In recent years, many public safety systems in the smart city are developed. These systems are taking responsibility to make a safe and comfortable city. In this paper, we propose vehicle tracking systems include a public safety system that enables the policeman to track the stolen vehicles more efficiently by providing the vehicle information in real time. When a vehicle is stolen, the vehicle owner can send a user emergency request. Then, the public safety server which supported by a geospatial query technique will give information such as time, distance, and routes to a policeman who is closest to the location of the vehicle to catch the thief. 300 simulations were performed to evaluate the performance of the system. We found that the average of times required when vehicle owner send a user emergency message on user application until policeman obtain a vehicle tracking request on police application below 1.2 seconds.

Since year 2016, in Korea, the police department started to use drones to patrol violated vehicles on the highway area. They monitor vehicle drivers who use side ways on the highway during traffic congested hours of the season, drunken drivers, or violent drivers. They use the 'Spot Mobility' method which floats the drones for 30 minute period. However, this method is inefficient since it requires manually charging batteries, gathering data, and operate drones with many numbers of policeman. Therefore, in this paper, for the efficient patrol in this purpose, I have suggested an effectively manageable network system consists of many drones as the wireless network nodes and with small numbers of policeman in a wide highway area. To accomplish this, the two topologies of effective drone patrol network systems are designed and simulated in OPNET simulator for performance evaluation.

This paper aims, first, to trace the trajectory of Sebastian Barry's dramatic works in terms of retrieving the hidden (hi)stories of his family members, and second, to analyze his most successful play to date in both critical and commercial senses, The Steward of Christendom, in terms of the tension or even rupture between Irish national history and the dramatic representation of it. If contemporary Irish drama as a whole can be seen as an act of mirroring up to nation, Barry's is a refracting than reflecting act. Whereas modern Irish drama tends to have helped, however inadvertently, consolidate the nation-state by imagining Ireland through its other (either in the form of the British empire or the Protestant Unionist north), Barry's drama aims at cracking the surface homogeneity of Irish identity by re-imagining "ourselves" (a forgotten part of which is a community of southern Catholic loyalists). Furthermore, the "ourselves" re-imagined in Barry's drama is more fractured than unified, irreducible in its multiplicity than acquiescent in its singularity. The playwright's foremost concern is to retrieve the lives of "history's leftovers, men and women defeated and discarded by their times" and re-member those men and women who have been expunged from the imagined community of the Irish nation. This he does by endowing "every life" with "an after-life" and "every demon" with "a fairy tale." The Steward of Christendom is Barry's dramatic attempt to bestow upon the historically demonized Thomas Dunne, an Irish policeman in the British Empire, his fairy-tale redemption.

Abnormal writing can result from a large variety of neurologic disorders of motor control. Primary writing tremor(PWT) in its pure form denotes occurrence of a disabling tremor induced by writing alone. Therefore PWT is typical task-specific tremor. PWT could be classified as either type A or type B. In a strict sense, type B PWT is not pure form of PWT because it is not task specific. We describe a case of PWT type A. A 53-year-old right handed policeman complained of a 4 year history of shaking of his right hand that interfered with writing. Tremor appeared during writing but not on adopting the hand position normally used for writing.

I study the actual condition and the problem of the crime prevention system of two seoul police station. that is operated on the unit of police box, and present the new improvement. Stragic and active is the new crime prevention system that introduces a concept of community oriented policing, the tendency of a developed country police. I present a medium - sized police station where 250${\sim}$300 policemen work. It consist of a patrol division, a community division and a administration support division. The chief of police bears the responsibility only for crime prevention service by concentrating on pure Patrol - centered crime prevention activity and community relation activity. Next I present a police inspector system. The most important on this paper is the community policing officer system that a policeman bears responsibility on district apart from a patrol division and support a police service related community. To be operated these systems effectively, these need to be regulated according to a police distinct, a police purpose and it's demand. Also a scale, function, authority of a existing. Police station must be regulated and the police training must be carried out.

The results of realities of the Taekwondo training in Korea National Police University, Police Comprehensive Academy, National Central Police Academy, and police stations and of realities of the Taekwondo blackbelt holders are as below. 1. The Taekwondo training time of Korea National Police University is 4 hours per week for freshmen and 2 hours per week for sophomores, juniors, and seniors. 2. The Taekwondo training of Police Comprehensive Academy is basis for police lieutenants and sergeants. time for Taekwondo training is not allotted in the education course but only allotted as a liberal everyday exercise. In the chivalry master course, 71% of the course composes of basic policeman and on-site arrest techniques and pliceman chilvary such as Taekwondo, and judo. The cadets must select one item among the policeman chivalry and take Taekwondo training for 150 hours during 52 weeks acquire the first grade to be appointed as lieutenant simultaneously with the graduation. 3. The Taekwondo training for newly appointed policemen of National Central Police Academy is 104 hours of arresting criminals and self-protection. 4. In the Taekwondo training in the police stations, when a master completes more than two times of training per month, he receives the first grade by examination and be promoted by one grade each. 5. The policemen with Taekwondo black belt are more than 2.6 times of judo, 4.6 times of fencing, 5.9 times of hapgido.

This research started with the objective to clarify how policemen are affected by promotion by test among promotion system of police which is one of the very important factors deciding the efficiency of organization through morale of policemen and which is mentioned as a factor that raises morale of policeman. The job of police is the ground of life for policemen and the place of opportunity where they can find and develop the ego. Though it is difficult to perfectly realize diverse values and desires of individuals in the organizational society which is ruled by plural values, the organization is still responsible for grasping the desire and value of individual for organization and satisfying them to the minimal level. Nobody is free from stress in the past, present and future. That is, stress can be seen as a phenomenon that inevitably occurs in any occupation and environment. The stress factor of policeman in the organization that has been discussed all the time is the deficient opportunities of promotion. Thus, it is most important to manage the stress of members in the organization so as to efficiently operate police organization. If the factor of stress perceived by the members can be grasped and diminished, the efficiency of business will be increased. The objective of this research is to reduce the stress of policemen suffering in the test promotion system by analyzing the recognition of members, to find the method reducing stress by performing empirical research and to prepare alternatives in policy in the aspect of human resources in police and management of organization.

Avulsion rupture of the flexor digitorum profundus tendon at the distal phalanx is a rare injury. It usually occurs during extension of the DIP joint, while the flexor digitorum profundus tendon is contracted, or when strong extension force is applied, to the distal phalanx. We experienced a patient, combat policeman who had avulsion rupture of flexor digitorum profundus tendon at the distal phalanx after 2 days of combat exercise. Here, we would like to report unusual case of rare tendon injury with studies from other papers.

In modern society, there has been an increase in needs to protect the life and property of the people, because the number of various crimes is on the increase due to the sudden and complicated changes of the urban environment. For the needs, security persons in the urban area are expanding the role and skill of police for more effective crime prevention and surveillance, although the number of policeman/woman is insufficient and their tasks are hard. Recently, a system to observe and prevent crime in effective has been introduced by using such an artificial surveillance device as CCTV to monitor focusing on one area for 24 hours. However, the system brings such problems as the insufficiency of systematic criteria to install surveillance device and the invasion of privacy. Therefore, in this study, artificial surveillance zones to monitor crimes are selected by applying spatial features between artificial surveillance devices including CCTV and crime occurrence place, and using GIS spatial analysis techniques. As a result of selecting, it's found that the number of CCTV is absolutely insufficient and spatial distribution is not fully considered in the existing location of installed CCTV.
