Recently, due to Industry 4.0, there is a great interest in smart factory for productivity improvement and customer satisfaction in manufacturing industry, and construction is also actively pursued by government support. In particular, data integration and fieldbus communication technology to build an efficient production system are essential. Fieldbus is an open control system that is not tied to a specific vendor system and has various advantages such as compatibility with other products, accuracy of data transmission, and remote diagnosis. However, there are no educational equipment for training field buses, training courses and examples for practical training, and there are many limitations in improving the practical skills needed for building smart factories in the industrial field. Therefore, this study develops PLC based fieldbus education equipment and training course based on previous research results that selected PLC and communication technology suitable for domestic industry field for practical fieldbus training and develops the training program of Ethernet IP, Profibus DP, Modbus, CC-Link, and DeviceNet. In addition, it is confirmed that the control and remote diagnosis of distributed field devices are possible by data collection and monitoring.

We can explain open education by means of pulling down the straight and narrow viewpoint of our educational system. We should incorporate various thoughts and attempts to the most practical educational classrooms and learn to cope flexibly with the several educational problems. On the other hand, Britain for the last fifty years have adapted progressive method in most schools, but with no visible results. The children's fundamental mathematical abilities have not increased. Therefore, mathematical educators in U. S. and Britain proposed the following three facts: First, we need to find out precisely what is involved in applying mathematical skills to practical situations; Secondly, we need to find out why this kind of mathematical understanding is so difficult for so many children; And, finally, we need to know what methods can be used to help children attain this wider mathematical understanding. Thus, we have analyzed and studied the British primary mathematics textbooks < stage 1 >, < stage 3 >, < stage 4 > and < stage 5 > from the open educational viewpoint and the above proposals. As result, a central point was that British have well incorporated into their primary mathematics textbooks with the variety of programs using everyday problems.

To work in the fashion industry which has entered the digital age, and in specialization and high-industrialization age, one needs to attain various skills required for the qualifications of a fashion specialist. For these, qualification certificate systems are enacted to nurture specialized technical personnel, and among these, a jacket pattern is selected from the practical examination of Western-style dress skill prepared for nurturing specialist who can design, cut, and sew women's clothing, to be compared and analyzed against the existing printed practical textbooks, technical books of making clothes which used as college textbooks, and local documents of theoretical study documents. The methodology of the research is to select 8 samples for the study, analyze the identity with the design, and then cut applying the identical dimensions and compare the measurements, and make the clothes using each cutting methods, and inspect to find the consistency with the design and made statistical analysis. As a result, we designed and made research patterns, and suggested a jacket pattern design to patterns simply that suits the design fast.

In this study, sub domain of flow was investigated on literature survey, and suggested of the measuring method of web-site flow and its simulation analysis. Constructing of measuring method of flow, and using this method what-if analysis was simulated when several condition changed. Using causal map approach to extract knowledge from web-site domain experts and to derives a causal relationship of knowledge. Specially, in our study, describes method of developing and building causal map, and suggests guide line of this method on practical application. This research results show that web-site flow starts "direct searching" or "interesting of special issue(domain)", and when challenges of web-site were accorded with user's skills web-site flow grows. Further, in the web-site, information searching intention results in increase of user's duration time and experience flow to discovery new interesting issues in this process. If user's web-site of interaction is increased, awareness of environment conditions decreased, finally, user's telepresense results in increased web-site flow. This paper contained thai this method make used of measuring flow in the web-site and developing of practical strategy.

Illustration is the work that brings out objective analyzing nature and things in many direction. Its purpose is to deliver the theme in an effective manner to appeal to the proper audience. Especially for 3 dimensional illustration, it is really important because its creativity can be complicated. Also, 3-D illustration are comprised of many materials and skills, so it is vital that 30D illustration is scientific and practical. In the research I am selecting on illustration that can be used in publishing and advertisements. I intend to give a clear understanding of 3-D illustration to my audience. In order to do that I have suggested an illustration must be developed through creativity strategy. Also through suggesting the condition of effective illustration, I want to help to set systematic and practical strategy of 3-D illustration.

With the largest number of Islamic financial institutions across the world, the demand for a qualified Sharia accountant in Indonesia is indeed inevitable. This study aims to examine the determinant factors of the intention for accounting students to become Certified Sharia Accountant. This study used quantitative method with primary data through questionnaire from 248 selected samples. The data is then analyzed by Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model. This research has used Theory of Planned Behavior combined with Islamic religiosity to explain 67.80% of the intention of accounting students to become Certified Sharia accountants. The test results indicate perceptions of greater job opportunities, good ethical reputation, Islamic religiosity, technical skills, and subjective norm that affects the intention to become Certified Sharia Accountants. The findings of this study contribute to the literature regarding career selection in the field of accounting in general and Certified Sharia Accountants in particular. The results of this study also have a practical impact on the academic world, including the recommendation for curriculum revision and redesign of the learning system. It also has a practical impact on the management of Islamic financial institutions to present them as a promising industry for accounting graduates to work in.

Purpose: This study evaluated the education and training for public health nursing personnel and we suggest a development plan for their education and training. Methods: The data was collected from the annual planning reports of the Department of Health and Welfare Training in the Korea National Institute of Health from 1985 to 2004. Results: The summary of problems on the education and training included 1) unspecific educational goals and objectives, 2) a shortage of education and training programs for improving practical skills and knowledge on health promotion and chronic disease management, and 3) ineffective teaching methods based on lecture. In order to overcome these problems, education & training for public health nursing personnel should 1) establish dear and specific goals and objectives, 2) develop educational programs that focus on the trainee's needs and develop a long term educational program for reinforcing practical competency along with elementary courses for novices & advanced courses for experts, 3) utilize effective teaching methods such as case study, e-learning and applied learning programs. Conclusion: The education and training for public health nursing personnel should be improved in order to reinforce their competency and their ability to cope with the changing health care environment of the 21st century.

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate an Engineering Empathy Instrument. Engineering empathy is defined as the ability that encompasses the following three qualities, a skill to interpret social issues and phenomenon that may occur in the process of interactions between human beings and engineering systems, a practical orientation that enables one to take stakeholders' perspectives to carry out an engineering project, and a professional way of being that acknowledges empathic skills and associated practice orientations. Based on this notion, we develop a scale to measure engineering empathy and have surveyed 429 engineering students. Evidence for the validity and reliability of the scale is presented. In conclusion, we find that engineering empathy can be measured and conceptualized as three domains: a Learnable Skill (ELS), a Practical Orientation (EPO), and a Professional Way (EPW). We also find that sophomores show the highest level of engineering empathy as compared with other graders. While students accumulate technical knowledge, their understanding about engineering in social and interpretational contexts gets weakened. This implies that engineering education necessarily emphasizes the impacts of engineering solutions in interpersonal, societal, technologies, and environmental contexts.

Vocational education needs to be transformed to cultivate talents with diverse fusion competencies, which is in line with the recent changes that have become a part of the complex technological developments in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Therefore, it is very important for college graduates to obtain employment skills as they are required to prepare for careers within the complex environments of future societies. With the transition to the Internet of Things (IoT)-based control in the manufacturing industry, the development of technological education and related training programs is required to cultivate practical talents for students who have acquired not only the information on existing programmable logic controller (PLC)-based technology, but also that on embedded programming technology. Therefore, to develop an NCS-based education program for analog signal processing to ensure that programming can easily be learned for cultivating practical talent, this study summarizes the opinions of field experts, selects the appropriate NCS competency unit, and designs an adequate technology education training program.

This study proposes using children's literature as a means of teaching and learning English as a foreign language and suggests practical strategies on the basis of transactional theory of reading suggested by Rosenblatt (1994, 1995). This study suggests three novels written for children or young adults: On My Honor (1986) by Marion Dane Bauer, The Giver (1993) by Lois Lowry and Hatchet (1987) by Gary Paulsen. These texts were selected because of their diverse topics, easy and comprehensible language, engaging stories, and authentic and rich expressions, making them effective materials for foreign language learners. This paper is organized as follows: First, it reviews research on teaching literature in English education and response-oriented language teaching to provide theoretical background of literature-based language teaching and learning. Second, it provides the background of the texts selected for the study. Third, it develops diverse, practical strategies for instructors who intend to use children's literature in EFL teaching. We expect to guide EFL instructors in adopting children's literature in their English class by connecting theory and practice and by providing diverse methods and strategies, and sample responses by EFL university students.
