머신러닝을 이용한 3차원 도로객체의 분류 (Classification of 3D Road Objects Using Machine Learning)

  • 급변하는 주변상황이나 대형차량과 같은 큰 지형지물에 센서가 가려질 경우에는 센서만을 이용한 완전 자율주행에는 한계가 따른다. 이에 자율주행을 위해서 센서를 이용한 한계점을 극복할 수 있도록 정밀한 도로지도를 부가적으로 이용하는 방법이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 국토지리정보원에서 제공하는 지상 MMS(Mobile Mapping System)로 취득된 3차원 점군자료를 이용하여 도로 객체를 분류하는 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 원본 3차원 점군자료를 전처리 하고, 지면과 비지면점을 분리하기 위한 필터링 기법을 선정하였다. 또한 차선, 가로등, 안전펜스 등에 해당하는 도로객체를 초기 분할한 후 분할된 객체를 머신러닝의 종류인 서포트 벡터 머신을 이용하여 학습시킨 후 분류하였다. 학습데이터는 분할된 도로객체에서 추출한 고유값을 이용한 기하학적 요소와 높이정보만을 사용하였으며 분류결과 전체정확도는 87%, 카파계수는 0.795로 나타났다. 향후 도로객체의 분류를 위하여 기하학적인 요소 뿐만 아니라 다양한 항목을 추가한다면 분류정확도가 높아질 것으로 예상된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to search for an efficient application method in solving delay-phenomenon problems which influence upon total production cost through case study. The method of this study is an experimental study based on cutting time data in lead cutting operations from "Lead Cutting Machine (Stripper)" and its service rate data from a large electronic products company which utilizes conveyor line system for the products "Car Stereo" The procedure of this experimental study is as follows; 1) Using loading(Man-Hour) analysis technique j,1 order to analyse and evaluate Production capacity, efficiency, operation and idle rate assembly charge, waiting and service cost -when its are controlled by stripper operator(server) 2) Establishing adequate waiting time model of finite population caused by the interference of 4 stripper machine which is drawn from mathematical statistics testing, that is, goodness of fit test in the waiting and service rate and to search for optimal solution by utilizing the above mentioned model The experimental result was that amount to 8,546,618won Per year was brought down, that is, by optimum point, it shows a decrease as compared with Present point. The major limitation of this experimental study is that the Queue in the Finite Population, so to speak. it comes from the interference of 4 stripper machine dealt with this case were limited only on the Car Stereo conveyor line. Further study of application of this application method to the areas such as material handling, personnel management marketing and transportation management is strong1y recommended.trong1y recommended.

고감쇠 주축 시스템을 위한 베어링의 복합배열에 관한 연구 (A Combined Bearing Arrangement for High Damping Spindle Systems)

  • The machining accuracy and performance is largely influenced by the static, dynamic and thermal characteristics of spindle systems in machine tools, because the spindle system is a intermedium for cutting force from tool and machine powef from motor. Large cutting force and power are transmitted by bearing with a point or line contact. So, the spindle system is the static and dynamic weakest point in machine structure. For improvement of static stiffness of spindle system can be changed design parameters, such as diameter of spindle, stiffness of bearing and bearing span. But for dynamic stiffness, the change of the design parameters are not useful. In this paper, the combined bearing arrangement is suggested for high damping spindle system. The combined bearing arrangement is composed of tandem double back to back arrangement type ball bearins and a high damping hydrostatic bearing. The variation of static deflection and amplitude in first natural frequency is evaluated with the location of hydrostatic bearing between front and rear ball bearing. The optimized location of hydrostatic bearing for high static and dynamic stiffness is determined rapidly and exactly using the mode shape and transfer function of spindle. The calculation of damping effect on vibration by unbalance of grinding wheel and pulley in optimized spindle system is carried out to verify the validity of the combined bearing arrangement. Finally, the simulation of grinding process show that the surface roughness of workpiece with high damping spindle system is 60% better than with ball bearing spindle system.

  • 본 논문에서는 항공기용 터보 축 엔진의 결함진단 알고리즘으로 지지 벡터 장치(Support Vector Machine) 과 인공신경망(Artificial Neural Network) 을 복합으로 이용하였다. 인공신경망 알고리즘의 특성상 데이터 수에 따라 정확성과 수렴속도 등에서 차이가 나므로 탈설계 영역에서의 효용성여부를 판단하기 위해서 연료유량과 마하수에 따른 탈설계 영역 진단 결과를 지상정지 상태와 비교하였다.

Tuning of a PID Controller Using Soft Computing Methodologies Applied to Basis Weight Control in Paper Machine

  • Proportional.Integral.Derivative control schemes continue to provide the simplest and effective solutions to most of the control engineering applications today. However PID controller is poorly tuned in practice with most of the tuning done manually which is difficult and time consuming. This research comes up with a soft computing approach involving Genetic Algorithm, Evolutionary Programming, and Particle Swarm Optimization and Ant colony optimization. The proposed algorithm is used to tune the PID parameters and its performance has been compared with the conventional methods like Ziegler Nichols and Lambda method. The results obtained reflect that use of heuristic algorithm based controller improves the performance of process in terms of time domain specifications, set point tracking, and regulatory changes and also provides an optimum stability. This research addresses comparison of tuning of the PID controller using soft computing techniques on Machine Direction of basics weight control in pulp and paper industry. Compared to other conventional PID tuning methods, the result shows that better performance can be achieved with the soft computing based tuning method. The ability of the designed controller, in terms of tracking set point, is also compared and simulation results are shown.

어트랙터 사분면법을 이용한 비철금속의 초정밀 절삭특성 평가에 관한 연구 (The Study on Ultra-Precision Cutting Characteristics Evaluation of Non-Ferrous Metals Using Attractor Quadrant Method)

  • This study proposes the construction of attractor quadrant method for high-precision cutting characteristics evaluation of non-ferrous metals. Also this paper aims to find the optimal cutting conditions of diamond turning machine by measuring surface form and roughness to perform the cutting experiment of non-ferrous metals, which are aluminum, with diamond tool. As well, according to change cutting conditions such as feed rate, using diamond turning machine to Perform cutting Processing, by measuring cutting force and surface roughness and according to cutting conditions the aluminum about cutting properties. Trajectory changes in the attractor indicated a substantial difference in fractal characteristics and attractor quadrant characteristics. In quantitative quadrant feature extraction, 1,309 point in the case of A17075 (one quadrant) and 1,406 point (one quadrant) in the case of brass were proposed on the basis of attractor reconstruction. Proposed attractor quadrant method can be used for high-precision cutting characteristics evaluation of non-ferrous metals.

  • With the recent spread of digital content, more people have been watching the digital content of TV programs on their PCs or mobile devices, rather than on TVs. With the change in such media use pattern, genres(types) of broadcast programs change in the flow of the times and viewers' trends. The programs that were broadcast on TVs have been released in digital content, and thereby people watching such content change their perception. For this reason, it is necessary to newly and differently classify genres(types) of broadcast programs on the basis of digital content, from the conventional classification of program genres(types) in broadcasting companies or relevant industries. Therefore, this study suggests a plan for newly classifying broadcast programs through using machine learning with the log data of people watching the programs in online media and for applying the new classification. This study is academically meaningful in the point that it analyzes and classifies program types on the basis of digital content. In addition, it is meaningful in the point that it makes use of the program classification algorithm developed in relevant industries, and especially suggests the strategy and plan for applying it.

긍정 데이터 분포를 반영한 다중 인스턴스 지지 벡터 기계 학습 (Learning Multiple Instance Support Vector Machine through Positive Data Distribution)

  • 본 논문에서는 데이터 분포를 고려한 다중 인스턴스 지지 벡터 기계 학습 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존의 방법은 긍정 가방 안에서 "가장 긍정"인 인스턴스만 고려하여 마진을 찾는다. 일반적으로 다중 인스턴스로 표현된 데이터에서, 긍정 가방에 포함된 인스턴스들 중 실제로 긍정을 나타내는 인스턴스들은 자질 공간 상에서 서로 유사한 곳에 위치해 있다. 제안한 방법은 기존의 다중 인스턴스 지지 벡터 기계 학습 알고리즘 중에서 긍정 인스턴스들의 교차점을 찾아 이 교차점과 거리를 계산하여 "가장 긍정"인 인스턴스를 선택한다. 긍정 인스턴스들의 교차점인 피벗 포인트를 구하는 방식은 두 가지이다. 먼저, 학습과정 중 추정된 긍정 인스턴스들의 중심점을 사용하는 방법과 학습 시작 시에 가장 긍정일 것으로 예상되는 긍정 인스턴스들의 중심점을 찾는 방법으로 나뉜다. 총 12개의 벤치마크 다중 인스턴스 데이터 셋을 통해 제안한 방법이 기존의 학습 알고리즘에 비해 더 좋은 성능을 보임을 보인다.

  • This paper investigates the current established preventive maintenance and its corresponding data on a point machine among railway signalling facilities and suggests a part of considerable plans when the policy of the preventive maintenance is modified. It is not appropriated to apply the optimized preventive replacement period considered with the cost simply. In that case, it is suggested that the reliability should be analyzed failure mode and effects through collecting the on-site failure data sufficiently. Then, that result can be proposed to adjust the proper criteria into the rational way by comparing the initial maintenance criteria. In this paper, the alternative way to determine the feasibility of the inspection period using failure probability is introduced.

  • The structure of A matrix of one machine connected to the infinite bus is described for a full model. The A matrix can be partitioned to submatrices which depend on the initial operating point and do not depend on it. When the dynamic properties for several different operating points are desired, those submatrices can be obtained through simple column operations. Furthermore, the elements of A matrix car be directly calculated from the manufacturer's data. RMS quantities of the state variables for the initial operating point are used. This approach can save the labor for calculating the elements of A matrix for the dynamic stability analysis.
