The present study analyzed the differences of advertisement design, expression method, and appeal types in the men's fashion product advertisement from men's magazines between 1996 and 2006, according to the year, season, and the type of the magazine. The magazines chosen for the analysis were Korean Esquire, GQ, and Shin-dong-a. 2058 advertisement out of 88 sample magazines were chosen and analyzed by frequency, and chi-square using SPSS statistic package. The results of the study were as follows. First of all, there were more advertisements without copy, and even when the copy was used, it was used as a headline only. Secondly the poster style layout was used more frequently than other layouts, and one male model wearing the product was the most popular. Thirdly the types of appeal in advertisement, sensuous appeal was most frequently used. The results of the study showed that there is little advertisement differentiation in men's fashion product advertisement. Therefore in order to draw consumer's attention. various and unique advertisement design should be implemented.

중국의 독특한 회화예술언어를 형성하고 있는 전통 수묵화는 현대 포스터디자인을 비롯한 다양한 시각디자인분야와 결합하여 커뮤니케이션 메시지의 전달 뿐만 아니라, 작품을 감상하는 이들에게 먹과 붓, 농담을 통해 중국 전통의 사유(思惟)철학까지 함께 전하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중국에서 수묵화기법을 사용하고 있는 포스터를 종류별로 분류하여 각 종류의 포스터에서 어떻게 수묵기법이 주로 활용되고 있는지 분석하였다. 또한 다양하게 사용되는 포스터의 수묵화 기법을 수묵이미지표현, 수묵필법표현, 수묵필치표현으로 분류하고 각 표현법별 특징을 분석하도록 하였다.

This study aims to suggest new directions for the development of make-up design by understanding characteristics of deconstruction make-up and to search for new directions and methods in theme expressions and design conceptions by making illustrations with deconstruction themes. This study examines conceptual characteristics of Derrida's deconstruction, and analyzes the various deconstruction make-up styles through the famous fashion magazines such as Beauty Collection, Collections, Fem, Modain, and Vogue since 1997. The make-up illustration works in this study were made depending on these styles. At first, the nature of deconsouction make-up can be explained as deconstruction of existing methods, deconstruction of the sexes and deconstruction of history or ethnicity. The deconstruction of existing methods can be subdivided into decadence make-up, detester make-up, graphic make-up and collage make-up. Deconstruction of the sexes can be explained androgynous make-up. Deconstruction of history or ethnicity is subdivided into white makeup, ancient Egyptian dark eye make-up and raceless make-up. The deconstruction make-up illustrations present infinite possibilities in expression styles through three dimensional expressions and media mixture using not only drawing materials including watercolor, poster-color, and color pencils but also objets including magazines, coarse fabrics, screentone, beads, suede, sand and so on. The study shows that since deconstruction make-up illustrations are not limited to depiction-centered expressions, they serve creating unique images and future inspirations.

An off-axis telescope has several advantages in optical performance comparing with a conventional on-axis telescope. However, in general, an off-axis telescope has a narrow field of view due to the linear astigmatism caused by the asymmetric structure. It was shown in the previous work that the linear astigmatism can be eliminated by properly configuring parameters in a confocal off-axis reflector system. Furthermore, the third order aberrations of a confocal off-axis telescope can be minimized by optimizing the shape of the mirrors. Despite many advantages, the confocal off-axis telescopes have been evaded because of difficulties of off-axis mirror fabrication, alignment process and unaccustomed off-axis baffle design. The baffle for the off-axis telescope should be designed considering that the effects of stray lights are different because of the asymmetry of off-axis system. In this poster, the design, manufacturing, and test for the baffle and housing of an off-axis telescope are presented.

Rapid change of the era has caused change to consumption. New concept of consumer means not consumer who is simply provided a product, but a consumer who lays emphasis on value. That is to say, it indicates a consumer who values both on service and information as well as a product itself when they purchase. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the changes of POPs and objets at domestic and foreign fashion lingerie shops in different periods, and to encourage the effective introduction of POPs and objets for display at fashion lingerie shops in the future. I have used 100 pictures of 6 domestic brands and 80 of 6 foreign brands to analyze, and the periods were divided into 2000-2003, 2004-2007, and after 2008. The result of analyzing is as follows. First, give much information and great satisfaction to customers through the various types of POP, which convey the image and the concept of the products. If current POP was used only for sales, there ! should be various kinds and types of POPs to present not only basic information of products but also the value beyond it. Second, advance the products value by the presentation of diverse object. Furniture, fixtures, Lighting, Gift Box, Poster and mannequins should be used not to show simple props and presentation of product in the past, but to show brand images and Design concept of products.

21st century is called digital and information era. The visual communication becomes more important than any other centuries. Visual communication design has been represented in varied images from ancient society up until the present time. Especially graphic design, which has experienced artistic upheaval from modernism and postmodernism, has been enabled to deliver messages in a more developed and sensuous appearances. Deconstructionist design wasn't well received by modernism, an advocate of practicality and effectiveness; however, as the beginning of subsequent postmodernism, it started to earn a warm welcome from a number of designers. Postmodernism made it possible for deconstruction to be a new paradigm appreciating neutral respect for varied expressions and designers' idiosyncrasy. Corresponding to this new trend, Edward Fella published his artwork 'Letters on America', which introduced a variety of vernacular design works in America. It was the result of years of research, and included materials which were not something completely new to field of communication design but rather symbolic, deconstructive images available everywhere around us. Deconstruction broke away from the previous modernism's unity and standards, and sought to achieve a new tensional deliverance. As a consequence, images were created in destructive and incomplete forms. Graphic design also complied with this new code and its advent fascinated the artists in the fields of advertising, editorial and poster designs. This paper contends that contemporary graphic design still maintains a deconstructive representation, examines its locality in design works from an aesthetic viewpoint, and researches theoretical approaches to deconstructionist and case studies conducted domestically. There has been incessant critical contradiction in terms of the heritage of deconstruction. I would like to present you with a moment in which you can struggle to decide whether it is a result of an effort to get away from modernism or an offspring of postmodernism.

많은 디자이너들이 과거의 붓, 물감 등에 의한 전통적 도구들을 대신하여 각종 디지털 도구들과 컴퓨터를 전통적인 인쇄물 및 프레젠테이션, 멀티미디어 등 다양한 디자인 환경 속에서 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 이제는 컴퓨터그래픽의 질적 요소가 디자인 결과에 중요한 역할을 하고 있으며, 컴퓨터그래픽의 생활화에 의한 시각문화가 재창출되는 시점에 이르고 있다. 학교 교육의 현장에서도 이러한 추세에 발맞추어 컴퓨터 장비의 확충과 활용비율을 크게 늘려가고 있는 추세이지만 전문지식의 부족으로 인하여 투자에 비해 그 효율성이 매우 적에 나타나고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 컴퓨터의 효율적 활용방안을 연구하여 학교 내 컴퓨터와 관련한 기자재의 설치 및 운용에 있어서 중복투자를 방지하고, 적정한 규모의 장비로써 최대의 능률을 도모할 수 있도록 함으로써 수업능률과 교육의 질적 향상을 도모하고자 하였다. 이와같은 기본 원칙에 의거, 본 논문은 컴퓨터를 활용하고 있는 각 대학들의 사례를 수집, 분석하여 문제점을 추출하고 이를 해결해 나가는 방법을 제시함으로써 미래지향적인 디자인 교육에 일조 하고자 하였다.

수학사의 교수학적 의미를 살펴보고 수학 교육과정상 수학사의 연계 가능성을 분석하면서 초등학교 교수학적 현상에 적용해 본 사례들을 통해 그 가능성을 논하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 수학 교육학적 입장에서 교실 현장에 나가기 전 예비교사들의 수학사적 연계에 대한 교수경험의 중요성과 교실현장 학생들의 학습경험의 중요성을 수학 교수학적 입장에서 입증할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공할 것이다.

A prime focus telescope, e.g., Schmidt telescope, has advantages especially for a wide field of view survey in astronomy. In this optical configuration, the camera is placed in front of the primary mirror. Since the installation of a typical filter wheel to the prime focus telescope causes serious obscuration of the incoming light, a customized filter device is required for high sensitivity images. In this poster, we present a new filter exchange mechanism, which can host four filters moving along quadrant directions. We plan to install this on the Celestron 36 cm Rowe-Ackermann Schmidt Astrograph (RASA 36) located at El Sause Observatory in Chile.

Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) has been developing the Camera System for the Total Solar Eclipse (TSE) observation. In 2016 we have assembled a simple camera system consisting of a commercial camera lens, a polarizer, bandpass filters, and a Canon camera to observe the solar corona during the Total Solar Eclipse in Indonesia. For 2017 TSE observation, we have studied and adapted the compact coronagraph design proposed by NASA. The compact coronagraph design dramatically reduces the volume and weight, and used for TSE observation. The camera is used to test and verify key components including function of bandpass filter, polarizer, and CCD during observing the Total Solar Eclipse. In this poster we focus on optical engineering works including designing, analyzing, testing, and building for the TSE observation.
