The High-rise Residential Buildings are recently consuming a lot of energy because of the vertical height rise in case of supplying cold and hot water. It is required to a appropriate solution in occurring discomfortable use and unexpected conditions of High-rise Residential Buildings on account of the difference of water supply pressure on top and bottom floor, faucet outlet pressure rise. Thus, the purpose of this study is to research on practical use status of Cold and Hot Water Supply System through Question Survey in High-rise Residential Buildings and to analyze problems.

The VoIP (Voice over IP) is being used world-widely and already put to practical use in many fields. However, it is needed to ensure the security of VoIP call in special situations. It is relatively difficult to eavesdrop commonly used PSTN network in that a 1:1 circuit connects it. However, it is difficult to ensure the security of a call on Internet because many users are connected to the Internet concurrently. This paper suggests a new model for Internet telephony to prevent eavesdrops, using VoIP (using SIP protocol) with the use the VPN protocol and establish the feasibility of its practical use comparing it with the conventional Internet telephony.

The purpose in this study was to investigate stages of concern of home economics teachers about the practical reasoning instruction(PRI) innovation configuration. levels of use. using Concerns Based Adoption Model(CBAM) The design of the study was descriptive. The Questionnaires of stages of concern. levels of use. and innovation configuration developed by Hall in 1987 were used. Data from HE teachers were collected through mailing. focus interview. and phone calls. Mean. percents. an frequencies were used to describe stages of concern, level of use. and innovation configuration. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The highest number of HE teacher respondents was stage 1. Information in March and july. 2 In terms of mean of PRI configuration. percentile. the HE teachers had implemented over 63% of the PRI elements and the cooperative learning elements in both March and July. However. of evaluation elements, 33% in March and 47% in July had been conducted. 3. The highest number of HE teacher respondents was level 3. Mechanical level in March. and July.

The author has proposed and verified the accuracy through experiments on a method of measurement through the use of sound waves that not only can quantitatively measure each of the dual directions of the fiber axis with high accuracy of membrane tension created on the surface of the membrane structure, but also can be easily operated in the field of construction. This paper reports the solution for problems of variables caused in the process of downsizing of the measurement equipment in order for practical use, and verifies the correspondence possibility of various stress ratios.

In this paper, possibility of practical use of cryptarithmetic problems in teaching and learning of mathematics is discussed. This study focused on the production and usability evaluation of smart outdoor jackets that are designed to provide convenience to middle-aged people by embedding devices for lighting and location tracing. The results were as follows. 1. Jacket power supplier was a assembled system composed of battery, charger, controller and switch. A solar cell was attached on the upper arm, and a wire type EL on the center line of a raglan sleeve along with a GPS on the left sleeve with a transparent vinyl pocket. The total weight of the jacket embedded with devices was 385-520g. 2. Operation of function, activity, acceptability, safety, convenience for device use, appearance, practical maintenance were selected based on an analysis of evaluation criteria of previous smart wear research. Criteria were narrowed to three major categories of satisfaction, appearance and maintenance. 3. Use satisfaction criterion consisted of wearable device functionality and physical, psychological use convenience. The evaluation indicated actual functionality. EL functions were especially effective and necessary. Convenience of use showed that a smart jacket was thought to be safe and the size was moderate regardless of age and gender. Outer appearance was satisfactory and respondents praised the color. The practical maintenance evaluation indicated that there was no challenge in doing the laundry since the solar battery and GPS were detachable. The practical use of smart outdoor jackets confirmed by fabric that was washable and dried quickly.

This study was accompanied to develop the management and application plans as resources for rural tourism through the analysis of distribution characteristics, inhabitants' practical use, need item for management and application, and aesthetic/recreation function of Palustrine wetland in rural area. The 2.3 Palustrine wetland per farm village were located, and 77.5% of total wetland was used by agricultural water, landscape, rural tourism The management and water quality were steadily getting better in used wetland than in unused wetland. Also, 91.8% of respondents answered that there is a practical use plan afterward, and much preferred the mode of ecotourism through restoration of ecological wetland. As the results from the appropriateness evaluation of management and application in used wetland for ecotourism, improvement item was required in observation deck, entrance lane, guidance facilities etc. And, insufficient result was deduced in appropriateness of operation program and special learning course, and in participation of inhabitants and experts. The result of evaluation of the aesthetic and recreation functions generally appeared high, but the need improvement item was required in artificial water wall and plantation base that deteriorate biological diversity. These results will be used to data for conservation, management and practical use of wetland, an important natural resource in farm village, which are confronted in crisis of land reclamation by use reduction of use and false management.

Historically, spectrum use has been increased through use of high frequencies, improved modulation, and between antenna techniques. However, these approaches are reaching practical limits. Cognitive radio allows new approaches to improve the intensity of use in spectrum which is licensed but under utilized. This paper addresses two such possible approaches. Real time spectrum markets permit users to exchange spectrum use. Interruptible spectrum would allow public sector spectrum users to recoup economic benefits for allowing others to share their low average, high peak use spectrum subject to preemption.
