According to the social learning theory, leader' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a predisposing factor for follower' OCB, because they acknowledge and imitate leader as a desirable example of behaviors for organizational and individual success. We investigate social learning effect of leader OCB on follower OCB and examine the moderating role of political skill in the mediated relationship between leaders OCB and follower OCB (with followers' affective organizational commitment as the mediator). We find that follower's affective organizational commitment may mediate the relationship between leader OCB and follower OCB. Furthermore, we find that follower with high political skill may focus on the instrumental value of OCB. Political skill moderates the relationship between follower' affective organizational commitment and follower OCB. Data from 325 leader-follower dyads support the hypothesis. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are also discussed.

This study is performed to develop an automatic irrigation control of system for effective water management in greenhouse. The automatic irrigation control system is composed of an IR-RED optical sensor in tensiometer and an One-chip micro controller. The following results are obtained : 1. A practical IR-RED optical sensor in tensiometer, which shows the starting point of irrigation, was developed. 2. The automatic irrigation system with the optical sensor and One-chip micro controller was developed and also designed to be able to combine with the control system for temperature, curtain opening, etc. 3. A multiple irrigation control system for several greenhouses were suggested. 4. The results of the system test with the driving program for automatic water management were excellent.

The construction industry in the local areas business as the archetypal local one is effectuating industrial production, create employment and so on to perform a significant part in keeping local economy also reviving sluggish economy. The construction stagnation in market may cause severe economic depression in local which leads to having a crippling impact on local constructive industry, in terms of the phenomenon is on the interrelation between the local construction industry and local economy, with regard to local economy which is not covered by firm based industries is wield strong influenced over by construction industry. The object of this study is to research possible improvement factors on the preferential basis by only companies' efforts, therefore the policy of government or local self-governing body in support may be unnecessarily involved after grasping faced practical problems at regional construction companies from analysing the present condition of local construction marketplace and companies.

It has been reported that destruction test by core collection is the most reliable of the structural concrete strength in present building construction field. But it causes low efficiency by damage and cutting in structure due to the core collection. It also has some problems in repairing. Additionally in case of strength test with management specimen, different environment compared to the structure environment cause problems about estimation precise structure strength. Therefore, it is required to develop structure direct strength test that has test values and credibility above the ones obtained by core specimen collection strength test and seasonal specimen test to suggest a reasonable and practical management method of structural concrete.

This study deals how employees' perceptions of being supported by their organizations and supervisors may lead to organizational commitment and this commitment affects turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior in the context of Thai industrial firms. The sample consists of Thai employees working in manufacturing firms which Koreans operate in Thailand. In line with social exchange theory, this study indicated that employees who felt that their organizations and supervisors valued their contribution and cared about their well-being would be more likely to have lower level of turnover intention and higher level of organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, it was found affective and normative commitment partially mediated the effect of perceived organizational and supervisor support on organizational citizenship behavior. This study enhances our understanding about the roles of organizational commitment in the Thai workplace, and provides some practical implications how to manage Thai employees.

For the past years, there had been some environmental cooperation among East Asian countries to reduce air pollution emissions from China. However, the progress of cooperation has been under developed because of lacking financial support, poor design of planning, and weak economic incentives for the industries. In this paper, some practical approaches have been suggested. First, electric trade to make Asian Grid among countries will be good alternatives for the fossil fuel, such as coal, for China. Secondly, natural gas pipeline from West China to Siberian pipeline would change the whole energy mix in this area around 2010, Therefore, it is very promising area for the energy industries to involve in gas project and get rid of many institutional barriers from China. Lastly, environmental industry is growing fast in East Asian. In China, waste treatment and management, air pollution control, and water quality management are some promising areas for the future. Hence it is desirable for Korea, Japan and China to make a eco-fund or company to boost up environmental technology as well as environmental market size.

Purpose - This study aims to provide a brief understanding of usability and its extended models with TAM as well as identifying additional determinants that had been suggested in previous studies on mobile services. Research design, data, and methodology - Empirical data were collected by conducting a field survey of potential mobile application service users. The call for participation was also made in mobile related application issues, which were widely discussed. Result - The ease of use and usefulness had a significantly positive influence on attitude and intention. It also was revealed that added value services can offer practical value to customers. Thus, positive attitudes toward the adoption of services by customers are present when they perceive higher usefulness and ease of use of mobile application services. Conclusion - It was indicated that customers who are more inclined to try new products or who have a higher demand for new things tend to think about those functionalities and added value mobile application services from the perspective of usefulness and ease of use and operation.

Unlike most print resources such as magazines and journals that go through an filtering process (e.g. editing, peering review), information in world Wide Web and Internet is mostly unfiltered. Using and citing information found over Web may not be reliable or authoritative. Therefore it is necessary to develop skills to evaluate what we found on the net. Fifteen evaluation documents for WWW are collected, analyzed from digital sources of U. S. academic libraries and common criteria for evaluating WWW resources are developed. Also several practical steps were made to overcome the quality problems.

3D virual reality technique develop rapidly such as parts of education, health, national defense, etc. This paper implements an education contents utilizing 3D virtual reality based on HMD. In this paper, contents make up Changdeokgung Palace using to 3Dmax and Unity program, it shows on implemented Helmet Mounted Display. HMD obtain dynamic image from the target source of smart phone. Also, contents consist of service senerio through divided palace position and King's a day's journey especially. Above all, this paper indicate improving performance according to reduced cybersickness and immersion enlargement. And memory capacity reduced by various technique such that file type, compressed file, minimized resource. Proposed technique can obtain dynamic 3D image by HMD implementation at real time basis so that it is possible to use simultaneously multi-source. From the various and practical experiment, it is confirm that proposed 3D VR education system is useful for experience of virtual reality practically.

Recently, universities have difficulties in operating the normal curriculum because fresher's basic academic ability is declined. It causes campus misfits so managing students become a rising issue. The education system that focuses only on college entrance exam is one of the reasons why this phenomenon occurred. So, several tries are enacted at university to improve this problem. One of the solutions is enforcing the activity with self-directed Learning Community students to know learning level themselves and execute systematic studying habit is essential for improving this problem. This activity can help students understanding and having interest in class and be motivated to study. But it had burdened tutors with submitting activity report in written form. In this paper, we suggest the Mobile Based Activity Report Submission System which can be the solution of the problem that the Self-directed Learning Community System has. This system reduces the emotional burden to write the reports and manages them efficiently.
