Purpose: This phenomenological analysis was conducted to explore the experiences of college student volunteers in the field of pediatric palliative care. Methods: In-depth interviews were conducted with nine study participants who had experience volunteering with children receiving pediatric palliative care. The study analysis was conducted using the Colaizzi method, a rigorous qualitative research method, to develop "intra-group" comparisons among the study participants. Results: Through an analysis of the data, 51 themes, 18 theme clusters, and five main categories were derived. The results confirmed that the experience of university student volunteers in pediatric palliative care can be summarized as "awareness of the role of a volunteer," "difficulties encountered while volunteering," "efforts to overcome the difficulties of volunteer work," "personal reflection," and "awareness of life and death." Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as a practical guide for the effective management of volunteers in the pediatric palliative care setting.

This study was conducted to investigate the motives and effects of artists and teachers who participated in the ' Explore Life through Art' support project for school education by theme of culture and arts. As a result of research analysis using online survey and in-depth interview research method, it was found that both intrinsic and extrinsic motives have a complex effect on artists and teachers' motivation to participate in the project. As for the effectiveness of participating in the project, the trust between artists and teachers and the contribution of education were positive, but the trust and satisfaction with the institution were negative. In order to increase the effectiveness of the project, it is required to improve the operation and management of the operating institution. Motivation and effectiveness of project participation are important factors in improving the quality of a project, and it is hoped that this study will serve as a basis for practical discussions on the role of operating institutions and projects.

Objectives: The coronavirus disease 2019 has deteriorated mental health, particularly in mothers with elementary school children. Although the country has developed several health promotion programs to preserve mental health, no program has incorporated Korean medicine. Thus, this study focuses on developing vital Korean medicine mental health care programs. Methods: The program follows the Korean medicine health promotion program principles. Guidelines, reports, research, and previous programs were analyzed to form interventions and lecture content. Results: Pellets, hot packs, meditation, lavender oil, and green tea were selected as final intervention strategies. Mental health-related guidelines were analyzed to produce stress management lecture materials. In addition, an operational methods and evaluation tool manual was created. Conclusion: We designed a health promotion program capitalizing on Korean medicine to improve mental health. This program will be assessed and accordingly improved through practical applications.

In order to achieve this goal, we consider the following issues: a retrospective analysis of the concepts of "giftedness", "intellectually gifted personality"; the experience of working with gifted youth abroad is analyzed; features of work with gifted student youth are revealed; educational and methodological support and practical work with gifted students are analyzed; an empirical study was conducted to determine the attitude of gifted youth to organizational forms of work with them; developed a scientific circle as a form of work with intellectually gifted student youth. A set of methods is used, in particular: theoretical methods: comparison, analysis, synthesis and generalization; empirical methods: analysis of documentation and results of pedagogical activity, observation.

This research was conducted to suggest a policy plan for intensive major course in recurrent education system of KNAC. A survey was answered by students, graduates, field professors and (full-time) professors. The results are summarized as follows; 1. In the item of educational operation system, there were some differences in preference among 4 examinee groups. Students preferred 'semester system', graduates and field professors did 'once per week system', and professors 'cyber+centralized training system'. 2. As entering time, students and graduates preferred 'immediately after graduation'. However, field and full-time professors preferred '1 to 3 years after graduation' that became reality. 3. As board and lodging, all examinee groups wanted 'dormitory in college'. Students and graduates were open to pay educational expenses as a level of national colleges. 4. As a curriculum, the most preferred subject by all groups was 'major field technique', which was followed by 'marketing/sale' and 'farm management' in the order of preference.

Truffles are cultivated by growing seedlings of compatible tree species in pasteurized substrate amended with truffle spores, maintaining the inoculated seedlings in the greenhouse until the mycorrhizal relationship is established and certified, planting the infected seedlings onto appropriate and properly prepared sites, and managing the resulting truffieres (truffle orchards) to maintain the truffle infections and encourage truffle fruiting. Questions remain to be addressed at each step of the process in developing best management practices for truffle cultivation.

This study was carried to devise comprehensive policies for systematically fostering the eligible farmers in Korea based on their vocational developing stages such as potential stage in juvenile days, preparing stage in agricultural schools and colleges, farm worker stage under farm manager, ownership farming stage and professional farm manager stage. Of course all of these developing stages are not necessary but desirable processing to be a good farmer. At least more than two stages are necessary to be a professional farm manager. In order to systematically foster the eligible farmers as many as demanded in Korea, appropriate policies in the every stage should be devised. As the result of this study, several programs were sugested as the appropriate policies such as development of school 4-H program in potential stage, scholarship program in preparing stage, supporting programs for the farmhouse-hold having a family's farm management agreement, development of the instalment savings program for the young farm workers and farmer's certificate program, etc.

Economic investigation is one of the main issues regarding the design and production of small-scale structures. This paper concerns the creation, implementation, and economic aspects of the cross-section profile of small-scale structures regarding the dynamic response of the free and forced vibration behavior of spinning nanoscale beams based on big data analysis. According to the financial analysis, the three practical non-uniform functions of cross-sections are compared to the uniform beam in the same weight and the equal material used. The previous studies reported that the uniform beams are more stable and contain a better frequency response based on the mechanical analysis. Still, concerning the economic investigation, which means the considered structures should have equal length and have the same weight in the aspect of material used, the conclusion can be different from the mechanical aspect. Consequently, in the current paper, the dynamic response along with computer technology as well as the big data analysis of the free and forced vibration of the nanobeam regarding the economic shape of the cross-section is scrutinized.

Religions and beliefs can affect the shopping behaviors of its followers and practitioners. However, the knowledge about the factors that motivate, facilitate and even constrain customers' purchase of spiritual goods, such as feng shui items, is limited. Therefore, in this study, I examined the reasons, facilitators, and constraints of purchasing spiritual goods from the buyers' perspective. Two research questions directed the examination process, including (1) why users buy spiritual goods? And (2) what factors may facilitate or constrain the purchase and use of spiritual goods? Using Vietnam's feng shui market as the context, I applied the autoethnographic and ethnographic methods to collect and analyze the data. I found that the two main reasons to purchase the feng shui items were the products' meaning and beauty. In addition, I observed three groups of factors that could facilitate or constrain the purchase and use of feng shui items, including information about the products and their sellers, disposable income and life stage of the buyers, and price and authenticity of the products. Finally, based on these findings, I discussed the practical implications for managing the spiritual goods market in Vietnam.

인터넷 상거래의 발전으로 온라인 쇼핑몰은 간편 결제와 같은 다양한 페이들을 지원하며 결제방식에 있어서 다양한 방법들을 제공하고 있다. 한편, 경쟁 우위에 있는 다양한 온라인 앱들은 O2O(Online-to-Offline) 서비스를 기반으로 오프라인 매장에도 진출하고 있다. 반면, 기존의 오프라인 사업장을 가진 소상공인들은 ICT 적용과 활용을 위한 개발에 어려움을 겪고 있을 뿐만 아니라 고객 관리와 광고 등에서도 상대적인 열세로 인하여 오프라인 사업장의 수익은 점점 줄어드는 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 블루투스 비콘 기술을 사용하여 고객 관리와 광고 등이 가능하며, 오프라인 사업장에도 적용이 가능한 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법을 통하여 오프라인 매장에서도 온라인 쇼핑몰처럼 관리가 가능하다.
