In this paper we will concentrate on the Quality Control Policy which should be enforced as a part of the Total Quality Control considers the global concepts, the establishment Procedures, and the evolution and operation of Quality control policy to achieve effectively it. For enforcement of the Qualify control policy shall be focused for considerations : (1) suggestion of the optimum control policy (2) suggestion of a comprehensive plan and promoting method quality control (3) suggestion of matters that need special consideration at the time of decision of a comprehensive management of control policy thereof. (4) A comprehensive Proposal (5) suggestion of a plan for progress of the Quality control system and the supplementary plan In the future, accordingly, establishment d its own policy control level is desirably more reasonable, and the Total Quality Control System that employes the control efficiency of periodical and systematic and rationalization and radical reform of the enterprise management problem as the restrictive conditions must be applied for quality control system.

Most recently, the development and publication of the ordinance and the manual of policy qualify management is spreading the recognition of quality Control in the public sector. The purpose of this study is to introduce of the system quality Control for local government's policy. So we suggested lessons drew from case study(Daegu metropolitan city, Gumi city) on current introduction. To introduce the system quality Control for local government, we have to gain the sympathy of introduction, second prepare of inducement, last manage PQM flexibility.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to escape from the existing defense quality policy focused on government-led quality assurance for mass-produced items and to secure quality reliability of weapon systems through a defense quality policy paradigm shift based on designing a verification systems anchored on reliability through the enhancement of military supply quality control in the development stage, the enhancement of quality responsibility of the manufacturing contractor and other methods. Methods: For the shift to the quality-based defense quality policy, the status and the problems of the status quo are analyzed and the direction of future defense quality policy is suggested based on literature review of the concept of reliability and reliability in the field of defense, on case studies of global corporations and their quality policies, on the background on quality assurance in defense, and on case studies of quality policies in other government organizations, Results: Based on the case studies of quality policies in global corporations and other government agencies, the importance of preventive quality control from the early development stages, quality control based on the reliability of the materials and parts, and shift of the quality policy to a certification system to achieve these objectives were highlighted. Conclusion: To secure reliability of weapon system quality, the quality policy must be shifted to a system focused on reliability-based design and verification and there is a further need to enhance the operational efficiency and capacity of DTaQ based on studies and evaluation of weapon system reliability.

In Korea, studies on the indoor air quality have been conducted since mid of 1980s. The turning point occurred in 2003 by establishing the act of the indoor air quality management for public facilities. According to the law, the basic plan for indoor air quality management is prepared by government every five years, affecting greatly governmental policy and related academia and industries. Indoor air quality survey was mostly carried out among indoor air quality researches. After then, assessment of health effect and air cleaning technology were studied. Although various control technologies for particle, bioaerosol, odor, and hazardous chemicals have been applied to indoor environments, breakthrough technologies are needed to solve real problems facing at the applied environments. In the future, issue of indoor air quality is more interested and both management policy and control technology are key factors in order to realize comfort and healthy indoor environments.

This paper describes the role of TQC and its present issues as a management tool, especially in regard of Korean firm's environment. The author, participating in TQC activity for himself, stresses that the introduction and driving programs of TQC activity must include such plans as policy control, reorganization, training, standardization, quality assurance, QC circle activity, office management and auditing. The keypoints and problems in performing these plans are reviewed. And as the future hopeful direction of TQC activity, he remarks that a true recognition of quality control as a management tool in "total" concept and the adoption of industry - wide quality control policy.

At present, company has to produce a product that consumer like with a competitive price, a good quality, and a fitting time to supply. Process control and quality control are very important to supply with a product uniformly and inexpensively. Process control is given much weight in the quality control in manufacturing system. Statistical process controls(SPC) that are used in process generally have major impact on manufacturing, product design activities, and process development potentially. Control charts in statistical process control method can be interpreted the data from quality characteristics in production process and discriminated between chance variation and assignable variation in process. In addition, control chart can be used to monitor the process output and detect when changes in the inputs are required to bring the process back to an in-control state. The models that relate the influential inputs to process outputs help determine the nature and magnitude of the adjustments required. In this paper, the characteristic of product quality is monitored by control chart during the machining process and construction of quality control cycle is considered to divide into two types in this case that different assignable causes lead to shifts having different magnitudes. Then we are intended to find a process shift magnitude which has economical quality cost policy and are considered to quality cost functions to find a process shift magnitude. Those costs are categorized into the well-known categories of prevention, appraisal, and internal failure and external failure. This paper ends with numerical examples that demonstrate the usefulness of the model.

Three types of warranty policies are considered. They are (1) free warranty policy for repairable products, (2) free warranty policy for nonrepairable products, and (3) rebate warranty policy. Under each warranty policy, a single sampling attribute plan with non-destructive testing is considered. A sampling plan is characterized by the sample size and the acceptance number. For each case, characteristics of an optimum sampling plan are discussed and determined, which minimize the warranty cost and the corresponding quality control cost within the assigned producer's risk and consumer's risk.
