근사 극배치 개념에 의한 고정 차수 제어기 설계 (A Fixed-order Controller Design by the Approximate Pole Placement)

  • The design procedure originally proposed by Manabe is involved, because experiences and manual skills are necessary, especially, in the case of designing low fixed-order controllers for high-order plants, and the concept of manual skills are not clearly defined. So we propose a concept and a design procedure of Approximate Pole Placement that substitute for the manual skills. And the validity of the procedure is shown by example problems. Moreover, we also propose a procedure of adding the role of improving transient response performance to the feedforward compensator that previously has only the role of tracking in steady-state the validity of the procedure is also shown by example problems.

An LMI-based Stable Fuzzy Control System Design with Pole-Placement Constraints

  • This paper proposes a systematic designs methodology for the Takagi-Sugeno (TS) model based fuzzy control systems with guaranteed stability and pre-specified transient performance for the application to a nonlinear magnetic bearing system. More significantly, in the proposed methodology , the control design problems which considers both stability and desired transient performance are reduced to the standard LMI problems . Therefore, solving these LMI constraints directly (not trial and error) leads to a fuzzy state-feedback controller such that the resulting fuzzy control system meets above two objectives. Simulation and experimentation results show that the proposed LMI-based design methodology yields only the maximized stability boundary but also the desired transient responses.

  • This paper derives a nominal state relationship (NSR) from the data of a nominal system. Through an example of a second order system, it is shown that the relationship can be derived only in the system with different real eigenvalues. In higher order system, the relationship is expressed by using neural network (NN). The derived NSR is used to design a noble sliding surface with a nominal system characteristic. By using the sliding surface, the robustness of the sliding mode control (SMC) is added to the pole-placement control.

  • 본논문에서는 임의의 영점들을 갖는 이산시간 선형시불변계통의 극배치 간접적응제어기 설계문제를 다루었다.외부입력은 persistent excitation 조건을 만족하고, 주어진 계통의 분자다항식과 분모 다항식에 의해 정해지는 Sylevester resultant 행렬식의 하한을 안다는 가정하에, 전체 폐루우계통이 대국적으로 안정함을 보였다. 간접적응제어시 발생되는 추정된 계통의 가제어성 문제는 파라미터 교정방법을 확장시켜 해결하였다. 2차 플랜트에 대한 전산기 simulation을 통하여 본논문의 제어알고리즘의 유용성을 확인하였다.

  • A study on simulation using Matlab shows the dynamic condition of a beam on feed-back with encorder. A controller for rapid response interpreted the stability on simulation with pole-placement technique. The effect of response was considered feed-back gain. The result of feed-back is described that various feed-back coefficient shows stable controll systems. It would be expected each result according to controllers.

  • In this paper, we present an attitude control of self-standing for a two-wheeled inverted-pendulum-like mobile robot based on the nonlinear control theory. Nonlinear dynamic equations are linearized by using the Lie derivative, and a pole placement controller is designed. Characteristics of the controller are examined by numerical simulations to show the self-standing attitude of the mobile robot in standing and in moving.

  • In this paper, the robustness of implict self tunning controller on the continuous time system is investigated. Continuous time exponentially weighted least square algorithm is used for estimating the system parameters. The pole-zero placement method is adapted for the control algorithm. On considering the control weighting factor and realizability filter the effects of unmodeled dynamics of the plant are examined by the simulation.

  • This paper deals with the problem of robust pole-assignment control for linear systems with structured uncertainty. It considers two cases whose colsed-loop characteristic equations are presented as a family of interval polynomial and polytopic polynomial family respectively. We propose a method of finding the pole-placement region in which the fixed gain controller guarantees the required damping ratio and stability margin despite parameter perturbation. Some results of Kharitonov like stability and two kinds of transformations are included. As an illustrative example, we show that the proposed method can apply effectivly to the single magnet levitation system including some uncertainties (mass, inductance etc.).

  • This paper presents a modified PI control algorithm using pole placement for DC-to-DC converter of a magnetic levitation system(MAGLEV). The gains of the control algorithm were selected based on pole locations formulated from a prototype Bessel transfer function model. The design incorporate tradeoffs in DC-to-DC converter hardware parameters and pole locations. In order to confirm the superiority of the proposed pole selection and controller, simulation and experiment results are presented.

  • When the magnetic levitation system(MAGLEV) initially rise, The MAGLEV has a weak point that is very large variation of the electric current. In this paper, The author applied the multi-loop-control to stably control the magnetic levitation system(MAGLEV). The gains of the control algorithm were selected based on pole locations formulated from a prototype Bessel transfer function model.
