FSM법에 의한 항만경쟁력의 구조분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Structural Analysis of the Port Competition Power by FSM Method)

  • Although the ports are actually competing with various strategies, the definition and structural understanding of port competitive power are not known very much. Therefore this study has launched from this fact, and has the objective of obtaining the structural model of the competitive power, and understanding the components of the port competitive power. The following are the results of the study. First, the process began by abstracting the components that composed the port competitive power through recent research, and grouping it by the most core components using the KJ method. Also, by using the FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) method to understand the structure of the grouped components, and the structural model of the port competitive power was able to obtain as the result. Second, when analyzing the obtained structural model, port expenses, main trunk location, port congestion and port facility came out to be the most important component groups, and especially port expenses was the most effective component that effected all the other components overall. Third, the component groups that were relatively less important, effected by most of the other components, and located on the top level of the structure model were the hinterland accessibility, port ownership, customs duties speed, and large ship port entrance possibility etc. Fourth, the results of this study will be able to be used when establishing competing strategies for our country's ports by proposing the relatively important components with the port competitive rower considered.

  • 2006년 1월 부산신항 3선석을 시작으로 부산신항의 운영이 시작되고, 해외경쟁항만의 지속적인 시설확충은 기존 우리나라의 대표항만으로 자리매김해온 부산북항이 직면한 도전이다. 이러한 도전을 슬기롭게 극복하기 위해서는 가장 먼저. 지금의 상황을 냉정하게 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산북항의 현 상황을 파악하기 위해서 해외경쟁항만과 부산북항의 운영시설 및 운영현황을 비교분석하고, 신규개장하는 부산신항과 부산북항의 시설현황을 비교하며. 마지막으로 부산북항 개별터미널의 시설 및 장비, 운영현황을 상대비교한다.

  • 중대재해 처벌 등에 관한 법률에 따라서 터미널 운영사는 재해예방에 필요한 인력 및 예산 등 안전보건 관리체계의 구축 운영과, 재해 발생 시 재발 방지 대책의 수립 및 이행이 필요하다. 자율주행 항만장비 도입에 따른 항만 시설 내 안전사고를 예방하고, 안전사고 발생시 기민하게 의사결정을 지원할 수 있도록 항만시설 안전관리시스템 연계 활용 방안에 대한 연구이다.

해양치유시설 계획기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning Criteria for Thalassotherapy Facility)

  • 본 연구는 해양치유시설의 계획기준을 마련하는 연구로서 해양치유시설의 주요 계획항목인 입지선정, 환경계획, 공간계획을 대상으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 해양치유시설 특성을 살펴보고 해양치유시설계획의 기초가 되는 치유자원과 치유요법을 조사하며 해양치유시설 관련 해외기준을 분석한다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 해양치유시설의 입지선정, 환경계획, 공간계획을 위한 기준을 제시한다. 연구결과 입지선정기준으로는 해안선에서 1km 이내 거리에 위치하고 오염물질 배출시설이 없으며 더위체감지수와 체감온도가 연중 80%이상 '주의' 이하로 유지되는 곳으로 한다. 환경계획기준에서 수질은 국내기준 혹은 ISO 17680 기준 가운데 가장 엄격한 기준으로 하고 공기의 질은 「환경정책기본법」의 대기환경기준치의 60% 수준으로 하며 공기 중 SO2, NO2, O3, PM10 농도는 연간기준초과횟수를 EU기준에 맞도록 하고 소음은 주간 50dB 이하, 야간 40dB 이하로 한다. 공간계획기준은 공간의 특성에 따라 「건축법」의 기준, 건축계획실무기준, 국제기준을 따르도록 한다.

  • 부산항은 컨테이너 물동량 기준으로 세계 6위의 항만이며, 환적화물 기준으로 세계 2위의 항만으로 큰 기능을 하고 있다. 그러나 항만시설 및 운송업체에 대한 정책적 배려 부족으로 부산 신항내 환적화물의 운송과 배후물류단지 화물운송에 있어 과적단속이 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 관련 운전자, 운송업체, 항만 배후물류단지 담당자를 대상으로 그 실태를 살펴보고, 그 문제점을 파악한 후 개선방안을 제언하였다.

  • Korea has designated 28 trade ports and 22 coastal ports under the Ports Act. If fishery ports and small inlets are counted, the number amounts to hundreds of ports. However, untimely and inefficient maintenance and repair works face Korean ports with functional loss, decreasing efficiency, and even catastrophe. Thus, further examinations on the maintenance or redevelopment of forts in Korea are urgent. Since the Korean War and the higher economic growth period in the 1970s, Busan Port has developed in a variety of ways, according to the necessity of social conditions at any given time, without any development Philosophy or systematic long-term master plan. As a result, ports and coastal industrial facilities have rushed to gather around the present North Busan Port, which has taken on mixed functions between ports and cities, adversely affecting several of their interactions. To resolve these circumstances, several redevelopment schemes were suggested for centering the old zone in the Busan Port interim. However, comprehensive evaluation and redevelopment schemes combining functions of both ports and cities, and effectively utilizing coastal zones have never been presented. In this respect, this study sets the priority order of the extracted unit project. This study analyzes the existing functions and facilities of Busan Port, extracting facility zones through redevelopment which is certain to fail or to decrease in efficiency. furthermore, this study presents status and development directions of specified redevelopment unit projects of higher priority order, and pursues the integrated plan of efficiency for Busan Port.

Analysis of Loading/Unloading Activity for Efficient Urban Goods Movement Plan - Focusing on Chiba City -

  • Pick-up/delivery of consumer goods to offices, shops, and restaurants in order to support urban lives is one of the most vital activities in a city. With economic growth and technological innovation, a greater variety of goods have come to be supplied, and pick-up/delivery of consumer goods has become more complex. Efficient urban goods movement in Central Business District(CBD} starts with an efficient system for loading/unloading, and pick-up/delivery activities. Loading/unloading activity may be carried out on-street, or on especially designated space inside or outside buildings. Therefore, purpose of this study is to clarity the efficient urban goods movement in CBD(also called the pick-up/delivery activity) from the three different types of loading/unloading facilities. For this purpose, the differences in loading/unloading and truck-trip activity time of each loading/unloading facility was compared by performing the simulation analysis.

  • The primary purpose of dredging work is to maintain navigational readiness and to increase environmental amenity, so that the dredging project which is composed of excavating, removing, transporting, storing and disposing dredged material must be carefully managed to insure that dredging works are completed in a cost-effective and environmentally safe manner. The most important point in dumping operations is an estimating and reducing the impacts of discharges at the dumping area. One of the most effective method for the reduction of ecological impacts at dumping area is using the schematic process composed of the sophisticated plan, precise work and predicting/reducing the impacts based on the numerical model and field observation. In this study, the numerical model is used to predict the near-field spatial fate and begavior of effluent discharged from Confined Dumping Facility(CDF) located near coastal area. To to this purpose, reappearing of tidal current was preceded. The model is then applied to Mokpo harbor, where capital dredging and maintenance dredging are conducted simultaneously and the CDF is under construction;. In the series of model case study, we found that the near-field behavior of effluent discharged from CDF was governed by the receiving water condition, outfall geometry, characteristics of efflent and CDF operating conditions.

The most important point in dumping operations is evaluating and decreasing the impacts of dumping works at the dumping area. One of the most effective method for this purpose is using the schematic process composed of the sophisticate plan, precise work and predicting/reducing the impacts based on an numerical model being closely linked with field observation. In this study, a numerical model is used to predict the spatial transport and fate of the effluent discharged from the confined dumping facility(CDF) located at a coastal area. To achive this purpose, numerical models were used for reappearing the tidal current of concerned area. These models were then applied to Mokpo harbpr where capital dredging and maintenance dredging are being conducted simultaneously and the CDF is under construction. In series of model case study, we found that the effluent discharged from CDF was governed by the receiving water condition and outfall geometry, so that limit of near-field was 14∼500 meter down stream and 4∼150 meter in transverse direction. dilution ranged from 1.1 to 8.2 on the cases. Long-term diffusion characteristics was governed by the dilution rate during near-field behavior, ambient conditions and CDF operation modes.

A Study on Space Program of Korean Floating Marina Clubhouse

  • Domestic marina facilities today consist mostly of composite-type marinas with particular spatial composition characteristics, due to the regulatory restrictions that keep their development in the public sector and the tepid growth of marine leisure-sports. To develop a marina club design appropriate for domestic conditions, this study establishes space program standards for designing Korean marinas based on a case analysis of existing marina clubs and a survey of floating marina clubs. It is possible for a current composite-type Korean marina club to have a spatial composition of 16~18% for marina-exclusive facility (mFA), 47~49% for commercial facility (cFA), 27~30% for public space (pFA) and 5~8% for management space (emFA). With this composition as a basis, space program estimation of a Korean marina club can be done through the process of estimating in order the marina-exclusive facility area, the floor area by each space and the total floor area, the first floor area, the deck area and the pontoon area. Since the space program established in this study can be utilized as a tool for designing a Korean marina club, it is expected to be helpful in designing marina clubs in the future.
