  • In this study, we research and develope Intelligent Remote management controller. According to the load condition, we will apply various control techniques and plan high efficient Demand control. After development, According to the Demand Control, An electricity enterprisers will expect enlargement of equipment coefficient, elevation of back up load factor and reduction effect of equipment investment. On Customer side, They will expect reduction of electric fee, saving energy and variety of service choice.

  • 본 논문에서는 동적으로 현재화면의 최적밝기 정보를 구해 이 값을 이용하여 LCD 장치를 제어하고, 이를 통해 소모전력을 감소시키는 기법을 제안한다. 논문에서 제안된 기법은 프레임버퍼 이미지를 통해 얻은 현재 화면의 이미지 정보를 분석하여 계산된 현재 화면의 최적의 휘도 정보를 찾고 이 값에 맞는 LCD 장치의 최적 Backlight를 계산하는 과정을 거쳐 얻어진 최종 Backlight 레벨로 LCD의 Backlight를 제어하는 방법으로 소모 전력을 절감하는 기법이다. 이 기법을 적용하여 실험을 통해서 약 10%정도의 개선효과를 보였음을 밝힌다.

  • The probabilistic production cost is calculated by the Expected Incremental Generation Cost Curve(EIGC) method based on the multi-state and multi-block operating conditions. For this, A new algorithm for determining production cost by the EIGC and the generation availability curve (GAC) had been developed in order to realize better economic olad dispatch and better reliability for power system operation. The simpler method for determining the EIGC and the GAC is proposed for convenience and saving in computation time.

  • Line starting using contactors is a conventional method for escalator system Recently, comsumer's requirements for energy saving and variable functions are increasing To satisfy this demands, LG Industrial Systems Co., Ltd. has developed an escalator which is driven by inverter system. In this paper, technical schemes of the developed escalator are introduced and the performance of the proposed system is proved by experiment.

  • Recently, due to the development of new technology and products, FA has been accelerating for obtaining high-quality and saving of resources and power. Introduction of automation to the field which has bad working condition is needed and welding is one of these field. In this study, solving algorithm for down hand control which requires in the automatic are welding system is proposed. For the verification of the algorithm, numerical examples are shown and visualization is carried out using developed graphic tools.

  • 본 논문에서는 휴대기기의 설계에서 전원절약기법에 대하여 연구하였다. 기존의 휴대형기기는 기능이 단순하고, 저 성능이였으나 점차 휴대형기기의 성능향상으로 고소비전력화 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주처리기와 대기모드 처리기를 사용하는 방안을 제안하고, 비교 검토하였다.

  • Samsung's newly developed high luminance efficiency 42" VGA plasma display panel is introduced. A new discharge cell structure, SDR (Segmented electrode in Delta color arrayed Rectangular subpixel) has been applied to a full size panel for the first time. In this paper, we describe how this new discharge cell structure for high efficiency is integrated to an energy saving plasma display with better picture quality.
