The city of Dalian has been developed under varied geo-political situation since the later part of nineteenth century up to now where a considerable mutation is taking place. In this study we tried to trace the historical evolution process of Dalien as second important port of China playing the role as center of North-Eastern Region in the field of Industry, foreign exchange, finance and tourist industry. The result reveals possibility of the city to excelerate its development under present circumstances toward the opened system of economical policy.

Electric power utilities are facing increasing uncertainties regarding the economic, political, societal, environmental constraints under they operate and plan their future systems. The utilities have to integrate consumers' interruption cost representing reliability worth of electricity into the process of determining the optimum investment level. In order to do so, the estimated outage cost must be included into quantitative index corresponding to system capital and operation investment cost to establish an optimal expansion plan. This paper is a study on the outage cost assessment by using macro approach for calculating IEAR(Interrupted Energy Assessment Rates) and the TRELSS(Transmission Reliability Evaluation for Large-Scale Systems) program was used to calculate EENS(Expected Energy Not Served).

Purpose - The pool of entrepreneurs with progressive qualities such as creativity and innovation was considered concurrently with such factors as work and capital that stimulate economic development and growth. This study aims to present a model to support the development of a strategic approach for achieving an overall academic entrepreneurship system in Iran. Research design, data, and methodology - The research design of this study is based on applied research because of its objectives, using principles and techniques formulated for basic research to solve operational and real organizational issues. This design also drives the method used, describing and interpreting the findings. Secondary data (library research) was used for this study's data collection. Because of this research's essential characteristics, no hypothesis is launched, and no research setting, questionnaire design, population or population sampling, validity or reliability tests, or statistical analysis are needed. Results and Conclusions - The model is created using a strategic approach acting in an octal setting comprising social, cultural, legal, economic, political, technological, competitive, and natural environments to present a conceptual framework for future studies.

There seems to be a renewed interest in interorganizational relationship to search ofr strategic information partnerships. It is particularly noteworthy that no study has yet reported configurations at the level of interorganizational relationships nor compared such configurations across different types of IOS(interorganizational Infromation System). This paper seeks to uncover dominant configurations of interorganizational relationships across the various types of IOS. We integrate relevant theoretical concepts from transaction cost economics, organization theory and political economy to develop a conceptual model of interorganizational relationships based on the fit between information processing needs and information processing capabilities. We empirically uncover a set of hypothesis toward the patterns of interorganizational relationships. Moreover the implications for further research pertaining to the logic and development of configurations were proposed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of European middle class, ethos to costume. This study is concerned with historic situation about enlightment and French revolution, and the change process of costume before and after the French Revolution. In order to investigate the relationship, this studies include the phenomenon of costume in the basis of thoughts of the age (enlightment), political event (French revolution) and social system (middle classes). The Influence of enlightment to costume of man and children were which emphasized practical aspect. Children costume was developed independently from costume of adult before French revolution. French revolution played a roll in silhouette, color, texture of costume for man. Especially pantalons which names Sans-culotte generalized as modern clothing for man. Women freed from corset because of the influence of neo-classicism for a while. However, costume of woman did not change much because women were excluded from of enlightment.

In this study, we compare and analysis the family rite consciousness and it’s actual conditions between yanbian university students who have lived in different culture and political system from Korean students. Total 645 Yanbian and Korean student’s data was collected in Jun 1998. Statistics methods, Cronbach’α, Frequency, Percentage, $x^2$, t-test are used to analyse the data. The result are follows. First, in view of overall rite conditions, Korean students show more traditional tendency than Yanbian students. Second, in view of ritual process which is sub-domain of overall ritual consciousness Yanbian student keep more traditional attitude than Korean students. Third, Koran students’s score which presents the need of education of rite is higher than that of Yanbian students’s

Economic and political barriers in Northeast Asia including Korea have been eliminated gradually. As results of economic relations are more active in this region. The administration of physical distribution tightened circulation- cost down. This is one of the most important facts to develop world economy. Distribution in China is expected to grow quantitatively and continuously. China is just out of planned economic system. Therefore, it is expected that foreign affiliated firms will take a fierce competition for the next $1\sim2$ years. This study investigates Korea-China trade and distribution index with analysis and expectation of China market. The study analyzes the business conditions, faced problems and differentiated strategies of foreign affiliated firms. Be based on those, it is researched how domestic companies will make strategies to start China successfully.

Population concentration phenomenon of city needs large-scale ride, and It is important elements that develop the circumference but, it is difficult to evaluate effects that ride gets land utilization change. Therefore, this research evaluates change and effect of land utilization as political to subway station that is main ride of Seoul City, and chose standard and position for right place arrangement of electric railway station. Research contents analyzed subway station effect area interior and external land utilization change taking advantage of GIS's buffer function and RS's classification technique, and decide precedence at subway station establishment and chose position of subway station for effect area outside area.

The article reviewed the elderly health care management problems in policy development issue of the nation. Policy of Korean government on elderly health care has still not yet developed. The main stream of policy which is effective on elderly welfare policy is 'Elderly care are responsible by their families'. Now only those aged whose family members are not able to take care of their parents are receive custodial care at the non-profit nursing homes. This article examined the main stream policy in pro and cons aspects in relation to social changes such as: demographic changes. family structure changes. attitude changes. health care delivery system. and political settlement view points in connection with medical insurance program. Finally. a model for the elderly health care management was proposed which will provide chronic care services at the community level. such as nursing homes. day care centers. day hospitals, respite care units, and special care institute for dementia.
