저손실형 복합절연 주상변압기 개발 및 단락특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Low-loss Type Hybrid Insulation Pole Transformers and)

  • This paper presents the first domestic model product of hybrid Insulation low-loss type pole transformer, with increased overload ability, increased life, reduced loss, focusing improved short-circuit characteristics. The capacity of this transformer is 100 KVZ, rates first voltage 13200 V and secondary voltage 230/115 type. The volume of model transformer that was produced in high temperature using hybrid insulation can be reduced to 10-20% in comparison with that of present transformer with the same capacity. In this paper, we did short-circuit test and tested general characteristics of model transformer. In addition, we suggested design application new concept and methods thorough this experiment.

  • This paper describes a capacity of distributed generation which will be interconnected at low voltage distribution systems. In order to set the capacity of distributed generation, a voltage variation of distribution system is considered. Besides, the capacity of distributed generation is classified according to a capacity of pole transformer and loads. The system constructions in this paper are analyzed by using PSCAD/EMTDC. In the immediate future, it is expected to increase the installation of New and renewable energy systems which are generally interconnected to distribution power systems in the form of distributed generations like photovoltaic system, wind power and fuel cell. So the study of this kind would be needed to limit the capacity of distributed generation.

  • 주상변압기는 고객에게 직접 전력을 공급하는 설비로서 전력공급의 안정성확보를 위한 중요한 기자재 중 하나이다. 하지만 제조결함에 의한 3년 이내의 초기고장 또는 13년이 초과 사용한 후의 열화고장이 빈번히 발생하고 있어 변압기 품질분석을 통한 신뢰성이 개선된 주상변압기 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 열적, 기계적, 전기적으로 성능이 향상된 새로운 모델의 혼합절연 주상변압기를 개발하였다. 변압기의 기계적, 열적특성을 향상시키기 위한 혼합절연 방식에 대한 설계 및 제작방법을 제시하고 과부하시험을 시행하여 순간최대부하에 대응할 수 있도록 과부하내량 160[%] 까지 증가시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 100[kVA] 1대를 시제품으로 제작하여 단락강도시험과 변압기 관련 절연시험을 시행하여 전자기계력의 분석과 단락강도설계 향상 방안에 대하여 설명하고 이와 관련하여 연구한 결과에 대해 논하였다.

차단기의 투입성능 평가를 위한 최적 합성투입시험설비 (Optimized Synthetic Making Test Facilities for Estimating the Making Performance of Circuit Breaker)

  • Because all of the short-circuit testing laboratories have the limitation of test facilities, the synthetic making test methods have been used to estimate the short-circuit making performance of the ultra high-voltage circuit breaker as the alternative to direct test methods. So, KERI(Korea Eelctrotechnology Research institute) has completed the construction of the synthetic making test facilities using the low capacity step-up transformer method which fulfill the requirements specified in newly revised IEC 62271-100 Edition 1.1(2003) and have the testing capability up to 550kV, 63kA full-pole circuit breaker. The test facilities using the low capacity step-up transformer method presented in this paper are made up of the unit equipments such as HCS(High-speed Closing Switch), ITMC(Initial Transient Making Current) circuit and UP TR(low capacity step-up transformer) and have the operating range of 17.6$^{\circ}$ $\~$ 145.1$^{\circ}$ for testing the circuit breaker rated on up to 50kA and 43.1$^{\circ}$ $\~$ 119.6$^{\circ}$ for more than 50kA.

부하가 불규칙하게 분포된 배전선로의 전압추정 방법 (Voltage Estimation Method for Distribution Line with Irregularly Dispersed Load)

  • Most of the applications for distribution system operation highly rely on the voltage and current managements from the field devices. Voltage from the remote controlled switch contains unacceptably large measurement error due to the nonlinear characteristics of the bushing potential transformer. This paper proposes a new voltage magnitude estimation method by calculating voltage drop using current measurement, line impedance and loads deployment data. Contract demand power and pole transformer capacity managed by NDIS are used as a key element to improve accuracy of the proposed method. Various case studies using Matlab simulation have been performed to verify feasibility of the propose voltage estimation method.

  • Various types suspension insulators made of toughness glass or porcelain are used in the power transmission. And, Insulators are continually subject to mechanical and electrical stresses which depend on the characteristics of the line. The main factor that influence the increase in reliability of insulators. In operation is the capacity of the design to withstand the certain load over a long time, the mechanical strength of the insulators. This paper describes the results of a study on the stress analysis of suspension insulator based on the finite element analysis using NASTRAN. And, the mechanical strength was evaluated through such as kinds of pin type.
