This study employs text mining techniques to compare user responses across various Over-The-Top (OTT) service platforms. The primary objective of the research is to understand user satisfaction with OTT service platforms and contribute to the formulation of more effective review strategies. The key questions addressed in this study involve identifying prominent topics and keywords in user reviews of different OTT services and comprehending platform-specific user reactions. TF-IDF is utilized to extract significant words from positive and negative reviews, while BERTopic, an advanced topic modeling technique, is employed for a more nuanced and comprehensive analysis of intricate user reviews. The results from TF-IDF analysis reveal that positive app reviews exhibit a high frequency of content-related words, whereas negative reviews display a high frequency of words associated with potential issues during app usage. Through the utilization of BERTopic, we were able to extract keywords related to content diversity, app performance components, payment, and compatibility, by associating them with content attributes. This enabled us to verify that the distinguishing attributes of the platforms vary among themselves. The findings of this study offer significant insights into user behavior and preferences, which OTT service providers can leverage to improve user experience and satisfaction. We also anticipate that researchers exploring deep learning models will find our study results valuable for conducting analyses on user review text data.
The purpose of this study is to understand how the image of a tourist destination perceived by potential tourists, who indirectly experience negative incidents through social media, affects their behavioral intentions. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, the relationship between image and behavioral intention is explained through attitudes toward the destination, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. Furthermore, the study analyzes whether the quality of the relationship with the tourist destination perceived by potential tourists moderates the relationship between the image of the destination and attitudes toward it when exposed to negative incidents. A scenario-based survey was conducted with 256 potential Chinese tourists. The results showed that the overall image of the destination had a positive effect (+) on attitudes toward the destination, subjective norms, and perceived control. In turn, attitudes toward the destination, subjective norms, and perceived control all positively (+) influenced behavioral intentions. Lastly, the moderating effect of relationship quality between overall image and attitudes toward the destination was verified. The implications of this study suggest that when negative incidents occur at a tourist destination, negative images can be perceived. Therefore, local governments should ensure thorough inspections and enforcement regarding pricing, services, and illegal operations to prevent such occurrences. Additionally, destination marketers should strive to enhance marketing management and promotion efforts, particularly working to establish positive relationship quality with tourists who have previously visited the destination.

It has been reported that programming education has a positive effect on 'improvement of problem solving skills' within the domain of information subject. Improvement of problem solving skills through education programming was confirmed through various variables, such as gender and programming method. This study aims to investigate the proper programming method of each learner by dividing the characteristics of learners according to their characteristics. To achieve our goal, we chose 62 S high school students enrolled in a programming class as the subjects of our study. The results of this study conveyed that project preference and gender can affect the achievement of the individual, whereas programming experience can affect the achievement of the team. This study provides suggestions of how to pursue a programming class according to learner characteristics as well as indicate which characteristics we should take into account.
This study was to investigate the degree of the nurses' burden and the attitude on the terminal cancer patients, as well as the relationship between two variables using questionnaire. The non-randomized convenient samples were 252 nurses with the experiences in caring the terminal cancer patients more than 1year in 5 university hospitals in Seoul and Inchon city. The cross-sectional one time survey was conduced by using the modified questionnaires on the burden and the attitude on the terminal cancer patients at October, 2000. n SPSS for Window, the demographic information and the degree of the burden and the attitude of subjects were analyzed with descriptive statistics. Pearson correlation coefficiency was used to investigate the relationship between the degree of the burden and the attitude from subjects. The additional analysis were performed to examine the differences the degree of the burden and the attitude by the general characteristics of the nurses using t-test and ANOVA. The result was as follow: 1) The degree of the nurses' burden on the terminal cancer patients was the mean of 2.91 ranged from 2.08 to 3.96. 2) The degree of the nurses' attitude on the terminal cancer patients was the mean of 3.52 ranged from 1.83 to 4.68. 3) There was no significant relationship between the degree of the burden and the attitude on the terminal cancer patients(r=.08, p=.23). However, the burden and. the nursing environment among 4 aspects of the attitude showed a significantly positive relationship each other (r=.16, p=.01). 4) The degree of the nurses' burden was different by the nursing specialties (F=2.79, p=.03) and the professional perspectives on nursing(F=3.52, p=.02). 5) The degree of the nurses' attitude was different by the age(F=5.33, p=.01), the married status(t=3.93, p=.05), nursing specialties (F=7.42, p=.00), the amount clinical experience(F=2.85, p=.04), the job satisfaction (F=10.58, p=.00) and, the professional perspectives on nursing (F=6.30, p=.01).

The goal of this study is to analyze the complicated and diverse nature of the relationship between work and family life for the study paper instructors of whom are married women. The survey data for these analyses were from an in depth interview which was conducted with the 21 contingent female workers as study samples. They are the married women, who started to work or returned to work after an absence to raise a family. The results showed that in reality the contingent female worker faced worse working conditions than the full time female labour force, even if women were determined to be a study paper instructor to meet work and family demand. It was the contingent women worker with a short time work experience who were in the worst position tlo adjust their working arrangements to suit their family needs and were confronted with the greater inter-role friction as a vulnerable group. The study revealed that instrumental and emotional support of husband has a positive effect on maintaining job role and lessening role conflicts and stress of the women. The work/family relationship indicated its double side, conflict and support. The women simply could not afford to depend on the psychological support form family in the midst of the inferior employment conditions and the absence of social support. This strategy, however, was based on the family ideology and the patriarchal gender division of labor. It caused the overload, stress and poor health of women involving some risk to give up the work.
Purpose: This study is to define the structural patterns of pregnancy motivation of married women. Method: Q-methodology was used on 110 statements collected from interviews with women and a literature review. 38 Q-samples were selected. The Q-samples were administerd to 30 randomized P-sample. Result: Data analysis of Q-type obtained by QUANL program shows three types of subjectivity in the perception of pregnancy motivation. Type 1, $\ulcorner$Family-connection strengthening$\lrcorner$, Pregnancy motivation is characterized by the tendency to make home, to tie family member, to connect couple firmly. Type 2, $\ulcorner$Self-satisfaction$\lrcorner$, Women of this type take pleasure and happiness from child rearing in terms of being a mother and having maternal affection. Type 3, $\ulcorner$Self-centered$\lrcorner$, This type of pregnancy motivation puts on high emphasis on self achievement and they make a family planning suitable for the maternal role. Conclusion: The stronger was women's pregnancy motivation, the more positive were women's pregnancy experience and maternal role attainment. Conclusion: Therefore, When nurses take care of pregnancy women, they should understand the women's psycho-social aspects and then apply a program of nursing intervention to the pregnant women, It is necessary to continue to study on social and psychological problems related to pregnancy.
Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the effects of a prepared childbirth education on the knowledge and delivery participation levels of the spouses of primiparas. Method: The study's subjects were a convenience sample of 126 spouses, consisting of an experimental group of 74 educated for prepared childbirth for 10 hours. This study was measured by using a 41-item measurement instrument for knowledge of childbirth that was devised from Kang's(1981) instrument and a 23-item measurement instrument for measuring delivery levels which was developed through clinical experiences. The data gathered as analyzed by using SPSS WIN10.0. Result: There were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in homogeneity concerning the general characteristics of the spouses of primiparas. The first hypothesis, which stated that the level of knowledge of childbirth in the experimental group who received prepared childbirth education would be higher than in control group, was statistically supported by the Compared Independent Sample t-test(t=17.92, p=.000). The second hypothesis, which stated that the level of participation of delivery in the experimental group who received prepared childbirth education would be higher than in the control group, was also statistically supported (t=28.87, p=.000). The third hypothesis, which stated that there would be a correlation between the level of knowledge and the level of participation in the experimental group who received prepared childbirth education, showed a high positive correlation(r=.810, p=.000). Conclusion: The above results indicate that the increase of knowledge through prepared childbirth education in the spouses of primiparas has a high correlation with delivery partici- pation levels which engenders physical and moral support for primiparas at delivery. Additionally, a varied prepared childbirth education acts as an effective means to increase under- standing and support for primiparas couples who experience tension, anxiety and fear due to an unprepared delivery in Korea.

Pumasi and Cooperative Child Care Sharing have had positive results among participants and show possibilities of spreading out to the community in general. However, performance was not proved where it is clarified, and the experience of 23 local Healthy Family Support Centers have that ran the demonstration project were unable to be collected. It is the point of time when the initial backing up is important but the centers do not have the systematic support. Therefore, this research presents an effective management plan through qualitative research involving Pumasi participants and person in charge. The operation strategies by the stage of the project were as follows: First, in the beginning stage, the person in charge establishes the target and vision of the project. Second, when comprising the Pumasi team, it was necessary to consider their characteristics according to the team organization subjects. Third, it is necessary to extend the turn-off time and provide many programs so that the various populations can participate. Fourth, in the advertising step, word of mouth and individual contact needs to be utilized. Fifth, in a medium or small city or an urban-rural complex area, the person in charge should support the participants' Pumasi activities. Sixth, various programs such as a passive and active parent education program and Pumasi education program for the leader needs to be provided for the activation of Pumasi activities. Lastly, a cooperative child care sharing location needs to be constructed by the duality system of the base space and outer space. In this location, the inside play space for the children is essential.
Objectives : It examines influence of satisfaction with dental esthetics upon quality of life related to oral health after examining the satisfaction with dental esthetics and the quality of life related to oral health according to subjective perception. Methods : The subjects who have experience of dental esthetics from June 2010 to August 2010 in 50 places of hospitals and clinics with dental esthetics in Seoul, which were selected with convenience sampling, the structured questionnaire was widely distributed to 315 people who agreed to research. After making the subjects respond with self-reported method, data was collected. 298 copies except 17 copies were used in the final analysis. Results : The better in the perceived general health group led to the higher satisfaction with orthodontic treatment(p=0.001). There was significant difference even in satisfaction with dental bleaching(p=0.030). The better in the perceived general health group led to the higher quality of life related to oral health(p=0.002). The subjective perception was indicated to have relationship with satisfaction at dental esthetics or quality of life related to oral health. The satisfaction with orthodontic treatment(${\beta}$=2.142, p=0.038) was indicated to be relevant factor of having influence upon quality of life related to oral health. Conclusion : As a result of analyzing partial correlation analysis by having subjective perception as control variable, the satisfaction with orthodontic treatment and the life quality related to oral health showed positive correlation.
Objectives : This study aims to analyze the factors and degree of stress, which dental hygienics students experience during the off-campus practical training period at university/general dental hospitals or dental hospitals/clinics, to strategically plan and operate an efficient practical training, and to exploit such data for development of the said students into professional dental hygienists by nurturing their abilities to effectively cope with the potential educational frustration, demotivation, and skepticism on their occupations in advance. Methods : The stress measurement tool is set for 38 questions in total, The grading system for each question is based on 5-point Likert scale, which interprets that the lower score demonstrates a higher level of stress. The data collected as above are analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Results : The satisfaction "Satisfactory" of extramural practice at departments of dentistry of university and general hospitals and dental hospitals and clinics is 48.3% and 37.7% respectively. Environment area (p<.001) and role & activity area (p<.05) showed a significant difference of stresses between practices at departments of dentistry of university and general hospitals and dental hospitals and clinics. For departments of dentistry of university and general hospitals, the stress in environment area was highest. On the contrary, students who did practices at dental hospitals and clinics showed that the stress is highest at role & activity area. There was a positive correlation of areas of environment, personal relations, role & activity, and ideal & value. However, there was no correlation between treatment fields. Conclusions : In conclusion, educational institutes need to conduct a specialized systematic research establishing close relationships extramural practice organs, in order to minimize students' stress resulting from extramural practices by type and to increase the effect of extramural practices.
