  • This research presents an implementation strategy of Process Capability Index (PCI) according to the types of process characteristics. The types of process feature are classified as four perspectives of variation range, time period, error position, and process stage. The paper examines short-term or long-term PCI, within or between variation, position of precision or accuracy, and inclusion of measurement or calibration stage. Moreover, the study proposes normality test of unilateral PCI.

  • The researches about the stratospheric communication system are on process in USA, Japan, Europe and etc. The Airship is expected to be fixed at its position in stratosphere but perhaps its position is changed slightly because of wind in stratosphere. If earth station antenna has high gain without tracking function, even though the airship location has a little variation, degradation of antenna gain is occurred because of narrow beamwidth. In this paper, EIRP and G/T variation of the ground system due to the position variation of airship are examined.

  • The position of LPM's mover can be estimated by the equivalent inductance variation with the mover's displacement. Hence, in this paper, we obtained the position detection signal by the calculation of equivalent inductance variation using the winding of linear pulse motor. And the various parameters for calculation of equivalent inductance variation were obtained by the design specification and finite element analysis of linear pulse motor. With this position signal, it is possible to calculate the driving numbers of steps, to confirm the state of step out and to determine the optimal switching angle, etc.

  • In many control fields high position performance is essentially required in reducing the over-shoot phenomena which is produced by improving the quick response in starting and in minimizing the variation of the response characteristic on disturbance and load variation In this paper, the design method for a position control is suggested for constructing the PI-PD controllers by using an internal PD feedback loop in PI and PD control system. Applying this method to the position control system used a DC servo motor as a driver, the transfer PI and PD controllers are designed simultaneously and the coefficients of these controllers are determined by using the transfer function of a plant and a proportional coefficient from mathematical technique. From the result of computer simulation in PI-PD control system by applying this control technique, we can verify the usefulness of this method in rejecting of over-shoot of starting, compensating of response variation on the load variation, and shorting the settling time.

  • In this paper, we would like to explain about the structure analysis of wheel set as variation of contact position between wheel and rail. Measurement of interacted force between wheel and rail is necessary for running safety evaluation as important factor of derailment mechanism. It's necessary to running safety evaluation of rolling stock. Wheel unload and lateral force change as variation of contact position between wheel and rail. Interacted force between wheel and rail got as each contact position through computer simulation. This is necessary process as first research for evaluation of derailment phenomenon and running safety.

  • 영구자석 동기전동기의 전동기상수 변동을 보상한 센서리스 제어를 제안한다. 실제시스템의 d축 및 q축 전류와 위치 예측기의 전동기 모델의 d축 및 q축 전류의 차이를 이용하여 회전자의 위치를 예측한다. 전동기가 회전방향을 바꿀 때 발생하는 낮은 속도에서 고정자 저항을 검출하고 온도변화에 의한 고정자 저항 및 유기전압 상수의 변동을 보상한다. 또한 회전자 위치 예측기의 이득은 전동기 속도에 따라 보상된다.

  • Generally an incandescent lamp is made in the bulb with a horizontal position filament. In this paper the position of filament was changed Into a vortical position. When the position of filament is changed into a vertical position, efficacy is increased and color rendering is somewhat improved. In this subject the heat loss by a filling gas is important. The heat loss by a filling gas was calculated theoretically. The results in an Incandescent lamp experiment can be analyzed through the heat loss by a filling gas. As a filling gas the mixture of argon and nitrogen is used. The variation of lamp characteristics by the shape of filament rill be considered. The change by filament position to a vortical position is required in the field of power consumption saving of lighting system.

흉복부 방사선 치료 시 압력 기반 복부압박장치 적용에 따른 치료 간 재현성 평가 (Reproducibility evaluation of the use of pressure conserving abdominal compressor in lung and liver volumetric modulated arc therapy)

  • 목 적: 폐암과 간암 환자에 대해 압력 기반 복부압박장치를 적용하여 입체적 세기변조 회전 방사선치료(VMAT)를 시행하였을 때의 치료 간(interfraction) 위치 재현성과 호흡 재현성을 평가함으로써 그 유용성을 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 압력 기반 복부압박장치를 사용해 입체적 세기변조 회전 방사선치료를 받은 6명의 폐암 환자와 3명의 간암 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 치료 간 위치 재현성 평가를 위해 모의치료 CT 영상과 매일 획득한 CBCT 영상 174건을 비교하여 이미지 정합의 이동 값을 비교, 분석하였다. 치료 간 호흡 재현성 평가를 위해 모의치료 4DCT 영상과 매주 획득한 4D CBCT 영상 54건을 비교하여 호흡량 오차를 구하였다. 결 과: 수평수직 세 방향의 3D 벡터값인 전체 위치변화(Overall position variation, Overall VP)값은 폐와 간에서 각각 평균 1.1 ± 1.4 mm, 4.5 ± 2.8 mm로 나타났다. 호흡 변화(respiratory variation, Vr)값은 폐에서 평균 0.7 mm ± 3.4 mm (p=0.195), 간에서 평균 3.6 mm ± 2.6 mm (p<0.05)로 나타났다. 결 론: 흉복부 방사선 치료 시 압력 기반 복부압박장치의 적용은 복부 압박 재현을 통해 치료 간 종양의 호흡 변이뿐만 아니라 위치 변이를 안정적으로 조절하는 데에 유용한 것으로 사료된다. 보다 안정적인 재현성을 위해 치료 계획 시 적절한 PTV 여유가 고려되어야 하고, 매 치료 전 영상 유도에 따른 표적의 위치와 호흡 검증이 필요하다.

SRM 제어방법들에 대한 적응관측기들의 분석 (Study on the analysis Adaptive Observers to Control SRM Control Meathod)

  • MRAS observer, which is based on adaptive control theory, estimates speed and position by using optimal observer gains on the basis of Lyapunov stability theory. However, in case of MRAS theory, position estimation error is in existence because of non-linearity for inductance variation and limit cycles for position estimation. The adaptive sliding observer based on the variable structure control theory estimates the speed and position for zero of estimation error by using the sliding surface equal to the error between speed and position estimation. The binary observer estimates the rotor speed and rotor flux with alleviation of the high-frequency chattering, and retains the benefits achieved in the conventional sliding observer, such as robustness to parameter and disturbance variations. The speed and position sensorless control of SRM under the load and inductance variation is verified by the experimental results.

재귀형 최소 자승법을 이용한 자기 위치 센서의 실시간 보상 방법 (On-line Compensation Method for Magnetic Position Sensor using Recursive Least Square Method)

  • This paper presents the error correction method of magnetic position sensor using recursive least square method (RLSM) with forgetting factor. Magnetic position sensor is proposed for linear position detection of the linear motor which has tooth shape stator, consists of permanent magnet, iron core and linear hall sensor, and generates sine and cosine waveforms according to the movement of the mover of the linear motor. From the output of magnetic position sensor, the position of the linear motor can be detected using arc-tan function. But the variation of the air gap between magnetic position sensor and the stator and the error in manufacturing process can cause the variation in offset, phase and amplitude of the generated waveforms when the linear motor moves. These variations in sine and cosine waveforms are changed according to the current linear motor position, and it is very difficult to compensate the errors using constant value. In this paper, the generated sine and cosine waveforms from the magnetic position sensor are compensated on-line using the RLSM with forgetting factor. And the speed observer is introduced to reduce the effect of uncompensated harmonic component. The approaches are verified by some simulations and experiments.
