjects, aged between 19 and 31 years volunteered for an eight week dance movement program. Ten healthy female subjects, between 19 and 21 years of age paticipated as controls. None of the subjects had performed regular physical activity for six months prior to the study. Dance movement was created with reference to Heber's movement guide. The Dance movement program consisted of approximately 30 minutes of dance, three days per week, for eight weeks. During each 30 minute work out, there were approximately 5 minutes of warm-up dancing, 20 minutes of conditioning dance and 5 minutes of cool-down dancing. The intensity for the conditioning phase was at between 60% and 65% of age-adjusted maximum heart rates. Body weight, resting blood pressure and heart rate, circumference of mid upper arm, mid thigh and mid calf, muscle strength of upper and lower limb, physical and psychological response to stress were measured prior to, and following the experimental treatment. Body weight was measured by digital weight scale(Kyung In Corp., Korea). Resting systolic and diastolic blood pressure were measured by sphygmomanometer, Resting heart rate was measured for one minute in a relaxed sitting position using the radial artery. Circumference of mid upper arm, mid thigh and mid calf was determined by tape measure. Muscle strength of the upper extremities was measured by a grip dynamometer (Takei Corp. No.1857, Japan) and that of the extremities was measured by the length of time the leg could be held at 45° Physical and psychological responses to stress were measured using the Symptoms of Stress (SOS)Scale. Paticipants in the dance movement were interviewed by the facilitator following the eight weeks, and their thematic responses about the dance movement were recorded. Following the eight week dance movement train-ing, body weight decreased significantly, circumference of mid thigh and mid calf increased. The length of time leg - raising could be held tended to increase following the dance movement training. Resting systolic and resting heart rate showed a tendency to decrease. Total mean score of stress response tended to de-crease, and mean score of habitual patterns, do-pression, anxiety / fear, anger and cognitive disorganization decreased remarkably following the eight week dance movement. Thematic responses about the dance movement were positive following the training.

한국 사회사업교과과정 개발을 위한 연구 (A STUDY FOR THE CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL WORK IN KOREA)

  • During last five years several workshops and seminars among social work educators, in and out country, has taken place. In those gatherings there has been, criticism on American model on which curriculum of social work in Korea has mainly based, and many proposals which most developing countries should consider and adopt for developing their own curriculums. The proposals could be summarized as follows; 1. Specification of developmental functions of social work should be made so that the curriculum could involve. It also must come from own societal needs and own national development task. 2. Social work should participate and make contribution to plan and solve the main social problems in own countries. 3. Clarification of educational objective in undergraduate level should be made and one of them must be related to the first professional degree. 4. There should be the courses which provide the content of macro level participation. How much of the proposals are reflected in the current curriculum of Korea? What are the problems Korean social work education has been faced in connection with reflecting the proposals? What kinds of task we should or could perform in order to adopt the proposals? These are the questions which deserved to be studied. The followings are the answers to the questions; 1. The new courses such as social welfare policy and planning, Social Development, Population Dynamics and Family Planning, Social problems, Special Issues in Social Welfare, etc, are placed in the curriculum. 2. Though the new courses are added the courses of case work, group work, and community organization are strongly remained it means that integrative method is not quite adopted and that conflicts are taking place between new and old fashion. 3. Fieldwork placement policy has been changes from concurrent to block and from social work method oriented to social problem oriented. 4. There are lack of integration among the all courses, of consistency between pre and post courses and connection among the related courses. 5. Establishment of image of social worker with B, A. degree should be urgently taken place. It can't be done by social work field alone but by cooperation with all the forces related to the social work practice. 6. B. A. graduate should have a common base of knowledge and competence. It could be come from the clear and specified objectives of undergraduate level education. And agreement among the member schools on the objectives can call on the fundamental similarities in each curriculums. Different programs from one school to another can be tolerated as long as there are fundamental similarities among the schools. Basic concepts and framework of social work should be kept clearly. It is a slow and long process to make social work recognized as a profession in the developing countries. Korea can't be and exception. Failure of having social work be indegenous can't be the reason to refuse an change the basic concepts of social work. One of he most important task which social work education in Korea must achieve in the near future is to establish the minimum requirement courses in the curriculum. Social work field, on the other hand, must find the positions for the social works in the various settings and institute. Clear role and image of social worker can be obtained by doing that.

수중운동과 타이치운동 후 여성 골관절염 환자의 근력변화 (Comparison of Muscle Strength for Women with Osteoarthritis after 8-week Tai-Chi Exercise and Aquatic Exercise)

  • Arthritis is one of the most common chronic degenerative joint disease in elderly. Osteoarthritis is a widespread, slowly developing disease, with a high prevalence increasing with age in women. The large joints mostly involved by the disease are the knees. But there are no treatments available that cure the underlying process of osteoarthritis diseases. Physical exercise helps in increasing cartilage nutrition and remodeling, increases the synovial blood flow, decrease swelling, and improves muscle strength. Thus, exercise has been suggested as an important nursing strategy in osteoarthritis. Purpose: The purpose of this study were to compare muscle strength between Tai-Chi exercise and aquatic exercise for women with knee osteoarthritis. Methods: A quasi-experimental study with pretest and posttest measures was used. The study subjects were those who had been enrolled in a community health center, and agreed to participate in the study for eight weeks, signed the consent form, and obtained the physicians approval. The study dropout rates were 13.2% with the final study subjects of 17 on Tai-Chi exercise, 16 on aquatic exercise program. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS for Window (version 12.0). Independent sample t-test and paired t-test was performed to compare of muscle strength for women with osteoarthritis after 8-week Tai-Chi exercise and aquatic Exercise. Results: The homogeneity tests of demographic characteristics and study variables at the pretest data revealed no significant differences between two groups. After 8-week Tai-Chi and aquatic exercise, there was significant result in pre-post test comparison on muscle strength on Tai-Chi group, but no significant in aquatic group. There were no significant differences of knee extensor (p=.078), and hand grip(p=.118) in group comparisons on muscle strengths. But there were significant differences of knee flexor(p=.024). Conclusion: Tai-chi exercise was effective in improving knee flexor. So, it seems that Tai-chi exercise may be more suitable for aquatic exercise in osteoarthritis exercise programs. Further studies with other comparisons in physical and psycho social outcomes are necessary to confirm the more effects of exercise.

그림책을 활용한 스토리텔링 가족 수업이 청소년의 회복탄력성과 부모자녀관계에 미치는 효과: 중학교 기술·가정 '관계'와 '안전'의 핵심개념을 중심으로 (The Effects of Storytelling Family Classes Using Picture Books on the Resilience and Parent-Child Relationship of Adolescents: Focusing on the Core Concepts of 'Relationship' and 'Safety' in Middle School Technology·Home Economics)

  • 이 연구는 중학교 기술·가정 교과의 가족 단원에서 그림책을 활용한 스토리텔링 수업이 청소년의 회복탄력성과 부모자녀관계에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 가족 형태, 가족관계, 가족갈등, 성폭력, 가정폭력, 가족 상실에 관한 5가지 주제의 그림책을 선정하고 스토리텔링 요소와 기법을 적용한 '그림책으로 만나는 가족' 교수·학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 남녀 중학생 194명을 대상으로 기술·가정 수업시간에 적용하고, 사전·사후 검사를 통하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 청소년이 지각하는 회복탄력성 정도는 수업 후 유의미하게 증가하였으나, 사회성 영역의 하위요인 중 자아확장력에서는 수업의 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 청소년의 부모자녀관계에서는 모든 영역에서 수업의 효과가 나타났고, 아버지보다 어머니와의 관계에서 느끼는 애정적 결속 정도가 더 증가하였다. 회복탄력성의 향상과 부모자녀관계 향상을 목표로 하는 기술·가정 교과의 가족 단원에서 그림책을 통한 스토리텔링 수업은 자신의 역경을 딛고 일어서는 잠재적인 힘을 청소년 스스로 길러주게 하여 청소년 가정의 가족과의 관계까지 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것임을 알 수 있다.

직장암 치료시 영상유도 시스템의 유용성 평가 (The evaluation of image guide system in case of rectal cancer)

  • 목 적: 세기조절방사선치료(Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy; IMRT)에서 영상유도 시스템은 치료의 정확성 확보에 유리하다. 특히 골반치료의 경우 장기들의 위치와 모양이 환자상태 및 외부적 환경에 따라 변형이 발생하여 치료 전 확인이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 직장암 치료 시 골반 내 변화요인을 분석하였고, 자세의 재조정 방법을 고안해 적용하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 본원에서 시행한 직장암 환자 40명을 대상으로 하였고, 환자들의 치료 전 영상 530건을 분석하였다. 평가 항목으로 골격구조, 방광, 직장 내 가스, 소장, 연부조직, 체중감소 여부를 매우 좋음, 좋음, 나쁨 3단계로 구분하였고 각각의 건수와 비율을 산출하였다. 나쁨의 경우가 1개 이상 시 각각의 방법으로 해당 항목에 대해 재조정을 시행하였으며 그 비율을 구하였다. 결 과: 각각의 평가조건에서 치료하기에 매우 좋은 경우는 19.2 %였다. 치료에 적절한 경우는 54.9 %, 치료에 부적절한 경우는 25.8 %였으며, 치료에 부적절한 경우에는 재조정을 시행하여 치료 진행을 하였다. 결 론: 골반 내 장기의 변화는 같은 환자일지라도 치료 시 마다 다른 결과를 나타냈다. 평가 지표에 따라 진행이 부적절한 경우는 25.8 %였으며 재조정을 통하여 환자 자세 재현성을 확보 후 치료가 가능하였다. 따라서 정밀하게 계획되는 IMRT의 직장암 치료 시에는 영상유도시스템을 이용하여 정확한 치료가 필요하다 사료된다.
