국가재난의료매뉴얼의 개발 (Development of the Disaster Medical Manual in Korea)

  • 세월호 참사 등 각종 재난에 있어 재난의료대응체계의 문제점이 노출되었는데, 이 중 현장응급의료지원팀의 현장대응 불가, 현장에서의 소방, 의료진의 협업 곤란, 현장의료지원 및 부상자의 수용, 진료를 위한 체계적이고 세부적인 매뉴얼 미비가 중요한 사항이었다. 따라서 2014년 5월부터 중앙응급의료센터 내 재난응급의료상황실 설치 운용에 따른 기존의 비공식적으로 흩어져 있던 재난의료대응 매뉴얼 수집, 수정 및 이에 대한 교육이 필요한 상황이 되었으며, 재난응급의료상황실을 중심으로 한 재난 초기 의료대응체계를 확립할 필요성이 대두되었다. 중앙응급의료센터의 재난의료대응 개선 방안은 신속대응반 중심의 빠른 출동 체계 수립이나, 실제 적용할 체계가 미흡하여, 2014년 2월 응급의료법 개정 시행규칙에 따라 국가와 지자체에 재난대응 매뉴얼을 개발하고 기본안을 마련하기로 하여, 본 연구진은 학술적, 실무적으로 적절한 국가재난의료 매뉴얼을 국내 최초로 개발하였으며, 이를 훈련 및 시뮬레이션을 통하여 적용하였고 그 과정을 정리 분석하였다.

중학생들의 식품첨가물에 대한 인식과 교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Recognition and Education of Food Additives in Middle School Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer youth with the basic materials for developing nutrition education programs and to help domestic science teachers in schools implement effective dietary education by examining their awareness of food additives. In the source of acquiring knowledges on food additives, the results were through mass media, technology and home economics teachers, and family members in order. The majority of students thought that they don't need the education about food additives. As effective teaching methods, they first selected the use of visual media, followed by experimental cooking classes, field trip, and inquiry lessons using processed foods. As a result of analyzing the education on food additives in accordance with demographic factors, more number of female students, compared to male students depicted the need for education on food additives. Further, the lower the cost students spend on purchasing processed foods per day, the higher the necessity of the education they indicate. The necessity of education content on food additives showed significant difference depending on the cost of buying processed foods, and the degree of interest and help real-life according to gender indicated significant differences. The satisfaction with education on food additives, which was implemented in home economics education revealed significant differences according to gender. This study aims to provide the basic data for the development and research of educational programs regarding good eating habits among the general youth. However, there are limitations to the presentation of the practical training program. For this reason, based on the results of this study, further studies should follow this study in order to develop and study educational programs related to food additives for teaching and learning purposes.

대학 경호 관련 학과의 교육과정 특성에 관한 질적 연구 (Qualitative Research on the Curriculum of Department Security Programs in University)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 경호비서로서 대학 경호 교과과정에 대한 차이에 대하여 문화기술적 방법인 면접을 통하여 심층적으로 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울에 위치한 사기업에 근무하는 4년제 대학졸업자로 3년 이상의 실무경력자를 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료수집과 분석과정에서 연구진실성과 윤리성에 대해 전문가를 통해 지속적인 검증을 받았다. 연구방법 및 결과 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 활용성부분에 있어 무도 및 스포츠관련 교과목이 비서 및 의전관련 교과목 보다 상대적으로 많은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 비서 및 의전관련 교과목에 대한 중요성을 강조하였다. 둘째, 교과과정의 프로그램의 필요성에 있어서 남성은 전문가 양성과 전공의 세분화를 강조하였으며, 여성은 여성학, 의전, 상류계층의 문화와 관련한 프로그램을 강조하였다. 셋째, 교과과정의 이론과 실무사이에 차이에 대하여 사경호에 대한 교과과정의 전문성의 차이점을 강조하였다.

의료정보 분야 대학 졸업생들에 대한 산업체의 직무수행능력 및 교육과정 요구에 관한 연구 (A study of business demands on job competency and curriculum for college graduates majoring the medical information)

  • 본 연구는 의료정보 분야 산업체에서 요구하는 현장 실무 전문인력을 양성하기 위한 교육과정 개발을 위해 졸업생들이 취업하고 있는 의료정보 분야 산업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수행되었다. 설문조사는 의료정보 분야 산업체에서 요구하는 졸업생에 대한 기대정도, 직무수행능력, 교육과정에 대해 자기평가 기입식 방법을 활용하였으며, 직종업종직위별로 상관분석, 빈도분석, 회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 의료정보 분야 산업체에서는 대학이 전공에 대한 전문지식 보다는 개인의 인성교육에 대한 기대가 컸으며, 현장실습교육과정을 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 대학에서 추진하고 있는 취업률 향상을 위한 교육과정 개편에 본 연구결과가 긍정적으로 반영될 것으로 기대한다.

건국 디자인 벤처(KKU)의 활성화에 관한 연구 (Research on Approaches to revitalize KKU Design Venture)

  • With respect to this research, the College of Arts and Design, Kon Kuk University founded Design Venture of KKU(Kon Kuk University) in July 2001 as an approach to tackle the issue on how to accept and respond to the waves of changes in paradigms of the 21st century represented by information revolution. Such move is to cope more effectively with the changes in the current educational environment with an aim to secure the competitive edges compatible with the conditions of each college under the uniform and standardized educational systems. Even the professionals in the design fields of this country try to find the significance in bringing out in the open the latent creative talents of the students by improving the quality of our daily necessities and putting the students through more practical training, and in creating international competitiveness of our design field by encouraging the students to gain more diverse experiences. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to present the approaches to revitalize Design Venture of Kon Kuk University which has been managed as part of the efforts to establish the new identity for the design of this country in the 21st century, and to present the new model for an enterprise which, rooted in the College, can grow into a high value-added business. The methodology for this research is based on the case study of Design Venture of Kon Kuk University and investigation into the literature. The contents of this research include the following three steps. Firstly, initial research is made into the background for founding the College of Arts and Design which had been promoted as a differentiated strategy for the long-term and short-term development plan of the College of Arts and Design, in Chungju Campus of Kon Kuk University. Secondly, the basic strategy for Vonchi, brand of Design Venture of KKU and the brand launching process are examined. Thirdly, Various approaches to revitalize the Vonchi brand recognition are collected and analyzed to present the conclusion and the alternative. Such research findings as given above on Design Venture of KKU may satisfy diverse consumer-oriented requirements on the strength of the characterization and differentiation of the college and may enhance the competitive edge of the college.

교육실습 후 예비유아교사들의 아동과학지도수업에 대한 인식 및 요구 (Pre-Service Early Childhood Teacher's Perception and Demand on Science Education Lecture)

  • 본 연구는 교육실습을 마친 예비유아교사들이 아동과학지도 수업의 교육 내용에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있으며 어떤 요구를 가지고 있는지를 살펴봄으로써, 아동과학지도 수업의 효율적인 운영을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 교육실습을 마친 예비유아교사 228명을 대상으로 연구자가 제작한 설문지를 배부 회수한 후 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 첫째, 교육실습 시전체 아동과학지도 수업이 도움이 된 정도에서 40% 정도가 '도움이 되었다'고 인식하였으며, 교육내용과 교수방법이 도움이 된 정도에서는 '보통정도'의 인식을 나타냈다. 교수방법 중에서 도움이 된 정도에 대한 인식은 '유아들 앞에서의 실제교수경험'이 가장 높게 나타났고 '이론위주의 강의 중심'이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사들의 아동과학지도 수업에 대한 요구는 이론적인 내용보다는 실제 현장에서 바로 적용할 수 있는 여러 가지 실제적인 경험이 가능한 교육내용들에 대한 요구가 높았다. 교수방법 측면에서는 강의식 수업방식보다는 실제 유아들 앞에서 과학수업을 경험해 보는 교수방법이나 현직 유아교사들이 실시하고 있는 과학수업을 분석해보는 형식의 교수방법에 대한 요구가 더 높게 나타났다.

산학협력과 설계 교육 중심의 창의적 공학교육 발전 방안 (An Approach for Development of Academia-Industrial Cooperation and Design Education-Centered Creative Engineering Education)

  • 4차 산업혁명의 시대를 맞아 인공지능, 빅데이터 및 사물인터넷 등의 기술을 다룰 융합적 창의력을 갖춘 고급 공학인력을 양성할 필요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 4차 산업시대를 위한 융합적 창의력을 갖춘 실무형 공학인재를 육성하는데 필요한 산학협력을 기반으로 하는 설계 중심의 새로운 공학교육 방안들을 제시한다. 기존의 공학교육혁신 활동의 장단점을 분석하고 교육 제도 및 교육환경의 요구조건에 대해 경험을 바탕으로 실제적인 필요 요소를 제시한다. 산학 협력 환경 마련을 위한 방안, 종합설계실 구축과 설계교육 운영 방안, 산학협력 기반의 교육 운영 방안, 종합설계 관리를 위한 공학인증 운영 시스템 구축 방안들을 다룬다. 특히 정부의 지원과 협력 방안에 대해서 기존의 활동에 대한 분석과 함께 새로운 역할을 제시하며 혁신적 공학교육의 핵심 요소인 효과적인 설계 교육을 학습자 중심의 교육방법론을 접목하여 수행하는 방법에 대하여 논한다. 제안하는 방안들은 대부분 저자의 교육 현장에서 그 필요와 효과가 검증된 것들이다.

EA 담당조직의 역할과 EA 활용역량이 EA 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effects of the Role of EA Operating Unit and EA Utilization Capability on the EA Performance)

  • Recently, many organizations are actively adopting Enterprise Architecture (EA) as a methodology to manage IT assets and build IT-based business system. However, most existing studies on EA have focused on the adoption stage of EA. Now the research concerning effective management and utilization of EA after adopting EA is keenly required. This study intended to empirically examine how the role of EA operating unit and the EA utilization capability of organizational members impact on EA performance at the post-adoption stage of EA. Based on Resource Based View (RBV), this study proposed the model and the hypotheses describing that the impact of the role of EA operating unit on EA performance is mediated by the EA utilization capability of organizational members. In order to test the hypotheses, the field survey whose respondents were seventy four Korean public agencies which have adopted EA was conducted by means of questionnaire. Data analysis was done with partial least square (PLS), which is a structural equation modeling (SEM) technique that uses a component-based approach to estimation. The results of the empirical analyses showed that the organizational operation ability of EA operating unit significantly influenced EA performance via the EA utilization capability of organizational members, but that EA education and training performed by EA operating unit did not. The results of this study provided a lot of theoretical and practical implications regarding EA management activities at the post-adoption stage of EA to enhance EA performance.

FUZZY LOGIC KNOWLEDGE SYSTEMS AND ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORKS IN MEDICINE AND BIOLOGY

  • This tutorial paper has been written for biologists, physicians or beginners in fuzzy sets theory and applications. This field is introduced in the framework of medical diagnosis problems. The paper describes and illustrates with practical examples, a general methodology of special interest in the processing of borderline cases, that allows a graded assignment of diagnoses to patients. A pattern of medical knowledge consists of a tableau with linguistic entries or of fuzzy propositions. Relationships between symptoms and diagnoses are interpreted as labels of fuzzy sets. It is shown how possibility measures (soft matching) can be used and combined to derive diagnoses after measurements on collected data. The concepts and methods are illustrated in a biomedical application on inflammatory protein variations. In the case of poor diagnostic classifications, it is introduced appropriate ponderations, acting on the characterizations of proteins, in order to decrease their relative influence. As a consequence, when pattern matching is achieved, the final ranking of inflammatory syndromes assigned to a given patient might change to better fit the actual classification. Defuzzification of results (i.e. diagnostic groups assigned to patients) is performed as a non fuzzy sets partition issued from a "separating power", and not as the center of gravity method commonly employed in fuzzy control. It is then introduced a model of fuzzy connectionist expert system, in which an artificial neural network is designed to build the knowledge base of an expert system, from training examples (this model can also be used for specifications of rules in fuzzy logic control). Two types of weights are associated with the connections: primary linguistic weights, interpreted as labels of fuzzy sets, and secondary numerical weights. Cell activation is computed through MIN-MAX fuzzy equations of the weights. Learning consists in finding the (numerical) weights and the network topology. This feed forward network is described and illustrated in the same biomedical domain as in the first part.

전문대학도서관과의 모형교육과정 수정개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Revision & Development on the 'Model -Curriculum of the Library Science of the Junior College)

  • To revise and develop a 'Model' Curriculum for training the middle standing professionals equipped with professional technology and theories at the spot of the library, such process were executed as research on bibliographic material and literature, utilization of examination of various questionnaires, interviews with middle standing librarians at the spot of the library, a review on the operational state of the Professor's Association of Library Science of Junior Colleges, some consultation with the Research & Deliberation Committee on Curriculums, etc., and to review the present department of library science at the two-year course's short-term colleges or institutes in foreign countries, Germany which is thought to be similar to our nation's situations and its level of economy and Singapore which is considered to be a newly emerging nation were looked into typically. In particular, since studies on the curriculums of the Library Science Dept. of colleges had already preceded, thereby the framework of the 'Model' curriculum was already achieved, however to review how well such framework is applied to the spot of education and give some improvement on that, some unrelistic findings of different subjects in consideration with reality, while comparing those curriculum schedules of each Library Science Dept. with the 'Model' curriculum schedule, were supplemented or revised to be fit to reality. For some supplementing or revising proposals on the pre studied 'Model' curriculum, some tentative plans which focussed on each field respectively and some tentative plans which focussed on cultural subjects, required major subjects and elective subjects were suggested in duality to be referred to. On such a process of forming a harmony of educational theories and practice, it was planned to revise and develop curriculum in a sense emphasizing on practical exercise, and tried not to neglect on each of the fields of the curriculum centered on the areas of materials organization, linguistics, information resource, information science, library organization, & administration, etc. The study on curriculums should be performed flexible to be applied to the accelerating transition of sciences, and be good examples in instruction.
