Due to the expansion of accommodation space caused by increase of population along with lifestyle changes, most of people spend their time indoor except for the travel time. Because of this, environmental change of indoor is very important, and it affects people's health and economy in resources. But, most of people don't acknowledge the importance of indoor environment. Thus, monitoring system for sustaining and managing indoor environment systematically is needed, and big data clusters should be used in order to save and manage numerous sensor data collected from many spaces. In this paper, we design a big data cluster for the indoor environment monitoring in order to store the sensor data and monitor unit of the huge building Implementation design big data cluster-based system for the analysis, and a distributed file system and building a Hadoop, HBase for big data processing. Also, various sensor data is saved for collection, and effective indoor environment management and health enhancement through monitoring is expected.
This study analyzed settlement condition changes of Chungcheong region's mountain area during 10 years, from 2001 to 2012. We performed factor analysis and cluster analysis of data from the 'Census for Mountain Area' carried out by the Korea Forest Service in 2001 and 2012. Factors 1, 2, 3, and 4 represent 'the superiority of non-agricultural income', 'the industrialized mountainous area', 'residential conveniences and benefits', and 'the use of forest resources', respectively. Clusters 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are categorized as 'non-agricultural income', 'various mass social functions', 'production of forest products', 'industrialized mountainous region', and 'ordinary mountain region', respectively. We suggest that cluster 1 has potential for development and should be promoted as a possible tourist attraction by digging up geographically unique themes. Cluster 2 has great potential for development and needs planned management through the maintenance or expansion of existing infrastructure. Cluster 3 has potential for development with various high value added industries uncovered. Cluster 4 shows vitality as it holds plenty of more job opportunities than other regions. Cluster 5 is deteriorating as a mountainous region because of an aging population, and it urgently demands development. For a decade, 45 of the 60 regions belonged to a single category, which are now differentiated broadly into two types: Firstly, deterioration changes to potential development and Secondly, vitality is differentiated into potential development and deterioration.

Disasters in coastal regions are a constant source of damage due to their uncertainty and complexity, leading to the proposal of green infrastructure as a nature-based solution that incorporates the concept of resilience to address the limitations of traditional grey infrastructure. This study analyzed trends in research related to coastal disasters and green infrastructure by conducting a co-occurrence keyword analysis of 2,183 articles collected from the Web of Science (WoS). The analysis resulted in the classification of the literature into four clusters. Cluster 1 is related to coastal disasters and tsunamis, as well as predictive simulation techniques, and includes keywords such as surge, wave, tide, and modeling. Cluster 2 focuses on the social system damage caused by coastal disasters and theoretical concepts, with keywords such as population, community, and green infrastructure elements like habitat, wetland, salt marsh, coral reef, and mangrove. Cluster 3 deals with coastal disaster-related sea level rise and international issues, and includes keywords such as sea level rise (or change), floodplain, and DEM. Finally, cluster 4 covers coastal erosion and vulnerability, and GIS, with the theme of 'coastal vulnerability and spatial technique'. Keywords related to green infrastructure in cluster 2 have been continuously appearing since 2016, but their focus has been on the function and effect of each element. Based on this analysis, implications for planning and management processes using green infrastructure in response to coastal disasters have been derived. This study can serve as a valuable resource for future research and policy in responding to and managing various disasters in coastal regions.

This study was conducted to understand the change of spatial environmental factors including populations, air pollution source and land-use in Busan, during the period of 1995 and 2004. Firstly, the grids (5 km $\times$ 5 km) were divided using the TM coordinates of Busan and the statistical data of populations and land-use were marked on each grid during studying period. Secondly, the SO$_2$, NO$_2$ and O$_3$ concentrations of areas where air quality monitoring station was not established were estimated on the basis of these air pollutants measured at close air quality monitoring station by kriging method. In order to understand spatial change of air pollution and to investigate duplication and reduction of existing stations, semivariogram, correlation and cluster analysis were carried out. This study showed that the population increased in 2004 only on 8 grids compared to in 1995. The spatial change of SO$_2$, NO$_2$ and O$_3$ was investigated by semivariogram in Busan area. As the results of semivariogram, the spatial change of 502 become smaller and simpler, while that of NO2,03 become larger and more complex in 2004 than in 1995, According to the result of correlation and cluster analysis, the reduction of measurement item or the relocation of air quality monitoring station can be needed in the high dense grid area.
The possible configurations of hydroxyl group in hexagonal hydroxyapatite were identified through molecular orbital calculation. The molecular orbital interaction between O and H in hydroxyl column was analyzed using charge variation and Bond Overlap Population (BOP). We supposed 5 kinds of O-H bond configurations as cluster types of I, II, III, IV, and V. Mulliken's population analysis was applied to evaluate ionic charges of O, H, P, and Ca ions, and BOPs (Bond Overlap Populations) in order to discuss the bond strength change by the atomic arrangement. The stability of each O-H bond configuration was analyzed using bond overlap and ionic charge.
New infectious diseases have broken out repeatedly across the world over the last 20 years; COVID-19 is causing drastic changes and damage to daily lives. Furthermore, as there is no denying that new epidemics will appear in the future, there is a continuous need to develop measures aimed towards responding to economic damage. Against this backdrop, the living population is an important indicator that shows changes in citizens' life patterns. This study analyzes time-based and socio-environmental characteristics by detecting and classifying changes in everyday life caused by COVID-19 from the perspective of the floating population. k-shape Clustering is used to classify living population data of each of the 424 dong's in Seoul measured by the hour; then by applying intervention analysis and One-way ANOVA, each cluster's characteristics and aspects of change in the living population occurring in the aftermath of COVID-19 are scrutinized. In conclusion, this study confirms each cluster's obvious characteristics in changes of population flows before and after the confirmation of coronavirus patients and distinguishes groups that reacted sensitively to the intervention times on the basis of COVID-related incidents from those that did not.

The purpose of this study is to diagnose urban spatial structures using spatial modeling techniques for balanced urban development as part of sustainable urban growth management. Since urban spatial structure is an interaction of various activities, it is necessary to interpret the analysis results in conjunction with the analysis of changes in spatial structural elements. In this study, population and transportation were approached for research purposes. Population data were applied to the Getis-Ord Gi* method, a spatial statistical technique, to analyze the concentration-decreasing region of the population. Traffic data analyzed the trend of centrality change by applying commuting traffic O-D data to Social Network Analysis techniques. The analysis showed that urban imbalance was growing, and the centrality of transportation was changing. The results of the analysis of spatial structure elements could be interpreted by linking the results of each factor to each neighborhood unit, predicting changes in urban spatial structure and suggesting directions for sustainable urban growth management. These results could also be used as a decision-making tool for various urban growth management policies introduced to cope with rapid urban development and uncontrollable development in many cities around the world.
The surface brightness fluctuation (SBF) is one of the most crucial distance indicators for unresolved stellar systems at large distances. Here, we present an evolutionary population synthesis model of the surface brightness fluctuation (SBF) for normal and He-enriched simple stellar populations (SSPs). Our SBF model for the normal-He population agrees well with other existing models, but the He-rich populations bring about a substantial change in the SBF of SSPs. Our normal-He SBF model well reproduces the observed SBFs of the Milky Way globular clusters, but the SBFs of early-type galaxies in the Virgo Cluster are placed between the normal-He and He-rich SBF models. We show that the SBF-based distance estimation would be affected by up to a 10-20% level in I- and near-IR bands at given colors. Finally, we propose that when combined with independent metallicity and age indicators such as Mg2 and H, the UV and optical SBFs can readily detect underlying He-rich populations in unresolved stellar systems. Given the degree of the SBF variation resulting from the population difference, we suggest that the distance measurement before the proper in-depth analysis of stellar populations should be done with great caution.
This study investigated the correlation between impervious surface area rate(ISAR) and various urbanization indicators at the si-gun administrative level. For the years 2017 and 2021, we built correlation matrices to examine the relationships between ISAR and eight urbanization indicators, including total population, working-age population, residential power consumption, non-agricultural power consumption, paved road length, permitted development area, numbers of registered vehicles, and cadastral 'Dae' parcel area. Additionally, K-means clustering was employed to classify the 229 si-guns based on the ISAR change patterns. The analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between ISAR and urbanization indicators for both years studied. However, the interannual comparison showed a noticeably weaker correlation between changes in ISAR and urbanization indicators from 2017 to 2021. The K-means analysis also showed that si-guns with higher ISAR values, typically urban areas, demonstrated a weaker correlation, while the cluster consisting mostly of rural areas with lower ISAR displayed stronger correlations. These results suggested that ISAR should be a significant factor for consideration in sustainable rural planning and development strategies.
In recent years, interests in health promotion have been stimulated by the epidemiological transition from infectious to chronic diseases as lead ing causes of death, the aging of the population, rapidly escalating health care costs, and epidemiologic findings linking individual risk to morbidity and mortality. It is not surprising that the workplace has been targeted as a promising setting for health promotion. In Korea, national attention to the opportunities for workplace health promotion began in the first 1990s. But there is no in depth study to identify the relating factors to the health promotion program in the workplace. The objective of this study is behavioral and physical characteristics to find that in crease the person's risk for a range of health problems and to analysis other characteristics to influence the degree of his/her intention to change health behavior. In addition, this study is purposed to present the process of planning health promotion program in the workplace. To accomplish these objectives, one workplaces was selected. And 363 employees in those workplaces were served as subjects for the study. Major findings in this study are as follows. (1) They have many risk factors such as smoking, drinking, lack of sleep, law rate of regular exercise, irregular eating, stress. (2) Some of the health risk factors such as smoking, drinking, and stress have the negative correlation to the intention to change. (3) Among cognitive and socio-environmental factors, significant predictors to the intention are attitude and social support. (4) In the cluster analysis to segment the target population in to homogeneous unit, three clusters of lifestyle are specified. (5) Smoking cessation and exercise program are planned for the risk group to change their behavior.
