지역사회의 폭력남편과 가정폭력범죄 행위자들의 특성 비교 (A Comparison of the Characteristics of Maritally Violent Men in a Community Sample and Batterers in the Criminal Justice System)

  • 본 연구는 사회에 노출되지 않은 지역사회의 폭력남편들과 사법부의 처벌을 받은 아내폭력 가해남성들의 중요한 특성이 무엇이며, 서로 어떻게 다른지 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 152명 비폭력 남성들과 사법체계의 사회기관과 접촉이 없는 82명 폭력남편들, 그리고 가정폭력범죄 처벌을 받은 336명 행위자들을 세 집단으로 분류해서 비교하였다. 다항로지스틱 회귀분석의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 비폭력 또는 지역사회 폭력집단을 예측하는 요인들은 자녀폭력, 부부평등결정권, 소득으로 나타났다. 법원의 처벌을 받은 행위자들은 아내폭력을 허용하는 태도, 학력, 자녀폭력, 질투심에서 비폭력 남편들과 구별되고 있었다. 사법체계에 노출되지 않은 지역사회의 폭력남편들은 노출된 집단보다 학력이 높고, 결혼기간이 길며, 스트레스 수준이 월등하게 높았다. 반면 가정폭력범죄 행위자들은 지역사회 폭력남편들에 비해 알코올 문제와 폭력을 허용하는 태도를 더 많이 가지고 있었다. 본 연구는 총 333명을 대상으로 MCMI-III 척도에서 제시하는 성격을 유형별로 살펴보았다. 지역사회 폭력남편들은 다른 두 집단에 비해 수동공격적인 성향이 강하고, 사법체계 행위자들보다 자기애성이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 사법체계 폭력집단에서는 상대집단들과 비교할 때 외상 후 스트레스장애만이 고유한 특성으로 발견되었다. 이러한 결과들을 기초로 이론적 논의와 실천적 방안이 제시되었다.

간호조무사의 근무환경인식과 성격성향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Working Environment Recognition and the Caracter Disposition of Nurse Aides)

  • As the whole world took on the tendency to be highly industrialized, it became necessary for each field of occupation to require professional man power. Especially, since the World War n, the participation of woman power in economic activities has been continually increasing. In our country also, because of the rapid economic growth, change in the way of thinking of women as well as their participation in economic activities are increasing. Thus, woman power is being utilized in various occupational fields from simple physical labor to those that require high-professional skill. Also, continued economic development policies, by setting the establishment of welfare society as the ideology to be fulfilled, brought expansion of medical facilities in the field of public health and increase in man power in that field. As for the nursing specialists, more than 6000 have been being produced per year and as of the end of 1988, the total number of nursing specialists, reached 123, 115. Therefore, this study is done to recognize the professional knowledge and ability of nursing specialists, who take up $40\%$ of the total public-health related man power in our country, through evaluating their working environment and their disposition of character. This study, which was done from September 18th to September 30th 1989, took on the method of using formed questionnaires that had been amended and supplemented during two preparatory investigations, 322 of such questionnaires were used as an analytical material. In the formation of questionnaires, 12 questions were related to the working environment, and 26 in fortotal were related to the disposition of character, 5 for wise-disposition, 11 for activedisposition and 10 for open-disposition. The measuring method, which used 5-point-standard, allowed 5 points for affirmative recognition of the working environment, also 5 points for showing wise, active and open disposition of character and only point in opposite cases. Collected materials were analyzed, through an electronic calculation, into the average value, the standard deflection percentage, pearson corelative number and stepwise multiple regression. Summarizing the results from this study is as follows: 1. It was shown that the nursing specialists with the average of 3.07 have affirmative recognition of their working environment. The questions which drew most affirmative reaction were those concerning finance-management system such as hand, the questions that received negative reaction were those concerning communication method with the average of 2.49. Such reaction seems to have resulted from the cramming regulation by the superior authorities. Concerning the recognition of working environment in relation to employment conditions, more affirmative recognition is shown with the average of 3.14. at hospitals where injection job is not performed. The nursing specialists working at regular hospitals show more affirmative recognition than those at general hospitals, the averages being respectiely 3.16 and 3.03. 2. As for the disposition of character of the nursing specialists, active-disposition was highest with the average of 3.38, next was wise-disposition with 3.20 and the lowest was open-diposition with 2.98. Variable-wise disposition of character shows that wise-disposition and academic background are beneficially correlated by 0.12. Ative-disposition and open-disposition show correlation to the office term by respectively 0.16 and 0.21. In other words. better academic background leads to higher wise-disposition and more - experience results in higher active and open disposition. Also, the class that performs the injection job, in relation to the working environment, might cause change in the self-conceit that identify those in that class with the nurses; however, as far as professional judgment and action, in dealing with nursing job, being wise, active and open is concerned, not much effect is made. 3. The relation between the recognition of the working environment and the disposition of character is that more afirmative recognition- a nursing specialist has about her working environment, the higher the active-disposition becomes by 0.13. The degrees of the relation between recongnition of environment and wise and open dispositions show respectively 0.06 and -0.06 and -0.06. That is to say that when having more affirmative recognition of the working environment, a nursing specialist shows wise but closed disposition of character. This, howerver, didn't mean much statistically. When observing the results mentioned above, it is conspicuous that the nursing specialists, working as substitutes for the nurse at medical institutions of various sizes, get the feeling of being somewhat equal to the nurses and to some extent, fulfill their desire to accomplish their ego; however, as far as professional ability expansion if concerned. they lack wise and open dispositions. Therefore, considiering upon the results of this study, in medical institutions where the work of nursing specialists is regaded equal to that of the nurses, as a medical member who deals with human lives, it is desirable to make the nursing specialists work under the supervision of the nurses and to offer them continuous education to strengthen and improve their natural dispositions.

봇 프레임워크를 활용한 챗봇 구현 방안 (Method of ChatBot Implementation Using Bot Framework)

  • 본 논문에서 챗봇에서 사용하는 AI알고리즘과 자연어처리 방법을 분류하고 제시하고 챗봇 구현에 사용할 수 있는 프레임워크에 대해서도 기술한다. 챗봇은 사용자 인터페이스를 대화방식으로 구성하여 입력된 문자열을 해석하고 입력된 문자열에 적절한 답을 학습된 데이터에서 선택하여 출력하는 구조의 시스템이다. 최근 콜센터와 주문 업무에 적용하여 인건비를 감소하고 정확한 업무를 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 하지만 질문에 대한 적정한 답변 집합을 생성하기 위해 학습이 필요하며 이를 위해 상당한 계산 기능을 갖는 하드웨어가 필요하다. 개발을 하는 업체는 물론 AI분야 개발을 학습하는 학생들의 실습은 한계가 있다. 현재 챗봇은 기존의 전통적인 업무를 대체하고 있으며 시스템을 이해하고 구현하는 실습과정이 필요한 실정이다. 정형화되어 있는 데이터에 대해서만 응답을 하는 수준을 넘어 딥러닝 등의 기술을 적용하여 비정형 데이터를 학습시켜 질문에 대한 응답의 정확성을 높이기 위해 RNN과 Char-CNN 등을 사용해야한다. 챗봇을 구현하기 위해서는 이와 같은 이론을 이해하고 있어야한다. 본 논문에서는 단기간에 챗봇 코딩교육에 활용할 수 있는 방안과 기존 개발자, 학생들이 챗봇 구현을 할 수 있는 플랫폼을 활용하여 학생들이 전체시스템을 구현 예를 제시하였다.

울산 지역에서 2001년 이후 이산화황(SO2)의 고농도 사례 분석과 저감 정책 방안의 검토 (Case Analysis on High Concentration of SO2 and Review on Its Reduction Policy in the Ulsan Metropolitan Area since 2001)

  • Until comparatively lately, the annual time series of the $SO_2$ concentration had been shown in a decreasing trend in Ulsan as well as other Korean cities. However, the high concentration of $SO_2$ was frequently found in the specific countermeasure region including the national industrial complex such as Mipo and Onsan in the Ulsan city for the period of $2001{\sim}2004$. There are many conditions that can influence the high concentration of $SO_2$ at monitoring sites in Ulsan, such as: First, annual usage of the fuel including sulfur increased in comparison with the year before in spite of the fuel conversion policy which wants to use low sulfur oil less than 3% and LNG. Second, point source, such as the power plants and the petroleum and chemistry stacks, was the biggest contributor in $SO_2$ emission, as a analyzed result of both the air quality modeling and the stack tole-monitoring system (TMS) data. And third, the air pollutants that occurred in processes of homing and manufacturing of the fuel including sulfur were transported slow into a special monitoring site by accumulating along the frontal area of see-breeze. It was concluded that Ulsan's current environmental policy together with control methods should be changed into the regulation on total amount of emission, including a market-based emission trading with calculating of atmospheric environmental critical loads, for the $SO_2$ reduction like the specific countermeasure for the $O_3$ and PM10 reduction in the Seoul metropolitan area. And this change should be started in the big point sources of $1{\sim}3$ species because they are big contributors of Ulsan's $SO_2$ pollution. Especially it is necessary to revitalize of the self-regulation environmental management. Other control methods for sustaining the $SO_2$ reduction are as follows: maintenance of the fuel conversion policy, reinforcement of the regional stationary source emission standard, and enlargement of the stack TMS.

승용차용 터보과급기의 저널 베어링 마찰 손실 측정 (Measurement of Journal Bearing Friction Loss of Turbocharger in a Passenger Vehicle)

  • 본 연구에서는 터보과급기의 성능을 저해하는 주요 인자 중 하나인 마찰손실에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 실제 엔진에서 빈번하게 사용되는 저속 구간에서의 승용차용 터보과급기의 마찰손실 측정 장치를 개발하고, 저속 영역에서 작동하는 터보과급기의 마찰손실을 측정하였다. 플로팅 타입의 승용차용 터보과급기 저널 베어링를 실험 대상으로 선정하였으며, 마찰손실 측정 장치는 구동 모터, 오일 공급 시스템, 마그네틱 커플링으로 구성하였다. 실제 차량의 저속 운전 상황을 모사할 수 있도록 설계, 제작되었고, 터보과급기 회전속도, 오일 온도 및 압력을 실험 변수로 선정하였다. 또한, 마찰손실 측정 장치는 로드 셀을 사용하여 발생하는 마찰 토크를 직접 측정하여 마찰손실을 산출하였으며, 커플링을 통해 구동 모터의 동력을 터보과급기 축에 전달하고, 오일 온도 및 압력을 조절하였다. 오일 압력 3bar와 4bar로 오일을 공급하는 상태에서 오일 온도를 $50^{\circ}C$에서 $100^{\circ}C$까지 $10^{\circ}C$ 간격으로 변화시키면서 터보과급기를 회전수 30,000~90,000rpm으로 작동시켰다. 터보과급기 회전속도 증가할 때 마찰손실은 증가하였으며, 과급기 회전속도의 1.6 승에 비례함을 보였다. 오일 온도가 증가함에 따라 마찰손실은 감소하였으며, 오일 압력이 증가함에 따라 마찰손실은 증가하였다. 따라서 적절한 오일 온도와 압력을 유지하는 것이 필요하다.

일제하(日帝下) 사립전문학교(私立專門學校) 도서관(図書館) (THE KOREAN PRIVATE COLLEGE LIBRARIES UNDER THE PERIOD OF JAPANESE CONTROL)

  • Korean private colleges under the period of Japanese control was the kernel for the educational resistance, one of the save-the-nation movements because of inculcating in Koreans the spirit of independence and self-respect under that period. Posung College Library building, erected in Commemoration of the 30th Anniversary of the Foundation, especially, was the result of Koreans systematizing ability and iron will of independence for the future generations. In this paper, an attempt to study the Korean private college libraries under the period of Japanese control is provided. The main institutions in this study are Posung College library, Chosen Christian College library (Yunhee College Library), and Ewha College Library. This study will focus to review the followings: 1. The historical background of above mentioned libraries. 2. The educational resistance under that period. 3. The comparative and analytical study of these private college libraries and Keijo Imperial University library. 4. The facilities and the basic collection development plan on the basis of presentation. 5. library services including readers services. 6. The impact of these libraries on the present private university libraries. 7. The organization and staffing pattern, and budget of these private college libraries. The followings are the outlines conclusions: 1. Korean private college libraries had been established in order to perform the educational resistance. They are one of the supporting agencies for the research activities, among the most important means of social education, and provide, no doubt, the full nutriment for hungry soul under that period. 2. These libraries have not outstripped Keijo Imperial University in collection of books as well as man power, but their collection of books coincided, in general, with their curricula, and had feature to perform the save-the-nation-movement by education. 3. The library services were appeared in the forms such as the Circulation Library, Lectures on the Use of Books and Libraries, Library Week, and Training Course for the Librarians, etc. It is thought that these activities contributed to the social and cultural development of Korea indirectly. 4. The library administration of the private colleges depended upon the director of library because of the frequent changes of staffs and the simple functional system without its middle class. 5. The Japanese Government-General in Korea gave no financial assistance to the private colleges though they were in financial difficulties more than Keijo Imperial University. 6. The ambitious ideal for foundation of universities in reality as well as in name was not achieved during that period because of the monstrous obstacle so-called the Japanese Government-General in Korea, but its ideal had a desirable effect upon these college libraries development, in particular, before and after 1935.

중소·중견기업의 스마트팜 교육 수요 분석: 전남지역을 중심으로 (An Analysis on the Educational Needs for the Smart Farm: Focusing on SMEs in Jeon-nam Area)

  • 본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명기반 스마트팜 분야의 중소·중견기업 종사자를 대상으로 관련 교육 수요를 조사·분석하여 효과적인 교육전략을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 교육전략 도출을 위해 스마트팜 기술 분야 도출, 교육수요조사 실시, 교육수요조사 결과를 바탕으로 IPA 분석과 Borich 요구도 분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 교육수요조사에서는 생산시스템 분야와 지능형 농작업기에 대한 요구가 높게 나타났다. 세부적으로 Borich 요구도 분석에서 병충해 방지 및 진단기술(8.03), 네트워크 및 분석SW 연계기술(7.83), 지능형 농작업기-농업동력 기계시스템-전기에너지 하이브리드 기술(7.43)의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 반면, 스마트 식물 공장(4.09), 생육조절을 위한 조명기술(4.46), 구조물 건설기술(4.62)은 낮은 요구도를 보였다. 이를 기반으로 한 IPA 포트폴리오 분석 결과는 집중노력영역의 네트워크 및 분석SW연계기술, CAN기반 복합센터 활용 기술은 시급히 교육이 이루어져야 하는 분야로 나타났다. 그러나 스마트공장플랫폼개발, 생육조절조명기술, 구조물건설기술 등과 같이 이미 상용화된 기술에 대해서는 과잉영역으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 스마트팜 분야의 수요를 반영하여 중소·중견기업 산업현장 맞춤형 교육 프로그램을 전략적으로 제시하고, 교육프로그램 운영방안의 제안이 가능하다.

한국과 일본의 초등학교 수학교과서 비교 연구 - 4학년을 중심으로 - (A Comparative Study of Elementary School Mathematics Textbooks between Korea and Japan - Focused on the 4th Grade -)

  • 2009년부터 1, 2학년 수학교과서를 시작으로 학년별 새 교과서 편찬이 연차적으로 이루어지고 있다. 2009년 현재 시범학교에서 3, 4학년 실험본 수학교과서로 수업을 하고 있으며, 이 1년간의 실험 수업을 통해서 장 단점을 파악해 내년 3, 4학년의 새 수학교과서가 나을 예정이다. 본 연구는 한국과 일본 양국의 초등학교 4학년 수학교과서를 비교 분석하여 그 시사점을 통해 개정 교육과정의 수학교과서 편찬에 유용한 참고 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 비교 분석의 대상을 교육인적자원부에서 발행한 4-가, 4-나 단계의 수학교과서 2권과 일본의 계림관(啓林館)에서 발행한 4-상(上), 4-하(下)의 산수교과서 2권으로 하여 교과서 단원명과 단원체제 및 영역별 지도내용을 비교하여 그 시사점을 도출하였다.

남녀 고등학생의 성희롱에 대한 태도 및 경험에 관한 조사연구 (A Study of the Attitude and Experience for Sexual Harassment in Adolescence)

  • The purpose of this study, in which 573 students from 2 high schools in Kang Nung city participated was to identify the attitude and experience of sexual harassment. This information will provide useful data, and promote a more systematic sexual harassment education program. The subjects of this study were 278 male students and 295 female students. The data was collected from September 25 to October 6. 2000. The data was analyzed using the statistical Computer package. SPSS to manipulate the data along with frequency, percentage, and mean t-test. The results from this study were summarized as follows. 1. The results from this comparison between two groups were significant in their attitude on sexual harassment(t=-2.26. p=0.024). Female students had higher scores than male students. 2. As a cause of sexual harassment. 'A man's misjudgement regarding a women as sexual objects(n=130: 22.7%)'. 'Patriarchal system of unequal distribution of power and status between the sexes(n=105: 18.3%)'. 'The effect of sexual stimulatives. (pornography. pornovideo. TV program ect.)(n=89: 15.5%)'. 3. As a countermeasure for prevention, 'Punishment, law and regulation of the sexual harasser(n = 151; 26.4%)', 'A preventive education of sexual harassment in adolescence (n = 125: 21.8%)'. 'Reformation of gender inequality and sex discrimination in the socio-structure(n=76; 13.3%)'. 4. Out of 573 students who participated in this study, 209(36.5%) students reported experiencing an incident of sexual harassment. For 278 males who participated in this study, 88(31.7%) had experienced an incident of sexual harassment. For the 295 females who participated in this study, 121(41.0%) had experienced an incident of sexual harassment. The type of sexual harassment is reported physical sexual harassment(n = 248: 40.5%), verbal sexual harassment(n = 226; 36.7%), and visual sexual harassment(n=139: 22.6%). 5. Their age in which they had experienced harassment was usually 'after 16 years of age(n=122: 58.4%)'. The age of harassers were mostly teenagers(n=112; 53.6%). The relationship to the with sexual harasser was a stranger (n=85; 40.7%), or a friend(n=78: 37.3%). After the incident of sexual harassment occurred, some students informed friends (n=114: 54.5%), 63(30.1%) told no one. Male students' feelings after the experienced harassment ranged from: 'be interesting', 'be pleasant'. Female students' feelings after the experienced harassment ranged from; 'be surprised', 'get a shock', 'fear', 'shame'.

여성건강교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 - 여성건강간호센터에서의 교육을 중심으로 - (Health Educational Program for Women's Health in Women's Health Care Center)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze women's health problems using Green & Kreuter's(1991) PRECEDE model and to develop health education program for women's health. The subjects were recruited women from Wonju city 18 years or older. 1. The results showed that about 50% of the women were satisfied with their lives as women, 23% of the sample felt there was a need for a women's health care center. The mean number of health problems was 3.1 and the prevalence rate, 44.4%. 2. We developed on educational program according to group differences related to health problems, diagnosis of disease, variables influencing health promotion behavior, and programs which each group wanted. Also we stressed self-efficacy and self-help group for the management of individual health to all groups. 3. The diagnoses of diseases that were experienced premarital over the past year were gastritis, bronchitis, spinal disk, and fracture, for the childbearing/rearing group, gastritis, vaginitis and cervicitis, cervical cancer and cystitis and nephritis and arthritis and for the middle-aged/elderly group arthritis, gastritis, vaginitis and cervicitis, and spinal disk. Of the sample 30.5% did not have a health exam in the past year, and only 10% of the premarital group, 12.5% of the childbearing/child-rearing group, and 18.3% of the middle aged-elderly group were concerned about their health and did something for their health. 4. The average score on the HPLP was 2.41. the HPLP was scores according to group were found to have significant differences. self-efficacy, family functions, health attention and were considered important variables in the premarital group, in the childbearing/child-rearing group self-efficacy, family functions, internal locus of control, health attention, and health perception and power others locus of control and then for the middle aged-elderly group self-efficacy, health attention, internal locus of control, family functions and health perception. 5. There are a few educational programs in the city provided by the Wonju Health Center and by community health nurse practitioners. The premarital group requested the educational programs on diet, health exercise, family health and stress management. Also the childbearing/child-rearing group wanted programs on diet, family health, stress management, and health exercise, and the middle-aged/elderly group wanted that of family health, diet, climacteric changes stress management and health exercise. The program suggested that this program should be applied to women in the community to insure adequate management of women's health. Follow-up research with PROCEED is needed to analyze health outcomes, also, a women's health nursing specialist system is required to develop health promotion, and improve the quality of life for women.
