In the bomb impact test, to acquire the bomb impact point location the high-priced embedded equipments such as the Bomb Scoring System or the EOTS are needed. Recently, a high-resolution image processing could be possible since the resolution of the commercial camera is growing rapidly. In this paper we first propose an image transformation method for acquiring the real bomb impact image using a high-resolution commercial camera, and then present the process calculating the real bomb impact point location coordinate from the transformed image. Based on the experimental results we found the possibilities that the real bomb impact point information could be effectively earned just using the commercial camera.
There are many researches related to a simulated shooting training system for replacing the real military and police shooting training. In this paper, we propose the point of impact from a simulated shooting target based on image processing instead of using a sensor based approach. The point of impact is extracted by analyzing the image extracted from the camera on the muzzle of a gun. The final shooting result is calculated by mapping the target and the coordinates of the point of impact. The recognition system is divided into recognizing the projection zone, extracting the point of impact on the projection zone, and calculating the shooting result from the point of impact. We find the vertices of the projection zone after converting the captured image to the binary image and extract the point of impact in it. We present the extracting process step by step and provide experiments to validate the results. The experiments show that exact vertices of the projection area and the point of impact are found and a conversion result for the final result is shown on the interface.
This study is identifying early takeoff phenomenon in relational network like SNS and investigates influence of innovator or hub at early takeoff and diffusion size at takeoff point. The major finding of this study are as follows. First, multinominal-logit analysis conducted to explore the impact of innovator and hub at early stage of information diffusion and early takeoff. Hub in early stage of information diffusion impact early takeoff. Second, our study shows that innovator and hub at early stage of information diffusion impact diffusion size at takeoff point. Third, hub is more impact early takeoff and diffusion size at takeoff point then innovator. This study provides implication for professionals by confirming hub's influence in study of successful information diffusion by early takeoff. The limitation and future direction are discussed.

This paper shows the applicability of deep learning algorithm in predicting target position and getting correction value of impact point in order to improve the accuracy of naval gun firing. Predicting target position, the proposed model using LSTM model and RN structure is expected to be more accurate than existing method using kalman filter. Getting correction value of impact point, the another proposed model suggests a reinforcement model that manages factors which is related in ballistic calculation as data set, and learns using the data set. The model is expected to reduce error of naval gun firing. Combining two models, a ballistic calculation model for improving accuracy of naval gun firing based on deep learning algorithm was designed.

Many real networks exhibit overlapping community structures. Recent studies have been performed that analyze the impact of overlapping community structure on information propagation, but few of them concerned with individual behaviors. From this point of view, we propose a Markov process model to evaluate the performance of information propagation in social networks with overlapping community structures. In addition, many individual social behaviors are combined in the model. For example, individuals may exhibit selfish behaviors, such as individual and social selfishness, and people may discard the information after they have used it. The accuracy of the model is verified by simulation. Furthermore, the numerical results show that both overlapping community structure of the network and individual behaviors have a significant impact on the outbreak size and propagation speed of the information. Additionally, the overlapping community structure of the social network can reduce the impact of selfishness on information propagation.

Purpose: Since August 2000, the small-scale environmental impact assessment system has prevented indiscriminate development. However, its qualitative reports lack objectivity and consistency. This study analyzes these issues through literature and expert surveys and proposes improvements. Research Methodology: Samples were selected based on regional consultation numbers. Mitigation measures were categorized into qualitative and quantitative factors. Issues were identified, and improvements suggested. The Delphi method helped select evaluation items and propose a scoring table. Results and Conclusions: The Delphi method selected 14 absolute and 22 relative evaluation items, excluding 3 invalid ones. A 100-point scoring table was created, with points assigned based on element significance. A 1-point bonus was added for top-scoring elements to promote eco-friendly planning.

This study aims to examine whether an increased disclosure has a positive impact on firm performance and whether the opposite impact of increased disclosure on firm performance can occur in certain conditions - high proprietary information and competition. The sample for this study consists of Indonesian firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data were selected based on purposive sampling and panel data spanned eleven years (2006-2016). A panel GLS regression using moderated regression analysis (MRA) was adopted. The results of this study reveal that an increased disclosure has a positive effect on firm performance, but an increased disclosure has a negative impact on firm performance when proprietary information is high, and vice versa. Also, if the disclosure is increased, the negative impact of proprietary information on firm performance will get exacerbated in conditions where the competition level is high. The findings of this study suggest that, since the positive effect of continuously-increased disclosure on firm performance leads to the reversal (negative) impact when certain conditions occur (high proprietary information and competition), the level of disclosure quality is most likely to tap an 'optimal' point. In this regard, however, a broader investigation of all firms across countries still needs to be conducted.

Due to vast points and irregular structure, labeling full points in large-scale point clouds is highly tedious and time-consuming. To resolve this issue, we propose a novel point-based transformer network in weakly-supervised semantic segmentation, which only needs 0.1% point annotations. Our network introduces general local features, representing global factors from different neighborhoods based on their order positions. Then, we share query point weights to local features through point attention to reinforce impacts, which are essential in determining sparse point labels. Geometric encoding is introduced to balance query point impact and remind point position during training. As a result, one point in specific local areas can obtain global features from corresponding ones in other neighborhoods and reinforce from its query points. Experimental results on benchmark large-scale point clouds demonstrate our proposed network's state-of-the-art performance.

Software applications have a huge and inseparable impact on our lives. The complexity of the applications increases rapidly to support high performance and multifunction. Accordingly, the cost model for applications is increasingly important. Line of Code (LOC) and Man-Month (M/M) as the cost model measure the quantitative sides of the applications. Unlike them, Function Point (FP) measures the functionalities of the application. FP is efficient for estimating qualitative characteristics, but it is restricted to measuring the cost of an application using the wireless data broadcast which can support any number of clients. In this paper, we propose, a Function Point model for Information services using wireles data Broadcast (FPIB) to measure the development cost of an application that serves using the wireless data broadcast environment. FPIB adopts critical parameters of the wireless broadcast environment and the complexity of them to measure effectively the cost developing the application. Through the evaluation comparing the proposed FPIB with FP, we reveal the effectiveness of the proposed FPIB.
This paper described flight safety center, flight safety information system(FSIS) and flight safety officer's mission and training in sequence and presented analysis's results and data processed in real-time during KSLV-I 3rd flight test. During flight safety center's operation for the 3rd flight test, monitoring of KSLV-I flight status was normally performed and the algorithms for flight safety calculations including the one for instantaneous impact point computations are also executed normally.
