Calculated Damage of Italian Ryegrass in Abnormal Climate Based World Meteorological Organization Approach Using Machine Learning

  • This study was conducted to calculate the damage of Italian ryegrass (IRG) by abnormal climate using machine learning and present the damage through the map. The IRG data collected 1,384. The climate data was collected from the Korea Meteorological Administration Meteorological data open portal.The machine learning model called xDeepFM was used to detect IRG damage. The damage was calculated using climate data from the Automated Synoptic Observing System (95 sites) by machine learning. The calculation of damage was the difference between the Dry matter yield (DMY)normal and DMYabnormal. The normal climate was set as the 40-year of climate data according to the year of IRG data (1986~2020). The level of abnormal climate was set as a multiple of the standard deviation applying the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) standard. The DMYnormal was ranged from 5,678 to 15,188 kg/ha. The damage of IRG differed according to region and level of abnormal climate with abnormal temperature, precipitation, and wind speed from -1,380 to 1,176, -3 to 2,465, and -830 to 962 kg/ha, respectively. The maximum damage was 1,176 kg/ha when the abnormal temperature was -2 level (+1.04℃), 2,465 kg/ha when the abnormal precipitation was all level and 962 kg/ha when the abnormal wind speed was -2 level (+1.60 ㎧). The damage calculated through the WMO method was presented as an map using QGIS. There was some blank area because there was no climate data. In order to calculate the damage of blank area, it would be possible to use the automatic weather system (AWS), which provides data from more sites than the automated synoptic observing system (ASOS).

공공 도로건설사업에서의 원격 현장모니터링 적용방안에 관한 연구 (Application Method of Remote Site Monitoring in Public Road Construction Projects)

  • 공공 도로건설사업은 국토교통부 소속기관 중 하나인 지방국토관리청에서 발주되며 각 건설현장은 공사관리관을 두어 관리하고 있다. 공사관리관은 다수의 공사현장을 수시로 방문하여 현장을 점검 감독함에 따라 현장까지 이동하는데 많은 시간과 비용이 소요됨으로 현장관리 업무의 효율화가 요구되고 있다. 이에 공사관리관의 업무효율성 제고를 위해 현장방문을 최소화하고, 원격지에서 공사 진척현황을 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있도록 현장모니터링 관리 체계의 도입이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 공공 도로건설공사를 대상으로 웹카메라(Web camera)를 활용한 원격 현장모니터링시스템을 구축하였다. 또한 10개 건설현장을 선정하여 시범적용을 실시하고, 효과분석을 통해 적용성을 검증하였다. 적용성 검증 결과, 웹카메라를 활용한 원격 현장관리는 기존 현장관리 방식에 비해 약 35% 정도의 비용절감효과를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 현장모니터링 관리 체계의 적용을 위한 가이드라인 마련과 도입방안을 검토하고, 개선방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 통해 불필요한 현장방문을 최소화하고, 현장의 취약지점에 대한 위험요소를 사전에 차단하여 각종 재난 및 재해를 사전에 예방할 수 있도록 하였다. 아울러 안전사고 예방과 부실시공의 근절을 통한 시설물의 품질을 향상시키리라 기대된다.

소셜커머스의 서비스품질과 소비자 만족도의 상관관계 분석 (An Investigation of Social Commerce Service Quality on Consumer's Satisfaction)

  • 최근에는 기존 소셜커머스 사이트에서 판매하는 일반 상품보다 서비스 관련 상품들이 더 주목 받고 있다. 이러한 배경으로 본 연구에서는 소셜커머스 상품의 서비스 품질이 소비자의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석을 하였다. 소셜커머스 상품을 구매해 본 경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 상품 구매 후 서비스 품질이 소비자의 만족도에 얼마나 영향을 주는지 분석하는 연구이다. 소셜커머스의 경우 상품의 다양성, 상품의 편리성 등이 소비자의 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 소셜커머스는 현재 900개가 넘은 사이트와 수 십건의 뉴스가 쏟아지고, 포털 사이트의 실시간 인기검색어에 관련 사이트까지 심심하지 않게 등장할 정도로 대중적인 인기를 몰고 오면서 우리 인간들의 일상 속으로 빠르게 파고들었다. 흔히 소셜커머스를 모방한 기업들의 대부분은 소셜 쇼핑의 형태를 벗어나지 못하고 있기 때문에 소비자 만족도와 서비스 품질의 상관관계가 밀접한 결과를 얻었다.

인기도 기반의 온라인 추천 뉴스 기사와 전문 편집인 기반의 지면 뉴스 기사의 유사성과 중요도 비교 (Comparisons of Popularity- and Expert-Based News Recommendations: Similarities and Importance)

  • As mobile devices that can be connected to the Internet have spread and networking has become possible whenever/wherever, the Internet has become central in the dissemination and consumption of news. Accordingly, the ways news is gathered, disseminated, and consumed have changed greatly. In the traditional news media such as magazines and newspapers, expert editors determined what events were worthy of deploying their staffs or freelancers to cover and what stories from newswires or other sources would be printed. Furthermore, they determined how these stories would be displayed in their publications in terms of page placement, space allocation, type sizes, photographs, and other graphic elements. In turn, readers-news consumers-judged the importance of news not only by its subject and content, but also through subsidiary information such as its location and how it was displayed. Their judgments reflected their acceptance of an assumption that these expert editors had the knowledge and ability not only to serve as gatekeepers in determining what news was valuable and important but also how to rank its value and importance. As such, news assembled, dispensed, and consumed in this manner can be said to be expert-based recommended news. However, in the era of Internet news, the role of expert editors as gatekeepers has been greatly diminished. Many Internet news sites offer a huge volume of news on diverse topics from many media companies, thereby eliminating in many cases the gatekeeper role of expert editors. One result has been to turn news users from passive receptacles into activists who search for news that reflects their interests or tastes. To solve the problem of an overload of information and enhance the efficiency of news users' searches, Internet news sites have introduced numerous recommendation techniques. Recommendations based on popularity constitute one of the most frequently used of these techniques. This popularity-based approach shows a list of those news items that have been read and shared by many people, based on users' behavior such as clicks, evaluations, and sharing. "most-viewed list," "most-replied list," and "real-time issue" found on news sites belong to this system. Given that collective intelligence serves as the premise of these popularity-based recommendations, popularity-based news recommendations would be considered highly important because stories that have been read and shared by many people are presumably more likely to be better than those preferred by only a few people. However, these recommendations may reflect a popularity bias because stories judged likely to be more popular have been placed where they will be most noticeable. As a result, such stories are more likely to be continuously exposed and included in popularity-based recommended news lists. Popular news stories cannot be said to be necessarily those that are most important to readers. Given that many people use popularity-based recommended news and that the popularity-based recommendation approach greatly affects patterns of news use, a review of whether popularity-based news recommendations actually reflect important news can be said to be an indispensable procedure. Therefore, in this study, popularity-based news recommendations of an Internet news portal was compared with top placements of news in printed newspapers, and news users' judgments of which stories were personally and socially important were analyzed. The study was conducted in two stages. In the first stage, content analyses were used to compare the content of the popularity-based news recommendations of an Internet news site with those of the expert-based news recommendations of printed newspapers. Five days of news stories were collected. "most-viewed list" of the Naver portal site were used as the popularity-based recommendations; the expert-based recommendations were represented by the top pieces of news from five major daily newspapers-the Chosun Ilbo, the JoongAng Ilbo, the Dong-A Daily News, the Hankyoreh Shinmun, and the Kyunghyang Shinmun. In the second stage, along with the news stories collected in the first stage, some Internet news stories and some news stories from printed newspapers that the Internet and the newspapers did not have in common were randomly extracted and used in online questionnaire surveys that asked the importance of these selected news stories. According to our analysis, only 10.81% of the popularity-based news recommendations were similar in content with the expert-based news judgments. Therefore, the content of popularity-based news recommendations appears to be quite different from the content of expert-based recommendations. The differences in importance between these two groups of news stories were analyzed, and the results indicated that whereas the two groups did not differ significantly in their recommendations of stories of personal importance, the expert-based recommendations ranked higher in social importance. This study has importance for theory in its examination of popularity-based news recommendations from the two theoretical viewpoints of collective intelligence and popularity bias and by its use of both qualitative (content analysis) and quantitative methods (questionnaires). It also sheds light on the differences in the role of media channels that fulfill an agenda-setting function and Internet news sites that treat news from the viewpoint of markets.

중.노년층의 컴퓨터 게임이용과 인식에 대한 연구 (Research on Understanding of Game Information for the Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the elderly generation's understanding of game information and for recognition of computer based games as a recreation activity for the mid-to late adults. This study investigated game use and personal thoughts about the influences of computer games on each generation. The study was conducted by survey with the subjects being 242 adults aged 40 to 72 living in Busan and Kyung-nam area. Findings indicated that 43.5% of adults used computers to access games. The purposes for computer use were: business, searching portal sites, and games. 44.8% of adults knew about game information education. 67.4% of adults who had someone as a game information resource reported that their children provided the game information. Most adults used arcade games and recognized the influences of game information as positive to adults and the elderly but negative to children and adolescents. Finally, the adults aged "after mid-life" who knew about game information education showed higher ego-integrity and psychological well-being. These findings have implications for the development of elderly education programs aimed at promoting quality of life for older adults.

국내 웹 디렉토리들의 커버리지 및 커버리지 중복성 분석 (Analyzing Coverage and Coverage Overlap of Korean Web Directories)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 주요 웹 검색 포탈인 네이버, 야후 코리아, 엠파스가 제공하는 웹 디렉토리들의 커버리지 및 커버리지 중복성을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 웹 디렉토리에 등록된 사이트들의 수집 방법을 개발하고, 대분류 매핑, 중복 분류 및 참조 링크 고려와 같은 커버리지 및 커버리지중복성 분석에 필요한 방법론을 제시하였다. 조사 결과, 참조 링크의 허용 여부가 웹 디렉토리의 커버리지에 매우 큰 영향을 미치며, 국내 웹 디렉토리들 사이의 커버리지 중복성이 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내 웹 디렉토리들에 대한 이해를 넓히고, 웹 디렉토리들의 커버리지 및 커버리지중복성 분석에 필요한 방법론을 제시함으로써, 웹 디렉토리에 관한 연구에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

유아복 소비가치 척도에 대한 구성타당성과 기준관련 타당성 연구 (Construct validity and criterion-related validity of consumption value in preschooler clothing)

  • Despite the recent sharp growth in the baby product market, previous studies on preschooler clothing have centered primarily on surveys regarding body size and consumer buying behavior, with little emphasis given to consumption value in preschooler clothing. This study aimed to assess the feasibility of using standards of consumption value to examine the behavior of those who buy preschooler clothing. The research subjects were mothers of preschoolers aged 1 to 6 years. They were asked to complete a questionnaire online at major parenting blogs found on portal sites (n=346). The questionnaire contained 41 questions based on a literature review, and 25 questions having convergent and discriminant validity were analyzed. By conducting a regression analysis of standards of consumption value in preschooler clothing and their perceived value, the feasibility of the standards was assessed. The results showed that consumption value in preschooler clothing was associated with 21 questions and 8 factors. The factors measuring consumption value included vicarious satisfaction, social value, functional value, convenience, financial value, aesthetic value, uniqueness, and circumstantial value. This study is significant in that it expands the scope of research on preschooler clothing, lays the groundwork for measuring consumption value in preschooler clothing, and predicts consumer behaviors by identifying the consumption value among mothers of preschoolers.

A Study on the Perception of Corona19 Period Play Culture Based on Big Data Analysis

  • In this study, we tried to explore the actual direction for the play culture by looking at the social perception of the change of play culture due to the Corona 19 using big data analysis. For this research, we used Textom, a website specializing in collecting big data, and collected 10,216 data using keywords of "Corona + Play," "Play Culture" and "Leisure" from January 19, 2020 to September 30, 2020, when the first confirmed case of Corona 19 occurred in Korea on various portal sites at home and abroad. The results of this paper showed that the social perception of the play culture in Corona 19 was 51.61%, not much different from the negative image of 48.15%. It is necessary to develop a play culture program that can identify people's various desires and emotions under the premise that situations similar to the current With Corona period and Corona19 can occur at any time, and find mental and physical stability and vitality in unstable situations. In addition, the results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of play culture policies or programs, with the significance that this study helped vitalize big data utilization research in the fields of play, leisure, and culture.

잊혀질 권리의 도입과 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study for Applicating and Introducing the Right to be Forgotten)

  • 대형 포털사이트들이 매스미디어 매체들의 기능을 대체하기 시작하면서 새로운 위험요소가 제기되기 시작하였다. 시간이 지나도 무한대로 삭제되지 않고 남아있는 인터넷에 기록된 데이터들로 심각한 사생활 침해문제가 발생하게 되었다. 과거에 기록된 개인데이터를 기반으로 민감한 정보를 유추해 내기도 하고, 개인정보 자체가 유출당하기도 한다. 개인의 신상 털기를 통한 마녀사냥은 피해 당사자가 정상적인 생활이 불가능할 정도의 문제점으로 중대한 사회문제로 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내외 사례분석을 통하여 온라인상의 자신과 관련된 정보를 삭제할 수 있는 '잊혀질 권리'의 필요성과 활성화 방안 및 적용에 관한 연구와 동시에 암호화 관리, 소유권 상속, 블라인드 처리 등의 개선방안을 제시한다.

전자정부서비스에 대한 개인정보제공의 영향요인 (Factors Influencing the Provision of Personal Information in Electronic Government Services)

  • Frequent outbreak of intrusion of private information is occurring recently not only at portal sites but also in electronic information service of public agencies. Due to these intrusions, it is observed that the citizens tend to avoid providing their private information even to the service for public agencies. Therefore, the object of this research can be explained as demonstrating the influence of the intention of provision for private information to foster the selectronic information ervice of the public agencies. In order to achieve this, this research intends to demonstrate how the experience of the intrusion of the private information affects the concern about the privacy and how the information factor from the public electronic information service has influence on the reliability toward the public. The results showed that the experience of intrusion of privacy, awareness of the danger of privacy, and the sense protection of the information from the manager at public agencies have direct influence on the concern of privacy. Meanwhile, it has been verified that the awareness of information protection of a manager, the systemicity of information protection, and the surveillance and punishment of information protection have influence on the reliability of public agencies.
