The purpose of this study was to develop practical problem based teaching-learning plans and to verify its effect on middle school students' self efficacy, ego resilience, and happiness by focusing on the unit of 'Youth's Self Management' in Technology Home Economics. For this study, the contents of twelve different Technology Home Economics middle school textbooks currently in use and a 2007 curriculum guide were analyzed. Based on the problem based question "What do I need to do to control myself better, be mentally healthier, and live a more independent lifestyle?", seven practical problem based teaching-learning plans on 'Youth's Self Management' unit were developed. 7th grade students of "K" middle school living in Gyeonggi province participated in this study. Three control groups were taught through the traditional lecture-based teaching-learning plans while four experimental groups were taught through the practical problem based teaching-learning lesson plans. The effects of lessons on self efficacy, ego resilience and happiness were analyzed using Analysis of Covariance. Significant positive effects on self efficacy, ego resilience and happiness were found in the experimental group of students.

Supply chain management is a practical vision of industrial information systems in the global competitive environments. In these environments, the linkage of business processes between enterprises which compose a supply chain should be constructed. In this study, we designed and developed supply chain management tools to provide collaborations between enterprises. The developed tools are designed to act as a coordinator for the suppliers and consumers in the supply chain.

Today, the usage of DB already becomes an important issue for many companies' survival, especially, for the companies who have adopted CRM(Customer Relationship Management). CEM(Customer Experience Management), as a practical alternative, can settle it. In this paper, we use QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and GA(Genetic Algorithm)-based Group ANP(Analytic Network Process) to construct the Integrated CEM Model to help company decide the priorities of investment in customer experiences.

The objective of this study is to suggest modified Covariance Structure Analysis that combine with existing Multivariate Statistical Method which is used Casual Analysis Method in Management Information. For this purpose, we'll consider special feature and limitation about Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, Path Analysis and connect Covariance Structure Analysis with Statistical Factor Analysis so that theoretical casual model compare with variables structure in collecting data. A example is also presented to show the practical applicability of this approach.

During last two decades the transportation system has developed into very intelligent system with GIS, GPS and ITS. The practical transportation management system provides real time response module to manage the customer's order. We have surveyed research papers on the real time vehicle routing problem in last two decades to figure out the dynamic vehicle routing problem. The papers are classified by basic routing algorithms and by managing the dynamic events which are the order management, the routing re-optimization, the routing post-optimization and the waiting strategy.

Technology developments accelerate the change of the society and companies with unparalleled pace, so large scaled projects are in progress urgently. Large scaled projects deal with high technologies and massive tasks, and these need enormous labor force and costs, it is necessary to manage strategic conflicts based on human psychology and complex system theory. However, traditional management plan fails to suggest practical mechanism for successful projects. We study failure cases and key elements, leadership for projects, and suggest project management plan with psychological and behavioral economy approach by focusing on complexity and conflict structure on large scaled projects. Project behavior management plan, suggested in this study, is designed with phased strategy and practice to solve the failure of large scaled IT projects originally and preemptively. We verified the effectiveness of behavior management plan suggested by investigating experts and working groups, and stable projects are to be progressed with introducing this plan on large-scaled projects.
