This article examines actions of the department of a university according to Higher Education Evaluation Policy as a case on the department of Christian education of A University. This article consists of background and policy Higher Education Evaluation and actions of the department of Christian education. Specialization, curriculum, management of instructional quality, educational achievement, student support and cooperation of local community as category of trends of the department of Christian education are discussed. Aim of education, model of human resource, educational objects, and key-competency as the specialization of department of Christian education are discussed. Curriculum of department suggests students career track which is related to their career. Positive guidance counseling are implemented for rate of recruit related to educational achievement. Non-subject matter program of University and Department are introduced for students's support. 60 hours of educational service and other educational activities are carried out for local community. Principal, chaplain of school and teachers are invited for educational practical affairs of education. The result of this article can be used as a basic reference for the direction of the higher education.

Capacitance soil moisture sensor is extensively used by soil research and irrigation management with its convenience and accuracy. This experiment was conducted to evaluate the acceptability of capacitance soil moisture sensor, named EnviroSCAN made by Sentek Ltd., in Jeju Island where volcanic ash soils are widely distributed, and to calibrate it to various soils with different amount of soil organic matter. For sensor calibration equation of volcanic ash soils, a logarithm function is better than a typical power function of non-volcanic ash soils. So there are possibilities of under evaluated in soil water contents in very wet and very dry conditions by using typical power function with volcanic ash soil areas. We suggested practical coefficients of typical calibration equation for using capacitance sensor in volcanic ash soils, also suggested equations for estimation of them with soil organic matter contents. The measurement of soil water content with a capacitance sensor can be affected by some soil characteristics such as porosity, soil organic matter content, EC, etc. So those factors should be controlled for improving the accuracy of measurement.

This study explores consumers' responses to socially assistive robotics by using text-mining method focusing on Companion Pets from Hasbro as it gives emotional support. We conducted text frequency analysis, LDA analysis using R programming. The key findings are 1)the most frequently used words the mimicry of living pets and the appearance of companion pets, 2)the five topics were derived from the LDA analysis and classified keywords in each topic split between positive and negative, 3)user, product, environment affect the interaction between consumer and companion pets, 4)consumers who have difficulty in cognition and physical conditions use companion pets to replace living pets. This study provides an understanding of consumer responses in companion pets and gives practical implications that may improve the efficacy of usage for consumers and understand the companion robot, which provides emotional support in COVID-19.

This study analyzed the path through which elderly discrimination experience, sense of loss, and depression lead to suicidal ideation by verifying the influence of elderly discrimination experience on suicidal ideation and the mediating effect sense of loss and depression. The subjects of the study were a 1:1 in-depth interview survey of 400 elderly people aged 65 or older using stratified sampling methods by region and type of 31 city, county, and district the elderly welfare welfare centers(10 locations) in Gyeonggi-do. As a result, a total of 360 samples were finally analyzed. It was verified through frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation and bootstrapping analysis methods using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the more the elderly experienced discrimination, the higher the suicidal ideation. Second, the effect of sense of loss was partially mediated on the effect of discrimination experience on suicidal ideation in the elderly. Third, the feeling of depression was found to play a partial mediating role between the experience of discrimination among the elderly and suicidal ideation. Based on the results of this study, policy and practical suggestions were made to alleviate the suicidal ideation of experiences of discrimination against the elderly and sense of loss and depression to prevent suicide among the elderly.

The fourth industrial revolution based on information and communication technology has increased the need for an environment where contents in new technologies can be learned for the development of lifelong vocational capabilities. To prepare for this, K University's online lifelong education center has established STEP, a smart learning platform. In this study, we conducted a study and other platform case analysis for STEP learner types, a survey of learners, and a comprehensive analysis based on these results to classify characteristics by learner types. It also intended to establish a plan to provide customized services to meet the needs of STEP learners in the future. The derived results are as follows. It is necessary to constantly manage learning content difficulty and learning motivation survey, and also needs to refine the operation of learning content in terms of learning composition. In addition, it is important to secure specialized content, to manage vulnerable learners, to actively introduce a learner support system and various educational methods.

This study was conducted to empirically analyze the prevalence and risk of chronic diseases in the family history of chronic diseases using data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2019. Based on 5,691 people, after controlling for socio-demographic variables that were related to family history of chronic diseases, logistic regression analysis was performed to verify the odds ratio, which was the risk of family history of chronic diseases for the prevalence of chronic diseases. The main results were founded that Odds ratio, which was the risk of chronic diseases in groups with a family history compared to those without a family history, was statistically significant at hypertension(2.623), dyslipidemia(1.868), diabetes(1.964), and arthritis(1.435) when gender, age, income status, education level and residence were controlled. These results suggest that it is not only necessary to develop a standardization tool for family history tests, but also a health and disease management system for members with a family history in terms of preventive medicine in health care. This study is significant in that it proposed a practical plan in terms of health care by controlling variables that affect the prevalence of chronic diseases and empirically identifying the risk of family history of chronic diseases.

Poor logistical infrastructure and agri-food supply chain management leads to significant food waste in logistic system. The concept of the sustainable value added agri-food chains requires defined approach to the analysis of the existing situation, possible improving strategies and also assessment of these changes impact on further development. The purpose of research is to provide scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for the improvement of the agri-food logistics distribution system. A case study methodology is used in this article. The research framework is based on 4 steps: Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Gap and Process Analysis, Validation and Improvement Areas Definition and Imitation Modelling. This paper presents the appropriateness of LEAN logistics tools using, in particular, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for minimizing logistic losses and Simulation Modeling of possible logistics distribution system improvement results. The algorithm of VSM analysis of the agri-food supply chain, which involves its optimization by implementing the principles of sustainable development at each stage, is proposed. The methodical approach to the analysis of possible ways for optimizing the operation of the logistics system of the agri-food distribution is developed. It involves the application of Value Stream Mapping, i.e. designing of stream maps of the creation of the added value in the agri-food supply chain for the current and future state based on the minimization of logistic losses. Simulation modeling of the investment project on time optimization in the agri-food supply chain and economic effect of proposed improvements in logistics product distribution system functioning at the level of the investigated agricultural enterprise has been determined. Improvement of logistics planning and coordination of operations in the supply chain and the innovative pre-cooling system proposed to be introduced have a 3-year payback period and almost 75-80% probability. Based on the conducted VSM analysis of losses in the agri-food supply chain, there have been determined the main points, where it is advisable to conduct optimization changes for the achievement of positive results and the significant economic effect from the proposed measures has been confirmed. In further studies, it is recommended to focus on identifying the synergistic effect of the agri-food supply chain optimization on the basis of sustainable development.

The purpose of this study is to explore the necessity and method of the development of modern digital image contents using the story of the literary work 'Guunmong'' by Kim Man-joong. Collective intelligence technique is one of the most recommended. Today, most cultural content development is achieved through the application of digital technology through collaboration of various people from the planning stage to the completion stage. Most prototypes of local cultural contents are developed based on the literary works of artists from the region or background of the region on the works. These local cultural resources can be developed into experiential tourism products and used for the development of local cultural industry. This study first examines the availability of collective intelligence method as a way to effectively develop local cultural contents, and proposes application of image-telling technique and using web-toon characters in digital image contents development. In order to prove the practical applicability of the proposed method, we present an example of cultural contents development of 'Guunmong'. Finally, we propose a new business model based on collective intelligence to develop a system of creation and distribution of the cultural contents through the continuous collaboration.

The 46th Davos Forum of the World Economic Forum (WEF) predicts the continued growth of the 4th industry in the future. Currently, the 4th industry is attracting attention in various academic and practical fields. As a core technology of the 4th industry, Big Data is regarded as a major resource to lead the 4th industrial revolution along with artificial intelligence. As the growing interest in Big Data, researches on it are actively being done. However, literature studies on existing Big Data are focused on qualitative research, and quantitative research is insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the big data research flow in MIS field and to make academic thirst for quantification. This study has collected 145 abstracts of big data papers published in major journals in MIS field and confirmed that a majority of papers are published in Decision Support Systems Journal. Text mining and text network analysis were performed only for DSS journals to eliminate bias. As a result of the analysis, it was found out that researches on combining big data in the management field between 2012 and 2014, and researches on system development and analysis method for using big data from 2015 to 2017 were conducted.

The purpose of this study was to develop curriculum framework for entrepreneurship development for adolescents. In order to achieve this goal, we studied and developed entrepreneurship semantics, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education contents. This study was developed through Delphi survey. The results of this study were as follows. First, the meaning of entrepreneurship is Innovative mind-set to create true value by experience into life in order to pursue 'self full-filling life' as the organizer of life. Second, the nature of entrepreneurship education for youth is that entrepreneurship education aims to find and solve new problems through self-management to young people who will lead the future, and to create dynamic challenges and creative changes to create innovative values. Leadership skills, challenging spirit, and ability to solve practical problems'. Third, we developed a general goal for youth and elementary, middle and high school goal for entrepreneurship education. Fourth, as a domain of entrepreneurship education, we have developed 'core discovery', 'entrepreneurial skills', 'becoming an entrepreneur' and developed key themes. Based on the results of this study, we developed a systematic entrepreneurship education linkage and educational condition creation for young people outside schools; entrepreneurship program application and educational condition development according to the operation of the free-learning semester system; the strengthening of business start-up support for youth in late adolescence, the establishment of measures to utilize related institutions in local communities and others.
