Purpose: The primary objective of this study was to examine the influence of economic democratization on economic development from diverse perspectives. Research design, Data methodology: Justification of the qualitative literature methods used in this study is essential, as extensive descriptions, justifications, and explanations of the methods used allow researchers to increase the reliability of their studies for specific or specified audiences. Initially, the concept and principal attributes of economic democratization were scrutinized, followed by an exploration of its manifold effects on economic development. Results: Consequently, this study facilitated a comprehensive comprehension of how economic democratization fosters economic growth and advancement in contemporary society. Additionally, the study deliberated on the constraints and hurdles of economic democratization, proposing policy recommendations for future mitigation. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study is anticipated to furnish foundational data for regional economic development to both academia and policymakers. It achieves this by thoroughly evaluating the impact of economic democratization on economic development and delving into the dynamic interaction between democracy and economic progress.

Research on elderly suicide has increased since 2000. It indicates that elderly suicide is receiving a great attention as a part of elderly problems, and policy efforts are needed. However, most of existing research on elderly suicide focused on factors of elderly suicide. Therefore discussion about suicidal prevention measures is staying on general and suggestive level. As a result, this study is trying to seek effective prevention strategies of elderly suicide through systematic analysis of suicidal factors and sporadic policy proposals presented in existing research. To achieve this, the relevant research papers among academic journals registered with Korea Research Foundation are analyzed. According to the results, while the ordinary elderly tended to require macro level of intervention, the potential-risky elderly were inclined to need all of micro and moderate level of prevention efforts. Above all, secondary prevention must be more emphasized in moderate level. In the future direction of research, based on prevention strategies as stated above, it is recommended to entail discussion of what kind of a specific program and policy should be invented and how it should be operated.

기상청은 2008년 현재 전국에 107개의 디지털 지진관측망을 운영하고 있다. 또한 지진관측 유관기관인 한국지질자원연구원, 한국원자력안전기술원, 한전전력연구원에서 각 기관의 목적에 맞게 지진관측소를 운영하고 있으며, 이들 지진관측자료의 공유를 목적으로 실시간으로 통합하는 통합지진과측망(KISS)을 2000년에 구축하여 지진분석에 쓰이고 있다. 한반도의 지진발생 현황은 1978년부터 2007년까지 776회로 약 26회/년 정도가 발생하였다. 최근 중국의 쓰촨성과 일본 이와테 지진으로 지진 및 지진예지에 대한 국민적 관심이 대두되고 있다. 한반도에서도 큰 규모의 지진이 발생할 가능성에 대비해 기상청에서는 지진관측망과 지진예지 목적의 지구물리관측망을 구축 중에 있다. 지구물리관측망은 INTERMAGNET에서 등록할 수 있는 수준의 관측소를 목표로 인위적인 자기장의 교란이 적은 지질학적인 요소들을 고려한 후보지 선정을 위하여 지구자기업무에 관한 기획연구(서만철 2007)를 수행 하였다. 그 결과 국가 중심 지구자기관측소의 위치는 충남 공주시와 청양군 사이에 있는 칠갑산 지역이 가장 좋은 후보지라고 제안하여 청양지역을 주변으로 국유림 및 군유지를 조사하여 충남 청양군 장평면 화산리 산 36-2번지에 후보지를 선정하여 최적의 입지 조건을 검증하기 위해 인천교육대학교의 이휘순 교수 MT탐사를 수행 주변의 배경잡음을 측정하여 양호한 조건을 갖춘 것으로 확인되었다. 지구자기관측소에는 Fluxgate Magnetometer 1대, Total field Magnetometer 1대, Theodolite 1대, SP(Self Potential) Monitoring system 1대와 장비들을 보호 할 수 있는 관측소가 설치될 예정이다

In rapidly changing educational technology and trends, services providing educational digital contents have been focused on offering new contents customized on the state-of-the-art technology and trends, rather than re-evaluating or eliminating the contents on service based on the changed topics and video quality. This study explores domestic cases about educational digital contents in order to draw implications on proper life-cycle models and effective re-evaluation periods for the quality assurance of the contents. To achieve this objective, representative services in primary-secondary, higher, and lifelong education sectors were selected, and experts in the services were participated in focused group interview. Based on the interview results, the re-evaluation process and life-cycle issues in the management of contents were analyzed according to the educational levels and the implications on the life-cycle models were drawn. This study contributes to establishing a basis for the systematic life-cycle policy of the services in order to make more sustainable management of the digital contents.

Korean's major firms made a slogan Smart Work as an important business strategy and tried to implement some activities. These Smart trends influenced the way people's working and organization. Based on the actual practices of Korean's major firms, we extract the smart-work supporting tools and practices, exploratory and exploitative activities as the important factors influencing the smart work performances. The statistical result, based upon survey responses, shows that exploratory and exploitative activities are the salient factors for smarkwork level, and that three types of he smart-work supporting tools and practices indirectly influence smarkwork level through exploratory and exploitative activities. As a conclusion, the academic and practical implications of these findings are also discussed.

In this study, we analyzed national mining investment security and country risk, and suggested a new index for exploration and development investment for mining projects in abroad by an analysis of relationship between these grades and mineral resource development investment. For this, potential risks for mining in mineral-rich countries are assessed, and the risk of the exploration and development investment for mining projects is relatively evaluated by OECD country risk. It is noted that countries of the lower ranks in OECD are consistently good agreement with the high grade in Behre Dolbear Group Inc. for favorable mineral exploitation, whereas the higher ranks have shown diverse and high risks for the mining investigation and development. Consequently, it is necessary that assessment of the relationship between mineral resource index and country risk for mining projects to be investigated and developed in future should be applied before business decision of mineral investigation projects in abroad.

Remote sensing technology has been continuously developed both quantitatively and qualitatively, including platform development, exploration area, and exploration functions. Recently, the use cases and related researches in the agricultural field are increasing. Also, since it is possible to detect and quantify the condition of cropland and establish management plans and policy support for cropland and agricultural environment, it is being studied in various fields such as crop growth abnormality determination and crop estimation based on time series information. The purpose of this study was to analyze the vegetation index for agricultural land reclamation area using a UAV equipped with a multi-spectral sensor. In addition, field surveys were conducted to evaluate the accuracy of vegetation indices calculated from multispectral image data obtained using UAV. The most appropriate vegetation index was derived by evaluating the correlation between vegetation index calculated by field survey and vegetation index calculated from UAV multispectral image, and was used to analyze vegetation index of the entire area.

It is needed to support intelligent customized health information service for user convenience in PHR based Personal Health Care Service Platform. In this paper, we specify an ontology-based health data model for Personal Health Care Service Platform. We also design a knowledge search algorithm that can be used to figure out similar health record by applying machine learning and data mining techniques. Axis-based mining algorithm, which we proposed, can be performed based on axis-attributes in order to improve relevance of knowledge exploration and to provide efficient search time by reducing the size of candidate item set. And K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is used to perform to do grouping users byaccording to the similarity of the user profile. These algorithms improves the efficiency of customized information exploration according to the user 's disease and health condition. It can be useful to apply the proposed algorithm to a process of inference in the Personal Health Care Service Platform and makes it possible to recommend customized health information to the user. It is useful for people to manage smart health care in aging society.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between academic efficacy and vocational identity according to the private and public self-consciousness of college students. For this purpose, 263 college students completed the questionnaires on self-consciousness, academic efficacy and vocational identity. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. As a result, both the private and public self-consciousness had a significant positive correlation with vocational identity and academic efficacy. The private and public self-consciousness had different effects on vocational identity(career exploration, career commitment, and career reconsideration) through academic efficacy. Specifically, the private self-consciousness had a direct effect only on the career reconsideration among the factors of vocational identity. Public self-consciousness was indirectly related career exploration, partially mediated by academic efficacy, whereas the association between public self-consciousness and career commitment was fully mediated by it. Based on these results, implications for career education and counseling in convergence era were discussed and suggestions for further study were included.

The Family Education Guidance Service is a public service developed by the government to give guidance and service to parents on educating their children in China. Recently, the service has attracted increasing attention from scholars, as well as from the Chinese Government. To assess the current status of research on the Family Education Guidance Service, this paper firstly introduces the policy history and clarifies the definition of the Family Education Guidance Service and other relevant terms used in China. It then presents a review of studies on the Family Education Guidance Service published in journals with high-grade ratings and analyzes the characteristics of current research in terms of year of publication, author affiliations, research themes, research methods, and target groups. Based on these, it makes suggestions for future development. Overall, 43 papers are reviewed, the findings of which reveal that related research is at the beginning of an upswing. Most authors belong to education colleges and law colleges of universities. The themes studied most often are the strategy exploration and legal construction of the Family Education Guidance Service. The parents of primary- and middle-school students are the most commonly studied group, followed by schoolteachers. The results indicate that despite the growing number of publications, research in this field is still in its early stages and many aspects require further exploration.
