This study investigated the comprehension of the occupational safety policy direction by job characteristics of the safety managers at 211 workplace selected under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. As for the characteristics of the subjects' firms, there was difference in their perception on the occupational safety policy direction by their region, type, scale, and the existence of labor union. Regarding the job characteristics of the subjects, there was difference in the comprehension of the occupational safety policy direction by their age, experience and department. This study suggests that the government policy as well as the awareness about safety by management and safety managers need to be changed by analyzing the comprehension of occupational safety policy direction by the job characteristics of corporate occupational safety managers.

An efficient industry structure is essential for competitive IT Service industry in a global world. The purpose of this research is to derive a policy direction paradigm for strengthening IT service industry structure. To find an effective policy direction, an in-depth analysis on deep-rooted problems of IT service industry has been conducted. The root-causes of industry problems are found with new perspectives on IT service industry. Past and present policies on IT service industry have been reviewed based on desirable industry behavior. A new policy paradigm and a roadmap for efficient industry policy are suggested. To justify adequacy of new policy direction, global benchmarking has been performed. USA, Germany, and Japan's IT service industry has been reviewed based on global competitiveness and desirable eco-system. And an in-depth analysis has been performed for two big competitors, India and China, The adequacy of the new policy paradigm has been tested, and mostly approved. IT service industry policy needs to be transformed from manufacturing concepts to service concepts, from domestic focus to global focus, from zero-sum policy to positive-sum policy, from supplier focus to market focus, from internal industry itself to co-growth with main industries. etc. The results of this study can be used for policy adjusting and policy making to strengthen IT service industry's global competitiveness and to improve long-term performance of Korean economy. Further in-depth researches with quantitative analysis will be needed to fully justify the adequacy of the derived new policy directions.

This paper aims to explain the direction of a long-range policy for the development of fisheries industry and fishing villages in Korea after the Conclusion of the Uruguay Round Negotiations. When the Uruguay Round Negotiations were concluded last year, the government soon set up the Committee of Farming and Fishing Village Development under the direct control of the President and launched on the development of agriculture and fisheries policy to provide for the post-Uruguay Round. The Committee drew up an all-round policy report, "The Problem and Direction of Agriculture Policy Reform" as a result of the six-month activity of this committee from February through July, 1994 in which the author participated, and presented it to the President. The author rearranged the problems of a long-range policy related to fisheries industry and fishing villages apart from this report, and drew up another report under the title, "Fisheries Policy in Korea after the Conclusion of the Uruguay Round Negotiations : Its Problem and Direction," which was reported at the year 1994 autumn symposium of the Korean Pedagogic Society of Fisheries and Marine Sciences.

이 연구는 우리나라 경비업 현황분석을 통하여 현재 경비업의 개괄적 실태를 살펴본 후, 경비업법 개정과정 분석을 통하여 어떠한 정책기조가 법 개정에 투영되었는가를 도출한 다음, 우리나라 시큐리티산업의 정책방향을 제안하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 경비업법 개정 과정을 통하여 보면 공공성 강화와 기업성 강화가 어떤 뚜렷한 정책적 기조를 이루고 있는 것으로 보이진 않는다. 다만 강력한 공공성의 기조하에 부분적으로 기업성을 일부 반영한 것으로 밖에 해석되지 않는 것이다. 경비업의 건전한 발전을 위해서는 기존의 정책 방향에서 탈피하여 경비업의 기업성을 강화하는 방향으로 정책 기조가 변화되어야 한다. 경찰의 지도 감독 권한을 한국경비협회에 대폭 이관하여 경비업계의 자율적인 정화 기능을 키워야 한다. 경찰에서는 치안서비스의 공동생산 차원에서의 정책 개발에 관심을 두고 지혜를 모아야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 2020년 정부에서 발표한 "인공지능시대 교육정책방향과 핵심과제"에서 제시한 3대 정책 추진 방향을 확인하고, '20-'22년 발표된 인공지능 교육 관련 정부 정책 자료들로부터 키워드를 추출해 방향과 핵심과제가 정책으로 어떻게 반영되고 있는지 분석하였다. 텍스트 마이닝 빈도 분석 결과 정부가 추진하는 다양한 정책 방향을 확인하였고, 매트릭스 데이터에서 핵심 추진과제로 설정된 교육의 방향을 분석하였다. 토픽 분석 결과 인공지능 분야의 인재 양성을 위한 다양한 형태의 교육활동을 확인하였고, 개정 교육과정이 적용되기 전 다양한 콘텐츠가 개발되고 있는 것도 확인하였다. 최종적으로 정부의 정책 방향은 '25년 개정 교육과정을 본격적으로 적용하는 동시에 인공지능 교육 정책을 고도화, 활성화하고 현장에 자연스럽게 안착하도록 하는 쪽으로 움직일 것이며 교육과정이 적용되는 시기가 점점 다가올수록 현장 안착과 관련된 정책과 과제들이 점점 더 많이 등장할 것으로 예측할 수 있었다.

The field of construction and transportation R&D has been increased and improved wih the integration into the ICT. With the rapid trend changes like the Fourth Industrial Revolution, new direction and solution of R&D policy is being explored to prepare for the convergence era with other diverse research areas. In order to present new direction, it is necessary to analyze the external environment influencing construction and transportation field. In this regard, this study analyzes the science and technology policy plan and goal in Korea. In conclusion, through the policy analysis, this study suggests new direction of construction and transportation R&D in Korea.

By analyzing the adaptive capacity, market formation and policy direction as functional areas of Technological Innovation System (TIS), the article evaluates the progress of renewable energy transition in the Maldives, with the inclusion of ideas from Mauritius and Cabo Verde. On the policy direction in the Maldives, technology roadmaps produced with assistance from International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) are evaluated. Although there are inducing factors such as the Solar Risk Management Initiative, the progress of energy transition is hindered by the lack of technical capacity and local value chain. The findings indicate the importance of facilitating and establishing industry and knowledge networks, incorporating innovation policies, greater involvement of the local private sector along with international investors, and taking water-energy nexus to achieve complementary targets. The study adds value to knowledge by offering a simplified TIS framework, with a current insight of the energy transition in Small Island Developing States with a focus on the Maldives.

본 연구에서는 이명박 대통령의 연설문과 지식경제부의 IT중소벤처기업 지원정책에 대한 내용을 토대로 심층적인 인지지도 분석을 하였다. 또한 정책수단변수와 정책목표변수간의 관계분석을 통해 정책목표를 도출하고, 종합적인 인지지도를 활용하여 성장역량강화, 투자활성화, 창업활성화, 기술경쟁력 제고, 글로벌화, 고용창출 등 정보통신분야 중소벤처기업 지원정책방향을 제시하였다. 그리고 IT중소벤처기업 지원정책의 인지지도 분석을 통해 피드백 루프가 별로 없다는 점과 IT중소벤처기업 지원정책이 선순환 구조를 가지고 있는 양의 피드백 루프구조라는 것을 발견했다.

Korea 5MBA(Small and Medium Business Administration) is operating SMEs Policy Information System called SPi-1357 as a part of electronic government business, G4B. SPi-1357 system is offering tailor made policy information to a nation through on-off line system. In this paper, I provide the offering status of policy information, the status of SPi-1357 system, political results of SPi-1357 system, comparison with other country's policy information system, and the development direction of SPi-1357 system. Until now, most Policy Information Systems documents have focused on policy maker but the focus of this paper is functionally oriented SMEs.

Since it was found out that the degree of medical contribution to health was timid. the direction of health policy studies has been focused on the personal health behavior. Participation in health has been closely related to the behavior. Those who have insisted on the new direction believe that the health policy laying stress on low cost and personal responsibility can avoid the pathology of medical policy and medical crisis. Participation in health has been very important method of changing health behaviors. It is certainly important to change bad health behaviors. But there is no deliberation of social structure here. Most health behaviors are the adaptation to social structure. The attempt to change the established adaptation behaviors without considering social structure is difficult to succeed. It is little meaningful to say the importance of the health behavior to those who have no choice but to be ill due to the poor environment and health risks. What can guarantee the real direction of community participation at least is the consciousness and behaviors of people's right.
