As stakeholder demands and sustainable finance grow, ESG management and ESG evaluation are becoming important. SMEs should also prepare for the trends of ESG rating practices that affects supply chain management and financial transactions. However, SMEs have no choice but to focus on survival first, so there are restrictions on putting into ESG management. In addition, there is a lack of research on the legitimacy of ESG management by SMEs, and volatility in ESG evaluation systems and rating grades is also increasing. Accordingly, it is necessary to review ESG evaluation trends and practical guidelines along with the review of previous studies. As a result of the exploratory study, SMEs need to implement ESG management and make efforts to specialize in ESG related new businesses under conditions in which their survival base is guaranteed in terms of implementation strategies. In addition, it is necessary to focus on the strategic use of various evaluation results along with accumulating information favorable for ESG evaluation through organizational learning and software management. The implications of this study are that various studies such as the classification criteria for SMEs and the relationship between ESG evaluation grades and long-term survival rates are needed in ESG evaluation of SMEs. At the government policy level, it is time to consider the ESG evaluation system exclusively for SMEs so that ESG management can be implemented and ESG evaluation at different levels by industry and size.

In this study, we analyzed the status of safety management in industrial sites and fatal accident statistics to identify problems and suggest directions for increasing the utilization of convergence engineering. Current industrial site safety management is passive, formal, and unsystematic, and at the same time, the delivery of information on site safety management is very insufficient. In addition, domestic occupational safety and health education was not systematic and could not be considered effective as it was repeating past education forms. Recently, ICT technology has been introduced throughout the industry, and this study suggests several directions for the introduction of convergence safety engineering. Keke is the organization and operation of school curriculum in a convergent manner. In addition, we proposed a plan to apply VR content and experiential education so that safety management education can be conducted in a practical and realistic manner. Lastly, it was proposed to provide differentiated education by industry and type of work, taking into account the characteristics of various industrial sites. It is expected that the results of this study will be able to emphasize the need for convergence and integrated safety education for those involved in the field of domestic industrial safety management and education.

The mutual exclusion (MX) paradigm can be used as a building block in many practical problems such as group communication, atomic commitment and replicated data management where the exclusive use of an object might be useful. The problem has been widely studied in the research community since one reason for this wide interest is that many distributed protocols need a mutual exclusion protocol. However, despite its usefulness, to our knowledge there is no work that has been devoted to this problem in a mobile computing environment. In this paper, we describe a solution to the mutual exclusion problem from mobile computing systems. This solution is based on the token-based mutual exclusion algorithm.

Estimates of annual actual evapotranspiration are needed in water balance studies, water resources management projects, and many different types of hydrologic studies. This study validated a set of 5 empirical equations of estimating annual actual evapotranspiration with climate data on 11 watersheds, and evaluated the further applicability of these forms in estimating annual runoff on watershed level. Five empirical equations generally overestimated annual evapotranspiration, with relative errors ranging $3.3\%$ to $47.2\%$. The results show that Schreiber formula can be applicable in determining annual evapotranspiration in sub-humid region that is classified by aridity index, while Zhang equation gave better results than the remaining methods in humid region. The mean differences for annual evapotranspiration bias over 11 watersheds are Zhang, Schreiber, Budyko, Pike, and Ol'dekop formula from lowest to highest. The empirical equations provide a practical tool to help water resources managers in estimating regional water resources on ungauged large watershed.

We have been taught designing process throughout the long period of education. Nevertheless it is hard to make a quick response to actual project However if we are faced with the actual project as a design professionals it is hard to cope with the project at once nothing but ambiguous idea. Also most of designers concemed with the project do not recognize who are responsible for what. Consequently this attitude delays the entire operation causing waste of time and resources and leads to the unacceptable result. This research is designed therefore to come up with the projects control process that is practical enough to encourage interior designers as well as design firms to face actual projects with shrewd response. There is of course no single right answer to certain design projects. But at least there should be a guideline which shows designers more reasonale systematic ways to control design project lest they should waste time and cost : a guideline as an assistance for successful design result.

The aim of 2000s' technical college is to cultivate technicians who have their own specialities. This means that the technician's duty is not to fit themselves to the wide fields of work, but to strengthen the competitiveness ensuring the4ir speciality in the society that is based on knowledge. The educational substances of the college attach more importance to a design, but the Interior Architecture works and official situations that amount to almost Interior Architecture business in these modern days are focalized on a field construction rather than desigv. $\ulcorner$It is not able to ensure the speciality in the project performing a plan to design and a construct management at the same time. And when they perform their duties, even any beginners graduated from technical college can't direct or guide constructors$\lrcorner$There the construction subjects of technical college should consist of practical education centering around items that is condensed from research data $\ulcorner$they should know how to set up and concrete the treatments$\lrcorner$

The rebar work is very related to the safety and durability of the building. Recently, the rebar work is produced some serious problems due to the lack of skillful crafts-man and the rising cost of rebar materials. Many papers have dealt with the rebar work of the manufacturing system in plants with a view to improvement those problems. But, the research on the rebar work of the manufacturing system in field is in a insignificant condition. This study presents the following improvement schemes as a result. First, the education strengthening for evaluation on practical affairs, second, the reinforcement of drawing & management in shop drawing and finally the simplification of apartment rebar work in slab. Also, this paper aims at advancing apartment rebar work by the actual condition survey in slab work. The further research will be needed about the whole structure parts such as foundation, wall, girder and rebar truss-deck plate as one of the improvement methods.

Comprehensive analytical models focusing on the anode water loss, the cathode flooding, water equilibrium, and water management strategy are developed for polymer electrolyte fuel cells. Analytical solutions presented in this study are compared with two-dimensional computational results and shows a good agreement in predicting those critical characteristics of water. General features of water concentration profile as a function of membrane thickness and current density are presented to illustrate the net effect of the back-diffusion of water from the cathode to anode and the water production by the cathode catalytic reaction on water transport over a fuel cell domain. As one of practical applications, the required humidity level of feed streams for full saturation at the channel outlets are investigated as a function of the physical operating condition. These analytical models can provide good understanding on the characteristic water

The NGIS(National Geographic Information System) project is in its third phase currently. To put the produced data to practical use, central and local governments are trying to implement spatial data warehouse(SDW). In this study, status of local and international SDW(Spatial Data Warehouse) technology were investigated. It has been observed that in Korea it was necessary to shift the focus from management of spatial data to servicing of spatial data to information end users. To that end, the following tasks should be pursued : 1) standardization, 2) automatic ways of linking various legacy administrative information, 3) development of customized middleware for spatial data integration and 4) legal system infra structure.

This study investigated the influence of values associated with internet auctions and risks associated with participating in internet auctions. The results of this study were as follows: First, the values associated with internet auctions consisted of hedonic value, information value, and practical value. Among these values, hedonic value was the highest, and information value was the lowest. Second, He risks consisted of functional risk, privacy risk, socio-psychological risk, md financial risk. Among these risks, functional risk was the highest, and socio-psychological risk was the lowest. Results of regression analysis using demographic elements to inspect risk factors revealed sex, age, and income were statistically significant finally, with respect to demographic characteristics and influences of the aforementioned values and risks, the factors influencing participation in internet auctions were sex, age, hedonic value, functional risk and financial risk.
