This study is an analysis on the focus of textbooks regarding the statistical chapters of "measures of representative(central tendency) and of the spread". Applying the summary-concept criteria of Juhyeon Nam(2007), 4 kinds of aspect of the chapter; (1) definition and its teleological validity of the measures of representative, (2) definition and practical value of the measures of spread (3) distributional form on the measures of representative and of spread (4) location and scale preservation or invariance of the measures of representative and of spread were observed. On the measures of representative, some definitions were insufficient to check the teleological validity of the measure. Most definitions of the measure of spread were based on the practical view points but no preparation for the future statistical inferences were found even by implication. Some books mention about the measures of representative and of spread for distributions, but we could not find any comments on the correspondence between the sample mean and the expectation of a distribution or population mean. However it is stimulant that some books check the validity of corresponding measures with the location and scale preservation or invariant property, that were not found in the previous curriculum.

본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 수학과 교육과정의 중3 교과서 삼각비 단원에 포함된 과제의 수학적 연결성 구성요소를 분석하고 이에 대한 교사의 인식 및 실천적 방안을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 중학교 3학년 수학교과서 9종을 대상으로 삼각비 단원에 포함된 수학적 연결성 과제의 특징을 분석하고, 이에 대한 인식과 실천적 방안을 조사하기 위해 예비 연구에서 현직 수학 교사 1인, 본 연구에서 현직 수학 교사 2인을 대상으로 설문지 조사와 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 중학교 3학년 삼각비 단원에서는 외적 연결성의 과제가 내적 연결성의 과제보다 적은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교사의 인식 및 실천적 방안에서는 교사의 관점에 따라 과제에 포함된 수학적 연결성에 대한 분석이 다르게 나타났으며, 이에 따른 실천적 방안 또한 다양하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 학생들의 효과적인 수학적 연결성 함양을 위해 수학 과제, 교사의 인식, 교사의 실천적 방안 사이의 관계성을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있다.

Reliability measures of questionnaire and ${\chi}^2$ contingency tests of categorized responses are most practical tools to analyze the characteristics of subjects of survey study. This research evaluates the Cronbaha's reliability measures by using Repeated Measure Design (RMD) with illustrated MINITAB examples. In addition, ${\chi}^2$ statistics of each cell of categorized tables can be effectively interpreted with the symmetric plot of correspondence analysis. The practical example is also discussed to provide comprehensive understanding of topic.

Background: Safety management is required to ensure health and safety of personnel in Norwegian fish farming. However, few studies have addressed the status and practical relevance of this risk-reducing measure. Methods: This article provides new knowledge through interviews with 35 employees at different company levels, addressing perceptions of various safety management activities according to managers and operational personnel. Results: The interviews show that managers and operational personnel at fish farms agree that the quantity of measures aimed to improve safety has increased in recent years. However, some activities are perceived to have higher practical relevance than others. In general, measures that fit well with the practical reality are well received by the employees at the fish farms. Conclusion: Suggested improvements include involving operational personnel in the design of procedures, considering all risk dimensions that may affect occupational health and safety, and challenging the value of specific safety activities based on a detailed knowledge of the distinctive characteristics of work practice in fish farming.

This study identified the problems of the current technical education for beginner technical personnel engaged in CM companies, and suggested improvement plans for the problems. The item 'difficulty in improving practical practical skills' appeared the highest, and responses to the items 'insufficient educational programs to improve individual competency' and 'education contents do not keep pace with technological development or the trend of the times' As for improvement measures, 'expanding educational programs to strengthen practical skills' was the highest, followed by responses to 'expansion and systematization of online education' and 'diversification and segmentation of educational contents of each educational institution' appeared high.

우리나라는 2011년 3월에 「공익신고자 보호법」을 제정하여 민간부문에서 발생하는 공익침해 행위로부터 공익신고자를 보호하고 있다. 대부분의 공익침해행위는 조직 내부에서 은밀하게 이루어지고 있어 조직 내부의 문제점을 잘 알고 있는 조직 구성원들의 신고로 인하여 외부에 알려지게 된다. 그러나 공익신고자는 신고로 인하여 불이익을 받게 되므로 신고를 주저하게 된다. 또한 실질적인 보호조치가 미흡하여 신고자를 효과적으로 보호하기 위한 비밀보장, 신변보호, 책임감면, 불이익조치 금지 등 제도적 장치를 강화하는 방안이 필요하다. 따라서 공익신고자 보호의 취지에 맞게 공익신고자에 대한 실질적인 보호조치가 필요하며 그에 상응하는 보상체계를 확대하는 방안도 필요할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현행 우리나라 공익신고자 보호제도에 대한 주요 내용을 검토하고, 공익신고자의 보호 등을 위한 합리적인 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study aims to extract key topics through text mining of incident records (incident history, post-incident measures, preventive measures) from construction safety accident case data available on the public data portal. It also seeks to provide fundamental insights contributing to the establishment of manuals for disaster prevention by identifying correlations between these topics. After pre-processing the input data, we used the LDA-based topic modeling technique to derive the main topics. Consequently, we obtained five topics related to incident history, and four topics each related to post-incident measures and preventive measures. Although no dominant patterns emerged from the topic pattern analysis, the study holds significance as it provides quantitative information on the follow-up actions related to the incident history, thereby suggesting practical implications for the establishment of a preventive decision-making system through the linkage between accident history and subsequent measures for reccurrence prevention.

This study focuses on the binding power of the interim measures of the arbitral tribunal in ICSID arbitration and the effects of non-compliance. Upon consideration of the intentions of those who made these rules, given the interpretation of the provisions of Article 47 of the ICSID Convention and Article 39 of the ICSID Arbitration Rules, it was found reasonable to consider that the interim measures made by the arbitral tribunal in ICSID arbitration were not binding. However, in actual ICSID arbitration, most arbitral tribunals approve the binding power of the interim measures based on the purposes and the characteristics of the interim measures. As such, there is a certain distance between the legislative intention for interim measures in ICSID arbitration and the judicial practice, but considering the demand for maintaining the integrity of the arbitration procedure, it is reasonable to consider that the interim measures are binding. In addition, the fact that the interim measures have binding power can increase the possibility that the party will comply with the interim measures. Thus, the binding power of interim measures not only encourages voluntary compliance to the interim measures of the party, but can also cause negative consequences for the party if it is not met. In other words, the arbitral tribunal will be able to form negative inferences against the party who does not comply with it in a procedural side, and in the practical side, the party who does not comply with the interim measures will be compensated for the additional damages for non-compliance.

본 연구의 목적은 장소자산으로서 제주 돌담의 가치와 더불어 활용방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 논의는 그 동안 제주 돌담이 장소자산으로서 본질적인 가치가 부각되지 않고, 잠재적 가치만을 주장해온 상황을 타개하기 위한 돌파구가 될 수 있다. 더불어 제주 돌담의 구체적인 활용방안을 통하여 제주의 지속가능한 지역발전을 모색하는 방편이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 장소자산으로 제주 돌담의 종류와 기능 및 가치를 논의한 후 제주 돌담의 지역별 분포현황을 토대로 현실적인 활용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 심층적으로 논의한 결과, 제주 돌담의 가치는 크게 다섯 가지를 부각시킬 수 있었고, 구체적인 활용방안에서는 일곱 가지로 요약할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 얻어진 연구결과는 앞으로 제주 지역발전의 새로운 지표로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
