The scenography in terms of directorial viewpoints could suggest the overall vision of scripts rather than providing stage design only. I chose Antonio Buero Vallejo' because he presented the spatial characteristics and images clearly and believe that it could be an exciting challenge to change its original scenography that the playwright suggested. The concept of failed social success and enclosed repeated destiny spaces gave shape to my scenography of stairs. I chose every character in this play had to climb a flight of stairs in order to go outside because a main and sole entrance was located on the top floor. Characters' visual movement which went up in the morning for their dreams, but came down disappointedly due to failure day by day. This concept of scenography became the characters' given circumstances and intended to always affect the characters' acting during the show. Finally, I verified a new scenographic possibility beyond theoretical examination because I applied it to practical production.

The purpose of this study is to find influencing factors of the pay satisfaction of the social workers in the private sector and to suggest improvement plan. Therefore, we analyzed the overall condition of social workers' pay level and the factors affecting pay satisfaction. The main results are as follows. First, social workers had many female, advanced, disciplined, regular workers and were dissatisfied with the pay. Second, female, lower age, lower education level, higher level of pay, non - regular workers had higher pay satisfaction. Third, the main factors influencing pay satisfaction were the level of pay and welfare factors. Finally, we suggested practical and policy implications that reflect the factors of pay satisfaction of social workers.

This study empirically examined the relationship among ethical leadership, ethical climate, unethical behavior, and organizational commitment in the department affiliated with physical education. Survey data collected from 264 students in the department affiliated with physical education from 5 institutions of a 4-year university located in Seoul and Incheon by convenience sampling. As a result, H1, ethical leadership was not statistically significant with unethical behavior. H2, ethical leadership had a positively significant impact on ethical climate. H3, ethical leadership was found to be positively associated with organizational commitment. H4, ethical climate was not statistically significant with unethical behavior. H5, ethical climate had a positively significant impact on organizational commitment. H6 was not available. H7, ethical climate partially mediated the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment. The theoretical and practical implications of the research findings was discussed.

Sediment disaster happen frequently in our country every year, and a lot of lives and the properties have been lost because of them. Non-structural measures for prevention of sediment disaster have been introduced by prefectures based on the Sediment-related Disaster Prevention Law established after the devastating rainstorm damage in Hiroshima in 1999. They include formulation of sediment disaster warning and evacuation standard rainfall and designation of sediment disaster warning zones and sediment disaster special warning zones. As a practical example, this research focused on the case of "TEC-FORCE" of "MLIT of Japan" as a method of utilizing professional workforce and the sediment disaster warning information delivery system in Kagoshima. In the future, it will be called for prevention and reduction of damages by utilizing professional workforce and sediment disaster response system such as Japan.

This study is a similar experimental study before and after non-equivalence control to examine the effect of fundamental nursing practice education applying reciprocal peer tutoring on confidence in performance, core nursing skills, and practice satisfaction of nursing students. Data collected by 83 people sophomore P university nursing students, the study period is from May 17 to 11 March 2019. As a results, the fundamental nursing practice education applied with the reciprocal peer tutoring method had an effect on the confidence in performance and core nursing skills of 'medium' degree of difficulty, and had a positive effect on the satisfaction of practice. In the future, this study suggests that the method of reciprocal peer teaching is extended to various practical majors and the effects of core nursing skills are tested.

The purpose of this study is to explore the uncertainty as the healing function in the poetry of Robert Frost. One of the therapeutic functions in poetry therapy is to make us look into life from a new perspective, which appears in the uncertainty of his poetry. His uncertainty is based on his peculiar poetic theory and philosophy of dualism. This paper reviews these things and deals with aspects of the uncertainty in detail through his poems. The result of this study shows that Frost conveys elements of ambiguity, illogical development and unpredictability in our society and fear, loneliness and anxiety in our daily life, and also offers realistic depictions of complex life as a therapeutic medium for overcoming these problems. So it seems that his poetry provides us with a recovery of psychic health and a possibility of healing and personal growth. Furthermore we need a practical in-depth study on the healing function of English poetry.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of child interaction, marital conflict and social support on the career-interrupted women's parenting stress and to investigate the mediating effects of marital conflict between child interaction and parenting stress. The data of 8th Panel Study on Korean Children was used for this, and it was conducted descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis on the data of 868 career-interrupted women. According to the analysis, the factors affecting career-interrupted women's parenting stress are the child interaction, marital conflict, and social support, and it showed 32.3% of explanatory power and the influence of marital conflict was the highest. It was also found that marital conflicts were partially mediated in the relation with the child interaction and parenting stress. Based on this, this study suggests the policy and practical measures to prevent and reduce their parenting stress in view of supporting the career-interrupted women's reentry of labor market in the era of work-family balance.

With the recent revitalization of the shared economy, bike-sharing services are gaining huge popularity in the bicycle sector. Bike-sharing services are characterized by reducing environmental pollution and borrowing bicycles at low prices. This study investigated the mechanisms for the formation of customer's continuance intention toward bike-sharing services. The theoretical framework clarified the role of perceived value and trust in enhancing customer's continuance intention. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment are considered as the vital factors of enhancing perceived value and trust in a service provider. The research model was validated by data from 217 bike-sharing users in China. Both perceived value and trust in a service provider had a significant impact on user's continuance intention. However, the analysis results showed that perceived usefulness does not have a significant impact on both perceived value and trust in a service provider. Perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment played a significant role in enhancing both perceived value and trust in a service provider. Our results are expected to provide academic and practical implications for bike-sharing services.

Even after successful technology development, there are many cases where commercialization fails due to difficulties in financing in the early stages of commercialization. The purpose of this study is to give practical implications to technology-based founders. At the beginning of commercialization, 7 companies that succeeded in procuring different types of external funds were selected to conduct case analysis. The results are as follow. First, it was confirmed that the excellence of technology is the most important. Second, it was confirmed that they were majors in the relevant technology field or have worked in related fields, and concluded that greater synergy effect can be created by adding the founder's business will and active attitude. Third, even if the company's internal capabilities were insufficient, it was possible to succeed in financing by identifying and utilizing external financial information. Fourth, it is necessary to utilize a linked financial system that receives both loans and investments. Fifth, systematic IR (Investor Relation) should be continued.

Fashion is a visual means of expressing identity, position, marital status, personal inclination, etc. along with beauty, and it is an important practical cultural heritage that can infer past lifestyle habits. In modern society, fashion such as women's suits, high heels, hats, gloves, handbags, necklaces, etc., as well as beauty such as hair, make-up and nail art. It is a model of innovative women's prize and presented a sample of femininity that responds to the radical development of science and technology in the 21st century. Therefore, it is a driving force for a genuine gender equality society. It serves as a stepping stone for futuristic future design. This study, which analyzed the factors of women's sexuality from the viewpoint of beauty college students in the fashion style of the newcomers, makes it possible to present a sample of women' s sexuality that establishes constructive self - help theory. It is thought that a solid foundation of femininity will be provided.
