Traditionally, like many people in mountain region of the Himalaya, the Lwang communities depend on mix of subsistence agriculture, animal husbandry, and seasonal migrant labor for their livelihoods. These traditional systems are characterized by low productivity, diverse use of available natural resources (largely for home consumption), limited markets, and some aversion for innovation. The potential to generate wealth through commerce has largely been untapped by these mountain residents and thus is undervalued in local and national economies. Introduction of organic tea farming is a part of Lwang community's several initiatives to break the vicious poverty cycle Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) played facilitating roles in all their efforts since beginning. In five years, the tea plantation emerged as a new means for secured a livelihood. This study aims to analyze the current practices in tea farming both in terms of farm management and soil nutrient status(technical) and the prosperity of the tea farmers (social). The technical aspect covers the soil and tea leaf analysis of various nutrients contents in the soil and tea leaf. Originally, the technical aspect of the study was not planned but later during the consultation with the advisor it was taken into consideration which added value to the research study. The sample were collected from different locations and analyzed on the field itself. The other part of the study i.e. the social aspect was done through questionnaire survey and focus group discussion. the tea farming provided them not only a new opportunity but also earned an identity in the region. This initiative was undertaken as a piloting measure. Now that the tea is in production with processing unit established locally, more serious consideration has to be given for better yield and economic prosperity. This research finding will help the community to analyze their efforts and make correction measures in tea garden management and application of fertilizer. It is also expected to fill up the gaps of knowledge and information required to reduce economic stresses and enhance capacity of farmers to make the tea farming a sustainable and beneficial business. Purpose: Physician's occupational burnout has been a very important issue that can cause negative consequences not only for individual's physical and mental health, but also for patient's health and the overall national healthcare system. For the reason, this study confirmed how consultation length and the number of outpatients affect physician's occupational burnout in the medical environment. Methodology: In the study, the data of '2020 Korean Physician Survey' conducted by Korean Medical Association(KMA) was used for the analysis, and a total of 4,215 physicians were selected as study samples. The differences in the degree of occupational burnout according to the physicians' general characteristics were confirmed through uni-variate analysis, and also a regression analysis was conducted to confirm the effects of consultation length and the number of outpatients on physician's occupational burnout. Findings: As a result. the overall degree of physician's occupational burnout decreased(𝛽=-0.051, p<0.01) as the consultation length increased. Specifically, the physician's emotional exhaustion increased(𝛽=0.051, p<0.01), while the reduction of accomplishment decreased(𝛽=-0.131, p<0.001). Furthermore, the overall occupational burnout decreased(𝛽=-0.047, p<0.01) as a proportion of advice and education during the consultation increased, and it had an effect on the decrease in depersonalization(𝛽=-0.045, p<0.01) and the reduction of accomplishment(𝛽=-0.065, p<0.001). At last, as the number of outpatients increased, the overall occupational burnout increased(𝛽=0.041, p<0.05) with more emotional exhaustion(𝛽=0.095, p<0.001), depersonalization(𝛽=0.065, p<0.001), and less reduction of personal achievement(𝛽=-0.081, p<0.001). Practical implication: Consequently, it is necessary to prevent physician's occupational burnout by ensuring sufficient consultation length and providing a medical environment to treat an appropriate number of patients. Therefore, national policies should expand health insurance coverage and compensate medical fees for sufficient consultation length that both patients and physicians can satisfy. It will ultimately contribute to ensuring the patients' health and improving the quality of national healthcare services.
Recently, the MyData market has been growing as the importance of data and issues related to personal information protection have drawn much attention together. MyData refers to the concept of guaranteeing an individual's right to personal information and providing and utilizing one's data according to individual consent. MyData service providers can combine and analyze customer information to provide personalized services. In the early days, the MyData business was activated mainly by private companies and the financial industry, but recently, public institutions are also actively taking advantage of MyData. Meanwhile, the importance of an individual's intention to provide MyData for the success of MyData businesses continues to increase, but research related to this is lacking. Moreover, existing studies have been mainly conducted on individual benefits of MyData; there are not enough studies in which both public benefit and perceived risk factors are considered at the same time. In this regard, this study intends to derive factors affecting the intention to provide MyData based on the privacy calculus model, examine their influencing mechanism, and further verify the moderating effects of individual capabilities and institutional type. This study can find academic significance in that it expanded and demonstrated the privacy calculus model in the context of MyData providing intention. In addition, the results of this study are expected to offer practical guidelines for developing and managing new services in MyData businesses.
This study proposes a legal limit from the administrative and management standpoint of the city hall/county office/gu office, which is the cadastral authority, in relation to the discrepancy between the actual land use status and the cadastral study that has been continuously raised. And also, from the point of view of civil complaints such as landowners, this study tried to evaluate the practical problems of the current land category system from the point of view of civil complaints such as landowners and to derive a solution to these problems. Therefore, this study indicates how the category of land use is classified, and how land use is restricted by the laws of Registration & Management of public cadastre. Also, it shows the reasons why discrepancy between the land use fixed by the law and the current state of actual use of land occurs. Addtionally, This study suggests a plan to reorganize the Land Category system and it includes consolidation and subdivision of land. The study also describes a way to minimize the targets for conversion of land under control of Land Category System as well as to improve the law that protects the people's property rights.
The Employment Permit System (EPS), a system of bringing in low-skilled foreign workers, has been implemented since 2004 to relieve labor shortages in SMEs. Despite the increasing number of foreign workers under this system, due to lack of research we have very limited managerial understanding. Moreover, previous studies focused on economic or legal perspectives, which calls for a different perspective of business and management. In this study, we examined how to foster organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) of low-skilled immigrant workers at the workplace by integrating two analytical frames-social support from management studies and cultural adjustment from immigrant literature. We tested our model using a sample of 661 immigrant workers from 11 countries working in Korea. Our results indicated that, social support perception triggered not only a direct effect on organizational citizenship behaviors of immigrant workers but also indirect effects via the level of cultural adaptation. Our findings indicated that two views are all meaningful in explaining OCB of immigrants, and provided practical implications to SMEs using EPS.
The purpose of this study is to derive more practical and concrete policy implications for the successful implementation of the Cultural City Designation Project, which is emerging as a main topic of cultural policy. To this end, the background and implementation system of the European Capitals of Culture(ECOC), which is the subject of benchmarking in various aspects, were examined. As a result, it was confirmed that there is a possibility that the Cultural City Designation Project can reveal its limitations in the background and process, and the improvement is as follows. First, rather than creating an ideal cultural city model to achieve its goals in a short period of time, efforts should be made to secure diversity and expand insufficient infrastructure in accordance with local autonomous decisions. Second, in order to secure the continuity of the business, it is necessary to secure and educate professional manpower for organizational operation in the form of independent or direct agency of each local government. Finally, careful policy consideration should be made at the national level to balance regional interests. Therefore, there is a need for an organized 'government-level organization' that can take on the role of the city selection process, support system, and ex post evaluation. In short, successful cultural city projects require critical acceptance and efforts to remedy fundamental problems rather than benchmarking unconditional overseas cases in terms of cultural policy.
The purpose of this study is to explore the issues and alternatives in the promotion of space and exhibition support projects in visual arts, and to suggest an applicable direction of the government grant program. For this study, FGI and in-depth interviews were conducted in the direct beneficiaries of the grant program, the staff of the grant program, and the group of visual arts expert. As a result, the deliberation and selection of the support project should be carried out with sufficient time in consideration of the specificity of the support project. And the project requires to divide into two kinds of the projects based on the understanding of the social role and differentiation of non-profit exhibition spaces and private art museums. For the grant application and assessments, a long-term support is necessary to bring the capability and issues in efficient allocation of the budget, flexibility of budget item, and the budget shortfalls. Furthermore, the reliability between the grant program and beneficiaries needs to form a healthy partnership, and the evaluation criteria and eNARADOEUM system should be more practical and rationally established. Through this analysis, the implications of understanding the specificity of visual arts support projects, establishment of sustainable visual arts creation policies, and budget utilization were derived. Consequently, cultural and artistic support projects were directed to place more emphasis on efficiency than control, direction considering the position of consumers than suppliers, and long-term business planning rather than short-term perspective.
In studying culture consumption today, it is essential to understand and analyze the actual visitors' experiences in detail. This is deeply related to the fact that we can utilize subjective experience records that were previously inaccessible as data since plenty of people actually record many performance experiences in the media space such as social media. This study attempts to examine what elements actually consists of people's performance experience based on actual expression of the performance experience that exists online. For this, we collected two types of data. First, we collected posts which required performance recommendation on online platforms such as Jisik-In and Cafes to see how people describe what they want and analyzed data focusing on the modifiers. Results show that people mainly use modifiers that reflect the specific situation of the individual such as companion or age. In addition we analyzed how the experience was described after the show through the review posts of ticket booking site. Results show how expressions are centered around companions, revisit intentions, and viewing experiences besides elements such as story and music, which have been known as main satisfaction elements of performance experience in previous studies. In addition, we discussed the practical implications and limitations of the study as well as the theoretical discussion.

Sales promotion is defined as the short-term incentive to encourage the purchase or sale of products and services. Retailers conduct a variety of sales promotion to encourage the purchase or sale of products and services. It is often used to induce the purchase of customers in short term and to improve the relationship with customers in the long term. Many previous studies about the effect of price discount SP on increase in sales and image improvement have conducted. But the study of non-price promotion, especially SP with 'Gifts', meanwhile, has been seldom researched. This study is to investigate the effect of the Gift SP conducted by retailers on the customer evaluation of the product and its Gifts. This study is to investigate the effect of 'Gifts', among the non-price promotion, on the customer evaluation. First of all, previous studies about the effect (-) of Sp with 'Gifts' on the customer evaluation of the product and its Gifts, and the factors that offset the negative effect of SP with 'Gifts' on quality perception are to examined. In this study, additionally, the summary of the study based on the previous studies and the research subject in the future are to be presented. Firstly, to examine the previous researches on the effect of SP which retailers conduct on the increased sales and or enhanced image, price discount SP has attracted a lot of attention as a research subject but researches on non-price sales promotion, particularly on SP with gift have seldom conducted as a research subject. Secondly, in the previous studies relevant to Price Discount SP, the long-term negative (-) effect of the target product or brand of SP has been studied. However, a few researches on the long-term negative (-) effect of SP with gift have been conducted. Thirdly, it might be brand affinity and purchase limit that buffered the negative (-) effect on the perceived quality of SP with gift which retailers had conducted. In spite of various studies conducted by many researchers, each study have discussed the consequences under certain circumstances and integrated results of research have not been in progress. It may be the research issues left to us to clearly identify the psychological mechanism of consumers until the effect of SP happens in order to theorize SP and to present a practical and useful suggestion.

Grit is a person's passion and perseverance that drive them to achieve long-term and meaningful goals. The purpose of this study was to identify practical resources that can affect single parents' grit. Using the fourth-year panel data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018 (KCYPS 2018), descriptive statistics were produced and a correlation analysis was conducted for 284 single parents. Hierarchical regression analysis was also performed to explore the demographic factors, personal resources(psychological, lifestyle/health), and family resources(family relationships/child, economic) that affect single parents' grit. First, the correlation analysis revealed that single parents' grit had a significant correlation with age, education status, life satisfaction, happiness, self-esteem, smartphone dependency, physical activity time, frequency of breakfast consumption, household size, parent's satisfaction with child's school achievement and school adjustment, subjective family economic status, and private education expenses. Second, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that education status, self-esteem, employment status, smartphone dependency, physical activity time, household size, parent's satisfaction with child's school achievement, and subjective family economic status were significant factors affecting single parents' grit. Based on the research results, this study suggests directions for programs and policies to provide a stable environment for single-parent families to raise their children.
