Purpose - This study aims to suggest appropriate policies and performance indicators for financial aid recipients. It analyzes the existing regular government policy funds support project, especially its propriety and reasonability. Research design, data, and methodology - When financial aid is effective, it should be able to predict small enterprise business results. Additionally, there should be an evaluation, checking before and after performance rates so that the rate of achievement and outcome can be measured. This study's contribution for small enterprises is in researching the best way to improve this support system. Results - The Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS), currently designated as a support organization for implementing the government financial aid project, has assessment indicators. However, these focus mainly on quantitative indicators and survey results. Conclusions - In the future, there is some need to draw up measures, setting the right direction for developing policies for the small enterprise fund loans and improving the management of the plans. Eventually, this effort will dispel concerns about the present support policy, which is considered to be weakening small enterprises.

One of the main objectives of noise control act is to define and ensure application and respect of noise exposure limits. Most advanced countries have prepared a legal framework for noise limits either by national laws, ordinances or municipal by-laws. A large number of advaced countries have adopted the $L_{eq}$ index for the main sources of noise (road, railway, industry). The exception is aircraft noise for which regulatory practice is highly disparate. These differences in the indices adopted, the periods and areas to which regulations apply, definitions of measurement conditions and ways in which noise levels are calculated make it difficult to compare the current advanced countries standards. This study presents the current noise abatement policy of the advanced countries and proposes the improvement of the current noise abatement policy of Korea to catch up with it of the advanced countries.

This work was researched by practical method in a subjectivity study accessible in-depth, in sloughing off old habit of functional quantity analysis about Reception Type on policy reception of public & health campaign. The perception pattern come out in this study were divided into four types in Q-methodology. The result is as follows ; it is that divided'1[(N=16): Policy Improvement Type], 2[(N=7) : Public-relation Utility Type], 3[(N=19): Financial-continuance Type], 4[(N=11) : Healthy-prevention Orientation Type]'. Like this, it found that is very different type all over. Hereafter, this study is to ascertain acceptance behavior about Reception Type on policy reception of public & health campaign ; to offer a developmental suggestion about it.

To minimize and prevent the increasing fire and personal injury, the domestic firefighting organizations are making continuous efforts to strengthen the response system and safety standards. "Fire Reduction Program" has been prepared to reduce the outbreak of fire up to 20% in the next 10 years, and the analysis of fire sources should be done and its countermeasures also should be done accordingly. Therefore, the management status, the improvement tasks, and the limitations of the implementation plan are reviewed and studied so that the implementation and goal of the "Fire Reduction Policy" can be achieved.

Cultural contents industry is a kernel industry based on knowledge. This study is to suggest some complements by watching and analyzing cultural industry policy and status of especially animation America, England, France and Japan and that of Korea to aim at American market. I described financial resources, creation and technology, development of human resources, export method, improvement of legal system for the supplementary method of animation export strategy. As a project appraisal tool, the preliminary feasibility study (PFS) has contributed to enhancing the efficiency of public investment decision-making in the Republic of Korea over the last two decades. To overcome the limitations of the efficiency-oriented cost-benefit analysis, the PFS accommodates equity concerns among regions, namely balanced regional development (BRD) analysis. This study attempts to gauge the contributions of BRD analysis to PFS results. Specifically, it addresses how effectively policy efforts to promote decision-making have been implemented in the PFS stage while also considering the balance between equity and efficiency in terms of the trade-off between them, the degree to which they influence the results, and whether the consideration of equity is in fact actually reflected in seriously underdeveloped regions as intended. The study finds that the PFS results over the last two decades have been largely in line with the background and policy objectives. Based on the findings of the study, needs for institutional improvement are suggested, including enhancements in the analysis of regional economic ripple effects and taking into account the psychological factors pertaining to the evaluators in the overall judgment.

This study is to grasp the vulnerable families selected by the laws and qualification criteria on housing reformation and repair project of the Ministry of Land, Transportation and Maritime Affairs, the procedures of housing improvement projects, and the roles of superintendents, focusing on rural living and housing environment improvement. After the regional characters, housing style and structure of the recipients (the selected vulnerable families), and construction companies were closely examined by items and year, the results and problems of housing reformation and repair were diagnosed, compared and analyzed. On the basis of the results, the overall guidelines and directions of housing environment improvement for vulnerable families were suggested. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful for the kind of project in the future.
