Benchmarking is a process used in a lot of companies and public institutions because it is considered to be a practical tool for management innovation. However, it is hard to find out the development of systematic methods and applied cases for benchmarking on information services environment. This study tried to apply the benchmarking process to information distribution environment. This study examined the basic definition and standard process of benchmarking, and then conducted benchmarking plan to innovate tasks of database construction for information services at KISTI.

Purpose - This study aims to propose and validate a research model that describes the relationships between customer socialization, customer participation, and customer loyalty in the online service industry. Although customer loyalty is frequently discussed topic in marketing and strategy research, this study takes a novel approach in adopting customer socialization and participation as the antecedents to customer loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on adopting and modifying measurement items of the constructs from previous studies, this study develops survey regarding the constructs within the proposed research model. Among current registered members of Facebook and DaumKakao, 522 college students and other regular users are selected as the samples for conducting the survey. The collected data is analyzed by structural equation modeling method using SPSS and AMOS. Results Proposed hypotheses of the positive relationships - between customer socialization and customer participation, and between customer participation and customer loyalty are all supported. Conclusions - The results of this study suggest customer participation as an important precursor to customer loyalty in the online service industry. Also, customer socialization is validated as a new strategy to increase customer participation. These results validate the practical importance of communicating mission, purpose, value, and other customer socialization activities that firms undertake.

In the contemporary era of smart tourism, travelers face more accommodation options than ever before. The rapid expansions of alternative accommodation sector are partially owing to the growth of electronic commerce and the rise of online intermediary platforms. Online travel agencies serve as a critical distribution channel for tourism sectors, and the significance is further increased for small and micro entrepreneurs whose direct communication channels are scarce. Considering the holistic process of customer experience started with a third-party online intermediary, this study explores basic and extended attributes of small and medium-sized alternative accommodation where the comparative value is created. In order to achieve the objective, a research design was developed to synthesize the qualitative evidence. The synthesis encompasses both theoretical and practical perspectives, from a systematic review and opinions of academic professionals to an in-depth interview with an industry expert and the current practices of online travel agencies. This study suggests that the sources of value creation for alternative accommodation are not always consistent with those of the traditional. Accounting for the temporal and spatial dynamics in customer experience, the findings of this study provide insights on the comparative value of alternative accommodation, to both academic and industry audiences.

Biological control of soilborne plant pathogens by the addition of antagonistic microorganisms to the soil may offer a practical supplement or alternative to existing disease management strategies that depend heavily on chemical pesticides. Soil amendment with antagonistic microbes was non-effective because of high cost, low efficacy, and inconvenient usage on the treatment course. Therefore, seed coating formulation for the application of biological seed treatments has been being to apply successful disease suppression for many important crops. The objectives of this study were to investigate the optimal condition for the spore production of biocontrol agent Bacillus subtilis YBL-7 and the liquid coating formulation that contained a suspension of a proper aqueous binder, as well as a ground fine solid particulate material. The maximum yield has been obtained from 60 hrs-old culture at 30$\circ$C in spore forming (SF) medium containing 0.8% nutrient broth, 0.05% yeast extract, 10$^{-1}$ M MgCl$^{2}$, 10$^{-4}$ M MnCl$^{2}$, 10$^{-5}$ M dipicolinic acid, and pH 6.5. The optimal condition of dried spore preparation was achieved when cells of B. subtilis YBL-7 was heat-dried with 50$\circ$C for 2 hrs.

Many plans of ecologic streams are developed and performed in several regions. In spite of obtaining of instream water is most important problem to composite an ecologic stream, assessment methods for instream water are too various to estimate an optimal result. This study shows practical assessment method which add regional needs such as stream view and necessary water quality level to the traditional method considering water shortage, water quality, ecologic system and necessary flows. It also shows a feasibility of instream water obtaining project in Daejeon city.

The performance plan of the budget was introduced to link the budget with the performance and to implement performance-oriented policies. This study reviewed the adequacy of indicators of the 2020 agricultural sector budget performance plan to find out how performance indicators were planned and achieved. As a result, there were problems such as low linkage between policy projects and targets, weighting of performance indicators and unclear grounds for targets, and underwhelming performance indicators. To improve these problems, challenging performance indicators and the establishment of practical performance indicators through incentives is necessary.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of on-site training environments and goals on learning outcomes of trainees. For this purpose, the study analyzed survey data collected from 752 students who participated in KOREATECH's Industry Professional Practice (IPP) on-site training program from 2017 to 2018. The following summarizes some important findings from the study results: First, on examining whether the effect of job characteristics on the academic competencies differs according to the characteristics of the group, it was found that the factors that affect the whole group were job content, coaching, and welfare benefits, but the effect of job scope was statistically significant. Second, on examining whether the effect of job characteristics on job competencies differs according to the characteristics of the group, it was found that the factors that affect the whole group were job content, coaching, and job scope, but the effect of welfare was statistically significant. Analyzing by training goals, it was found that the major influencers were job content in the Recruitment-intended group; and job content, coaching and job scope in the Training-intended group. Based on the results, the implications of the study and follow-up studies are suggested.

The purpose of this study is to identify the level of development of major technologies used in smart manufacturing in Korea and to use it as an objective basis for establishing smart manufacturing R & D personnel training policies. We select 25 key technologies to build and operate smart factories for the US, Germany, Japan, EU, Korea, and China, and examine the level (%) and gap (year) by smart manufacturing technology in each country. Based on the results, it is expected to contribute to reinforcing the global market competitiveness of the Korea manufacturing industry by checking the current status of R & D personnel training and suggesting policy suggestions for nurturing R & D personnel.

Corporate information has great value, but also poses great risk. Information governance is an organization's coordinated, inter-disciplinary approach to satisfying information compliance requirements and managing information risks while optimizing information value. This study aims to suggest the directions of implementing information governance in business firms based on analyses of Sedona Conference Principles of Information Governance. After analysing and reformulating the principles into control standards, and they are investigated and interpreted in terms of practicing information governance.

The purpose of this study is to suggest practical plans to improve the school library consulting, especially in case of a teacher librarian is not assigned. As a result of analyses, consulting through methods of the School Library Assistant Group lacks spontaneity, expertise, council, and independence. Besides, each office of education operates it as a marketing. A main goal of school consulting is to foster independent problem- solving of individual schools. Accordingly, it is necessary to build an union management system, develop a standard staff manual, construct DLS based on-line consulting, and design educational training programs of consultants for its successful consulting.
