재귀형 최소 자승법을 이용한 자기 위치 센서의 실시간 보상 방법 (On-line Compensation Method for Magnetic Position Sensor using Recursive Least Square Method)

  • This paper presents the error correction method of magnetic position sensor using recursive least square method (RLSM) with forgetting factor. Magnetic position sensor is proposed for linear position detection of the linear motor which has tooth shape stator, consists of permanent magnet, iron core and linear hall sensor, and generates sine and cosine waveforms according to the movement of the mover of the linear motor. From the output of magnetic position sensor, the position of the linear motor can be detected using arc-tan function. But the variation of the air gap between magnetic position sensor and the stator and the error in manufacturing process can cause the variation in offset, phase and amplitude of the generated waveforms when the linear motor moves. These variations in sine and cosine waveforms are changed according to the current linear motor position, and it is very difficult to compensate the errors using constant value. In this paper, the generated sine and cosine waveforms from the magnetic position sensor are compensated on-line using the RLSM with forgetting factor. And the speed observer is introduced to reduce the effect of uncompensated harmonic component. The approaches are verified by some simulations and experiments.

체위 변화에 수반되는 순환 및 호흡반응 (Circulatory and Respiratory Responses to Postural Changes)

  • An attempt was made to study circulatory and respiratory responses to the passive tilt. Anesthetized dogs were tilted from horizontal to upright $(+90^{\circ})$ and head down $(-90^{\circ})$ position. The arterial blood pressure was decreased in the upright position and was decreased slightly in the head down position comparing to that in the horizontal position. Cardiac index also decreased in the both upright and head down positions. The total systemic vascular resistance was slightly increased in the upright position and was markedly increased in the head down position. The mean pulmonary arterial pressure was significantly decreased in the both upright and head down positions. The total pulmonary vascular resistance was decreased in the both upright and head down positions. Oxygen consumption was slightly decreased in the upright position, whereas it was slightly increased in the head down position. The A-V $O_2$ difference (vol. %) was slightly increased in the upright position and increased in the head down position. From the above results, process of the circulatory compensation to the gravity in the Passive tilting test was discussed. Neuronal cardiovascular regulation to the gravity and tile adaptation of capacitance vessles to hydrostatic stress and oxygen consumption concerning anoxic endurance of the brain were also discussed.

선체 블록의 판접 위치 획득을 위한 센서 모듈 시제품 개발 (A Prototype of Sensor Module to Control the Position of Hull Block for Tack Welding)

  • Alignment of the main plates during the tack welding is essential to block assembly since most of the curved blocks and outfitting parts are assembled on the jigs and fixtures. Tact welding of main plates is the initial process of the curved hull block assembly. Due to the heavy weight of the main plates it is difficult to locate the plate on the accurate position of the jig and fixtures before welding. The conventional masonry process requires much time and manual work in order to achieve the accurate alignment. This labour-intensive process results in relatively high errors and correction works. Due to their larger dimensions and heavier weights, these hull blocks are not ergonomically desirable and, therefore, various mechanical devices such as hydraulic balancers or hydraulic jigs are used for the plate alignment. In this study, the position-sensing scheme implemented by sensors is presented in order to align the main plates on the accurate position during the hull block assembly. Integrating the Infrared photo sensors and micro processor unit, a small scaled prototype of the position-sensing module is developed to determine the alignment of main plates.

  • This paper presents a study of a position finding system using PSD Sensor and Pan/Tilt. The position of PSD(Position Sensitive Detector) sensor is calculated by the degree of pan-tilt and the difference in height between pan-tilt and PSD. For that, the DSP which control pan-tilt is used for precise operation. The PIC microcontroller process PSD sensor data that indicate light incident position. A user using computer can acquire the conditions of pan-tilt and PSD and issue an order.

  • This paper proposes the algorithm for the correction of a position and orientation of small object such as chip in the precise construction process. In the past, it is general to correct position and orientation of object using human sight and simple vision sensors. But recently, researches using image processing devices have been studied to improve the corrective precision of a position and orientation of object. In this piper, maximum-axis moment and p-theta algorithm are used to correct the position and orientation. Algorithm of maximum-axis moment is widely applied to hetero-object except being applied to a perfect rectangle. This is reason that moments of the X and Y-axis are equal. Therefore, being the shape of a perfect rectangle, the object is applied to other algorithm. In the light of time problem, real-time control is as important as correction of object. To solve it, we use the DSP(Digital Signal Processing) which is far more fast than PC.

  • 자동차 산업은 전 세계적으로 매출액이 1조 달러가 넘고 1천만 명 이상을 고용하고 있는 세계최대 제조업으로서, 약 2만 여개의 부품으로 완성되는 복합적 성격의 대표적인 산업이며 자동차 조립공정은 도장된 차체에 약 3천여 종의 내장, 계기판, 시트, 유리, 엔진, 트랜스미션, 차축 등의 유닛(Unit)을 조립하는 노동집약적 공정으로, 타 공정에 비해 자동화 비율이 가장 낮은 특징을 가지고 있다. 또한, 현재의 자동차 조립공정은 작업자의 조립작업에 대한 실시간 모니터링이 이루어지고 있지 못한 실정으로, 작업자의 작업 공구위치 측정시스템의 도입을 통해 공구의 위치를 실시간으로 파악하고 분석하여 일관된 작업 순서를 지시하면서 작업의 누락 및 가감을 체크한다면, 자동차 제조공정에서 발생할 수 있는 불량을 사전에 차단하여 조립공정의 생산성 및 품질향상을 이룰 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 작업자의 작업공구 위치 측정 시스템의 도입을 통해 일관된 작업 순서를 지시하면서 작업의 누락 및 가감을 체크하고, 제조공정에서 발생할 수 있는 조립불량을 사전에 차단하여 조립공정의 생산성 및 품질향상을 이룰 수 있는 실시간 공구 위치추적 시스템의 구성을 위하여 UWB(Ultra Wide Band) 무선측위를 활용한 공구의 실시간 위치추적시스템을 개발하고 그 효용성을 증명하고자 한다.

  • This paper introduces the automatic fine Bituminous Coal injection lance position control method using flame image process. The fine Coal injection lance is used to supply additional heat into the furnace in Mill plant. It injects fine coal into high pressured air flow and produces very heated and high pressured flame. For the such high temperature and pressure, the fine coal injection lance effects not only efficiency of burner but also furnace abrasion. To keep efficient combustion status and to avoid the abrasion, in this paper, the flame is monitored by computer image process. This paper proposes the flame image process method and lance position control according to calculated result for flame image process.

  • This paper deals with a mathematical model which explains process of aquisition or skillfulness of human. Especially, in the case of determinating a ship's position, a degree of aquisitiion or skillfulness has a significant meaning in the view point of reliability of a data because it is closely connected with the position error. In this paper, the authors have obtained the following mathematical model, who analyzed quantitavely the data obtained by a process of measuring the horizontal sextant angles and extracted the factors or parameters affecting the process of aquisition or skillfulness of human.   • 용광로는 외피 부분에 내부 내화물의 온도를 낮추기 위하여 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각판 또는 스테이브를 사용하고 있다. 주변 조업 조건의 열악으로 냉각수를 공급하는 배관의 부식으로 냉각수가 내화물에 침투하여 내화물의 수명을 떨어뜨리고, 노황을 악화시키는 원인이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 용광로 냉각설비장치에 이상 현상이 발생하였을 때 위치를 정확히 확인함에 따라 신속하게 누수된 부위를 파악하여 대처할 수 있는 기능을 갖춘 냉각관 누수 자동감지장치를 개발하였다. 주된 연구는 전자제어 장치인 마이크로프로세서를 응용한 전자변 제어장치를 이용하여 냉각설비의 파손으로 발생되는 누수현상으로 인한 고열과 분진 일산화탄소 등의 산출로 작업환경의 재해를 자동방지 하고자 하였으며, 작업환경이 친환경적이며 작업의 가치를 재창출할 수 있는 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 용광로 분위기의 일산화탄소 자동 감지장치와 그에 따른 출력신호를 자동 전송하는 무선중계기 장치를 개발함으로 용광로 냉각설비 장치의 분위기 작업환경을 수동방식에서 무인자동화방식으로 개선하였다.

천무 발사대와 복합항법장치의 정렬절차 개선을 위한 연구 (A Study on Align Process Improvement for K-MLRS Launchers and Position Navigation Unit)

  • Boresight process is to match the misalignment between PNU(Position Navigation Unit) and the reference axis of K-MLRS cage. It is important process to ensure accuracy of K-MLRS. When PNU is removed from cage in the previous alignment procedure, there is a misalignment angle with cage of K-MLRS during reassembly process. Therefore, boresight process is always need to align reference axes between PNU and K-MLRS cage. However, this study has proposed the case alignment process that it enable to correspond to reference axes between ISA (Inertial Sensor Assembly) block and PNU case. So, improved alignment procedure enables to install PNU in the reassembly process without additional boresight process.
