As the teacher-centered education is transformed into learning-centered education, the active knowledge construction of learner becomes important. Along with this change, project-based learning is receiving attention. However, there are many problems to apply the results of research to pre-service teachers because most of the previous studies have focused on elementary middle high school students. Therefore, this study examined the changes in perceptions of pre-service mathematics teachers while project-based learning progressed for one year. Pre-service mathematics teachers had less experience with project-based learning than group discussions, group activities. Also their perceptions was classified as five factors: 'Instructional effects', 'Application and participant of project-based learning', 'Achievement', 'Diffusion of project-based learning', 'Student motivation'. Pre-service mathematics teachers responded positive changes in perception that project-based learning could be motivated to students but they responded negative changes in perception that project-based learning could be distributed to school. They responded positive changes in perception that teachers can show their achievements by project-based learning but they responded negative change in perception that teachers would be fun to apply project-based learning. Also, they responded positive changes in perception that teachers and students were easy to apply or utilize project-based learning.

In this paper, We Propose a ways how franchise service of delivery app should be made by analyzing the effect of delivery app usage properties of food service franchisee on satisfaction, business performance and intention of reusing, and suggest support plan of delivery app for franchise by food service franchisee. This study conducted survey on 212 franchises that have experience using delivery app among food service franchisees. To verify the hypothesis of the study, single regression and multiple regression analysis were conducted for verifying the relationship between variables. Key results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the delivery app usage properties of food service franchisee had a positive relationship with satisfaction. Second, it was found that the delivery app usage properties of food service franchisee had positive relationship with business performance. Third, the satisfaction was found to affect business performance. Fourth, it was found that the satisfaction didn't affect the intention of reusing, and business performance was found to have a positive effect on the intention of reusing. It is necessary to increase the satisfaction of using of franchises through continuous management and reasonable pricing policies, and the headquarter of franchisee should be able to contribute to energetic sales of franchises through effective cooperation with delivery app companies.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of smart seniors using smartphone delivery applications. We established the hypothesis by dividing the factors that will affect the satisfaction of smart seniors using smartphone delivery applications into the characteristics of the delivery app and the personal characteristics of the smart senior. In order to verify the hypothesis, we surveyed adult men and women aged 50 to 65 years old who had experience using delivery apps, and we performed confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis to perform statistical processing for data analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, we found that usefulness among the characteristics of delivery app had a statistically significant positive effect on the delivery app satisfaction of smart seniors. Second, we found that social empathy among the personal characteristics of smart seniors had a statistically significant positive effect on the delivery app satisfaction of smart seniors. Third, we found that delivery app satisfaction had a statistically significant positive effect on reuse intention. Based on research result, we suggested that in order to improve the satisfaction and use of delivery app by smart seniors, it is necessary to develop delivery app that can be usefully used by smart seniors and focus on social empathy.
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology has recently been spotlighted to preemptively respond to the 4th industrial revolution without spending a lot of time and money to improve various existing business and IT processes. In this study, variables affecting intention to use RPA technology were representatively identified into three positive factors and three negative factors, and the causal relationship between the effects of these variables on actual RPA acceptance intention was examined. After conducting an email survey for general office workers, structural equation analysis (SEM) was performed using SPSS 27.0 and SmartPLS 3.3.5. The second order factor of a positive perception consisting of security, accuracy, and efficiency, and the second order factor of a negative perception consisting of job security, execution error, and fear of introduction failure. The positive perception affected the intention to use RPA through perceived usefulness and perceived ease. It was confirmed that the negative perception has a mediating effect on the intention to use RPA through acceptance conflict. In addition, it was confirmed that the presence or absence of experience in using RPA interacts with perceived ease and has a moderating effect on intention to use RPA. It can be said that there is practical and theoretical implications from the point of view of knowledge management in that it allows companies to recognize and respond to which factors are important from the point of view of companies that want to use RPA.
This study is focused on tourism storytelling(educational, interesting, emotional, uniqueness), SNS tourism value (functional, social), SNS trust, and immersion in travel agency relationship, which are important discussions in the tourism industry. The study subjects are verified 390 respondents who had accommodation experience using SNS, and SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 were used to perform the analysis. The study results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the educational and interesting factors of tourism storytelling had a positive effect on the functional value, and that the affective relationship was not established between emotional and uniqueness factors. In addition, it was confirmed that educational, interesting, and uniqueness factors had a positive effect on social values, but emotional factors did not establish an influence relationship. Secondly, it was confirmed that SNS tourism value had a positive effect on immersion in travel agency relationship. However, there was no relationship between SNS tourism value and social value. Finally, it was confirmed that SNS trust had a moderating effect on the relationship between SNS tourism value and immersion in travel agency relationship. Through these research results and implications, comprehensive recommendations were presented to tourism industry practitioners.
Purpose: With the development of the Internet, consumers can quickly access the electronic word-of-mouth. Consumers seek to reduce uncertainty by referring to the opinions of other consumers about products and services when making purchase decisions. In the food service industry, evaluating a restaurant before an actual visitation is difficult. Therefore, electronic word-of-mouth is important to interact with the customer in restaurants. as it can be used as an exchange of information in which consumers participate and interact with other customers. This study was conducted to verify how online word-of-mouth characteristics (Consensus, Vividness, Neutrality) on attitudes and visit intention from the perspective of social exchange theory. And it was performed to verify the structural relationship between short-term visit intention, mid-term visit and long-term visit intention. Research design, data, and methodology: A survey was conducted on customers who have visited restaurants. Of a total of 312 responses, 306 responses were used, excluding insincere responses and missing values for factors analysis. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 were used for statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing was conducted after verifying the validity and reliability of the questionnaire items. Result: The result of the analysis showed that, consensus and neutrality have a positive effect on attitude but not much on vividness. In addition, consensus, vividness, and neutrality have no effect on the short-term visit intention. Finally, the short-term visit intention has a positive effect on mid-term visit intention, and mid-term visit intention has a positive effect on long-term visit intention. Conclusions: Based on the results, this study suggested that it is necessary to have practical implications for marketing and monitoring restaurant reviews in consideration of the characteristics of electronic word-of-mouth. When managing electronic-word-of-mouth, it is necessary to manage the consensus and neutrality is essential to provide sufficient information about the restaurant. The focus should not only be on vividness, such as photos and videos. In addition, restaurants should also provide a good experience for first-time visitors as the short-term visit intention positively affects mid-term and long-term visit intention.
This study aims to investigate the differences in burnout, emotional labor strategies, affect intensity, and emotional clarity based on combinations of level of mindfulness and compassion. To achieve this, a total of 137 mental health professionals participated in this study, and they were classified into four groups based on their level of mindfulness and compassion using cluster analysis. Then, the differences among the groups were compared. The results of the multivariate analysis of covariance(MANCOVA) or multivariate analysis of variance(MANOVA) controlling for career experience, showed that the group with high levels of both mindfulness and compassion had the highest levels of positive affect intensity, emotional clarity for self and others, and genuine expression, while having the lowest levels of negative affect intensity, surface acting, and burnout. In comparison to the group with high levels of both mindfulness and compassion, the group with high or low level of either mindfulness or compassion had both positive and negative affect intensity at higher or lower levels. Additionally, they showed lower emotional clarity for self and others, and genuine expression. Conversely, they showed higher levels of surface acting and burnout. The group with low levels of both mindfulness and compassion experienced low levels of positive affect intensity and high levels of negative affect intensity. They also had the lowest levels of emotional clarity for self and others and genuine expression. In addition, they showed that the highest levels of surface acting, and burnout. Based on the results, the study discussed the balanced development of mindfulness and compassion to prevent burnout of professionals in the human service field, including mental health professionals. The implications and limitations of this study were further analyzed in the discussion section, including the direction for future research.
There is a large body of literature that studies serious leisure participants in a wide range of activities. By comparison, casual leisure has received scant attention, bearing few empirical studies. And serious leisure is often cast in an superior role in comparison with casual leisure for optimally healthy or beneficial leisure. The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological functioning of 'casual leisure-serious leisure'. Especially, we pay more attention to reveal the positive functioning of casual leisure. It draws findings from the data of 291 university students. The results are as follows. First, in comparison with 'casual leisure group', 'serious leisure group' was showed a higher significant increase in leisure related functioning(leisure satisfaction and leisure benefits such as physical health, relationship and self-controlibility). However, There is no significant inter-group differences in 'self-life functioning variables(positive·negative self-esteem, happiness, quality of life)'. It implies even though serious leisure has more relation to positive leisure experiences, people maintain and enhance their self-esteem and experience satisfaction and happiness of their entire lives through casual leisure participation as much as serious leisure.
The purpose of this study was to perceived interactivity about experience of using dance video contents and intention to use. This study was examine an adaptive model of Technology Acceptance Model and focused on YouTube. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, total 350 questionnaires were surveyed and 311 data were finally analyzed. All data were processed through SPSS for Windows 20.0 version and AMOS 18.0. For the analysis of data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, model evaluation, and structural equation modeling techniques. The results were as follows. first. Perceived Interactivity had not affect on perceived usefulness but two-way communication, user control among the sub-factor in perceived Interactivity had a positive effect on perceived ease of use. second, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Lastly, Perceived usefulness had not affect intention to use, but perceived ease of use had a positive effect on intention use.
This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing the intentions of elementary school teachers to use artificial intelligence (AI) in mathematics lessons and to identify the essential prerequisites for the effective implementation of AI in mathematics education. To achieve this purpose, we examined the structural relationship between elementary school teachers' TPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) and the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) using structural equation model. The findings of the study indicated that elementary school teachers' TPACK regarding the use of AI in mathematics instruction had a direct and significant impact on their perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of AI. In other words, when teachers possessed a higher level of TPACK competency in utilizing AI in mathematics classes, they found it easier to incorporate AI technology and recognized it as a valuable tool to enhance students' mathematics learning experience. In addition, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness directly influenced the attitudes of elementary school teachers towards the integration of AI in mathematics education. When teachers perceived AI as easy to use in their mathematics lessons, they were more likely to recognize its usefulness and develop a positive attitude towards its application in the classroom. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude towards AI integration in mathematics classes had a direct impact on the intentions of elementary school teachers to use AI in their mathematics instruction. As teachers perceived AI as easy to use, valuable, and developed a positive attitude towards its incorporation, their intention to utilize AI in mathematics education increased. In conclusion, this study shed light on the factors influencing elementary school teachers' intentions to use AI in mathematics classes. It revealed that teachers' TPACK plays a crucial role in facilitating the integration of AI in mathematics education. Additionally, the study emphasized the significance of enhancing teachers' awareness of the advantages and convenience of using AI in mathematics instruction to foster positive attitudes and intentions towards its implementation. By understanding these factors, educational stakeholders can develop strategies to effectively promote the utilization of AI in mathematics education, ultimately enhancing students' learning outcomes.
